Description / Table of Contents: On the Structure of III-crystallized Calcium Hydrogen Silicates. III. Incorporation of Al3+ Ions into C—S—H(Di, Poly), and Formation of an Instable 11 Å TobermoriteAt temperatures of 80°C and 150°C C—S—H(Di, Poly) incorporates up to 0.08 Al2O3/SiO2. The maximum CaO content of which is 1.5 CaO/SiO2. The anion constitution of the C—S—H(Di, Poly) is not strongly affected. Is the ratio CaO/SiO2 = 1, an 11 Å tobermorite is formed, built up by nearly equal parts of poly- and low molecular silicate anions. This tobermorite is very instable. On dehydration at 200°C it is converted to C—S—H(Di, Poly).
