Summary By modifying the copolymerization temperature for the system N-(2-hydroxyethyl) carbazolyl mathacrylate and picryl methacrylate in dioxane, the reactivity ratio values were shown to be determined mainly through the entropic factor. The obtained intramolecular charge transfer complexes copolymers presented a different intramolecular complexation degree.
