Zusammenfassung In a beam of H 2 + or D 2 + ions passing through hydrogen the following secondary particles are produced by dissoziation and charge exchange: H+, H0, and H 2 0 (D+, D0, and D 2 0 respectively). The cross sectionsq 1,q 2, andq 3 for the production of these particles have been measured in the energy range from 15 keV to 95 keV. A proportional counter supplemented by an electrostatic field at its immediate entrance has been used for detecting and discriminating the different particles.
