The Preparation of N-(Trimethylsilyl)sulfur Oxide Difluoride Imide and Mercury Bis(Sulfur Oxide Difluoride Imide)The combination of [(CH3)3Si]3N with SOF4 produces (CH3)3SiN=S(O)F2 (1). Pyrolysis of 1 or the reaction of 1 with CsF leads to the rubberlike [—N=S(O)F]x (2). 1 reacts with P2O3F4 to give F2(O)PN=S(O)F2(3). By the reaction of HgF2 with 1 Hg[N = S(O)F2]2 (4) is produced.
Notes:
Beider Umsetzung von [(CH3)3Si]3N mit SOF4 entsteht (CH3)3SiN = S(O)F2 (1). Die thermische Zersetzung von 1 bzw. die Reaktion von 1 mit CsF führt zu gummiartigem [-N=S(O)F]x (2). Mit P2O3F4 reagiert 1 zu F2(O)PN=S(O)F2 (3). Durch Reaktion von HgF2 mit 1 läßt sich Hg[N=S(O)F2]2 (4) gewinnen.
