Die Umsetzung von 1-Diphenoxyphosphoryl-4-alkyl- oder -aralkyl-thiosemicarbaziden 3a-d, die aus Phosphorsäurediphenylesterhydrazid und Senfölen gewonnen werden, mit Phenacylbromid 1a führt erwartungsgemäß zu 3-Alkyl-bzw. Aralkyl-4-phenylthiazolon-(2)-diphenoxyphosphoryl-hydrazonen 6. Analog reagieren 1-Diphenylphosphinyl-4-alkyl- bzw.-aralkylthiosemicarbazide 2c-e mit α-Halogenketonen 1 nur zu 4-substituierten 3-alkyl- bzw. Aralkylthiazolon-(2)-diphenylphosphinylhydrazonen 5. Dagegen entstehen aus 1-Diphenylphosphinyl-4-arylthiosemicarbaziden 2a,b mit 1 sowohl 4-substituierte 3-Arylthiazolon-(2)-diphenylphosphinylhydrazone 5a-d als auch 4-substituierte 2-Arylimino-3-diphenylphosphinylaminothiazoline 4a-d.
