    Beschreibung: Feminicide has become a problem of general interest due to its high impact on the Colombian population; in this sense, this phenomenon was studied to characterize it in the departments of Huila and Tolima, which is why for the researchers it is essential to make this problem visible, pointing out the conditions framing violence against women from this macho culture that prevails in the region and country. The topic is of special interest since a review of press articles, epidemiological reports, local statements, and research on femicide in the two departments was carried out, seeking to make this phenomenon more visible to show the country’s reality so that it can be reported on. The results show that there is no research on the subject, which makes it possible to initiate a database with studies on femicide. Similarly, the National Institute of Legal Medicine and Forensic Sciences (2016) considers that the data described on homicide in 2015 and in previous years have decreased in magnitude over the years. The analysis of the variables realizes that the risk factors triggering the violent events that determine homicide have not been neutralized, reduced, or controlled, considering that public policy on security and citizen coexistence has been insufficient.

    Beschreibung: El Feminicidio se ha convertido en un problema de interés general por su alta afectación a la población colombiana, en tal sentido se estudió este fenómeno para caracterizarlo en los departamentos del Huila y Tolima, es por esta razón que para las investigadoras resulta fundamental visibilizar esta problemática, señalando las condiciones que enmarcan la violencia contra la mujer desde esta cultura machista que impera en la región y en el país. El tema reviste especial interés toda vez que se realizó una revisión de artículos de prensa, informes epidemiológicos, pronunciamientos locales e investigaciones frente al feminicio en los dos departamentos, buscando visibilizar con mayor fuerza este fenómeno a fin de mostrar la realidad al país para que se informe sobre éste. Los resultados evidencian la no existencia de investigaciones al respecto, lo que permite iniciar una base de datos con estudios acerca del feminicidio. De igual forma, el Instituto Nacional de Medicina Legal (2016) considera que los datos descritos sobre el homicidio en el año 2015 y en años anteriores han disminuido en magnitud año tras año, el análisis de las variables da cuenta que los factores de riesgo que desencadenan los hechos violentos que determinan el homicidio no han sido neutralizados, reducidos o controlados, considerando que política pública de seguridad y convivencia ciudadana ha sido insuficiente.

    Beschreibung: Voltaire is one of the few European authors of the 18th century to have dealt with Korea. In this study, we first propose to highlight, through an analysis of all of his work, the texts in which he mentioned Korea and how this country is represented there. We will then try to identify his documentary sources, and we will focus mainly on how the author created stories from historical elements. Our survey also aims to understand Voltaire’s attitude to the historical-philosophical and dramatic genres, and to better understand his conception of these two genres.

    Beschreibung: Un país para los porteños propone un panorama renovado y plural sobre la experiencia del Estado de Buenos Aires al asumir libremente el ejercicio de su soberanía interior y exterior (1852-1861) en el proceso de construcción del Estado nacional argentino. El objetivo es facilitar una mayor comprensión de los intensos y complejos procesos acaecidos a mediados del siglo XIX que permiten señalar particularidades del Estado de Buenos Aires, sin dejar de considerar los enfrentamientos armados y demás interrelaciones con la Confederación Argentina y las agencias indígenas. Con esa finalidad, quince investigadores elaboraron síntesis argumentativas, estados de la cuestión e investigaciones específicas, desde sus respectivas especialidades, sobre: las provincias y la Confederación Argentina; la rebelión rural y federal de 1852; la condición estatal de Buenos Aires; la renovación política en las gobernaciones; los entramados jurídico-político-institucionales en la campaña; los procesos eleccionarios; las fuerzas armadas de Buenos Aires; las alternativas indígenas; la población, fiscalidad, economía y política de tierras; las mujeres de la Sociedad de Beneficencia; la prensa en la política; la cuestión religiosa; y las formas de construcción de una identidad porteña como comunidad imaginada.

    Beschreibung: Dans sa Démonolâtrie (1595), le procureur général de Lorraine, Nicolas Remy, estime que « Les sorciers appartiennent la plupart du temps au monde des bourgs et des campagnes. ». Cependant, les vauderies survenues à Lyon et Arras au XVe siècle comme les cas de possession du XVIIe siècle sont autant de témoignages de la présence de la sorcellerie dans les villes européennes. Les études de cas et les essais comparatifs réunis dans ce volume montrent qu'en dépit de la diversité des sociétés urbaines, la sorcellerie apparaît comme un révélateur des enjeux de pouvoir qui traversent les villes modernes.Dans sa postface, Carlo Ginzburg insiste sur la portée d'une approche comparatiste, toujours attentive aux écarts à la norme, et souligne l'importance d’aborder les procès de sorcellerie comme une manifestation particulière des tensions sociales et culturelles.

