Massenspektroskopisch wurde die Existenz der Molekeln TlPbCl3, TlCdCl3, TlThCl5, Tl2ThCl6, TlUCl5, TlU2Cl9, T12UCl6, CuThCl5, Cu2ThCl6, CuUCl5, Cu2UCl6, CdPbCl4, BeFeCl5, BeFe2Cl8, Be2Fe2Cl10, Be3Fe2Cl12, BeInCl5, BeIn2Cl8, Be2InCl7, Be3InCl9, ZnlnCl5, SnInCl5, BeZrCl6, PbThCl6, BeUCl6, Be2UCl8, InUCl8, In2UCl10 und ThUCl8 nachgewiesen.Diese Molekeln werden mit bereits bekannten komplexen Chloridmolekeln zusammengestellt.
