    Description / Table of Contents: The following oxidfluorides of pentavalent vanadium A3VO2F4 (A = Na, K), A2VO2F3 (A = K, Rb, Cs), A3V2O4F5 (A = Rb, Cs) and A2A′VO2F4 (A = K, Rb, Cs; A′ = Na, K, Rb), prepared from solution or by solid state reaction, were investigated by x-rays.Na3VO2F4 crystallizes in the monoclinic cryolite type. K3VO2F4 has been indexed on the base of a pseudotetragonal cell. The compounds A2VO2F3 show orthorhombic, those of A3V2O4F5 hexagonal symmetry. The oxidfluorides A2A′VO2F4 belong to the cubic elpasolite type. The tolerance factors for these perovskite-like compounds range from 0.89 to 0.97. According to the IR-spectra (33-1000 cm-1) the O-Atoms always are in cis-positions of the octahedra. The polymeric ions [VO2F3]2- and [V2O4F5]3- are connected via F-bridges.
    Notes: Die folgenden Oxidfluoride des 5-wertigen Vanadiums, A3VO2F4 (A = Na, K), A2VO2F3 (A = K, Rb, Cs), A3VO2F5 (A = Rb, Cs) und A2A′VO2F4 (A = K, Rb, Cs; A′ = Na, K, Rb) wurden teils aus Lösung, teils durch Festkörperreaktion hergestellt und röntgenographisch untersucht. Na3VO2F4 kristallisiert im monoklinen Kryolithtyp, K3VO2F4 läßt sich pseudotetragonal indizieren. Die A2VO2F3-Verbindungen Kristallisieren rhombisch, die A3V2O4F5-Verbindungen hexagonal. Die hergestellten Oxidfluoride A2A′VO2F4 gehören zum kubischen Elpasolithtyp. Die Tolarenzfaktoren dieser perowskitähnlichen Verbindungen liegen zwischen 0,89 und 0,97. Den IR-Spektren (33-1000 cm-1) kann entnommen werden, daß die O-Atome stets die cis-Positionen der Oktaeder besetzen; die Verknüpfung der polymeren Komplexionen [VO2F3]2- und [V2O4F5]3- geschieht mit Hilfe von F-Brücken.
