    Description: En 1983 Pere Gimferrer publicó su primera novela, Fortuny. Según Octavio Paz, con este unicum literario, el poeta barcelonés reinventa el género novelesco 
con pinturas verbales que capturan fragmentos de un mundo artístico perdido. En este estudio se reconstruye por primera vez la génesis y la recepción de esta novela singular, teniendo en cuenta el (doble) impacto (y algunas polémicas) que causó en las letras hispánicas (catalana y castellana). Proponiendo un análisis narratológico, se desvelan las referencias literarias y cinematográficas del imaginario complejo de toda la producción gimferriana.

    Description: Mito: relato explicativo, simbólico y dinámico, de uno o varios acontecimientos extraordinarios personales con referente trascendente, que carece en principio de testimonio histórico, se compone de una serie de elementos invariantes reducibles a temas y sometidos a crisis, que presenta un carácter conflictivo, emotivo, funcional, ritual y remite siempre a una cosmogonía o a una escatología absolutas, particulares o universales. Esta definición, general, fría e indeterminada, requiere un tiempo, un espacio, y sobre todo una conciencia que la viva. El mito no es un constructo mental ajeno a las vicisitudes socioculturales: lleva marcada en su piel y sus entrañas la huella de cada individuo y sociedad que lo vio nacer; pero también sabe adaptarse a las condiciones del nuevo tiempo que lo acoge. Mitos de hoy narra esa tensión del mito por mantenerse vivo en el terreno, aparentemente inhóspito, de un mundo desengañado. La Mitocrítica Cultural, aquí puesta en práctica, combina las herramientas tradicionales de la mitocrítica con factores no considerados sistemáticamente por la crítica precedente: la globalización, la inmanencia y el consumismo. Ofrece así una modesta contribución a la tarea de identificar, analizar y sintetizar la tipología de las manifestaciones del mito en la literatura, las artes y los medios de comunicación contemporáneos. In fact, the disciplines of drawing have always been confronted with themes and issues relating to transitions from one condition to another.     Description: This research book deals with the fact that the moments of reading improve reading comprehension in the literal, inferential and critical levels of the students of the second grade "E" of the advanced cycle of the CEBA "Politécnico Regional del Centro"- Huancayo, it is of quantitative nature, applied type, pre-experimental design, with pre-test and post-test in a single group, non-probabilistic sample. A pre-test was applied to diagnose their text comprehension, then an experimental proposal based on Isabel Solé's reading moments strategy and a post-test to determine the effects. It was statistically demonstrated that the application of this strategy significantly improves reading comprehension at the literal, inferential and critical levels. This is based on the fact that in the pre-test most students achieved scores below 10 (vigesimal scale); but in the post-test most of them surpassed this average in these levels. The calculation showed that there are significant differences between the pre-test and post-test scores of 6.6 points p 〈 0.05.

    Description: Este libro de investigación trata sobre que los momentos de la lectura mejoran la comprensión lectora en los niveles literal, inferencial y crítico de los estudiantes del segundo grado “E” del ciclo avanzado del CEBA “Politécnico Regional del Centro”- Huancayo, es de naturaleza cuantitativa, tipo aplicada, diseño pre experimental, con pre test y pos test en un solo grupo, muestra no probabilística. Se aplicó un pre test para diagnosticar su comprensión de textos, luego una propuesta experimental basada en la estrategia los momentos de la lectura de Isabel Solé y un post test para determinar los efectos. Se demostró estadísticamente que la aplicación de esta estrategia permite mejorar significativamente la comprensión lectora en el nivel literal, inferencial y crítico. Esto se fundamenta porque en el pre test la mayoría de estudiantes alcanzó calificaciones inferiores a 10 (escala vigesimal); pero, en el post test la mayoría superó este promedio en estos niveles. En el calculó se evidenció que existen diferencias significativas entre las puntuaciones del pre y post test de 6,6 puntos p 〈 0,05.

