    Description: In the communication of RFID system, it is easy to cause collision during data exchange between the tag and the reader, thus tags may not be identified. On the basis of researching binary algorithm, bit positions of collision are locked through setting different statuses of the order during collision, and then samples of the locked positions are recorded to select the remaining collision positions during the paging process to the descending order. Compared with traditional binary collision algorithm, significant improvements have been made in analyzing the algorithm’s indexes like searching times, amount of communication and throughput, improving efficiency of the system.

    Description: Due to the point cloud of oral scan denture has a large amount of data and redundant points. A point cloud simplification algorithm based on feature preserving is proposed to solve the problem that the feature preserving is incomplete when processing point cloud data and cavities occur in relatively flat regions. Firstly, the algorithm uses kd-tree to construct the point cloud spatial topological to search the k-Neighborhood of the sampling point. On the basis of that to calculate the curvature of each point, the angle between the normal vector, the distance from the point to the neighborhood centroid, as well as the standard deviation and the average distance from the point to the neighborhood on this basis, therefore, the detailed features of point cloud can be extracted by multi-feature extraction and threshold determination. For the non-characteristic region, the non-characteristic point cloud is spatially divided through Octree to obtain the K-value of K-means clustering algorithm and the initial clustering center point. The simplified results of non-characteristic regions are obtained after further subdivision. Finally, the extracted detail features and the reduced result of non-featured region will be merged to obtain the final simplification result. The experimental results show that the algorithm can retain the characteristic information of point cloud model better, and effectively avoid the phenomenon of holes in the simplification process. The simplified results have better smoothness, simplicity and precision, and are of high practical value.

    Description: To determine the proper range of information quantity of traffic signs in the straight line sections of grassland highways, we have established virtual scenes of such sections of highways with varying levels of information quantity, and we have carried out an experiment on simulated driving. During the research, the method of principal component analysis (PCA) is adopted, and indicators related to eye movements are selected, which prove to be sensitive to the information quantity of traffic signs. Moreover, the pattern of variations is analyzed to examine how the information quantity of traffic signs may impose an impact on drivers’ visual load, and the experimental results are assessed and verified in a subjective manner. The research findings indicate that the information quantity of traffic signs could impose a significant impact on the fixation duration, saccade duration, saccade amplitude and fixation entropy of drivers. Within the proper range of information quantity (20–30 bits/km), drivers have shown stronger ability to acquire and process information with higher searching efficiency and optimal strategy of allocating attention, which will facilitate safe driving. The subjective assessment of drivers’ workload has also proven the validity of the research findings.

    Description: The big data era has ushered in huge transformation in the form of major media, with WeMedia nowadays becoming the mainstream. As is witnessed, WeMedia has achieved a rapid and widespread growth in both dissemination and influence, which has posed a series of challenges to the Emergency Intelligence Service System for Think Tanks, including changes to the subject, content, form, and connotation of platforms. Based on big data, this study makes an investigation into the Emergency Intelligence Service for the modern think tanks and applies the method of factor analysis to draw the conclusion on what kind of factors will influence the performance of the Emergency Intelligence Service for Think Tanks. Then, from the perspective of the life-cycle theory, this research not only optimizes the work process of the Emergency Intelligence Service for Think Tanks, but also constructs a multi-dimensional Emergency Intelligence Service System based on the concept of “Data Driven + Technology Application + Expert Decision” from the aspect of theoretical and technical perspectives. Meanwhile, a public health incident emergency information service system is built on this basis, describing the application process with food poisoning as an example. Last but not least, hopefully, this study could help improve the quality of decision and effectiveness of the Emergency Intelligence Service for Think Tanks and enhance the power of influence and communication for agencies of Emergency Intelligence Service and this paper provides a reference for the establishment and improvement of government decision-making and governance mechanisms.

