Investigations Concerning Vapour Pressures in the System Ga—GaAsMethodical investigations have been performed by vapour pressure measurements in the system Ga—GaAs by a modified quartz-Bourdon gauge. The measured values can be easily reproduced within the limits of error. One derives isobars of the system from the values measured and corrected by calculation. A comparison is made between the derived isobars and the calculated ones. The activities of arsenic are then determined as a function of the arsenic content in the sample.

Es werden methodische Untersuchungen zur Dampfdruckmessung im System Ga—GaAs unter Einsatz eines modifizierten Kieselglas-Membranmanometers durchgeführt. Die Meßwerte sind im Rahmen der Fehlergrenzen gut reproduzierbar. Aus den gemessenen und rechnerisch korrigierten Werten erfolgt die Aufstellung von Isobaren im genannten System. Es wird ein Vergleich mit berechneten Isobaren vorgenommen nnd die Arsen-Aktivitätswerte als Funktion des Arsen-Stoffmengenbruchs des Bodenkörpers bestimmt.
