Notes: Verbindungen der Formel P(O)(OR)(F)Cl beteiligen das Fluoratom nicht an Kondensationsreaktionen, wie sie allgemein zur Herstellung von Diphosphorsäurederivaten Anwendung finden. Hierdurch gelang die Synthese von Estern der Monofluoro-diphosphorsäure und der symm. Difluoro-diphosphorsäure. Die erhaltenen Ester werden durch Wasser, Alkohole, primäre und sekundäre Amine leicht an der P—O—P-Brücke gespalten. Bei der thermischen Zersetzung des Diäthylesters der symm. Difluoro-diphosphorsäure entstehen Äthylen, Diäthylmonofluoro-monophosphat und Difluoro-monophosphorsäure.
