    Description: En 1983 Pere Gimferrer publicó su primera novela, Fortuny. Según Octavio Paz, con este unicum literario, el poeta barcelonés reinventa el género novelesco 
con pinturas verbales que capturan fragmentos de un mundo artístico perdido. En este estudio se reconstruye por primera vez la génesis y la recepción de esta novela singular, teniendo en cuenta el (doble) impacto (y algunas polémicas) que causó en las letras hispánicas (catalana y castellana). Proponiendo un análisis narratológico, se desvelan las referencias literarias y cinematográficas del imaginario complejo de toda la producción gimferriana.

    Description: Mito: relato explicativo, simbólico y dinámico, de uno o varios acontecimientos extraordinarios personales con referente trascendente, que carece en principio de testimonio histórico, se compone de una serie de elementos invariantes reducibles a temas y sometidos a crisis, que presenta un carácter conflictivo, emotivo, funcional, ritual y remite siempre a una cosmogonía o a una escatología absolutas, particulares o universales. Esta definición, general, fría e indeterminada, requiere un tiempo, un espacio, y sobre todo una conciencia que la viva. El mito no es un constructo mental ajeno a las vicisitudes socioculturales: lleva marcada en su piel y sus entrañas la huella de cada individuo y sociedad que lo vio nacer; pero también sabe adaptarse a las condiciones del nuevo tiempo que lo acoge. Mitos de hoy narra esa tensión del mito por mantenerse vivo en el terreno, aparentemente inhóspito, de un mundo desengañado. La Mitocrítica Cultural, aquí puesta en práctica, combina las herramientas tradicionales de la mitocrítica con factores no considerados sistemáticamente por la crítica precedente: la globalización, la inmanencia y el consumismo. Ofrece así una modesta contribución a la tarea de identificar, analizar y sintetizar la tipología de las manifestaciones del mito en la literatura, las artes y los medios de comunicación contemporáneos.     Description: The volume, dedicated to the 44th International Conference of the Italian Union for Drawing, investigates the theme of ‘Transitions’, which particularly effectively represents our time and the current condition of the discipline of Drawing. The term, beyond its generic meaning of an intermediate stage in a process in which a condition changes from one state to another, has always been used in various fields, from music to geophysics. In fact, the disciplines of drawing have always been confronted with themes and issues relating to transitions from one condition to another. The history of representation tells us of transformations, even epochal ones, relating to ‘drawing’, with all that such transitions entail: suffice it to think of the evolution of forms of representation, of instrumental apparatuses, of the mutability of supports, of the analogical-digital transition underway, of the new modes of communication on platforms, of the hypertrophic offer of images also on the net that confirms Guy Debord’s intuitions relating to the new spectacularisation of society. Similarly, representation triggers transitions in the prefiguration and communication of design, the anticipation and foreshadowing of future events.The challenges posed by the digital pose open questions whose scope can only be glimpsed, such as the relationship between drawing and the act of modelling, and the construction of new paradigms of visual language and communication. ‘Transitions’, almost implicitly, points to possible futures, the evolution of technique and the search for new modes of expression; at the same time, however, it can suggest silences and reflections in a process of connection between history, theory, criticism and construction.

    Comprendiendo la Lectura: Del Nivel Literal al Crítico en Estudiantes de EBA (2024)

    Description: This research book deals with the fact that the moments of reading improve reading comprehension in the literal, inferential and critical levels of the students of the second grade "E" of the advanced cycle of the CEBA "Politécnico Regional del Centro"- Huancayo, it is of quantitative nature, applied type, pre-experimental design, with pre-test and post-test in a single group, non-probabilistic sample. A pre-test was applied to diagnose their text comprehension, then an experimental proposal based on Isabel Solé's reading moments strategy and a post-test to determine the effects. It was statistically demonstrated that the application of this strategy significantly improves reading comprehension at the literal, inferential and critical levels. This is based on the fact that in the pre-test most students achieved scores below 10 (vigesimal scale); but in the post-test most of them surpassed this average in these levels. The calculation showed that there are significant differences between the pre-test and post-test scores of 6.6 points p 〈 0.05.

    Description: Este libro de investigación trata sobre que los momentos de la lectura mejoran la comprensión lectora en los niveles literal, inferencial y crítico de los estudiantes del segundo grado “E” del ciclo avanzado del CEBA “Politécnico Regional del Centro”- Huancayo, es de naturaleza cuantitativa, tipo aplicada, diseño pre experimental, con pre test y pos test en un solo grupo, muestra no probabilística. Se aplicó un pre test para diagnosticar su comprensión de textos, luego una propuesta experimental basada en la estrategia los momentos de la lectura de Isabel Solé y un post test para determinar los efectos. Se demostró estadísticamente que la aplicación de esta estrategia permite mejorar significativamente la comprensión lectora en el nivel literal, inferencial y crítico. Esto se fundamenta porque en el pre test la mayoría de estudiantes alcanzó calificaciones inferiores a 10 (escala vigesimal); pero, en el post test la mayoría superó este promedio en estos niveles. En el calculó se evidenció que existen diferencias significativas entre las puntuaciones del pre y post test de 6,6 puntos p 〈 0,05.

Analizzando alcuni luoghi (la stazione Termini e i ponti nella letteratura sugli italiani americani), la costruzione di spazi nazionali in termini trans-nazionali (l’Italia e gli Stati Uniti d’America), e due modalità di attraversare lo spazio (camminare e guidare), questo intervento si propone di ripensare la cultura, l’identità nazionale, ma soprattutto quello spazio che consideriamo come «nostro» in maniera più inclusiva.