    Description: In the first part, a summary of oil management from 1972 to the present is made, as well as a description of the oil policy applied by the governments, from the administration of Dr. Oswaldo Hurtado to the administration of Mr. Guillermo Lasso. The second part analyzes the legal environment in the context of natural resources, especially oil, within the framework of the Hydrocarbons Law and the Constitution of the Republic of Ecuador. And in the third, we analyze the production in the Sacha Field, awarded to ORNCEM through the specific services contract and according to its two amendment contracts. It concludes with some considerations that should be taken into account and that call for reflection when contracts are proposed and executed whose benefit is not the best for the country. On the other hand, forests are great "cleaners" of carbon dioxide; when they are destroyed, their absorption potential is annulled and, therefore, they contribute to global warming by increasing greenhouse gases, which is why deforestation must be counteracted.

    Description: En la primera parte, se realiza un resumen del manejo del petróleo a partir de 1972 hasta la actualidad, así como también se describe la política petrolera aplicada por los gobiernos, desde la administración del doctor Oswaldo Hurtado hasta la administración del señor Guillermo Lasso. En la segunda, se analiza el entorno jurídico en el contexto de los recursos naturales especialmente del petróleo, en el marco de la Ley de Hidrocarburos y de la Constitución de la República del Ecuador. Y en la tercera, se analiza la producción en el Campo Sacha, adjudicada a ORNCEM mediante el contrato de servicios específicos y de acuerdo a sus dos contratos modificatorios. Se concluye con algunas consideraciones que se deben tomar en cuenta y que llaman a la reflexión cuando se proponen y ejecutan contratos cuyo beneficio no es el mejor para el país.     Description: The present work starts from the problem when investigating how the same penalty for the crime of Fraudulent Embezzlement affects the principle of proportionality, so it is necessary to refer to Article 387 of the Penal Code, which reads as follows: The public official or servant who appropriates or uses, in any form, for himself or for another, funds or effects whose collection, administration or custody are entrusted to him by reason of his position, shall be punished with deprivation of liberty for not less than two nor more than eight years. It is an aggravating circumstance if the funds or effects were destined for welfare purposes or social support programs. In these cases, the prison sentence shall be not less than four nor more than ten years. According to the Plenary Agreement No. 4-2005/CJ-116, Plenary Jurisdiction of the Permanent and Transitory Criminal Chambers of the Supreme Court of Justice, the elements of the criminal offense of embezzlement are (i) the existence of a functional relationship, (ii) the collection, administration or custody, (iii) appropriation or use, (iv) the recipient: for himself or for a third party, (v) funds and effects. The result was that when punishing with the same penalty in the crime of Fraudulent Misappropriation in its modality of appropriation and use, despite the differences if we appreciate them from a patrimonial perspective or from the perspective of safeguarding the right of property of the public entity, in the modality of use there is an excess in the penalization, affecting the principle of proportionality, reason for which it should have a different treatment.

    Description: El presente trabajo se inicia del problema cuando se investiga de qué manera al sancionar con una misma pena en el delito de Peculado Doloso afecta el principio de proporcionalidad, por lo que es necesario remitirnos al artículo 387 del Código Penal, cuyo tenor es como sigue: El funcionario o servidor público que se apropia o utiliza, en cualquier forma, para sí o para otro, caudales o efectos cuya percepción, administración o custodia le estén confiados por razón de su cargo, será reprimido con pena privativa de la libertad no menor de dos ni mayor de ocho años. Constituye circunstancia agravante si los caudales o efectos estuvieran destinados a fines asistenciales o a programas de apoyo social. En estos casos, la pena privativa de la libertad será no menor de cuatro ni mayor de diez años. Según lo establecido por el Acuerdo Plenario N.° 4-2005/CJ-116, Pleno jurisdiccional de las Salas Penales Permanentes y Transitoria de la Corte Suprema de Justicia, los elementos del tipo penal de peculado son (i) la existencia de una relación funcional, (ii) la percepción, administración o custodia, (iii) apropiación o utilización, (iv) el destinatario: para sí o para un tercero, (v) caudales y efectos.     Description: In the southern border area, where Ecuador is located with neighboring Peru. There are two important cantons for its commercial passage, the canton Macará in the province of Loja, and the canton Huaquillas in the province of El Oro. Through the Coordination 7 of the Ministry of Public Health, thanks to the ProSalud Frontera Sur Project, the database of the Automated Daily Registry of Consultations and Outpatient Care was managed, which allowed us to clarify the problems at the public health level in these cantons. It can be observed throughout the text that women present a greater number of diseases compared to men, with the latter remaining stable over the three years for both Ecuadorians and foreigners.

