Notes: 1. Krystallisiertes Oxyhämoglobin wird durch Elektrodialyse ohne jede Denaturierung bis x = 2,3-5 × 10-6 r. O. und zu der Eigenreaktion pH = 7,048-6,92 in 4-5-proz. Lösung gereinigt. Die maximale Protonaufnahme (aus HCl) bzw. Abgabe (an Alkalilauge) wird mit 156,5 × 10-5-n. bzw. 126 × 1-5-n. je g Hb bestimmt. Das entspricht einer maximalen Ladungszahl (Lz) von 108 positiven bzw. 87 negativen Ladungen je Teilchen. Hb wandert auch in sehr starkem elektrischen Feld nur spurenweise kathodisch.