    Description: Strategy-making takes place in webs of socio-material practices, where agency is mediated by artifacts and actors continuously reframe the way on which they give sense to their actions and objectives. Despite agency still depends on human actors, material artifacts can play a critical role in these ensembles of practices making strategizing always open to transformation. The practices associated with the strategy formation encompass conflicting people mental models, distributed knowledge and materiality for the development of a systematic, coherent and coordinated strategic process. The activities that qualify strategy-making are multifaceted and include a more or less deliberative and routinized individual decision-making and the conscious or unconscious exploration of emerging patterns. According to a cognitive approach to strategy-making, what strategists decide is largely influenced by their different perceptual filters, which are unique, as they were formed through the specific ways of engaging with the world, and by the construction of shared meanings. This consideration puts scholars to elaborate about the use of visual artifacts to frame strategic thinking and conceptualize a shared strategic orientation. The unfolding character of strategizing process stimulates to better understand the knowledge production process that explains the epistemic nature of the process itself. In particular, it has been demonstrated that the use of visual representations supports the knowledge production during the innovation processes as it facilitate the abstraction and the concretization of innovation practices. The potential benefits of using visual representations for fostering strategizing process have not yet been analysed extensively. Few case studies reflecting on the crucial role of visual representation in the strategy process and decisions in complex setting. This study aims to fill these gaps and explores how strategy maps shape the strategic practices within Ca’ Foscari University of Venice.     Description: Markov chains represent a classical topic of probability theory that has a large number of applications in different areas, including mathematics, computer science, physics, biology, natural science, economics and several others. Typical examples of Markovian models concern for instance the analysis and interpretation of DNA sequences, voice recognition and the design of procedures for analysis and browsing of the web. In computer science and in particular in the algorithmic area Markov chains have been used to introduce the so-called Markov Chain Monte Carlo methods, which allow us to design probabilistic approximation algorithms for solving NP-hard problems. This work presents Markov chains and their algorithmic applications in a mathematical style, with a didactic spirit. It mainly has educational purposes, and it is specifically designed for teaching these topics in Italian university courses at a master level.

Esempi tipici di modelli markoviani riguardano l'analisi e l’interpretazione di sequenze di DNA, il riconoscimento di segnali vocali, il disegno di procedure di esplorazione e analisi della rete web. In un ambito informatico e soprattutto algoritmico le catene di Markov hanno dato origine ai cosiddetti metodi Markov Chain Monte Carlo (MCMC), che consentono di definire algoritmi probabilistici di approssimazione per problemi difficili dal punto di vista computazionale. Questo testo presenta le catene di Markov e alcune loro applicazioni algoritmiche in uno stile matematico con un taglio principalmente didattico, rivolto in particolare agli studenti dei corsi di laurea magistrale a carattere scientifico delle università italiane.

Similarly, representation triggers transitions in the prefiguration and communication of design, the anticipation and foreshadowing of future events.The challenges posed by the digital pose open questions whose scope can only be glimpsed, such as the relationship between drawing and the act of modelling, and the construction of new paradigms of visual language and communication. ‘Transitions’, almost implicitly, points to possible futures, the evolution of technique and the search for new modes of expression; at the same time, however, it can suggest silences and reflections in a process of connection between history, theory, criticism and construction.

    Description: The Royal Mineralogical Museum of the University of Naples Federico II can be a MAB in essence, a place where archive, library and museum coexist; for decades it was led by an illustrious mineralogist, Professor Arcangelo Scacchi, geologist and volcanologist, who also assumed the position of Rector of the University for several terms.Through the documents drawn up by the director and the correspondence held with exponents of the academic and institutional world and carefully preserved, it is possible to reconstruct not only the more than two hundred year history of the museum, but also its rich bibliographic heritage. Above all, of this, of the interweaving of purchases of minerals and books, of the studies for conservation and the idea of​​forming a "specialized" library for the use of mineralogists and of the conspicuous documentation purchased by the mineralogist for the university library, the current University Library of Naples, deals with the sources used.The transcription of the unpublished archival documents preserved both in the archives of the Royal Mineralogical Museum of the University of Naples Federico II and in the State Archives of Naples constitutes the heart of the work; especially the numerous book catalogues can shed light on the relationships of the nineteenth-century academic world.Over the years, especially in recent decades, several studies have had the mineralogy museum as their object, but perhaps for the first time the emphasis is on the library.

Soprattutto di questo, dell’intreccio di acquisti di minerali e di libri, degli studi per la conservazione e l’idea di formare una biblioteca “specializzata” ad uso dei mineralogisti e della cospicua documentazione comprata dal mineralogista per la biblioteca dell’università, l’attuale Biblioteca Universitaria di Napoli, trattano le fonti utilizzate. La trascrizione degli inediti documenti d’archivio conservati sia nell’archivio del Real Museo Mineralogico federiciano che nell’Archivio di Stato di Napoli costituisce il cuore del lavoro; soprattutto i numerosi cataloghi di libri possono illuminare sui rapporti del mondo accademico ottocentesco. Nel corso degli anni, soprattutto negli ultimi decenni, diversi studi hanno avuto come oggetto il museo di mineralogia, ma forse per la prima volta l’accento è posto sulla biblioteca.

    Description: That error could be of interest to Freemasons and Illuminati as a topic becomes evident when one sees it in the context of concepts such as prejudice, ignorance, and gullibility. The perfection of the human being was understood as the detachment from prejudices – from errors –, as overcoming ignorance and as a fight against gullibility. In 1785 there was a discussion among the Illuminati of Gotha about how one should understand error. Prince August of Saxe-Gotha transfers Voltaire’s two types of imagination to two types of errors, using the distinction made by the physicist Charles Du Fay, who distinguished resin electricity (électricité résineuse) with its negative charge from glass electricity (électricité vitreuse) with its positive charge. So August suggests that there are positive and negative errors: the positive errors are attractive, they attract. In this case the cause of error lies on our side, on the side of the subjects: because of certain defects in the knower, facts are not correctly recognized. The negative errors, on the other hand, repel: there it is due to the nature of the representations of the facts themselves, which have pitfalls or are distorted by hallucinations, that we go wrong.

