Notizen: A review is given of the perfect fluid solutions which can be constructed by conformal transformations of nonflat vacuum solutions of Einstein's field equations. In addition a proof is given that (a) under physically reasonable restrictions all solutions for which the gradient of the scalar field is orthogonal to the fluid velocity and (b) all solutions sharing with the corresponding vacuum solution a symmetry group of dimension n≥2 are necessarily shear- or vorticity-free and hence are explicitly known.
