Investigations on 1,3-Thiazines, 171). - About the Reaction of N-monosubstituted Dithiocarbamates with α,β-Unsaturated Carboxylic Acid ChloridesThe reaction of N-monosubstituted dithiocarbamates with α,β-unsaturated carboxylic acid chlorides yields, depending on the nature of the nitrogen substituent of the dithiocarbamate, the substituents of the acid chloride, and the reaction conditions, either thiocarbamic acid carboxylic acid thioanhydrides 3 only or, mixed with 3, their products of carbon disulfide elimination, the acrylic acid amides 7, or after S/N-transacylation and cyclization the 1,3-thiazine derivatives 8. Isothiocyanates 5 are obtained as by-products.

Bei Umsetzungen N-monosubstituierter Dithiocarbamate mit α,β-ungesättigten Carbonsäurechloriden werden in Abhängigkeit vom Stickstoffsubstituenten des Dithiocarbamats, der Substituenten im Säurechlorid und den Reaktionsbedingungen entweder ausschließlich Thiocarbamid-säure-carbonsäure-thioanhydride 3 oder im Gemisch damit deren Schwefelkohlenstoff-Eliminierungsprodukte, die Acrylsäureamide 7, oder nach S/N-Umacylierung und Cyclisierung die 1,3-Thiazinderivate 8 erhalten. Als Nebenprodukte treten die Isothiocyanate 5 auf.