    Description: In the first part, a summary of oil management from 1972 to the present is made, as well as a description of the oil policy applied by the governments, from the administration of Dr. Oswaldo Hurtado to the administration of Mr. Guillermo Lasso. The second part analyzes the legal environment in the context of natural resources, especially oil, within the framework of the Hydrocarbons Law and the Constitution of the Republic of Ecuador. And in the third, we analyze the production in the Sacha Field, awarded to ORNCEM through the specific services contract and according to its two amendment contracts. It concludes with some considerations that should be taken into account and that call for reflection when contracts are proposed and executed whose benefit is not the best for the country. On the other hand, forests are great "cleaners" of carbon dioxide; when they are destroyed, their absorption potential is annulled and, therefore, they contribute to global warming by increasing greenhouse gases, which is why deforestation must be counteracted.

    Description: En la primera parte, se realiza un resumen del manejo del petróleo a partir de 1972 hasta la actualidad, así como también se describe la política petrolera aplicada por los gobiernos, desde la administración del doctor Oswaldo Hurtado hasta la administración del señor Guillermo Lasso. En la segunda, se analiza el entorno jurídico en el contexto de los recursos naturales especialmente del petróleo, en el marco de la Ley de Hidrocarburos y de la Constitución de la República del Ecuador. Y en la tercera, se analiza la producción en el Campo Sacha, adjudicada a ORNCEM mediante el contrato de servicios específicos y de acuerdo a sus dos contratos modificatorios. Se concluye con algunas consideraciones que se deben tomar en cuenta y que llaman a la reflexión cuando se proponen y ejecutan contratos cuyo beneficio no es el mejor para el país. Por otro lado, los bosques son grandes “limpiadores” de dióxido de carbono, al ser destruidos se anula su potencial de absorción y, por lo tanto, contribuyen al calentamiento global del planeta por el incremento de gases de efecto invernadero, razón por la cual, se debe contrarrestar la deforestación.

    Description: The present work starts from the problem when investigating how the same penalty for the crime of Fraudulent Embezzlement affects the principle of proportionality, so it is necessary to refer to Article 387 of the Penal Code, which reads as follows: The public official or servant who appropriates or uses, in any form, for himself or for another, funds or effects whose collection, administration or custody are entrusted to him by reason of his position, shall be punished with deprivation of liberty for not less than two nor more than eight years. It is an aggravating circumstance if the funds or effects were destined for welfare purposes or social support programs. In these cases, the prison sentence shall be not less than four nor more than ten years. According to the Plenary Agreement No. 4-2005/CJ-116, Plenary Jurisdiction of the Permanent and Transitory Criminal Chambers of the Supreme Court of Justice, the elements of the criminal offense of embezzlement are (i) the existence of a functional relationship, (ii) the collection, administration or custody, (iii) appropriation or use, (iv) the recipient: for himself or for a third party, (v) funds and effects. The result was that when punishing with the same penalty in the crime of Fraudulent Misappropriation in its modality of appropriation and use, despite the differences if we appreciate them from a patrimonial perspective or from the perspective of safeguarding the right of property of the public entity, in the modality of use there is an excess in the penalization, affecting the principle of proportionality, reason for which it should have a different treatment.

    Description: El presente trabajo se inicia del problema cuando se investiga de qué manera al sancionar con una misma pena en el delito de Peculado Doloso afecta el principio de proporcionalidad, por lo que es necesario remitirnos al artículo 387 del Código Penal, cuyo tenor es como sigue: El funcionario o servidor público que se apropia o utiliza, en cualquier forma, para sí o para otro, caudales o efectos cuya percepción, administración o custodia le estén confiados por razón de su cargo, será reprimido con pena privativa de la libertad no menor de dos ni mayor de ocho años. Constituye circunstancia agravante si los caudales o efectos estuvieran destinados a fines asistenciales o a programas de apoyo social. En estos casos, la pena privativa de la libertad será no menor de cuatro ni mayor de diez años. Según lo establecido por el Acuerdo Plenario N.° 4-2005/CJ-116, Pleno jurisdiccional de las Salas Penales Permanentes y Transitoria de la Corte Suprema de Justicia, los elementos del tipo penal de peculado son (i) la existencia de una relación funcional, (ii) la percepción, administración o custodia, (iii) apropiación o utilización, (iv) el destinatario: para sí o para un tercero, (v) caudales y efectos. El resultado fue que al sancionar con una misma pena en el delito de Peculado Doloso en su modalidad de apropiación y utilización visten de igual contenido de ilicitud, pese a las diferencias si las apreciamos desde una perspectiva patrimonialista o de salvaguarda del derecho de propiedad del ente público, en la modalidad de utilizar existe un exceso en la penalización afectándose el principio de proporcionalidad, razón por la cual debe tener un tratamiento distinto.

In fact, the disciplines of drawing have always been confronted with themes and issues relating to transitions from one condition to another. The history of representation tells us of transformations, even epochal ones, relating to ‘drawing’, with all that such transitions entail: suffice it to think of the evolution of forms of representation, of instrumental apparatuses, of the mutability of supports, of the analogical-digital transition underway, of the new modes of communication on platforms, of the hypertrophic offer of images also on the net that confirms Guy Debord’s intuitions relating to the new spectacularisation of society. Similarly, representation triggers transitions in the prefiguration and communication of design, the anticipation and foreshadowing of future events.The challenges posed by the digital pose open questions whose scope can only be glimpsed, such as the relationship between drawing and the act of modelling, and the construction of new paradigms of visual language and communication. ‘Transitions’, almost implicitly, points to possible futures, the evolution of technique and the search for new modes of expression; at the same time, however, it can suggest silences and reflections in a process of connection between history, theory, criticism and construction.

    Description: In the southern border area, where Ecuador is located with neighboring Peru. There are two important cantons for its commercial passage, the canton Macará in the province of Loja, and the canton Huaquillas in the province of El Oro. Through the Coordination 7 of the Ministry of Public Health, thanks to the ProSalud Frontera Sur Project, the database of the Automated Daily Registry of Consultations and Outpatient Care was managed, which allowed us to clarify the problems at the public health level in these cantons. It can be observed throughout the text that women present a greater number of diseases compared to men, with the latter remaining stable over the three years for both Ecuadorians and foreigners.

