    Gewalt und Dissoziation in der neueren deutsch- und russischsprachigen Lyrik (2024)

    Beschreibung: Die Arbeit widmet sich dem Zusammenhang zwischen den Phänomenen Gewalt und Dissoziation, der in der Lyrik nach 1989 vermehrt reflektiert wird. Den Gegenstand der Untersuchung bilden russisch- und deutschsprachige Gedichte, die in vier thematischen Konstellationen einander gegenübergestellt werden. Dabei zeigt sich, dass die Relation zwischen Gewalt und Dissoziation in Form von Wechselbeziehungen gestaltet wird, die ihrerseits die Etablierung verborgener Gewaltstrukturen ursächlich bedingen. Behandelt werden Texte der LyrikerInnen Sergej Stratanovskij, Ulrike Draesner, Slava Mogutin, Ann Cotten, Durs Grünbein, Elena Fanajlova, Friederike Mayröcker und Aleksandr Skidan.

    Beschreibung: Für gehörlose Lernende stellt das Schreiben eine doppelte Herausforderung dar: Gebärdensprachen verfügen über keine Gebrauchsschrift, weshalb gehörlose Schreiber/-innen die Schrift der umgebenden Lautsprache verwenden. Diese unterscheidet sich jedoch in struktureller Hinsicht grundlegend von der Gebärdensprache, was dazu führt, dass der Schriftspracherwerb in vielen Bereichen dem Erwerb einer Zweitsprache gleicht. Schriftliche Textproduktionen gehörloser Signer (=Gebärdenspachbenutzer/-innen) sind deshalb aus unterschiedlichen Perspektiven von Bedeutung: Aus Sicht der Mehrsprachigkeitsforschung bieten sie einen Einblick in Prozesse des bimodal bilingualen Spracherwerbs, bei dem eine Laut- und eine Gebärdensprache involviert sind. Aus sprachdidaktischer Perspektive stellt sich in der Folge die Frage zur erfolgreichen Vermittlung schriftsprachlicher Kompetenzen für gehörlose Schüler/-innen. Zwar ist bekannt, dass medizinische und alltagsweltliche Konzepte von Normalität divergieren können – doch: Was bedeutet das für die Kommunikation in der medizinischen Praxis? Wie, in welchen Kontexten und zu welchen Zwecken greifen z.B. Ärzt:innen und Patient:innen auf interaktive ‚Praktiken des Normalisierens‘ zurück? Im Zuge der Auseinandersetzung mit der kommunikativen Konstruktion von Normalitäten auf der Grundlage empirischer Analysen authentischer Gespräche liefern die hier versammelten Beiträge interaktionslinguistische Erkenntnisse u.a. zur interaktiven Positionierung im Gespräch, zur Interaktionalen Semantik sowie zur interaktional ausgerichteten Konstruktionsgrammatik. Auch zeigen sie konzeptuelle und methodische Verknüpfungen zu Fragen der Medizin und der qualitativen Sozialforschung auf. Dieses soll durch die teils öffentliche Finanzierung voraussichtlich mit Steuermitteln aufgefangen werden. Es beginnt eine breite Debatte in der sich Personen aus Politik, Kulturbetrieb und Öffentlichkeit in Interviews, Petitionen oder Leserkommentaren beteiligen und in der es um den Einsatz von Steuern, die Verantwortung von Kulturinstitutionen und die künstlerische Freiheit geht. Die Untersuchung nimmt digitale multimodalen Texte, die darin verwendeten Metaphern, intertextuellen Geflechte und die beteiligten Akteure in den Blick und rekonstruiert nicht nur die Debatte der documenta 14, sondern widmet sich darüber hinaus dem strittigen Verhältnis von Kunst und Ökonomie und wie dieses unser aktuelles Kulturfördersystem beeinflusst.     