    Beschreibung: The reading experience and the self-referential stories of children between five and six years of age presented in this booklet are the result of the work elaborated by the transition students of the Franciscan School of Pius XII, within the framework of the activities of the psychology professional practice project, whose purpose was to approach narratives and stories as an excuse to navigate through the subjective productions elaborated from the reading experience. The elaboration of the stories allowed the construction of a space to relate personal events considered significant for the children. Therefore, each story that the reader will encounter speaks of a small world that found a way to be transmitted to others through narrative. Beyond building a story, the idea was to allow a moment to think about those experiences that give meaning to existence, as they are loaded with imagination, emotions and sensations, which is an opportunity to develop the process of conceiving themselves as subjects with a story.

    Beschreibung: La experiencia de lectura y los relatos autorreferenciales de niños de entre cinco y seis años que se presentan en este cuadernillo son el resultado del trabajo elaborado por los alumnos de transición del Colegio Franciscano de Pío XII, en el marco de las actividades del proyecto de práctica profesional de psicología, cuyo propósito fue abordar las narrativas y los cuentos como excusa para navegar por las producciones subjetivas elaboradas a partir de la experiencia de lectura. La elaboración de los cuentos permitió la construcción de un espacio para relatar acontecimientos personales considerados significativos para los niños. Por lo tanto, cada historia que el lector encontrará habla de un pequeño mundo que encontró una forma de ser transmitido a otros a través de la narrativa. Más allá de construir una historia, la idea era permitir un momento para pensar en aquellas experiencias que dan sentido a la existencia, ya que están cargadas de imaginación, emociones y sensaciones, lo que constituye una oportunidad para desarrollar el proceso de concebirse como sujetos con una historia.

    Beschreibung: Can we build peace? relaunches the question of peacebuilding as a commitment to research and reflection beyond established theoretical frameworks. Each chapter of this book reflects the search and the questions that mobilize different scholars from their own intellectual trajectories and life experiences. It is a book that harbors the richness of its content in the diversity of methodical approaches to the question of peace. Thus, it understands that to build, to recognize, to dissent, to transform, are verbs of solidarity with which the transition from a country in conflict to a possible peace is conveyed. From the academic point of view, one of the great challenges is to consolidate the convergence of interests, knowledge and actions that allow a clear understanding of the complexity of the problems of the transition to peace. One of the premises that inspires the authors is to propose a decentered reading of established theories, without ignoring their value and without rejecting the necessary specificity required to elucidate and address specific issues such as psychological effects, legal discussions or media logics. Thus, the reader will find dissertations on cardinal issues of social, political and cultural life on which it is necessary to reflect in the processes of overcoming armed conflicts. This proposal seeks to delocalize, from a theoretical and methodological point of view, the research reflection and promote an interdisciplinary dialogue among authors from different regions and countries, in order to summon readers interested in understanding, from different points of view, the tensions, problems and ambiguities that Colombia faces in terms of peace.

    Beschreibung: ¿Podemos construir la paz?, relanza la pregunta por la construcción de paz como una apuesta por la investigación y reflexión más allá de los marcos teóricos establecidos. Cada capítulo de este libro refleja la búsqueda y los interrogantes que movilizan a distintos académicos desde sus propias trayectorias intelectuales y experiencias de vida. Es un libro que aloja la riqueza de su contenido en la diversidad de aproximaciones metódicas a la pregunta por la paz. Así las cosas, entiende que construir, reconocer, disentir, transformar, son verbos solidarios con los que se vehiculiza la transición de un país en conflicto, hacia una paz posible. Desde el punto de vista académico, uno de los grandes retos es consolidar la convergencia de intereses, saberes y acciones que permitan una clara comprensión de la complejidad de los problemas de la transición hacia la paz. Una de las premisas que inspira a los autores, es proponer una lectura descentrada de las teorías establecidas, sin desconocer su valor y sin recusar la especificidad necesaria que requieren la elucidación y abordaje de asuntos concretos como los efectos psicológicos, las discusiones jurídicas o las lógicas mediáticas. Por lo anterior, el lector encontrará disertaciones sobre temas cardinales de la vida social, política y cultural que precisan ser reflexionados en los procesos de superación de conflictos armados. Con esta propuesta, se busca deslocalizar, desde el punto de vista teórico y metodológico, la reflexión investigativa y promover un diálogo interdisciplinario entre autores de distintas regiones y países, con el fin de convocar a lectores interesados en comprender, desde distintos puntos de vista, las tensiones, problemas y ambigüedades a los que se enfrenta Colombia en materia de paz.