    Description: The organizations demonstrate an adequate conduct based on their organizational culture, which facilitates decision making as well as contracting a good relationship internally and externally, and even being able to apply a good Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) with society and its environment. This research aims to determine the impact that ethics and CSR have had in the search to contribute to the preservation of natural resources in Ecuador through social, economic and environmental improvements assumed by socially responsible entities. Therefore, it is based on a documentary and bibliographic methodology by using bibliographic sources, books, journals, scientific articles to have a base supported by the information collected to make a response to the main theme. The results show an increase in the level of interest of the population in issues that affect the environment and generate pollution, while the discussion shows that for Ecuadorian companies, concepts such as CSR are relatively new, causing organizations to overlook the creation of policies for the ethical care of natural resources. This leads to the conclusion that in Ecuador there is evidence of a growth in organizations focused on CSR because of the existence of many companies that do not apply practices to preserve sustainable development, due to the need to avoid expenses and prioritize their income over the environment.

    Description: Las organizaciones demuestran una conducta adecuada basándose en su cultura organizacional, la cual les facilita la toma de decisiones como también contraer una buena relación internamente como externa, e incluso poder aplicar una buena Responsabilidad Social Empresarial (RSE) con la sociedad y su entorno. La presente investigación pretende determinar el impacto que ha tenido la ética y la RSE en la búsqueda para contribuir a preservar los recursos naturales en Ecuador mediante el mejoramiento social, económico y ambiental asumidos por las entidades socialmente responsables. Por ello, se basa en una metodología documental y bibliográfica al utilizar fuentes bibliográficas, libros, revistas, artículos científicos para tener una base respaldada de la información recopilada para efectuar una respuesta al tema principal. En los resultados se evidencia un incremento referente al nivel de interés de la población sobre temas que afectan al medio ambiente y generan contaminación, mientras se aprecia en la discusión que para las empresas ecuatorianas conceptos como RSE son relativamente nuevos, haciendo que las organizaciones pasen por alto la creación de políticas para el cuidado ético de los recursos naturales. Lo cual lleva a la conclusión de que en Ecuador se evidencia un crecimiento en los organismos centrados en la RSE a causa de la existencia de muchas empresas que no aplican prácticas para preservar el desarrollo sostenible, debido a la necesidad de evitar gastos y priorizar sus ingresos sobre el medio ambiente.

    Description: Este trabajo se encaminó al estudio del estrés de tipo cotidiano en la etapa infantil, el cual está integrado por reacciones a nivel biológico y psicológico que son generadas por ciertas “demandas frustrantes e irritantes que se producen en la interacción diaria con el entorno” (Trianes, Blanca, Fernández-Baena, Escobar y Maldonado, 2014, p. 32), que no son susceptibles de control por parte del niño, y que alteran su equilibrio general. Hay que decir que, las consecuencias del estrés en los más pequeños son múltiples, en especial cuando el problema es crónico (Ruiz Lázaro, 2016) y que no son únicamente a largo plazo (en la adolescencia y la edad adulta), sino que repercuten en la salud y en el bienestar de los niños, casi de manera inmediata (Pérez-Padilla y Menéndez, 2016; Quijada, 2013; Orlandini, 2012).

Nikolai Ostrovsky’s novel How Steel Was Tempered (1932-34) tells the story of a young Ukrainian man named Pavel Korchagin who sacrifices his life and body to forge a steel-like spirit amid revolution, civil war, and postwar socialist construction. Although his physical injuries, which left him paralyzed and even blind, looks somehow grotesque, but his heroic self-sacrifice also had the power to inspire young readers. Regarded as an exemplary work of Soviet socialist realism, it was translated into many languages and read avidly at one time by left-wing readers in the West as well as in the Communist countries in the East. It was particularly influential in China, where it is so popular that even today it is invariably named as one of the favorite books of university students. This is in contrast to post-Soviet Russia today, in which the novel has lost the privileged position it once enjoyed and is no longer widely read. In China under the socialist regime, Ostrovsky’s novel was published in large numbers as suitable reading for young people and incorporated into school education. However, their active introduction in the public sphere alone does not explain their popularity. Chinese readers seem to have become deeply emotionally involved in the protagonist’s unsuccessful love affair with Tonya, a young girl whose bourgeois gestures and characterization must have been considered negative. As a result, the Soviet ideological novel has brought an unexpected meaning of European-style romantic love for Chinese readers. This presentation will trace the reception of Ostrovsky’s novel and the changes in the heroine Tonya’s image by comparing five adaptations: two Soviet films in 1942 and 1957, a Chinese lianhuanhua (serial picture book) in 1972, a Japanese manga in 1975, and a Chinese TV drama in 1999.

Dall’altro il Medioevo della sincera devozione religiosa, delle grandi espressioni artistiche, dell’affermazione della libertà dei popoli contro la tirannia dell’Impero romano; un Medioevo luminoso, raffinato, fantasioso. Per incontrare in modo meno stereotipato il Medioevo occorre aprirsi ai linguaggi del passato, che a un esame attento rivelano dimensioni inaspettate. Se proviamo ad ascoltare le voci che ci giungono da quel tempo lontano, riusciamo forse a comprendere meglio anche il senso di quello che le attuali operazioni di riuso del Medioevo – dei vari Medioevi – cercano di dirci, non solo riguardo a quel periodo storico in sé, ma anche su noi stessi, oggi.

    Description: This book brings together different perspectives on the representation of the Spanish Civil War in digital and analog games, considering them an important part of the cultural production inspired by this historical event. Games must be understood as powerful disseminators of historical stories due to their influence on the processes of memory and reification of the past. Therefore, it is essential to analyze the ideologies they transmit and the visions of the past they offer to players—just like literature, cinema and comics. In this sense, this work introduces the study of games about the Civil War and evaluates the recreational environments in which they appear. It aims to reflect on how games, as distinctive media, can enrich research on conflict and historical memory in general. The case studies of games set in the Spanish Civil War allow us to discover and discuss the visions about the historical moment that circulate in the world of games. The Spanish Civil War in games and recreational environments also offers an overview of methods and theories for the analysis of games as cultural artifacts.

