Notes: Bestimmte Steroid-20-ketale vermögen mit GRIGNARDS Reagens zu reagieren. Dabei entstehen 20-Methyl-20-hydroxy-20-monoglykoläther, z. B. 20-Methyl-pregnan-3α, 6α, 20-triol-20-monoglykoläther aus Pregnan-3α, 6α-diol-20-on-20-äthylenketal. Für den Ablauf der Reaktion ist es unter anderem wichtig, daß möglichst wenig Äther im Reaktionsmedium vorhanden ist. Der Mechanismus dieser Reaktion wird diskutiert.