Con un arduo trabajo de rigurosa documentación, a partir de conceptos como cultura política, repertorios de acción colectiva o disputa de la agenda pública, la autora hilvana la trama de constitución del movimiento de derechos humanos en Córdoba, un movimiento social que, a veces contra el Estado, otras con él, desde los ejes de verdad y justicia por los crímenes cometidos durante la última dictadura cívico-militar, va convirtiéndose en referencia política de otra forma de hacer y comprender la democracia. Así, unas cuestiones que el poder político prometió responder y solo lo hizo a medias (¿dónde están los desaparecidos?, ¿qué hicieron con los nietos apropiados?, ¿qué pasó con las Malvinas?, ¿qué sucedió con la deuda externa?) se volvieron cuestionamientos centrales al orden social que impuso la dictadura y que, con rupturas y continuidades, en sus lineamientos centrales siguió implementándose en las dos primeras décadas de la nueva democracia.

    Beschreibung: Les guerres culturelles du XIXe siècle opposèrent les anticléricaux et les libéraux aux chrétiens intransigeants. Ils s’affrontèrent sur des questions majeures : l’articulation entre religion et politique ; les limites de la liberté individuelle, le but de l’existence humaine. Leurs visions du monde paraissaient inconciliables. Comment ont-ils géré leurs différends ? Quelles ont été finalement les voies de la coexistence ? En croisant les histoires italienne, française, allemande et suisse, cet ouvrage montre les mécanismes communs qui, en Europe, ont apporté une première vague sécularisatrice. La Guerre des deux France, le Kulturkampf et le Risorgimento sont analysés comme des crises d’apprentissage du pluralisme au sein des jeunes nations démocratiques. Ces guerres culturelles, sans véritables gagnants ni perdants, ont contribué à transformer tant les églises, qui luttaient pour ne pas perdre leur influence, que les états qui, en se laïcisant, ont assis leur souveraineté.

Esta compilación aparece frente al renovado interés de la disciplina histórica y las ciencias humanas, por interpretar las fuentes visuales como producciones intencionalmente elaboradas y difundidas tanto en momentos como en espacios particulares. Alejándose de la vista inocente y contemplativa, los autores del libro proponen desde sus contribuciones, situar la función social de las imágenes en el centro de sus análisis de caso, los cuales abarcan un amplio conjunto de procesos latinoamericanos ocurridos entre los siglos XIX y XXI en países como Chile, Brasil, Perú, Colombia y Argentina. De esta manera, cada capítulo invita al lector a “pensar visualmente” temas como la propaganda política, la construcción de la nación, el ensamblaje de identidades o de memorias colectivas, etc., partiendo del supuesto metodológico que sugiere rastrear las imágenes desde su producción hasta su recepción, donde adquieren múltiples sentidos en su respectivo presente, así como en su preservación actual. Imaginando América Latina se presenta entonces como una iniciativa abierta a diferentes perspectivas disciplinares no solo limitadas a la lectura del historiador. Los doce capítulos contenidos en este libro, buscarán reflexionar sobre la capacidad de la imagen para conectar realidades en escalas globales y locales, insistiendo en mostrar la doble relación entre una historicidad de lo visual y una visualidad de la historia.

It is a set of studies that offer a very well differentiated Latin American panorama and with comparative contributions that generate lines of future research. For this reason, I believe that it may soon become an important international reference work (GUNTHER DIETZ). It is a very current and relevant work for the Latin American context. It is a commitment to work with, in and from the communities, which is related to one of the objectives sought, which is to understand interculturality from the grassroots. It is an enjoyable read and I consider that it can be a contribution both to continue with the research presented and to generate much more participatory and collaborative methodologies in the field, breaking with the classic Eurocentric object-subject visions. On the other hand, the degree of commitment that can be seen in several chapters can serve as motivation for social scientists who are beginning in the field (ELEDER PIÑEIRO).