    Description: Quality is the core of the enterprise, strengthening organization quality specific immune is the key channel. Organization quality specific immune belongs to science and engineering management field, QSIM qualitative simulation method that refer to computational simulation algorithm is widely used in the science and engineering management field, QSIM qualitative simulation method can solve science and engineering management issues effectively. In this study, qualitative simulation QSIM theory is used to analyze and reason the organization quality specific immune decision of manufacturing enterprises. Combined with the pressure-state-response framework, the management mechanism of organization quality specific immune is analyzed according to state variables, decision variables, system variables and environment variables, and further the qualitative simulation rules for organization quality specific immune decision-making are set according to the causal relationships among variables of organization quality specific immune. This study sets organization quality monitor, organization quality defense and organization quality memory as the decision variables, uses QSIM algorithm for simulating organization quality specific immune decision-making reasoning, compares with the influences of single decision variable and multi-decision variables on organization quality specific immune system through simulation results. Simulation results indicate that QSIM algorithm simulation can be used to simulate and reason organization quality specific immune decision-making in order to help manufacturing enterprises reasonably enhance organization quality specific immune performance and quality performance through three decision variables of organization quality monitor, organization quality defense and organization quality memory. The simulation results will provide new revelation for organization quality specific immune decision-making of manufacturing enterprises.

    Description: When an engineering project requires a lot of time and the construction environment is complex, the unit price of materials and personnel will change, the project construction will be hindered, and the construction plan of the project should be adjusted. These uncertain interference factors will cause the earned value analysis results are quite different from or even contrary to the actual situation, so there will not be enough impartial data to help managers to control project. To this end, this paper analyzes how the price fluctuations, process adjustment and the abnormal construction period will affect the construction schedule and cost effect respectively, and further studies the corresponding methods of earned value correction. Based on case analysis, this paper studies the comprehensive correction method of earned value when cost unit price changes, working procedure is adjusted and construction period fluctuates in an abnormal manner. The method improves the theory of earned value and provides reference for engineering practices on project management.

    Description: In order to solve the problem that the existing living cell microscopy technology can not display the detailed information of cells, a high sensitivity digital holographic living cell microscopy technology is proposed in this paper. By measuring the phase distribution and refractive index distribution of living cells, the data of living cells are extracted and converted into digital hologram of living cells. Simulation and comparison of the commonly used two-dimensional living cell microscope methods. The experimental results show that the high-sensitivity digital holographic microscopic detection method can obtain the detailed information of living cells, which proves the effectiveness of this study.

    Description: Under the background of the wide application of intelligent wearable devices, the application of flexible friction nanogenerator in human motion information acquisition is studied. According to the actual needs of energy supply of wearable electronic devices and human motion information acquisition, a flexible friction nanogenerator was prepared by using polyester fiber nickel plated conductive cloth and room temperature vulcanized silica gel polymer as friction positive and negative materials for human motion information acquisition. Set relevant parameters for test. The output peaks of short-circuit current and open circuit voltage are 5 respectively μA and 50 V. The test shows that the output energy can drive the calculator and digital clock to work in real time, and can realize the collection of human motion information.

    Description: In order to solve the problem of poor accuracy of traditional microcontroller attachment stability testing method, a microcontroller attachment stability testing method based on biosensor was designed to solve the existing problems. The reliability test index of the microcontroller is established, then the interference of the microcontroller accessory is detected and responded, and the interference detection signal of the microcontroller accessory is selected. The process design of stability detection of microcontroller accessories based on biosensor is completed. The experimental results show that the stability detection method based on biosensor designed in this paper can ensure the stability detection accuracy of microcontroller accessories above 80%, which is more accurate than traditional methods. It can be used to evaluate the stability, reliability and performance of microcontroller accessories in long-term operation.

    Description: The traditional stability evaluation method of corrugated steel web box girder ignores the calculation of evaluation index weight, which leads to large deviation of evaluation results. Therefore, a new fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for the overall stability of box girder with corrugated steel webs is proposed. According to the structural characteristics of corrugated steel web box girder, the stability coefficient of corrugated steel web box girder is calculated, and the stability calculation index of corrugated steel web box girder is obtained. In this paper, the constraint equation of bridge instability process is introduced, and Midas civil software is used to simulate the instability of box girder with corrugated steel webs during bridge construction. Based on this, the instability of the bridge is analyzed, the index weight of the anti-instability ability of the box girder with corrugated steel webs under different loads is calculated, and the overall stability of the box girder with corrugated steel webs is evaluated by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. The test results show that this method can accurately evaluate the overall stability of box girder with corrugated steel webs, and the calculation accuracy is increased by 32.7% and the calculation speed is increased by about 1.62 seconds. It has high credibility and authenticity.
