Dialkylamido Titanium Fluorides.The hitherto unknown dialkylamido titanium fluorides (R2N)nTiF4-n (R = CH3, C2H5 (Me, Et) n = 1-31 have been prepared via the following routes: a) TiF4 + Me3SiNR2; b) TiF4 + Ti(NR2)4; c) Ti(NR2(4 + C6H5PF4; and d( Ti(NR2)4 + PF3. Among the obtained compounds (Et2N)3TiF appears to be monomeric in solution while (Et2N),TiF2 was shown to form oligomers with the degree of polymerisation in dependence of concentration. Me2NTiF3, (Me2N)2TiF2 and Et2NTiF2 form coordination polymers. 1H and 19F nmr spectra including variable temperature, concentration and solvent data provide information concerning associative and exchange phenomena. Infrared spectra seem to establish TiNTi- along with TiFTi bridging.

Die bisher unbekannten Dialkylamido-titanfluoride (R2N)nTiF4-n [R = CH3, C2H5 (Me, Et) n = 1-3] wurden auf folgenden Wegen dargestellt: a( TiF4 + Me2SiNR2; b) TiF4 + Ti(NR2)4; c) Ti(NR2)4 + C5H5PF4; d) Ti(NR2), + PF5. Von den dargestellten Verbindungen ist (Et2N)3TiF in Lösung monomer und (Et2N)2TiFa2 oligomer mit konzentrationsabhängigem Assoziationsgrad, während Me2NTiF3, (Me2N),TiF2 und Et2NTiF3 als Koordinationspolymere auftreten. 1H· und 19F-KMR-Spektren unter Variation von Temperatur, Konzentration und Lösungsmittel geben Aufschluß über die Assoziationsgleichgewichte und Austauschprozesse bei (Et1N)3TiF und (Et2N)2TiF2. Die IR-Spektren deuten in Einzelfällen die Möglichkeit Von TiNTi- neben TiFTi-Brücken an.