    Description: Moby Dick Rehearsed is a magnificent experiment in the style of Orson Welles, whose talent explores in depth the texture of Melville's novel in an attempt to put it on stage. The analysis shows how the play - performed in New York in 1955 - sheds light on Welles's idea of the theater as a laboratory to experiment with the possibilities of this peculiar form of entertainment. The novel's inner violence and theatrical power become evident when Welles stages a rehearsal of Moby Dick by a company of actors used to act in Shakespeare's Hamlet in 1955. The well-known influence of Shakespeare on Melville's novel emerges from the play, which became a book published by Samuel French in 1965 in New York. Its Italian translation by Cristina Viti - Moby Dick. Prove per un dramma in due atti - provides the base for Elio De Capitani's mise en scene of the play in Milan in 2022, under the title of Moby-Dick alla prova.

Di conseguenza la teoria dell’azione ampiamente affrontata nel contesto del pensiero classico (si pensi, tra gli altri, alle Etiche aristoteliche) ne ha risentito, finendo per risolversi, in ambito romano, in un quadro concettuale semplificato. This methodology was carried out in a motivating environment and free areas, focusing on dynamic and motivating participation, in order to strengthen their abilities and skills, seeking for them to develop autonomous learning. With the results obtained, it can be affirmed that free games directly favor the development of creative thinking in 5-year-old children, since Student's t-test with 53 degrees of freedom, for independent samples, with a significance of 5%, shows a value of 0.038, which is lower than the value proposed, accepting the alternative hypothesis as valid.

    Description: Este trabajo de investigación tuvo como objetivo evaluar la eficacia de los juegos libres en el desarrollo del pensamiento creativo en los estudiantes de 5 años de la Institución Educativa Nº 329 de Huancavelica. La metodología de los juegos libres ofrece una educación dinámica y activa en los estudiantes, la cual incentiva el desarrollo del pensamiento creativo en los estudiantes de 5 años, a través de un mayor sentido de seguridad y confianza en sí mismos. Esta metodología se realizó en un ambiente motivador y áreas libres, centrándose en la participación dinámica y motivadora, con el fin de fortalecer sus capacidades y habilidades, buscando que ellos desarrollen un aprendizaje autónomo. Con los resultados obtenidos se puede afirmar que los juegos libres favorecen directamente en el desarrollo del pensamiento creativo en los niños de 5 años, toda vez que t de Student con 53 grados de libertad, para muestras independientes, con una significancia del 5%, muestra un valor de 0.038 el cual es inferior al valor planteado, aceptando la hipótesis alternativa como válida.

Similarly, representation triggers transitions in the prefiguration and communication of design, the anticipation and foreshadowing of future events.The challenges posed by the digital pose open questions whose scope can only be glimpsed, such as the relationship between drawing and the act of modelling, and the construction of new paradigms of visual language and communication. ‘Transitions’, almost implicitly, points to possible futures, the evolution of technique and the search for new modes of expression; at the same time, however, it can suggest silences and reflections in a process of connection between history, theory, criticism and construction.

    Description: There is part of the children’s population who experiences, in the language- acquisition field, an unparalleled and unique phenomenon: they are youngsters who arrive in Italy through international adoption. When they arrive, they are effectively legal citizens. However, at first Italian appears to be a foreign language which, gradually, is going to become a second language and, eventually, is going to turn into a second mother tongue. This process is extremely fast but it is also painful even because, along the way, the biological mother tongue is notched and replaced by the new adopted language. Often, these youngsters display to have linguistic and communicative disorders caused, on the one hand, by the pre-adoptive conditions and, on the other hand, by the urgency to organize the new language. It is a peculiar and evocative process which entails the intersection of bonds, languages and cultural worlds which are normally distant and divergent. The choice of adoption – with its permanent traits – challenges the family, the siblings and the newcomer. Several studies have already deepened the psychological consequences which an adoption may imply, but little is known about the linguistic-communicative aspects. This publication aims to approach the linguistic and acquisitional data of the adoptive experience, in relation to the primary mother tongue and the new-secondary mother tongue. A field research, conducted in the province of Mantua, allowed us to hand out a questionnaire, to the adoptive parents, regarding the linguistic process which has affected their children once they have come in contact with our language. A reasoned vocabulary of the linguistic terms related to adoption supplies additional and operational information to teachers, educators and parents

    Description: Feminicide has become a problem of general interest due to its high impact on the Colombian population; in this sense, this phenomenon was studied to characterize it in the departments of Huila and Tolima, which is why for the researchers it is essential to make this problem visible, pointing out the conditions framing violence against women from this macho culture that prevails in the region and country. The topic is of special interest since a review of press articles, epidemiological reports, local statements, and research on femicide in the two departments was carried out, seeking to make this phenomenon more visible to show the country’s reality so that it can be reported on. The results show that there is no research on the subject, which makes it possible to initiate a database with studies on femicide. Similarly, the National Institute of Legal Medicine and Forensic Sciences (2016) considers that the data described on homicide in 2015 and in previous years have decreased in magnitude over the years. The analysis of the variables realizes that the risk factors triggering the violent events that determine homicide have not been neutralized, reduced, or controlled, considering that public policy on security and citizen coexistence has been insufficient.

