Notes:
Abstract PVA-g-AN was prepared, the yield and the graft efficiency were determined. A PVA-g-AN metal chelated film was then prepared by mixing and soaking methods, separately. After treatment with NaBH4 aqueous solution or H2S gas, the electrical and photoconductive properties were investigated. In order to increase the adsorption amount for metal ion in the soaking method, the amidoxime group was introduced into the PVA-g-AN film in various conditions. The proposed structures of the metal chelated PVA-g-AN films were also studied.
