Synthesis and Ring Opening of Benzothienooxazines3-Chlorobenzo[b]thiophene-2-carboxylic acid 1,1-dioxide (1) reacts with cyclohexylcarbodiimide to give the benzothienooxazines 2 and 3. The substituted methyl 3-chlorobenzo[b]thiophene-2-carboxylate 1,1-dioxides 6a-e react with the dialkyleyanamides 7a -b to give the benzothieno-oxazines 8a - f and the 3-amino-derivatives 9a -f. Compound 6b reacts with methanol or amines to give 10-12.

3-Chlorbenzo[b]thiophen-2-carbonsäure-1, 1-dioxid (1) reagiert mit Cyclohexylcarbodiimid zu den Benzothienooxazinonen 2 und 3. Die substituierten 3-Chlorbenzo[b]thiophen-2-carbonsäure-methylester-1,1-dioxide 6a-e setzen sich mit den Dialkylcyanamiden 7a-b zu den Benzohienooxazinonen 8a - f und den 3-Amino-Derivaten 9a - f um. 8b reagiert mit Methanol oder Aminen zu den ringoffenen Produkten 10-12.
