    Description: This history of Ladin literature provides for the first time a comprehensive overview of 230 Dolomite-Ladin authors from the beginnings of Ladin literature (17th century) up to contemporary Ladin writing (2012). Each article on the authors contains a detailed biography, a complete catalog of works and a review of the oeuvre based on a representative sample of original texts, also translated into German. This new standard reference of Rhaeto-Romance Studies is completed by introductory chapters on the beginnings and the development of Ladin literature, its genres and themes, the history of research, the presence of Ladin literature in the Ladin-speaking media, the presence of Ladinia in German and Italian literature as well as a name index with as many as 3,000 entries.
    Description: Diese Geschichte der ladinischen Literatur liefert erstmals einen umfassenden Überblick über 230 dolomitenladinische Autoren von den Anfängen des ladinischen Schrifttums (17. Jh.) bis zum zeitgenössischen Literaturschaffen (2012). Die Artikel zu den einzelnen Autoren enthalten jeweils eine ausführliche Biografie, ein vollständiges Werkverzeichnis und eine Besprechung des OEuvres anhand einer möglichst repräsentativen Auswahl von Originaltexten mit deutscher Übersetzung. Vervollständigt wird dieses neue Standardwerk der Rätoromanistik durch die einleitenden Kapitel zu den Anfängen und der Entwicklung der ladinischen Literatur, zu ihren Gattungen und Themen, zur Forschungsgeschichte, zum Vorkommen der ladinischen Literatur in den ladinischsprachigen Medien, zur Präsenz Ladiniens in der deutschen und italienischen Literatur sowie durch den abschließenden Namensindex mit knapp 3.000 Einträgen.

    Description: Today, the teaching of knowledge is facing a twofold challenge: the demand for comprehensibility despite the high complexity of contents and the achievement of acceptable results in school in situations of ever-growing diversity. This opens up new research areas for linguistics: on the one hand, the communicative acts of members of a language community in everyday life and in specialized settings; on the other hand, the variable contexts of the speech acts, which require the co-orientation of social actors, which in turn also needs to be acquired and practiced like the languages with their formal and structural characteristics. Based upon these premises, this volume presents findings and theoretical approaches which make corpus findings available for the study and the didactics of language teaching concerning the the three school languages ??of German, Italian and English. Special emphasis is put on the varieties of the German language in South Tyrol and the interface problem.
    Description: Die Vermittlung von Wissen steht heute vor einer zweifachen Herausforderung: dem Anspruch auf Verständlichkeit trotz hoher Komplexität der Inhalte und dem Erreichen akzeptabler Ergebnisse in der Schule in Situationen von immer größerer Diversität. Daraus ergeben sich für die Sprachwissenschaft neue Schwerpunkte: eine konstante Besinnung auf die Phänomene, das sind die kommunikativen Akte von Mitgliedern einer Sprachgemeinschaft im Alltag und in Bereichen fachlicher Spezialisierung, das sind aber auch variable Kontexte der Sprechakte, die eine Koorientierung der sozialen Akteure verlangen, die ebenso gelernt und geübt werden muss, wie die Sprachen in ihren formalen und strukturellen Eigenheiten. In diesem Band werden Forschungen und theoretische Ansätze vorgelegt, die ausgehend von diesen Prämissen Korpusrecherchen für die Erforschung und für die didaktische Vermittlung der drei Schulsprachen Deutsch, Italienisch und Englisch nutzbar machen. Besondere Schwerpunkte sind Varietäten der deutschen Sprache in Südtirol und die Interface-Problematik.

