    Description: This book is the partial result of a research project called "Female electoral candidacies transformed into marketing products and fake news against female candidates: a comparative analysis between Brazil, Colombia and Mexico". The growing female participation in decision making in Latin America invites us to read with more patience and caution the phenomenon of the emergence of a type of feminization of politics. Two countries with trajectories marked by political scandals and corruption, such as Brazil and Mexico, show that if it was difficult for women to become protagonists as political subjects - note the feminist movements of the 70s, 80s and 90s and the recent achievements in terms of public policies for the protection of women - it is not very difficult to understand the difficulty that these women faced and still face to become protagonists in the political scenario of their countries, i.e. political actors. Therefore, this book reveals only some aspects of the political path that these women must face on a daily basis in order to gain access to spaces of power.

La creciente participación femenina en la tomada de decisiones en América Latina nos invita a leer con más paciencia y cautela el fenómeno del surgimiento de un tipo de feminización de la política. Dos países con trayectorias marcadas en escándalos y corrupciones políticas como lo son Brasil y México evidencian que si a las mujeres les fue dificultado el camino para su protagonismo como sujeta política, nótese los movimientos feministas de los años 70, 80 y 90 y las recientes conquistas en términos de políticas públicas de protección a las mujeres, no es muy difícil de comprender la dificultad que esas mujeres enfrentaron y enfrentan para tornarse protagonistas del escenario político de sus países, es decir, actoras políticas. Por lo tanto, este libro revela solamente algunos aspectos del camino político al que esas mujeres deben enfrentarse cotidianamente para acceder a los espacios de poder.

    Description: The purpose of this book is to incite a series of reflections on the subjective tensions and discourses of Law in a postmodern society where the act of existing advocates a liquidity between pragmatism supported by the values of consumption as an existential fetish that imprisons existence itself, and anyone who is outside this chain of consumption loses the very character of humanity - legitimized through the logic of consumption. In this moment of narcissism the subject is created - trapped in his own image constructed in front of others with the need to be appreciated and the object of consumption-fetish of his equals. Whoever cannot consume, whoever is outside the chain of consumption loses his status of "citizen"... citizenship contemplates those who are immersed in the game of consumption. This "fetish of capital" (Bautista, 2017) that produces an idolatry towards utopian values and sacrifices social coexistence itself in the name of an economic model, does not admit any other form of development and propitiates moral discourses where those who are absent from the policies of these discourses are marginalized. Is Law as a regulatory discipline - in Foucauldian terms - a participant in this fetishist logic, once this discipline regulates (Foucault, 2012) social relations?

    Description: Este libro tiene como propuesta incitar a una serie de reflexiones sobre las tensiones subjetivas y los discursos del Derecho en una sociedad posmoderna donde el acto de existir preconiza una liquidez entre el pragmatismo respaldado por los valores del consumo como fetiche existencial que aprisiona la existencia misma, y todo aquel que se encuentra al margen de esa cadena de consumo pierde el propio carácter de humanidad – legitimada a través de esa lógica del consumo.     Description: The book of Procedural Law that was made exclusive as a learning tool for law students; makes each chapter topics of interest in the knowledge of Procedural Law and its new changes that occurred from the year 2012 with Law 1564, collecting in it, the great experiences that occurred with the law 1395 of 2010; so much so that while this law was seen as a decongestion tool in different areas of law. In civil matters, important advances were achieved in the solutions of civil conflicts; at the same time with it the system of hearings was put into practice, which, although they were not directed under the orality, as it brings with it the General Code of Process, in its practice led to expose, all the actions of the judge as director of the process in a much faster way by the simplification of the procedure.

    Description: El libro de Derecho Procesal que se hizo exclusivo como herramienta de aprendizaje para los estudiantes de derecho; hace de cada capítulo temas de interés en el conocimiento del Derecho Procesal y sus nuevos cambios que se dieron a partir del año 2012 con la Ley 1564, recogiendo en él, las grandes experiencias que se dieron con la ley 1395 de 2010; tanto es así que si bien esta ley se miró como una herramienta de descongestión en las diferentes áreas del derecho. En materia civil, se lograron avances importantes en las soluciones de conflictos civiles; a su vez con ella se puso en práctica el sistema de audiencias, que, si bien no estaban direccionadas bajo la oralidad, como si lo trae consigo el Código General del Proceso, en su práctica conllevo a exponer, toda la actuación del juez como director del proceso en una forma mucho más rápida por la simplificación del procedimiento.

