Summary A new reaction suitable to the microdetection of Tl is described by which Tl is identified as CsTl-iodide in shape of orange-red hexahedra, octahedra and other crystals of the regular system. Limit of identification: 0,06γ Tl. The reaction may be performed likewise with Rb-salts although with less sensibility. Possibilities of interference are discussed.

Zusammenfassung Es wird eine neue, empfindliche, zum Mikronachweis von Tl geeignete Reaktion beschrieben, durch die Tl als CsTl-Jodid in Form von orangeroten Würfeln, Oktaedern und anderen Kristallen des regulären Systems identifiziert werden kann. Erf. Gr. 0,06γ Tl. Die Reaktion kann auch mit Rubidiumsalzen, jedoch mit geringerer Empfindlichkeit ausgeführt werden. Störungsmöglichkeiten werden besprochen.