    Description: El Feminicidio se ha convertido en un problema de interés general por su alta afectación a la población colombiana, en tal sentido se estudió este fenómeno para caracterizarlo en los departamentos del Huila y Tolima, es por esta razón que para las investigadoras resulta fundamental visibilizar esta problemática, señalando las condiciones que enmarcan la violencia contra la mujer desde esta cultura machista que impera en la región y en el país. El tema reviste especial interés toda vez que se realizó una revisión de artículos de prensa, informes epidemiológicos, pronunciamientos locales e investigaciones frente al feminicio en los dos departamentos, buscando visibilizar con mayor fuerza este fenómeno a fin de mostrar la realidad al país para que se informe sobre éste. Los resultados evidencian la no existencia de investigaciones al respecto, lo que permite iniciar una base de datos con estudios acerca del feminicidio. De igual forma, el Instituto Nacional de Medicina Legal (2016) considera que los datos descritos sobre el homicidio en el año 2015 y en años anteriores han disminuido en magnitud año tras año, el análisis de las variables da cuenta que los factores de riesgo que desencadenan los hechos violentos que determinan el homicidio no han sido neutralizados, reducidos o controlados, considerando que política pública de seguridad y convivencia ciudadana ha sido insuficiente.

    Description: Quest’opera di Karsavin, di cui si presenta qui la prima traduzione e che viene riedita per la prima volta a Mosca dopo la sua pubblicazione a Berlino nel 1923, è senza dubbio la meno fortunata tra quelle dell’autore, a giudicare dal lungo silenzio che l’ha accompagnata. Ciò naturalmente suscita qualche interrogativo, dal momento che la maggior parte degli scritti di questo autore, non soltanto quelli pubblicati all’estero, ma anche quelli già pubblicati in patria prima dell’espulsione, sono stati riediti negli anni ’90 e alcuni di essi sono stati tradotti in italiano, in francese e in lituano. Il libro su Giordano Bruno non appartiene certo alle opere minori di Karsavin, e non soltanto per l’ampiezza, ma soprattutto per l’impostazione che lo colloca nel periodo della riflessione filosofica più matura dell’autore.

    The Reception of Sumerian Literature in the Western Periphery (2024)

    Description: This book investigates the transmission of Sumerian literature to Syria and Anatolia (i.e. the Western periphery) during the Late Bronze Age. Sumerian is the most ancient language so far documented and remained for about three millennia the language of culture in Mesopotamia for its association with scribal education. With the end of the Old Babylonian period, Sumerian literary and lexical texts were disseminated to regions outside Mesopotamia. The volume, however, is not limited to the documentation stemming from peripheral sites but also includes a comprehensive study of contemporary Mesopotamian sources, i.e. Middle Babylonian and Middle Assyrian. Sumerian literature is best known through the Old Babylonian texts, to which countless studies were dedicated, while the subsequent period is poorly known and has been neglected by scholars for the scarcity of sources. Nevertheless, the Late Bronze Age is extremely important for the Sumerian literature because the process of selection and modification of texts that ended up in the first millennium canonization started in this period. Therefore, this book aims at filling a gap in our comprehension of the history of Sumerian literature.     Description: Il volume contiene l’edizione critica dell’anonimo volgarizzamento della Brevis introductio ad dictamen, uno dei più diffusi trattati di ars dictaminis del Trecento, opera del maestro bolognese Giovanni di Bonandrea. Il testo, conservato da un solo codice, il quattrocentesco Riccardiano 2323, stilisticamente è modesto, ma risulta assai interessante sotto l’aspetto linguistico, in quanto testimonia della ristretta circolazione del lessico dell’ars in volgare. L’edizione è accompagnata da un’introduzione, che esamina le modalità di traduzione e i problemi attributivi e di datazione, da un commento e da un glossario dei termini grammaticali, retorici e metrici.

    Description: Questo libro presenta uno studio sulle rappresentazioni di genere nel linguaggio dei telegiornali italiani con un approccio interdisciplinare che integra l'analisi linguistica con l'analisi dei media. La prima parte fornisce una panoramica del quadro teorico e di ricerca su “lingua e genere” e “media e genere”, con una breve presentazione dei modelli teorici internazionali e una rassegna commentata dello stato dell'arte a livello nazionale, che evidenzia convergenze e nozioni condivise nella prospettiva comune del “genere” nei due ambiti disciplinari. La seconda parte presenta un’analisi delle rappresentazioni femminili e maschili nei telegiornali italiani, che esplora sia le variazioni di genere nel discorso delle fonti delle notizie, sia la tematizzazione di donne e uomini nei contenuti delle notizie, basandosi su un corpus linguistico. I risultati mostrano un quadro complesso: il linguaggio giornalistico italiano diffonde ancora attivamente rappresentazioni asimmetriche e stereotipate, caratterizzandosi così come androcentrico e sessista, ma mostra anche segni di innovazione rispetto al passato. In particolare, i risultati mostrano che un linguaggio giornalistico più consapevole del genere veicola rappresentazioni più gender-fair.

    Description: Il libro dei cammelli errabondi e di quelli che li radunano è composto da 175 domande di tema filologico, letterario, etico, filosofico, scientifico, di costume e dalle relative risposte. Ha la forma di un dialogo fra il letterato al-Tawḥīdī e il filosofo Miskawayh elaborato alla fine del X secolo nel clima creato dall’ambientazione della filosofia e della scienza greca nella cultura arabo islamica. Da questa opera, di cui viene presentata qui la prima traduzione integrale in una lingua europea, emerge il ritratto di un ambiente multiculturale, intellettualmente curioso e aperto, in cui è lecito per esempio, interrogarsi sul rapporto tra ragione e legge religiosa, o sul perché distruggere è più agevole che costruire, uccidere più semplice che far vivere. Se un senso ultimo si deve cercare nell’interrogare i testi, è proprio quello della conoscenza di un passato che aiuti ad aprirsi con coscienza critica al presente, perché «la gente osteggia ciò che non conosce».

