    Notes: Die Acetylierung des β-Aminocrotonsäure-äthylesters mit Acetylchlorid und Pyridin liefert je nach den Bedingungen β-Acetylaminocrotonsäure-äthylester (stabile β-Form IX) und β-Acetylamino-iso-crotonsäure-äthylester (labile α-Form X). Daneben wird stets ca. 30 Prozent des C-acylierten Produktes, nämlich 2-Acetyl-3-amino-2-butensäure-äthylester (IV) gebildet.
