Notes:
The rotational-vibrational Raman Spectrum of the v2 band of H14N3 has been measured. The results of the analysis of the observed wavenumbers are v0 = 2140.308(4) cm-1, ΔB = -0.00312(1) cm-1 and ΔDj = -7(5)×10-9 cm-1. The Q-branches of the hot band transitions v5→v2+v5 and v6→v2+v6 have been determined to be at 2129.3(1) cm-1.