    Description: The organizations demonstrate an adequate conduct based on their organizational culture, which facilitates decision making as well as contracting a good relationship internally and externally, and even being able to apply a good Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) with society and its environment. This research aims to determine the impact that ethics and CSR have had in the search to contribute to the preservation of natural resources in Ecuador through social, economic and environmental improvements assumed by socially responsible entities. Therefore, it is based on a documentary and bibliographic methodology by using bibliographic sources, books, journals, scientific articles to have a base supported by the information collected to make a response to the main theme. The results show an increase in the level of interest of the population in issues that affect the environment and generate pollution, while the discussion shows that for Ecuadorian companies, concepts such as CSR are relatively new, causing organizations to overlook the creation of policies for the ethical care of natural resources. This leads to the conclusion that in Ecuador there is evidence of a growth in organizations focused on CSR because of the existence of many companies that do not apply practices to preserve sustainable development, due to the need to avoid expenses and prioritize their income over the environment.

    Description: Las organizaciones demuestran una conducta adecuada basándose en su cultura organizacional, la cual les facilita la toma de decisiones como también contraer una buena relación internamente como externa, e incluso poder aplicar una buena Responsabilidad Social Empresarial (RSE) con la sociedad y su entorno. La presente investigación pretende determinar el impacto que ha tenido la ética y la RSE en la búsqueda para contribuir a preservar los recursos naturales en Ecuador mediante el mejoramiento social, económico y ambiental asumidos por las entidades socialmente responsables. Por ello, se basa en una metodología documental y bibliográfica al utilizar fuentes bibliográficas, libros, revistas, artículos científicos para tener una base respaldada de la información recopilada para efectuar una respuesta al tema principal. En los resultados se evidencia un incremento referente al nivel de interés de la población sobre temas que afectan al medio ambiente y generan contaminación, mientras se aprecia en la discusión que para las empresas ecuatorianas conceptos como RSE son relativamente nuevos, haciendo que las organizaciones pasen por alto la creación de políticas para el cuidado ético de los recursos naturales. Lo cual lleva a la conclusión de que en Ecuador se evidencia un crecimiento en los organismos centrados en la RSE a causa de la existencia de muchas empresas que no aplican prácticas para preservar el desarrollo sostenible, debido a la necesidad de evitar gastos y priorizar sus ingresos sobre el medio ambiente.

    Description: Este trabajo se encaminó al estudio del estrés de tipo cotidiano en la etapa infantil, el cual está integrado por reacciones a nivel biológico y psicológico que son generadas por ciertas “demandas frustrantes e irritantes que se producen en la interacción diaria con el entorno” (Trianes, Blanca, Fernández-Baena, Escobar y Maldonado, 2014, p. 32), que no son susceptibles de control por parte del niño, y que alteran su equilibrio general. Hay que decir que, las consecuencias del estrés en los más pequeños son múltiples, en especial cuando el problema es crónico (Ruiz Lázaro, 2016) y que no son únicamente a largo plazo (en la adolescencia y la edad adulta), sino que repercuten en la salud y en el bienestar de los niños, casi de manera inmediata (Pérez-Padilla y Menéndez, 2016; Quijada, 2013; Orlandini, 2012).

    Description: The volume, dedicated to the 44th International Conference of the Italian Union for Drawing, investigates the theme of ‘Transitions’, which particularly effectively represents our time and the current condition of the discipline of Drawing. The term, beyond its generic meaning of an intermediate stage in a process in which a condition changes from one state to another, has always been used in various fields, from music to geophysics. In fact, the disciplines of drawing have always been confronted with themes and issues relating to transitions from one condition to another. The history of representation tells us of transformations, even epochal ones, relating to ‘drawing’, with all that such transitions entail: suffice it to think of the evolution of forms of representation, of instrumental apparatuses, of the mutability of supports, of the analogical-digital transition underway, of the new modes of communication on platforms, of the hypertrophic offer of images also on the net that confirms Guy Debord’s intuitions relating to the new spectacularisation of society. Similarly, representation triggers transitions in the prefiguration and communication of design, the anticipation and foreshadowing of future events.The challenges posed by the digital pose open questions whose scope can only be glimpsed, such as the relationship between drawing and the act of modelling, and the construction of new paradigms of visual language and communication. ‘Transitions’, almost implicitly, points to possible futures, the evolution of technique and the search for new modes of expression; at the same time, however, it can suggest silences and reflections in a process of connection between history, theory, criticism and construction.

