    Description / Table of Contents: Synthesis of 1-Alkylaminoalkyl Phosphonic Acid Monoesters via Diorganosilyl-bis(O-alkylphosphonates)Diorganosilyl-bis(O-alkyl-1-aminoalkyl-phosphonates) (5a, b-14a, b) are prepared by basecatalyzed addition reactions of diorganosilyl-bis(O-alkylphosphonates) [R1PhSi(OPO(H)OR)2] to variously substituted azomethines. The monoesters of the 1-alkylaminoalkyl phosphonic acids (5-14) are obtained in excellent yields by treatment of 5a,b-14a,b, respectively, with alcohols at room temperature. The monoesters 5-14 can be prepared in a “one-pot” reaction too.
    Notes: Diorganosilyl-bis(O-alkyl-1-aminoalkyl-phosphonate) (5a, b-14a,b) werden durch Umsetzung von Diorganosilyl-bis(O-alkylphosphonaten) [R1PhSi(OPO(H)OR)2] mit verschiedenartig substituierten Azomethinen in basenkatalysierten Reaktionen erhalten. Die Verbindungen 5a, b-14a, b unterliegen bei Einwirkung von Alkoholen der Solvolyse zu O-Alkyl-1-alkylamino-alkylphosphonaten (5-14). Diese Monoester sind auch durch Wechselwirkung der Reaktanden in einer Eintopfreaktion in hohen Ausbeuten zugänglich.