Beschreibung: Sprachliche und kommunikative Kompetenz ist, wenn auch mit unterschiedlichen Schwerpunkten, eines von vielen Lernzielen für Lernende in allen Bildungseinrichtungen von der Kindertageseinrichtung bis zur Universität. Gefordert wird unter anderem die Produktion von komplexen Diskurseinheiten auf bildungssprachlichem Niveau. Bildungssprache soll in diesem Zusammenhang als ein detaillierter, kontextentbundener verständlicher sowie begrifflich präziser (Morek und Heller 2012, S. 68). Sprachgebrauch mit dem übergeordneten Merkmal der Explizitheit (Feilke 2012) verstanden werden. Das Sprechen kann dabei unter anderem als Werkzeug der Wissensvermittlung (kommunikativ) und des Denkens (epistemisch) fungieren (Morek und Heller 2012). Wie bildungssprachliche Fähigkeiten vermittelt werden können, ist allerdings noch nicht abschließend geklärt (Feilke 2012). Hinzu kommt, dass sich zumindest bezüglich des mündlichen Sprachgebrauchs in Lehr- und Lernkontexten häufig wenig Gelegenheit zum Einüben längerer Redebeiträge bietet. Die Kommunikation über Texte erscheint hierfür schon aufgrund der Annahme geeignet, dass Texte eigentlich erst während der Rezeption von den Rezipient*innen konstruiert werden. Wir gehen mit Hausendorf et al. 2017 davon aus, dass Texte Lesbarkeitshinweise bereitstellen, die von den Rezipient*innen zur Konstruktion ihrer eigenen mentalen Modelle genutzt werden. Diese können als Ausgangspunkt für Gespräche mit längeren Redebeiträgen (epistemische Funktion) verwendet werden, in denen Bedeutungen immer wieder ausgehandelt werden (kommunikative Funktion). Solche Aushandlungen sind zwangsläufig kontextentbunden und fordern auch einen gewissen Grad an sprachlicher Explizitheit. Eine Möglichkeit ist die Verwendung literarischer Texte als Gesprächsanlass. Im Sinne eines erweiterten Textbegriffs (vgl. Staiger 2007) sollen darunter Texte in allen Medien verstanden werden, wie z. B. Bilderbücher, Computerspiele, Comics, Gedichte oder Filme. Die Offenheit literarischer Texte ermöglicht es, dass sie auf stets variierende Art interpretiert und verstanden werden können (vgl. Charlton und Sutter 2007). Dies entlastet die Interaktant*innen davon, eine „richtige Antwort“ geben zu müssen. In Anschluss- oder Begleitkommunikationen wie z.B. in Vorlesegesprächen (vgl. u.a. Wieler 1997, Spinner 2004, Gressnich et al. 2015) sind unterschiedliche Sichtweisen auf die Texte sogar ein erwünschter Effekt, der es auch Rezipient*innen mit sehr unterschiedlichen Wissensständen ermöglicht, sich über die Texte auszutauschen. Außerdem können die am Gespräch Teilnehmenden insofern voneinander lernen, als dass sie die unterschiedlichen Sichtweisen auf den Text nachvollziehen. Auch von der eigenen Deutung abweichende Äußerungen bergen ein großes Potenzial, weil sie dazu veranlassen, die eigene Haltung zum Text zu reflektieren, sie argumentierend zu verteidigen oder zu modifizieren (vgl. u.a. Spinner 2010, Preußer 2017, Heizmann 2019). Im vorliegenden Sammelband werden in elf Beiträgen unterschiedliche Perspektiven und verschiedene Erhebungs- und Auswertungskontexte, unter denen Gespräche über literarische Texte aktuell betrachtet werden, vorgestellt.