    Description: This book brings together different perspectives on the representation of the Spanish Civil War in digital and analog games, considering them an important part of the cultural production inspired by this historical event. Games must be understood as powerful disseminators of historical stories due to their influence on the processes of memory and reification of the past. Therefore, it is essential to analyze the ideologies they transmit and the visions of the past they offer to players—just like literature, cinema and comics. In this sense, this work introduces the study of games about the Civil War and evaluates the recreational environments in which they appear. It aims to reflect on how games, as distinctive media, can enrich research on conflict and historical memory in general. The case studies of games set in the Spanish Civil War allow us to discover and discuss the visions about the historical moment that circulate in the world of games. The Spanish Civil War in games and recreational environments also offers an overview of methods and theories for the analysis of games as cultural artifacts.

    Description: The objective of this research work was to evaluate the effectiveness of free games in the development of creative thinking in 5-year-old students of the Educational Institution Nº 329 of Huancavelica. The methodology of free games offers a dynamic and active education to students, which encourages the development of creative thinking in 5-year-old students, through a greater sense of security and self-confidence. This methodology was carried out in a motivating environment and free areas, focusing on dynamic and motivating participation, in order to strengthen their abilities and skills, seeking for them to develop autonomous learning. With the results obtained, it can be affirmed that free games directly favor the development of creative thinking in 5-year-old children, since Student's t-test with 53 degrees of freedom, for independent samples, with a significance of 5%, shows a value of 0.038, which is lower than the value proposed, accepting the alternative hypothesis as valid.

    Description: Este trabajo de investigación tuvo como objetivo evaluar la eficacia de los juegos libres en el desarrollo del pensamiento creativo en los estudiantes de 5 años de la Institución Educativa Nº 329 de Huancavelica. La metodología de los juegos libres ofrece una educación dinámica y activa en los estudiantes, la cual incentiva el desarrollo del pensamiento creativo en los estudiantes de 5 años, a través de un mayor sentido de seguridad y confianza en sí mismos. Esta metodología se realizó en un ambiente motivador y áreas libres, centrándose en la participación dinámica y motivadora, con el fin de fortalecer sus capacidades y habilidades, buscando que ellos desarrollen un aprendizaje autónomo. Con los resultados obtenidos se puede afirmar que los juegos libres favorecen directamente en el desarrollo del pensamiento creativo en los niños de 5 años, toda vez que t de Student con 53 grados de libertad, para muestras independientes, con una significancia del 5%, muestra un valor de 0.038 el cual es inferior al valor planteado, aceptando la hipótesis alternativa como válida.

    Description: Feminicide has become a problem of general interest due to its high impact on the Colombian population; in this sense, this phenomenon was studied to characterize it in the departments of Huila and Tolima, which is why for the researchers it is essential to make this problem visible, pointing out the conditions framing violence against women from this macho culture that prevails in the region and country. The topic is of special interest since a review of press articles, epidemiological reports, local statements, and research on femicide in the two departments was carried out, seeking to make this phenomenon more visible to show the country’s reality so that it can be reported on. The results show that there is no research on the subject, which makes it possible to initiate a database with studies on femicide. Similarly, the National Institute of Legal Medicine and Forensic Sciences (2016) considers that the data described on homicide in 2015 and in previous years have decreased in magnitude over the years. The analysis of the variables realizes that the risk factors triggering the violent events that determine homicide have not been neutralized, reduced, or controlled, considering that public policy on security and citizen coexistence has been insufficient.

    Description: El Feminicidio se ha convertido en un problema de interés general por su alta afectación a la población colombiana, en tal sentido se estudió este fenómeno para caracterizarlo en los departamentos del Huila y Tolima, es por esta razón que para las investigadoras resulta fundamental visibilizar esta problemática, señalando las condiciones que enmarcan la violencia contra la mujer desde esta cultura machista que impera en la región y en el país. El tema reviste especial interés toda vez que se realizó una revisión de artículos de prensa, informes epidemiológicos, pronunciamientos locales e investigaciones frente al feminicio en los dos departamentos, buscando visibilizar con mayor fuerza este fenómeno a fin de mostrar la realidad al país para que se informe sobre éste. Los resultados evidencian la no existencia de investigaciones al respecto, lo que permite iniciar una base de datos con estudios acerca del feminicidio. De igual forma, el Instituto Nacional de Medicina Legal (2016) considera que los datos descritos sobre el homicidio en el año 2015 y en años anteriores han disminuido en magnitud año tras año, el análisis de las variables da cuenta que los factores de riesgo que desencadenan los hechos violentos que determinan el homicidio no han sido neutralizados, reducidos o controlados, considerando que política pública de seguridad y convivencia ciudadana ha sido insuficiente.

