    Description: La Dordogne, anciennement Périgord, est située dans l’historiographie en périphérie de la zone des familles souches du Sud-Ouest. Le mode de transmission et de reproduction familiale permet de comprendre comment s’organise la famille et comment se nouent les liens en son sein. Outre les relations juridiques, économiques, patrimoniales, est-il possible d’approcher les relations d’ordre affectif? L’étude porte sur les familles ayant vécu dans le village de Saint-Léon-sur-l’Isle, entre 1780 et 1839. Une lecture très fine des sources, notamment des actes notariés, met en évidence les logiques de comportement et leur évolution pendant une période de bouleversements qui malmènent les équilibres familiaux. Elle livre également un aperçu de l’intimité familiale, celle du couple en particulier.

This book is about transformations of social bonds, the most fundamental sociological concept. It examines how these bonds are formed, how they are dissolved, and how they are forged anew. Es stellt sich die Frage, ob dieser allgemeine Koordinationsmechanismus auch in den Bereichen der Gesellschaft erfolgreich seine Wirkung entfalten kann, in denen bisher vor allem der Marktmechanismus und hierarchische Strukturen für die Abstimmung der Transaktionsbeziehungen verantwortlich gemacht wurden. Der Autor zeigt für den betriebswirtschaftlichen Kontext der zwischenbetrieblichen Kooperation die Möglichkeit, Notwendigkeit und den Erfolg vertrauensbasierter Koordination auf. Die Aussagekraft der in dieser Arbeit präsentierten Argumentation erhält durch eine umfangreiche Befragung von Geschäftsführern kleiner und mittlerer Betriebe empirische Bestätigung.

    Description: Today the relations between Arab audiences and Arab media are characterised by pluralism and fragmentation. More than a thousand Arab satellite TV channels alongside other new media platforms are offering all kinds of programming. Religion has also found a vital place as a topic in mainstream media or in one of the approximately 135 religious satellite channels that broadcast guidance and entertainment with an Islamic frame of reference. How do Arab audiences make use of mediated religion in negotiations of identity and belonging? The empirical based case studies in this interdisciplinary volume explore audience-media relations with a focus on religious identity in different countries such as Egypt, Tunisia, Algeria, Morocco, Great Britain, Germany, Denmark, and the United States.

The pluridisciplinary and multi-faced understanding of globalisation is based upon ground research in ten countries from South to North. Globalisation is understood through a single process of both standardisation and differentiation, which also underscores its political agenda. Si l'ouvrage se concentre sur la Suisse, le développement de l’approche méthodologique mixte qu'il propose offre un cadre d’analyse renouvelé, dont les apports pour la compréhension du baby-boom peuvent être transférer à divers contextes nationaux et à l'étude d'autres phénomènes démographiques.