    Beschreibung: Thinking about language contact and language mixture has been part of the European-Western preoccupation with language from the very beginning. Starting with Plato in the fourth century B.C., it is for a long time an unexcited reflection, until the perspective changes radically in the 19th century: the normality is suddenly gone, contact and mixture become first a research taboo and only a little later a serious research focus, from which a separate discipline, contact linguistics, emerges. This book tells for the first time the history of the study of language contact up to the threshold of the 20th century and shows how critical-historiographical studies can help to classify and advance current debates (e.g. in creole studies).
    Beschreibung: Das Nachdenken über Sprachkontakt und Sprachmischung ist von Beginn an Teil der europäisch-abendländischen Beschäftigung mit Sprache. Angefangen bei Platon im vierten vorchristlichen Jahrhundert, ist es für lange Zeit ein unaufgeregtes Nachdenken, bis sich im 19. Jahrhundert der Blickwinkel radikal ändert: Die Normalität ist plötzlich weg, Kontakt und Mischung werden erst zu einem Forschungstabu und nur wenig später zum ernsthaften Forschungsfokus, aus dem eine eigene Disziplin, die Kontaktlinguistik, hervorgeht. Dieses Buch erzählt erstmals die Geschichte der Erforschung von Sprachkontakt bis an die Schwelle zum 20. Jahrhundert und zeigt, wie kritisch-historiografische Studien helfen können, aktuelle Debatten (z. B. in der Kreolistik) einzuordnen und voranzubringen.

Essa análise é feita a partir dos debates entre seus expoentes mais ilustres, como Vygotsky, Wallon, Chomsky e Piaget, e dos pontos de convergência e divergência entre eles. Apesar das diferenças, há entre esses pensadores um propósito comum: fundamentar o estudo psicológico daquelas funções sobre bases científicas e genéticas e superar as concepções idealistas e materialistas mecanicistas. Desse modo, Dongo-Montoya retoma o tema da origem do pensamento da linguagem, com o debate entre Vygotsky e Piaget, cujas ideias estiveram presentes nas discussões do século XX. Na sequência, confronta as posições de Wallon e Piaget e de Piaget e Chomsky. Por fim, o autor dedica-se a evidenciar o pensamento mais atual e acabado de Piaget sobre o tema e a apresentar as consequências do desenvolvimento desses debates e dessas teorias sobre pensamento e linguagem para as questões educacionais e pedagógicas atuais.

    Beschreibung: The publication aims to view analogy relations as heuristic magic sticks or semiotic universals through which the unknown can be heuristically opened up with the help of the known. This means that analogies simultaneously have analysing, synthesising and playful basic functions that can open up very diverse resonance spaces for us. It further implies that analogy assumptions also serve to bring the world of objects into a fruitful interaction context with the world of subjects. In this way, Cassirer's thesis that man is a genuine sign being (animal symbolicum), which can and must open up its life world with the help of cultural signs, can be exemplified very well.

    Beschreibung: From March 16-19, 2016, the Young Romance Studies Forum on "Center and Periphery" took place at the Julius-Maximilians-Universität Würzburg. In this volume, the dialectical concepts of center and periphery are examined from the perspectives of literary, linguistic, and cultural studies. Their relevance in Romania is examined in the individual contributions on the basis of geographical, spatial, historical, social, and linguistic aspects, in order to include different approaches and methods of analysis. In addition to a heterogeneous approach to the dimensions of the conceptual pair, the volume offers a structured presentation of the individual phenomena studied. The two thematic blocks focus, on the one hand, on diverse literary studies considerations of the dichotomy of the conceptual pair, and, on the other hand, on linguistic conceptions of center and periphery. Thus, new perspectives on both central and peripheral phenomena in Romance studies are opened up, on the one hand by presenting the range of (traditional) centers and peripheries, and on the other hand by referring to current discussions in the context of the two concepts.

    Beschreibung: Die vorliegende Arbeit widmet sich der Informationsintegration in maschinell übersetzten, mehrsprachigen Textchats am Beispiel des Skype Translators im Sprachenpaar Katalanisch-Deutsch. Der Untersuchung von Textchats dieser Konfiguration wurde sich bislang nur wenig zugewendet. Deshalb wird der zunächst grundlegend explorativ ausgerichteten Forschungsfrage nachgegangen, wie Personen eine maschinell übersetzte Textchat-Kommunikation wahrnehmen, wenn sie nicht der Sprache des Gegenübers mächtig sind. Damit einher geht auch die Untersuchung der Informationsextraktion und -verarbeitung zwischen Nachrichten, die in der eigenen Sprache verfasst wurden, und der Ausgabe der Maschinellen Übersetzung.

