Conclusions 1. The viscoelastic properties of high-strength organic plastic are determined by the four levels of the structural organization determined by the two components (fibers and binder) and the arising interphase layers. To them correspond the α1, α1′, α2′, and α2 processes of relaxation. 2. The specific forms of interaction between the components of organic plastic determine the values of Gh.el and of α1, α1′, α2′ and α2 which characterize the adhesive strength and the plasticizing effect of the binder on the reinforcing organic fibers.