    Description: This book is the partial result of a research project called "Female electoral candidacies transformed into marketing products and fake news against female candidates: a comparative analysis between Brazil, Colombia and Mexico". The growing female participation in decision making in Latin America invites us to read with more patience and caution the phenomenon of the emergence of a type of feminization of politics. Two countries with trajectories marked by political scandals and corruption, such as Brazil and Mexico, show that if it was difficult for women to become protagonists as political subjects - note the feminist movements of the 70s, 80s and 90s and the recent achievements in terms of public policies for the protection of women - it is not very difficult to understand the difficulty that these women faced and still face to become protagonists in the political scenario of their countries, i.e. political actors. Therefore, this book reveals only some aspects of the political path that these women must face on a daily basis in order to gain access to spaces of power.

Dos países con trayectorias marcadas en escándalos y corrupciones políticas como lo son Brasil y México evidencian que si a las mujeres les fue dificultado el camino para su protagonismo como sujeta política, nótese los movimientos feministas de los años 70, 80 y 90 y las recientes conquistas en términos de políticas públicas de protección a las mujeres, no es muy difícil de comprender la dificultad que esas mujeres enfrentaron y enfrentan para tornarse protagonistas del escenario político de sus países, es decir, actoras políticas. Por lo tanto, este libro revela solamente algunos aspectos del camino político al que esas mujeres deben enfrentarse cotidianamente para acceder a los espacios de poder.

    Description: The present work leads us to a broad reflection on the most vulnerable populations that afflict Colombian society; that is why today we dedicate this research to them in order to debate and question the actions of state authorities regarding the fulfillment of fundamental rights that so far have remained in a perpetual constitutional transgression, which has led to the declarations of unconstitutional states of affairs -ECI- and yet these have not been sufficient for the satisfaction and solution of their problems. It is with the above that we refer to the name of this book, because from the evident non-compliance of the structural failures generated from the declaration of an ECI, we postulate the importance of restructuring it with new measures, proposing the new unconstitutional state of affairs -NECI- and thus ending the prolonged transgression that has been occurring on a massive scale against fundamental rights.

The purpose of this volume is to analyse, through the proposals of authors who work in different research fields, the meaning of the physical and symbolic limit, reflecting on existential, social and cultural experiences that can be interpreted as the consequence of a different shadows of human limits. This is a way to experience the use of concepts and semantics which allow us to analyse the processes that are responsible for the breakdown of the balance between subjectivity and context, as well as contributing to the reconciliation between scientific production and moral feeling."

    Description: "This volume, edited by Ignazia Bartholini, principal investigator of the PROVIDE - Proximity on Violence: Defence and Equity project (Rights, Equality and Citizenship Programme - 2014-2020) funded by the EU, shifted the interpretative focus of its research from gender-based to proximity violence. This theoretical intuition-assertion, fruitful too at empirical level, is informed by a wide-scale reconstruction of the phenomenon of migratory violence and corroborated by the results of the action research carried out by six international teams ˗ Ismu, Oxfam, Telefono Donna, Badia Grande, Aseis Lagarto, SamuSocial International, the University of Jaén and the University of Palermo. Systems of protection, formal and informal good practices, as well as critical issues regarding the reception of migrants, are explored and narrated by the co-authors of the volume thanks to the action research they conducted with the collaboration of a plethora of professionals who narrate and illustrate the topic of proximity violence, providing their own particular frames of reference, views and counterfactual reflections. Furthermore, the discussion of legislation provided offers a cogent crosssection of what has been done to contrast the violence which thousands of asylum seekers and refugees undergo and how much national governments need to do in order to host and recognise victims of proximity violence."