The academic meeting has addressed the issue of demographic change in Japan in comparison to the social developments of ageing in Germany and other member states of the European Union. The conference was organized by the Institute for Modern Japanese Studies at Heinrich-Heine-University of Duesseldorf and took place at the Mutter Haus in Kaiserswerth (an ancient part of Duesseldorf). Speakers from Germany, England, Japan and the Netherlands presented their papers in four sessions on the topics “Demographic Trends and Social Analysis”, “Family and Welfare Policies”, “Ageing Society and the Organization of Households” and “Demographic Change and the Economy”. Central to all transnational and national studies on demographic change is the question of how societies can be reconstructed and be made adaptive to these changes in order to survive as solidarity communities. The authors of this volume attend to this question by discussing on recent trends of social and economic restructuring and giving insight into new research developments such as in the area of households and housing, family care work, medical insurance, robot technology or the employment sector.

    Beschreibung: Das zweibändige Werk gibt erstmals einen umfassenden Überblick über den Satzbau der schweizerdeutschen Dialekte und ergänzt das Standardwerk ""Sprachatlas der deutschen Schweiz"", in dem syntaktische Fragen weitgehend ausgespart blieben. Die vorgestellten Ergebnisse basieren auf einer vom Schweizerischen Nationalfonds geförderten Erhebung mit Fragebögen an 383 Ortspunkten bei durchschnittlich sieben Gewährspersonen in den Jahren 2000-2002. Der Atlas stellt zahlreiche bisher nicht oder kaum beachtete Phänomene in der Syntax der Nominal- und Verbalphrase sowie Satzverbindung detailliert vor und belegt die lange bestrittene Raumgliederung im Bereich der Morphosyntax. Die Ergebnisse werden unter Berücksichtigung der Variation am Ort in 78 thematischen Kommentaren besprochen (Bd. 1) und auf 216 - je nach Kartentyp auch farbigen - Dialektkarten (Bd. 2) präsentiert.

    Beschreibung: Das zweibändige Werk gibt erstmals einen umfassenden Überblick über den Satzbau der schweizerdeutschen Dialekte und ergänzt das Standardwerk ""Sprachatlas der deutschen Schweiz"", in dem syntaktische Fragen weitgehend ausgespart blieben. Die vorgestellten Ergebnisse basieren auf einer vom Schweizerischen Nationalfonds geförderten Erhebung mit Fragebögen an 383 Ortspunkten bei durchschnittlich sieben Gewährspersonen in den Jahren 2000-2002. Der Atlas stellt zahlreiche bisher nicht oder kaum beachtete Phänomene in der Syntax der Nominal- und Verbalphrase sowie Satzverbindung detailliert vor und belegt die lange bestrittene Raumgliederung im Bereich der Morphosyntax. Die Ergebnisse werden unter Berücksichtigung der Variation am Ort in 78 thematischen Kommentaren besprochen (Bd. 1) und auf 216 - je nach Kartentyp auch farbigen - Dialektkarten (Bd. 2) präsentiert.

    Beschreibung: In der atelischen an-Konstruktion im Deutschen treten die Verben mit einer an-Präpositionalphrase auf (an etwas malen/essen/basteln). Basierend auf Korpusdaten wird in diesem Band gegen die verbreitete Alternationsanalyse der an-Konstruktion als präpositionales Pendant der transitiven Verbverwendung argumentiert. Stattdessen werden an-Phrasen als ereignisinterne Modifikatoren von einstelligen Activity-Verbvarianten analysiert, die eine in der lokalen Bedeutung der Präposition wurzelnde boundary-Relation einführen. Aus empirischer Perspektive wird ein Inventar von korpusbasierten Methoden und Maßen für die Untersuchung von (vermeintlichen) Argumentalternationen vorgestellt. Schließlich wird der bisher wenig diskutierte Zusammenhang von Argumentrealisierung und Metaphernbildung diskutiert. Die Studie wurde mit dem Wilhelm von Humboldt Preis des Jahres 2022 der Deutschen Gesellschaft für Sprachwissenschaft ausgezeichnet.