The term, beyond its generic meaning of an intermediate stage in a process in which a condition changes from one state to another, has always been used in various fields, from music to geophysics. In fact, the disciplines of drawing have always been confronted with themes and issues relating to transitions from one condition to another. The history of representation tells us of transformations, even epochal ones, relating to ‘drawing’, with all that such transitions entail: suffice it to think of the evolution of forms of representation, of instrumental apparatuses, of the mutability of supports, of the analogical-digital transition underway, of the new modes of communication on platforms, of the hypertrophic offer of images also on the net that confirms Guy Debord’s intuitions relating to the new spectacularisation of society. Similarly, representation triggers transitions in the prefiguration and communication of design, the anticipation and foreshadowing of future events.The challenges posed by the digital pose open questions whose scope can only be glimpsed, such as the relationship between drawing and the act of modelling, and the construction of new paradigms of visual language and communication. ‘Transitions’, almost implicitly, points to possible futures, the evolution of technique and the search for new modes of expression; at the same time, however, it can suggest silences and reflections in a process of connection between history, theory, criticism and construction.

    Description: The Jesuit textual production from the sixteenth century leaves no doubt that the Japanese evangelising enterprise was publicised as the epitome of success. Francisco Cabral, third superior of the mission, who had initially shared this judgement, in time began fearing that the mission was, instead, doomed to failure. As he perceived the loosening of the internal ties of the Society of Jesus, and the salvation of the catechumens as more and more independent of that of the Jesuits, Cabral concluded that God had abandoned the mission. This study, using little-known manuscript sources, examines Cabral’s attitudes towards his confreres and the Japanese people, to illuminate how particular salvation mechanics could define early modern Catholic missions.

In the case of northern Ecuador, in spite of the limited soil fertility gradient, dairy and/or dual-purpose cattle raising represents one of the strongest links in the family economy. Therefore, it is necessary to investigate production alternatives that allow us to conserve natural resources given the fragility of these megadiverse ecosystems. This book shows that the use of conventional livestock systems degrades natural resources with significant losses in productivity, as well as low economic returns. Consequently, the implementation of silvopastoral systems as an easy-to-install technological alternative is undoubtedly the way to achieve more efficient and environmentally friendly livestock systems, while diversifying the economic income of the population.

    Description: La rápida expansión de la frontera agrícola como consecuencia desmesurada de la deforestación y cambios antropogénicos a nivel mundial, es un tema de preocupación por la comunidad científica internacional. Además, frente a una lucha contra el cambio climático por efecto de la ganadería, una de las principales estrategias para la mitigación de gases de efecto invernadero, lo constituyen alternativas sostenibles si uso de productos con alta huella de carbono, revalorizando, además, los recursos locales. En el caso de la zona norte de Ecuador, a pesar de los limitados atributos respecto a gradiente de fertilidad de los suelos, la cría de ganado ya sea de leche y/o doble propósito representa uno de los eslabones más fuertes dentro de la economía de las familias. Por lo tanto, es menester investigar alternativas de producción que nos permitan conservar los recursos naturales dada la fragilidad de estos ecosistemas megadiversos. Mediante este libro se plasma que el uso de sistemas ganaderos convencionales, degradan los recursos naturales con mermas significativas de la productividad, así como bajo réditos económicos. En consecuencia, la implementación de sistemas silvopastoriles como alternativa tecnológica de fácil instalación, es sin duda el camino para alcanzar sistemas ganaderos más eficientes, amigables con el medio ambiente, diversificando además los ingresos económicos de la población.

The term, beyond its generic meaning of an intermediate stage in a process in which a condition changes from one state to another, has always been used in various fields, from music to geophysics. In fact, the disciplines of drawing have always been confronted with themes and issues relating to transitions from one condition to another. The history of representation tells us of transformations, even epochal ones, relating to ‘drawing’, with all that such transitions entail: suffice it to think of the evolution of forms of representation, of instrumental apparatuses, of the mutability of supports, of the analogical-digital transition underway, of the new modes of communication on platforms, of the hypertrophic offer of images also on the net that confirms Guy Debord’s intuitions relating to the new spectacularisation of society. Similarly, representation triggers transitions in the prefiguration and communication of design, the anticipation and foreshadowing of future events.The challenges posed by the digital pose open questions whose scope can only be glimpsed, such as the relationship between drawing and the act of modelling, and the construction of new paradigms of visual language and communication. ‘Transitions’, almost implicitly, points to possible futures, the evolution of technique and the search for new modes of expression; at the same time, however, it can suggest silences and reflections in a process of connection between history, theory, criticism and construction.

    Description: This article analyzes the advertising ethics handled by Ecuadorian companies, making a synthesis of the way in which the social responsibility of the entities or officials linked to their advertising practices is involved. This research is carried out due to the constant changes in advertising nowadays, with the objective of deepening how organizations in Ecuador disseminate advertising and how they direct them to interest groups showing social responsibility. For this, it is based on a methodology of bibliographic review being a qualitative research where data are collected to be evaluated from the general to the particular. Thus, the impact of advertising for product awareness and customer attraction that companies or enterprises currently use is observed from all business-commercial activities. In this sense, it is necessary to review the ethics in advertising, the approach to stakeholders, the management of social responsibility as well as its regulation within companies, in order to learn new advertising techniques and methods for companies to comply with responsibility to generate advertising strategies with an ethical approach.

Esta investigación se lleva a efecto por los constantes cambios de la publicidad en nuestros días, con el objetivo de profundizar como las organizaciones en Ecuador difunden publicidad y como las direccionan a los grupos de interés mostrando una responsabilidad social. Para ello, se basa en una metodología de revisión bibliográfica siendo una investigación cualitativa donde se recogen datos para ser evaluados desde lo general a lo particular. Así se observa desde toda actividad empresarial-comercial el impacto de la publicidad para el conocimiento de productos y atracción de clientes que las empresas o emprendimientos utilizan actualmente. En este sentido se hace necesaria la revisión de la ética en la publicidad, el enfoque de los grupos de interés, el manejo de la responsabilidad social tanto como su regulación dentro de las empresas, con el fin de conocer nuevas técnicas publicitarias y métodos para que las empresas cumplan con responsabilidad para generar estrategias publicitarias con un enfoque ético.

