The Reaction of N-Methyl- and N,N-Dimethylcarbamoyl Chloride with Antimony(V) ChlorideN,N-Dimethylcarbamoyl chloride (7) reacts with antimony(V) chloride to give a stable 1 : 1-addition compound 6 where the Lewis acid is added to the carbonyl group. N-Methylcarbamoyl chloride yields also an 1 : 1-addition compound 8 which slowly loses hydrogen chloride at room temperature. In solution 8 reacts to protonated 2,4-dimethylallophanoyl chloride (10). The i.r. and Raman spectra of 6 and 7 are assigned.

N,N-Dimethylcarbamidsäurechlorid (7) reagiert mit Antimon(V)-chlorid unter Bildung eines stabilen 1 : 1-Adduktes 6, bei dem die Lewis-Säure an das Carbonylsauerstoffatom gebunden ist. N-Methylcarbamidsäurechlorid liefert ebenfalls ein 1 : 1-Addukt 8, das als Festkörper oberhalb -30°C langsam Chlorwasserstoff abspaltet. In Lösung reagiert 8 bei Raumtemperatur zu protoniertem 2,4-Dimethylallophansäurechlorid (10). Die IR- und Raman-Spektren von 6 und 7 werden zugeordnet.
