Lifetime Calculation at Varying Mean Stress According to the FWK-ConceptFolge-Wöhler-Kurven-KonzeptThe FWK-Concept is capable to take into account the effects of loading sequences, size of repeated stress block of loads and fatigue limit variation in lifetime calculations. Hitherto, the concept had been restricted to cyclic loading at constant mean stress. Now the impact of mean stress variations, which is known to be dependent on previous damage, can successfully be included into the calculation. The procedure is presented and its applicability demonstrated by an example.

Das FWK-Konzept ist in der Lage, die Reihenfolge-Effekte, den Einfluß des Teilfolgeumfangs und die Dauerschwingfestigkeitsänderungen in der Lebensdauerberechnungen zu berücksichtigen. Bislang war das Konzept auf Schwingbeanspruchungsabläufe mit konstanter Mittellast beschränkt. Jetzt ist es gelungen, den Einfluß der Mittelspannungsänderungen, der bekanntlich vorschädigungsabhängig ist, in den Berechnungsablauf einzubeziehen. Es wird die Verfahrensweise vorgestellt und ihre Brauchbarkeit durch ein Beispiel belegt.
