Notes:
The effects of static magnetic fields on heat transfer in oxygen gas have been measured at temperatures between 78 and 112°K and pressures between 2.01 and 4.77 kN/m2. After the data are corrected for ordinary thermal conductivity behavior, comparison with theory suggests that the phenomenon is magnetically enhanced thermal convection.