    Description: History Teaching in the university context is a completely unexplored field of research in Italy and for a large part also in those countries that can boast more solid traditions of studies in this research area. This is caused by the shared idea that the academic context is always a guarantee of a high quality of teaching. This work reverses this thesis and therefore aims to deeply investigate the teaching and learning of History to understand its effectiveness; in other words, this means understand whether and how the university can lead students to the development of Historical Thinking, i.e. the most important of the educational objectives concerning History. Through the comparison between Italy and Spain (one of the most advanced country in this research area), the use of a large variety of sources (including specific surveys) and a wide recognition of the Didactics of History as a discipline (with reference to its most important debate on Historical Thinking), the result is a first attempt to identify and analyze the original characteristics and critical issues of History in the higher education system which focuses on the most relevant disciplinary traditions, practices and teaching tools, and also on the complex relationship of academic History with school, publishing industry and digital.

Rovesciando tale tesi, questo contributo si propone di indagare a fondo sull'insegnamento e l'apprendimento della Storia all'università allo scopo di comprenderne l'efficacia, ossia di verificare se effettivamente, e in che termini, quest'ultima sia in grado di condurre i discenti al raggiungimento del più importante degli obiettivi didattici concernenti la Storia, lo sviluppo del ragionamento storico. Avvalendosi della comparazione tra Italia e Spagna (uno dei contesti nazionali più all'avanguardia in questo ambito), dell'impiego di una grande molteplicità di fonti (tra cui figurano specifici questionari) e di un'ampia ricognizione della Didattica della Storia come disciplina e del suo dibattito di riferimento concernente le teorie della conoscenza storica, il risultato è un primo tentativo di individuazione e di analisi dei caratteri originali e delle criticità della Storia nel sistema d'istruzione superiore che focalizza l'attenzione sulle tradizioni disciplinari, le pratiche e gli strumenti didattici più rilevanti, senza però dimenticare il complesso rapporto della Storia accademica con la scuola, l'editoria e il digitale.

Can he ever be held up as a role model or seen as a figure to be enjoyed? This is the task that the eminent Italian historian and lifelong feminist, Luisa Passerini, sets for herself in In Defense of Don Giovanni. As she developed the long arc of her distinguished career, Don Giovanni surprisingly became not only her role model but also a secret object of research. Taking her method from oral history, Passerini creates a series of characters with whom she discusses the forms and incarnations of the myth of Don Giovanni across time, from its first appearance in early medieval Spain and Commedia dell’Arte to its many European variations and its transposition to the colonial and postcolonial world in the Middle East, the Americas, and Africa. Pivoting round Don Giovanni’s best known incarnation in Mozart’s opera, Passerini and her interlocutors meet in different locations from Venice and Bern to Paris and Turin. They discuss plays, films, and operas and talk about art, novels, and psychoanalytic interpretations of the myth while also sharing their own life stories, in which Don Giovanni often plays a part that is, by turns, destructive, mischievous, and full of the joy of life. From his early beginnings in the Iberian Peninsula to recent analysis of the sexuality of colonial conquest and postcolonial revenge and return, Don Giovanni shape-shifts between rapacious hypermasculinity, comic trickster, and morally vacuous loser whose annoyingly persistent nemesis Don Ottavio emerges as an alternative and ultimately better object of desire.     Description: The volume, dedicated to the 44th International Conference of the Italian Union for Drawing, investigates the theme of ‘Transitions’, which particularly effectively represents our time and the current condition of the discipline of Drawing. The term, beyond its generic meaning of an intermediate stage in a process in which a condition changes from one state to another, has always been used in various fields, from music to geophysics. In fact, the disciplines of drawing have always been confronted with themes and issues relating to transitions from one condition to another. The history of representation tells us of transformations, even epochal ones, relating to ‘drawing’, with all that such transitions entail: suffice it to think of the evolution of forms of representation, of instrumental apparatuses, of the mutability of supports, of the analogical-digital transition underway, of the new modes of communication on platforms, of the hypertrophic offer of images also on the net that confirms Guy Debord’s intuitions relating to the new spectacularisation of society. Similarly, representation triggers transitions in the prefiguration and communication of design, the anticipation and foreshadowing of future events.The challenges posed by the digital pose open questions whose scope can only be glimpsed, such as the relationship between drawing and the act of modelling, and the construction of new paradigms of visual language and communication. ‘Transitions’, almost implicitly, points to possible futures, the evolution of technique and the search for new modes of expression; at the same time, however, it can suggest silences and reflections in a process of connection between history, theory, criticism and construction.

    Description: Un país para los porteños propone un panorama renovado y plural sobre la experiencia del Estado de Buenos Aires al asumir libremente el ejercicio de su soberanía interior y exterior (1852-1861) en el proceso de construcción del Estado nacional argentino. El objetivo es facilitar una mayor comprensión de los intensos y complejos procesos acaecidos a mediados del siglo XIX que permiten señalar particularidades del Estado de Buenos Aires, sin dejar de considerar los enfrentamientos armados y demás interrelaciones con la Confederación Argentina y las agencias indígenas.     Description: Nel 1968 fu pubblicata la prima edizione completa della Bibbia cattolica in lingua cinese. Gli autori della traduzione erano i membri dello Studium Biblicum Franciscanum Sinense, l’istituto biblico fondato nel 1945 a Pechino dal francescano Padre Gabriele Allegra, che aveva inaugurato il progetto e scelto i suoi primi collaboratori. Questo volume approfondisce la formazione e il ruolo dei francescani cinesi coinvolti nella traduzione e delinea l’attività degli stessi nella successiva fondazione della Vicaria e della Provincia francescana cinese (1970, 1989). Viene presentata in dettaglio la figura di Padre Ludovico Liu Xutang, membro dello Studio Biblico e primo Vicario nel 1970. La traduzione del volumetto Huainian Liu Xutang shenfu consente di vedere concretizzati gli impegni di Padre Liu nelle attività bibliche dello Studio, nell’erezione della Provincia Reginae Sinarum e nella ripresa dei contatti con i cattolici della Cina continentale, e offre al lettore una raccolta di testimonianze dirette sulla vita del francescano.