Logo após, o Prof. Dr. Pedro Adrião da Silva Júnior discute a revirada pragmática, bem como seus desdobramentos, com vistas a um modelo de língua(gem) que concebe os usos linguísticos em seus contextos. Por último, a Profa. Dra. Lúcia Helena Medeiros da Cunha Tavares articula a língua e suas relações de poder, com destaque para o discurso como prática social, marcado pelas subjetividades e disputas identitárias fincadas na história. The reason for this is the influence of standard language.     Beschreibung: Audio films enable blind and visually impaired people to enjoy a feature film. An audio film consists of the original audio track of the film and the audio description. This film description compensates for the video track of the film. It is therefore a purely auditory media text. Translation studies consider the work of audio descriptors as an intercodal translation process and as a part of audiovisual translation. Maher Tyfour examined the concrete implementation of audiodescription on a corpus of image translations for the Munich Tatort series. His focus was on the city's staging. By comparing them with the original video tracks of the feature films, he illustrates the intertextual relationship between original and translation. In the analysis he identifies the strategies of the audio descriptors that are partly unconsciously implemented in the translation process, explains them and discusses them in terms of text and translation studies. Maher Tyfour studied English at the University of Damascus (Syria) before coming to Germany in 2009. After completing his master's degree in Intercultural German Studies at the Georg-August University of Göttingen, he earned his doctorate at the University of Hildesheim. He works as a teacher of English and German as a second language in Saxony.

    Beschreibung: Die geowissenschaftliche Problematik der Trockengebiete beruht vor allem auf dem Konflikt, der sich aus der lebensfeindlichen Klimasituation und dem geowissenschaftlichen Gesamtpotential dieser Gebiete ergibt: Große, weitgehend ungenutzte Flächen, ein normalerweise nur randlich bekanntes Rohstoffpotential und begrenzte Grundwasservorräte kennzeichnen eine spezifische Problematik, deren wissenschaftliche Erforschung von großer praktischer Bedeutung für die ständig anwachsende Erdbevölkerung bei gleichzeitiger Verknappung von Rohstoffen und Nahrungsmitteln sein wird. Aridität ist Folge spezifischer klimatischer Situationen. Das Klima war während der Erdgeschichte einem ständigen Wandel unterworfen. Es kennzeichnet lediglich eine augenblickliche Situation und deren geowissenschaftliche Prozesse. Erst vor dem Hintergrund der geologischen Gesamtentwicklung des jeweiligen Gebietes wird der eingangs skizzierte Konflikt jedoch deutlich, der beispielsweise in konkurrierenden Nutzungsansprüchen von Landwirtschaft und Bergbau in bezug auf begrenzte Wasserresourcen bestehen kann. Die geowissenschaftliche Erforschung heute arider Gebiete muß die jüngere Klimageschichte erfassen, die wesentlich ist für die augenblickliche Grundwassersituation sowie für überprägende Vorgänge der Landschaftsentwicklung und der Bodenbildung. Daneben muß sie ein klares Bild von der geologischen Gesamtentwicklung des jeweiligen Gebietes erbringen, um so Vorstellungen zum Potential an Rohstoffen, Grundwasser und Böden zu ermöglichen. Das Nebeneinander großer ungenutzter Flächen, nur teilweise bekannter Rohstoffvorräte und endlicher Grundwasservorkommen ist in den ariden Gebieten der Erde vor allem realisiert im Bereich der großen kratonalen Becken des nördlichen Afrika und Arabiens sowie des südlichen Afrika und Australiens. Unsere als exemplarisch zu verstehenden Untersuchungen sollten ihre Muster demzufolge in diesen Gebieten suchen, wobei sich zunächst Nordafrika aus naheliegenden Gründen anbietet. Da intramontane Becken der ariden Gebiete Innerasiens und Amerikas eine teilweise ähnliche Problematik erwarten lassen, sollten im Rahmen gezielter vergleichender Fragestellungen auch vergleichende Untersuchungen möglich sein. Ebenso sollten Vergleiche möglich sein, die die Deutung fossiler Umlagerungsprozesse im kontinentalen Bereich am rezenten Beispiel erlauben und zwar unabhängig vom derzeitigen Klima. In bezug auf die zunächst angestrebte Bearbeitung von Becken Nordafrikas schließlich empfiehlt es sich, eine tektonische Bearbeitung des Nordrandes der Saharatafel einzubeziehen, weil ein Teil des Rohstoffpotentials der saharischen Becken abhängig ist von Bewegungsvorgängen am Tafelrand. Die Untersuchungen sollen dazu dienen, aus geowissenschaftlicher Sicht die Nutzungsmöglichkeiten und die Nutzungsgrenzen heute arider Gebiete an geeigneten Beispielen aufzuzeichnen. Darüber hinaus werden die für dieses Ziel zu erarbeitenden Forschungsergebnisse wesentliche Beiträge zur Klärung diverser geowissenschaftlicher Fragen in den Untersuchungsgebieten erbringen.