    Description: This book analyzes the theoretical and political positions of the Social Democratic Federation (SDF) against imperialism in the context of the Second Boer War, taking into consideration the following components: colonialism, in the sense of the SDF's assessment of the European colonial expansion and the reality of colonial peoples, in this case the situation of the Boer people and the native populations of South Africa; colonial politics, understood as the discussions of the government of the colonies, whether the possibility of establishing some type of imperial federation or the need to abandon them; imperialism itself, which included debates on the economic causes of the expansion of powers and its character as a generalized policy of bourgeois states or phase of capitalism; the imperialist war and national defense in the sense of the possibility of a war between the European powers and the need to defend Great Britain and its possessions and, the second Boer war itself, which implies taking into account the causes attributed to the conflict, the positions of the different party members (supporting or condemning the conflict) and the means to stop it.

    Description: The rapid expansion of the agricultural frontier as a consequence of deforestation and anthropogenic changes worldwide is a matter of concern for the international scientific community. In addition, in the fight against climate change due to livestock farming, one of the main strategies for mitigating greenhouse gases is the use of sustainable alternatives if products with a high carbon footprint are used, while revaluing local resources. In the case of northern Ecuador, in spite of the limited soil fertility gradient, dairy and/or dual-purpose cattle raising represents one of the strongest links in the family economy. Therefore, it is necessary to investigate production alternatives that allow us to conserve natural resources given the fragility of these megadiverse ecosystems. This book shows that the use of conventional livestock systems degrades natural resources with significant losses in productivity, as well as low economic returns. Consequently, the implementation of silvopastoral systems as an easy-to-install technological alternative is undoubtedly the way to achieve more efficient and environmentally friendly livestock systems, while diversifying the economic income of the population.

    Description: La rápida expansión de la frontera agrícola como consecuencia desmesurada de la deforestación y cambios antropogénicos a nivel mundial, es un tema de preocupación por la comunidad científica internacional. Además, frente a una lucha contra el cambio climático por efecto de la ganadería, una de las principales estrategias para la mitigación de gases de efecto invernadero, lo constituyen alternativas sostenibles si uso de productos con alta huella de carbono, revalorizando, además, los recursos locales. En el caso de la zona norte de Ecuador, a pesar de los limitados atributos respecto a gradiente de fertilidad de los suelos, la cría de ganado ya sea de leche y/o doble propósito representa uno de los eslabones más fuertes dentro de la economía de las familias. Por lo tanto, es menester investigar alternativas de producción que nos permitan conservar los recursos naturales dada la fragilidad de estos ecosistemas megadiversos. Mediante este libro se plasma que el uso de sistemas ganaderos convencionales, degradan los recursos naturales con mermas significativas de la productividad, así como bajo réditos económicos. En consecuencia, la implementación de sistemas silvopastoriles como alternativa tecnológica de fácil instalación, es sin duda el camino para alcanzar sistemas ganaderos más eficientes, amigables con el medio ambiente, diversificando además los ingresos económicos de la población.

    Description: This article analyzes the advertising ethics handled by Ecuadorian companies, making a synthesis of the way in which the social responsibility of the entities or officials linked to their advertising practices is involved. This research is carried out due to the constant changes in advertising nowadays, with the objective of deepening how organizations in Ecuador disseminate advertising and how they direct them to interest groups showing social responsibility. For this, it is based on a methodology of bibliographic review being a qualitative research where data are collected to be evaluated from the general to the particular. Thus, the impact of advertising for product awareness and customer attraction that companies or enterprises currently use is observed from all business-commercial activities. In this sense, it is necessary to review the ethics in advertising, the approach to stakeholders, the management of social responsibility as well as its regulation within companies, in order to learn new advertising techniques and methods for companies to comply with responsibility to generate advertising strategies with an ethical approach.

