Cycloadditions with Carbodiimides, 2. Reactions of 4-Imino-2-azetidinonesCleavage of the 1.2-bond in 4-imino-2-azetidinones (1) by nucleophilic reagents results in the formation of amidines (2-6). With mineral acids cleavage of the 1,4-bond occurs (1a→11). CH-and NH-acidic compounds cleave the azetidinone-ring, too (1a→12, 13). Unexpected results are obtained by reaction with LiAlH4 and Grignard compounds (1c→7 + 8; 1a→2a + 9 + 10).
Notes:
4-Imino-azetidinone-(2) (1) werden durch nucleophile Reagenzien in der 1.2-Stellung zu Amidin-Derivaten (2-6) gespalten. Mineralsäuren bewirken Spaltung der 1.4-Bindung (la→11). CH-und NH-acide Verbindungen spalten ebenfalls den Azetidinon-Ring (1a→12, 13). Zu überraschenden Ergebnissen führen die Umsetzungen mit LiAlH4 und Grignard-Verbindungen (1c→7 + 8; 1a → 2a + 9 + 10).