    Beschreibung: The aim of this work is to integrate the West Slavic languages ​​into grammar and language comparisons using modern grammatical approaches. This is done using the example of the imperative sentence in Slovak with a view to other West Slavic languages. This type of sentence is examined for its formal and content-related characteristics. At the same time, its communicative-pragmatic potential is derived and explained from the structural meaning of this mode verbi. The demarcation between the grammar and the pragmatics of the imperative theorem will play an important role here.
    Beschreibung: Das Ziel dieser Arbeit ist es, die westslawischen Sprachen unter Anwendung moderner grammatiktheoretischer Ansätze in den Grammatik- und Sprachvergleich zu integrieren. Dies erfolgt am Beispiel des Imperativsatzes im Slowakischen mit Blick auf andere westslawische Sprachen. Dieser Satztyp wird hinsichtlich seiner formalen und inhaltlichen Eigenschaften untersucht.     Beschreibung: The work consists of two parts. The first part deals exclusively with the aspect properties of Russian prefigured verbs. A perfective analysis for Russian is proposed, which allows to grasp the semantic differences between imperfective Simplizia and its derivative derivatives in semantic terms. The second part of the thesis is an application of the proposed perfective analysis to Russian pere-prefixed verbs. It is shown that the meaning variants of pere-prefixed verbs in Russian can be derived from a general prefix scheme and the semantics of the stem verb.
    Beschreibung: Die Arbeit besteht aus zwei Teilen. Der erste Teil befaßt sich ausschließlich mit den aspektuellen Eigenschaften russischer präfigierter Verben. Es wird eine Perfektivanalyse für das Russische vorgeschlagen, die es ermöglicht, die semantischen Unterschiede zwischen imperfektiven Simplizia und ihren perfektiven Derivata in semantischen Termen zu erfassen. Der zweite Teil der Arbeit stellt eine Anwendung der vorgeschlagenen Perfektivanalyse auf russische pere-präfigierte Verben dar. Es wird gezeigt, daß die Bedeutungsvarianten pere-präfigierter Verben im Russischen aus einem allgemeinen Präfixschema und der Semantik des Stammverbs abgeleitet werden können.