    Description: Este artículo analiza la ética publicitaria manejada por las empresas ecuatorianas, realizando una síntesis de la forma en que se involucra la responsabilidad social de las entidades o funcionarios vinculados con sus prácticas publicitarias. Esta investigación se lleva a efecto por los constantes cambios de la publicidad en nuestros días, con el objetivo de profundizar como las organizaciones en Ecuador difunden publicidad y como las direccionan a los grupos de interés mostrando una responsabilidad social. Para ello, se basa en una metodología de revisión bibliográfica siendo una investigación cualitativa donde se recogen datos para ser evaluados desde lo general a lo particular. Así se observa desde toda actividad empresarial-comercial el impacto de la publicidad para el conocimiento de productos y atracción de clientes que las empresas o emprendimientos utilizan actualmente. En este sentido se hace necesaria la revisión de la ética en la publicidad, el enfoque de los grupos de interés, el manejo de la responsabilidad social tanto como su regulación dentro de las empresas, con el fin de conocer nuevas técnicas publicitarias y métodos para que las empresas cumplan con responsabilidad para generar estrategias publicitarias con un enfoque ético.

    Description: The chapter starts with a historical overview of the developments in environmental biotechnology and discusses several essential concepts. Several applications are mentioned, such as: biomarkers, biosensors, biofuels, bioremediation, biotransformation. In addition, the main biotechnological tools applied to environmental pollution monitoring and bioremediation processes are described, of which technical considerations, remediation and mitigation strategies are taken into account. One of the bioremediation tools is highlighted as phytoremediation, which includes: phytoextraction, rhizofiltration, phytostabilization, rhizodegradation, phytodegradation and phytovolitization. The most outstanding research and projects in the Latin American context are also presented. In addition, some biotechnological tools are presented to promote sustainable agriculture with the use of microorganisms as biological control, and the use of biofertilizers. Finally, applications for the mitigation of the environmental impact generated by oil activity are presented, such as CO2 injection techniques in subsurface reservoirs. Also mentioned are applications in the production of new sources of sustainable energy and biotechnological trends in the development of alternative biomaterials to leather and plastic, detailing the processing of mycelia for the textile industry. In conclusion, this guide serves as a support for students who are interested in learning about Environmental Biotechnology or who are taking this subject.

    Description: El capítulo parte de un recorrido histórico sobre los acontecimientos de la Biotecnología Ambiental y se discuten varios conceptos esenciales. Se mencionan varias aplicaciones, tales como: biomarcadores, biosensores, biocombustibles, biorremediación, biotransformación. Además, se describe las principales herramientas biotecnológicas aplicadas al monitoreo de la contaminación ambiental y a procesos de biorremediación, de las cuales se toman en cuenta las consideraciones técnicas, las estrategias de recuperación y mitigación. Se destaca una de las herramientas de biorremediación como es la fitorremediación, que abarca: fitoextracción, rizofiltracción, fitoestabilización, rizodegradación, fitodegradación y fitovolitización. Asimismo, se proyectan las investigaciones y los proyectos más destacados en el contexto de América Latina. Además, se da a conocer algunas herramientas biotecnológicas para promover la agricultura sustentable con el uso de microorganismos como control biológico, y uso de biofertilizantes. Por último, se presentan aplicaciones para la mitigación del impacto ambiental generado por la actividad petrolera como las técnicas de inyección de CO2 en reservorios subsuperficiales. También se mencionan las aplicaciones en la producción de nuevas fuentes de energía sustentable y tendencias biotecnológicas en el desarrollo de biomateriales alternativas al cuero y al plástico, en el que se detalla el procesamiento de micelios para la industria textil. En conclusión, esta guía sirve de apoyo para los estudiantes que estén interesados en conocer la asignatura de Biotecnología Ambiental o que estén cursando dicha asignatura.

