New synthetic methods, 7 β-Ketosulfones, Useful Ethylenediide-Equivalentes for the Preparation of Olefines and the Synthesis of 6-Nonen-1-ol, the sexual Attractant of the Mediterranean Sea fruit fly (Ceratitus captitata)β-Ketosulfones, which form dianions (α and γ position), are alkylated in both positions. Brominating cleavage gives α-bromosulfones which, by Ramberg-Bäcklund rearrangement, form olefins. The synthesis of 6-nonen-1-ol, starting from 2-(methylsulfonyl)cyclohexanone, is described

β-Ketosulfone, die in α- und γ-Stellung metallierbar sind, lassen sich mehrfach differenziert alkylieren. Bromierende Spaltung liefert α-Bromsulfone, die durch Ramberg-Bäcklund-Umlagerung in Olefine übergeführt werden. Die Synthese von 6-Nonen-1-ol, ausgehend von 2-(Methylsulfonyl)cyclohexanon, wird beschrieben.
