Notes: Hexa-O-acetyl-scillaren A (II) wurde mit KMnO4 in Aceton zu einem ungesättigten Ätiänsäurederivat (V) abgebaut, das sich in 3β-Hydroxy-5α-ätiansäuremethylester (X) bzw. 5α-Ätiänsaure-methylester (XII) überführen liess. Die für Scilla-Glykoside charakteristische C-4-Doppelbindung wurde bei der Oxydation nicht angegriffen.