    Description: The business world is made up of a market system where participants form a large network to exchange their products or services, however, due to the constant change in supply and demand, the various enterprises and companies must adopt to obtain funding, improve their practices, innovate in technological aspect and even launch new businesses, etc. The objective of the article is to analyze the way in which ethics is related to market systems, due to the change that exists in the working environment where all the actors, functions and issues of a sub-sector of products are interconnected. The bibliographic review methodology is applied based on registered publications of articles that include criteria of labor market, ethics and market systems to provide constructive elements on the way in which labor changes are evidenced in the city of Quito. The results are organized in two parts. first, a conceptual analysis of the actors and the usefulness of their theoretical engagement is considered; then emphasis is placed on defining the contributions of business ethics to this theory. In conclusion, it is evident that there must be a concept of ethics based on trust, cooperation between the company and its stakeholders, in addition to management responsibility in a market where there is a constant need for regulations, recognition and sanctions for those who violate laws, consumer fraud, shareholder fraud, accounting fraud, etc.

    Description: El mundo de los negocios se encuentra conformado por un sistema de mercado donde los participantes conformar una gran red para intercambiar sus productos o servicios, sin embargo, debido al constante cambio de la oferta y demanda, los distintos emprendimientos tanto como las empresas deben adoptarse para obtener financiamiento, mejorar sus prácticas, innovar en aspecto tecnológico e incluso lanzar negocios nuevos, etc. El objetivo del artículo es analizar la forma en la que se relaciona la ética junto a los sistemas de mercado, debido al cambio que existe en el medio laboral donde se interconectan todos los actores, funciones y temas de un subsector de productos. Se aplica la metodología revisión bibliográfica en base a publicaciones registradas de los artículos que incluyen criterios de mercado laboral, ética y sistemas de mercado para proporcionar elementos constructivos sobre la forma en que se evidencian los cambios laborales en la ciudad de Quito. Los resultados se organizan en dos partes. primero, se considera un análisis conceptual de los actores y la utilidad de su compromiso teórico; luego se pone el acento en la definición de los aportes de la ética empresarial a esta teoría. Al concluir se evidencia que debe existir un concepto de ética basado en la confianza, cooperación entre la empresa y sus grupos de intereses, además de la responsabilidad de gestión en un mercado donde existe un constante es necesario se apliquen normativas, reconocimientos y sanciones para quienes infringen leyes, estafas al consumidor, defraudaciones a accionistas, engaños contables, etc.

The term, beyond its generic meaning of an intermediate stage in a process in which a condition changes from one state to another, has always been used in various fields, from music to geophysics. In fact, the disciplines of drawing have always been confronted with themes and issues relating to transitions from one condition to another. The history of representation tells us of transformations, even epochal ones, relating to ‘drawing’, with all that such transitions entail: suffice it to think of the evolution of forms of representation, of instrumental apparatuses, of the mutability of supports, of the analogical-digital transition underway, of the new modes of communication on platforms, of the hypertrophic offer of images also on the net that confirms Guy Debord’s intuitions relating to the new spectacularisation of society. Similarly, representation triggers transitions in the prefiguration and communication of design, the anticipation and foreshadowing of future events.The challenges posed by the digital pose open questions whose scope can only be glimpsed, such as the relationship between drawing and the act of modelling, and the construction of new paradigms of visual language and communication. ‘Transitions’, almost implicitly, points to possible futures, the evolution of technique and the search for new modes of expression; at the same time, however, it can suggest silences and reflections in a process of connection between history, theory, criticism and construction.

    Description: The objective of this research was to determine the level of relationship between perceptual skills and the learning of mathematics of 5-year-old children from an educational institution in Huancavelica, in remote education. The design used was correlational and the sample consisted of 46 students of 5 years of age from an early education institution in Huancavelica. The instruments used were the checklist for each variable with 30 items. The results show that there is a statistically significant relationship between perceptual skills and the learning of mathematics in 5-year-old students of an educational institution in Huancavelica, in remote education. These quantitative results, with an r=0.75, represent a moderate positive correlation, according to the table of correlation indexes of Hernandez, Fernandez and Baptista (2018)

