Notes: Es wird eine Methode zur Bestimmung des Alkohols im Blut beschrieben. Der Alkohol wird dabei mit einem Nitrochromsäuregemisch oxydiert, und zwar unter solchen Bedingungen, dass 60/00 Aceton die Bestimmung nicht stören. Der Überschuss an Dichromat wird polarographisch bestimmt. Sofern dieser Überschuss klein gehalten wird, ist der Fehler kleiner als 2-3% für Alkoholgehalte zwischen 0,5 und 30/00.