    Beschreibung: Germany has gradually become Europe's largest immigration country and is increasingly shaped by the image of a multicultural and multilingual society. However, the issue of multilingualism receives little attention, especially with regard to Slavic migration idioms. The aim of the present study is the empirical investigation of the current language behavior of Slavophone immigrants and the determination of the vitality of their native languages. On the basis of a nationwide survey of 500 immigrants detailed microsociological data on the use of Slavic languages ​​depending on persons, topics and situations will be collected and the influence of linguistic ecological factors such as attitudes, motivations, identity and social network of speakers on language use and language content will be investigated. In addition, on the basis of interdisciplinary approaches to the description of linguistic minorities, the vitality of slavins is analyzed comparatively, showing the current situation and the future development of Slavia in Germany in general and specific tendencies of ethnolects in particular.
    Beschreibung: Deutschland hat sich sukzessive zum größten Einwanderungsland Europas entwickelt und wird immer stärker vom Bild einer multikulturellen und multilingualen Gesellschaft geprägt. Dem Thema Mehrsprachigkeit aber wird insbesondere in Bezug auf slavische Migrationsidiome nur wenig Beachtung geschenkt. Ziel der vorliegenden Studie ist die empirische Erforschung des aktuellen Sprachverhaltens slavophoner Immigranten und die Bestimmung der Vitalität ihrer Muttersprachen. Anhand einer deutschlandweiten Enquete unter 500 Zuwanderern werden detaillierte mikrosoziologische Daten zum Gebrauch der slavischen Sprachen in Abhängigkeit von Personen, Themen und Situationen erhoben und der Einfluss sprachökologischer Faktoren wie Attitüden, Motivationen, Identität und soziales Netzwerk der Sprecher auf die Sprachverwendung und den Spracherhalt untersucht. Zudem wird auf der Grundlage interdisziplinärer Ansätze zur Beschreibung von Sprachminderheiten die Vitalität der Slavinen komparativ analysiert, womit die gegenwärtige Situation und die zukünftige Entwicklung der Slavia in Deutschland im Allgemeinen und spezifische Tendenzen der Ethnolekte im Besonderen aufgezeigt werden.

Darüber hinaus jedoch ist meine Hoffnung, durch die Beschreibung einer dialogischen Gesprächshaltung und der entsprechenden Gesprächsstrukturen einen möglichen Weg zu weisen, mittels bestimmter "Techniken" Gespräche so strukturieren und gestalten zu können, daß sie zu wirklichem Verständnis und damit zu einer Verbesserung der Dialogkultur fuhren.

The author sets himself the goal, after some introductory remarks on the translation of the NT by Miklawuš Jakubica in the second chapter, to discuss theoretical foundations of the morphological category, essentially referring to the number in general, the origin of the Du. and its different forms, like natural or free, you. with two and both and anaphoric you. will be received. The investigation is done both from a synchronous and a diachronic point of view, since paradigmatic comparisons with older ns. Grammars as well as with the contemporary language to be drawn.
    Beschreibung: Die vorliegende Untersuchung verfolgt das Ziel, das Dualsystem des Neuen Testaments des Miklawuš Jakubica ( 1548) zu beschreiben und zu analysieren, da über den Du. eine Vielzahl von Einzeluntersuchungen existieren, wie z. B. zur Erörterung der Numeruskategorie im Slavischen im allgemeinen, allgemeine Darstellungen zum Sorbischen mit Beschreibungen der Dualparadigmen, Beschreibungen einzelner Flexionsparadigmen des Ns., deren Besonderheiten und Genese (...). Der Verfasser stellt sich das Ziel, nach einigen einleitenden Bemerkungen zur Übersetzung des NT von Miklawuš Jakubica im 2. Kapitel theoretische Grundlagen zur morphologischen Kategorie zu erörtern, wobei im wesentlichen auf den Numerus im allgemeinen, den Ursprung des Du. und dessen verschiedene Formen, wie natürlicher oder freier, Du. mit zwei und beide und anaphorischer Du. eingegangen wird. Die Untersuchung erfolgt sowohl aus synchroner als auch aus diachroner Sicht, da paradigmatische Vergleiche mit älteren ns. Grammatiken als auch mit der Gegenwartssprache gezogen werden sollen.

    Beschreibung: This volume contains the complete collection of published and unpublished work on German grammar by Tilman N. Höhle. It consists of two parts. The first part is Topologische Felder, a book-length manuscript that was written in 1983 but was never finished nor published. It is a careful examination of the topological properties of German sentences, including a discussion of typological assumptions. The second part assembles all other published and unpublished papers by Höhle on German grammar. All of these papers were highly influential in German linguistics, in theoretical linguistics in general, and in a specific variant of theoretical linguistics, Head-Driven Phrase Structure Grammar. Topics covered are clause structure, constituent order, coordination, (verum) focus, word structure, the relationship between relative pronouns and verbs in V2, extraction, and the foundations of a theory of phonology in constraint-based grammar.