    Description: La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar el nivel de relación entre las habilidades perceptivas y el aprendizaje de la matemática de los niños y las niñas de 5 años de una Institución Educativa de Huancavelica, en la educación remota. El diseño empleado fue el correlacional y la muestra lo conformaron 46 estudiantes de 5 años de una institución de educación inicial de Huancavelica. Los instrumentos empleados fueron, la lista de cotejo para cada variable con 30 ítems.     Description: Germán Espinosa es uno de los narradores colombianos que más recurrió a pasados distantes como materia para su escritura; no obstante, son pocos los trabajos amplios y sistemáticos sobre las novelas históricas del escritor cartagenero. En el presente libro se busca reconocer de qué manera la construcción de la ficción y el discurso ficcional integran discursos históricos, en las novelas cuáles relaciones y de qué tipo se tejen con otros textos donde se ha cifrado el pasado, cuáles visiones del pasado y de la historia se pueden identificar en las ficciones. Dicho con otras palabras, el estudio se propone una caracterización de las narrativas —y de una posible poética— de la historia susceptibles de inferir del corpus. Para responder estas inquietudes se despliega un modelo de análisis. Mediante recursos metodológicos y referencias conceptuales reconocidos en la teoría de la literatura y en sus vínculos con otras disciplinas, se indaga sobre temáticas y aspectos narrativos; así, los temas, los personajes, los tiempos, los espacios, los conflictos, entre otros, van apareciendo sistemáticamente. Esta orientación no excluye la observación de otros componentes sustanciales como el lenguaje y, sobre todo, el vínculo de la ficción con otros textos por lo que respecta a su conexión con la historia. El estudio está organizado en siete capítulos. En el primero se recoge un sintético marco histórico-conceptual sobre la novela histórica como género literario. Entre los capítulos segundo y sexto se desarrollan los análisis de las cinco novelas, en un orden que encuentra su justificación en el trabajo: El signo del pez (1987), Los cortejos del diablo. Balada de tiempos de brujas (1970), La tejedora de coronas (1982), Sinfonía desde el Nuevo Mundo (1990) y Los ojos del basilisco (1992). En el último capítulo se presenta como síntesis una serie de proposiciones que se desprenden de la observación de las relaciones que la ficción sostiene con la historia.

In the current context of systemic political violence unleashed in the wake of 9/11 and the global advance of capitalism and neoliberalism, literature constitutes a particularly timely device to raise awareness about injustice, the abuse of power, and the violation of human rights. Literature may also be helpful in order to face social challenges such as peaceful coexistence with immigrants and displaced people, and the settling of refugees. This book is an invitation to read a selection of narratives of violence anchored in different geopolitical realities, and located in historical contexts ranging from the beginning of the 20th century to the present day. By adopting ethical criticism in order to tackle the dilemmas posed by these stories, we aim to contribute to the configuration of global imaginaries based on respect, recognition, and empathy, especially towards those who are most vulnerable. This collection offers critical readings of works of various genres, originally written in different languages. Authors discussed comprise Mrīrīda nʾait ʿAtiq (Morocco), Janina Hescheles (Poland), Eva Koch (Denmark), María Galindo (Bolivia) and Sonia Sánchez (Argentina), Najat El Hachmi (Morocco-Catalonia), Arundhati Roy (India), Leila Abdelrazaq (Palestine), and Yū Miri, Murata Sayaka, and Kawakami Mieko (Japan). The corpus includes biographical, autobiographical, testimonial, and fictional narratives, sometimes very close to documentary or life history. The works analysed in this collection portray experiences of violence and oppression caused by social, political, economic, and military conflicts. The novelty of this book lies in the challenge it poses to the Western-centric and patriarchal bias often found in similar collections of scholarly essays. Thus, the book focuses on female authors, seeking to give visibility and voice to women victims, generally forgotten in hegemonic cultural discourses.

    Description: At the beginning of the 21st century, the role that the history of law should play in the training of jurists cannot be the same as the discipline played in the last century, hence the importance of reflecting on the scope that from now on the subjects of historical content should have in the different curricula in which the knowledge of law in its historical dimension has a place. The delimitation of the role to be played by historical education requires reflection on the three traditional dimensions of knowledge, the material, spatial and temporal dimensions. This is the reasoning that justified the first symposium of the Spanish Society of Law Historians.

Similarly, representation triggers transitions in the prefiguration and communication of design, the anticipation and foreshadowing of future events.The challenges posed by the digital pose open questions whose scope can only be glimpsed, such as the relationship between drawing and the act of modelling, and the construction of new paradigms of visual language and communication. ‘Transitions’, almost implicitly, points to possible futures, the evolution of technique and the search for new modes of expression; at the same time, however, it can suggest silences and reflections in a process of connection between history, theory, criticism and construction.