    Description: The first volume of the Bibliografia Ladina covers the entire Ladin Literature from the beginnings up to 1945. A total of 1072 entries, including manuscripts and parts of text, is ordered by authors and contains additional information regarding the date of their origin, the place and date of publication, the publication history, the idiom as well as the digital availability of the individual texts. Several indices (e.g. of the incipits) are included. Thus, this bibliography can either be used as a supplement to the first volume of the Geschichte der ladinischen Literatur (The History of Ladin Literature – Scripta Ladina Brixinensia III/1) or as an independent research tool.
    Description: Der erste Band der Bibliografia ladina erfasst das gesamte ladinische Schrifttum von den Anfängen bis 1945. Die insgesamt 1072 Einträge, darunter auch Manuskripte und Textteile, sind nach Autoren geordnet und enthalten ergänzende Angaben zum Entstehungszeitpunkt, zum Erscheinungsort und -datum, zur Veröffentlichungsgeschichte, zum Idiom sowie zur digitalen Verfügbarkeit der einzelnen Texte.     Description: Italiano con l'immaginario introduces a humanistic approach of language teaching little known in Italy, deriving from the French teaching tradition. Simulation globale is a language teaching course which, instead of offering many detached activities and using a standard manual, follows a path on which all elements are connected by a narrative thread. Thus, the oral and written production of a large number of texts takes place within a very motivating context.

La “simulation globale” diventa un corso di lingua in cui, invece di svolgere tante attività staccate e utilizzare un manuale standard, è possibile impostare un percorso in cui tutto sia collegato da un filo narrativo e la produzione orale e scritta di un vasto numero di testi avvenga all'interno di una situazione-cornice molto motivante.

    Description: The first volume of the series “Scripta Ladina Brixinensia” edited by Paul Videsott is dedicated to the Ladin language in the educational system – compulsory schools, secondary schools, universities/colleges – in the regions of Trentino-Alto Adige and Friuli as well as in the Canton of Grisons. The focus is on the Ladin department, a unique feature of the Free University of Bolzano, aiming at the documentation, description and the development of the Ladin language. The final contribution presents the volume Sprachen im Vergleich: Deutsch-Ladinisch-Italienisch which is designed as a teaching aid for multilingual language teaching in Ladin schools.
    Description: Der erste Band der Reihe "Scripta Ladina Brixinensia" unter der Herausgeberschaft von Paul Videsott widmet sich der Präsenz des Ladinischen im Bildungssystem – Pflichtschulen, Oberschulen, Universitäten/Hochschulen – der Länder Trentino-Südtirol, Graubünden und Friaul. Im Zentrum steht die Ladinische Abteilung, die ein Alleinstellungsmerkmal der Freien Universität Bozen darstellt mit dem Ziel der Dokumentation, der Deskription und des Ausbaus des Ladinischen. Der abschließende Beitrag stellt einen Unterrichtsbehelf für den mehrsprachigen Unterricht im Bereich Sprachen vor, die dreisprachige Grammatik: "Sprachen im Vergleich: Deutsch-Ladinisch-Italienisch".

    Description: Diese Studie hat durch eine gründliche Analyse des Inhalts, der Form, der Sprache und der Komik von Carl Sternheims Komödien von 1910 bis 1920 eine genuin expressionistische Komödie festgestellt. Anhand der Darstellung ihrer antiklassischen Form und antiethischen Konzeption wird diese Komödie als ein fester Bestandteil der avantgardistischen Moderne erwiesen. Durch einen Vergleich mit anderen deutschen Komödien wird ihre Affinität zum Typ der ernsten Komödie und zur Tragikomödie aufgezeigt.

    Description: The narrations of many young authors of the 1990s operate under and in the terms of the new media at the same time, so the reader is able to observe how media change forms of communication. With the narration a well-known topic is repeated and reanimated. The presence of sensual effects of one medium in another is analysed by the mediological method, which also develops in the 1990s. So this way of narrating, which is significant for the 1990s, is called mediological narration.

    Description: This bibliographic documentation follows the two comprehensive bibliographies on the Rhaeto-Romance language, the Rätoromanische Bibliographie (Maria Iliescu / Heidi Siller-Runggaldier) and the Rätoromanische Bibliographie 1985-1997 (Heidi Siller-Runggaldier / Paul Videsott). All data contained in these works have been integrated in this bibliography and updated until 2010. The nearly 5000 entries that cover a period from 1729 to 2010 are newly arranged according to subject areas and chronologically increasing publication dates. Consequently, this bibliography becomes a sort of “reading book of the history of science" representing the state of the art of international Rhaeto-Romance studies.