Es un conjunto de estudios que ofrecen un panorama latinoamericano muy bien diferenciado y con aportes comparativos que generan líneas de investigación futura. Por ello, creo que puede convertirse pronto en una importante obra de referencia internacional (GUNTHER DIETZ). Es una obra muy actual y relevante para el contexto latinoamericano. Es una apuesta por el trabajo con, en y desde las comunidades, lo que se relaciona con uno de los objetivos buscados, que es entender la interculturalidad desde las bases. Es una lectura amena y considero que puede ser un aporte tanto para continuar con las investigaciones presentadas como para generar metodologías mucho más participativas y colaborativas en el campo, rompiendo con las clásicas visiones eurocéntricas objeto-sujeto. Por otro lado, el grado de compromiso que se aprecia en varios capítulos puede servir de motivación para los científicos sociales que se inician en el campo (ELEDER PIÑEIRO).

    Beschreibung: The court and court society in the Hispanic world (16th-18th centuries): The courtly world has emerged as a propitious intellectual and historiographical space for thinking and writing the history of early modernity. Ever since the renewal of the so-called ‘political history,’ but also after the perspective of cultural studies, the courtly has become the privileged scenario for the study of the political society of the Modern Age, starting from the analysis of the formation of the different social actors’ different political identities in dispute, as well as the tracking of hidden interests in decision-making in order to understand power groups or networks. Similarly, the courtly cannot but be thought of as that singular scenario and/or space of conjunction and indistinction between the political (public) and the economic (private), as well as a locus of identity formation and dispute. In this sense, the study of the Ancien Régime societies cannot ignore the courtly, which is a key element for understanding and analyzing one of the articulating elements of the globality of the European monarchies, particularly the Hispanic monarchy. As this work describes, this global perspective allows us to understand the importance and imprint of the courtly in America. Therefore, the aim is to analyze and understand the court and the courtly world from multiple perspectives. The articles that make up this work problematize the courtly from different geographical spaces, but above all from different intellectual concerns and preoccupations: princely and courtly education, the problem of the King’s favorite, the religious, the nobiliary, the place of the feminine in the court or, also, the materiality of the courtly texts and the materiality of the government of the monarchy from the court.

    Beschreibung: El mundo cortesano se ha erigido como un espacio intelectual e historiográfico propicio para pensar y escribir la historia de la primera modernidad. Desde la renovación de la denominada ‘historia política’, pero también desde los estudios culturales, lo cortesano ha devenido en el escenario privilegiado de estudio de la sociedad política de la Edad Moderna, partiendo de análisis de la conformación de las diferentes identidades políticas en disputa de los distintos actores sociales, como también del rastreo de intereses ocultos en las tomas de decisiones para comprender redes o grupos de poder. Asimismo, lo cortesano no puede dejar de pensarse como ese escenario y/o espacio singular de conjunción e indistinción entre lo político (público) y lo económico (privado), así como un locus de conformación y disputa identitaria. En este sentido, el estudio de las sociedades del Antiguo Régimen no puede obviar lo cortesano, máxima para comprender y analizar uno de los elementos articuladores de la globalidad de las monarquías europeas, singularmente de la monarquía hispánica. Esta perspectiva global nos permite comprender, como se realiza en esta obra, la importancia e impronta de lo cortesano en América. Por lo tanto, esta obra busca analizar y comprender la corte y el mundo cortesano desde múltiples perspectivas. Los artículos que conforman esta obra problematizan lo cortesano desde diversos espacios geográficos, pero sobre todo desde distintas inquietudes y preocupaciones intelectuales: la educación principesca y cortesana, el problema del valimiento, lo religioso, lo nobiliario, el lugar de lo femenino en la corte o, también, la materialidad de los textos cortesanos y la materialidad del gobierno de la monarquía desde la corte.

    Beschreibung: Il n’est pas toujours facile, pour les chercheurs et chercheuses comme pour les étudiant.e.s en Histoire ou Littérature antique, d’avoir accès aux préambules à l’élaboration d’un texte. La frustration qui en résulte est d’autant plus grande dans le cas de l’historiographie, où nous savons qu’un vaste travail de collecte, sélection et réappropriation des sources a présidé à la rédaction des œuvres qui nous sont parvenues. C’est à ces « coulisses » que cet ouvrage essaie d’accéder, par le moyen d’une comparaison originale et systématique de deux historiens romains contemporains, Tacite et Suétone. Abordées sur un pied d’égalité en ce qui concerne la démarche historiographique, leurs œuvres permettent en effet de lever une partie du voile sur ce qui relève, dans leur contenu, de l’influence des auteurs précédents ou de choix personnels, mais aussi des attentes du public du IIe siècle lorsqu’il s’agissait d’écrire sur les premiers empereurs. Sont dès lors étudiés d’un point de vue historiographique des épisodes aussi fameux que le séjour de Tibère à Capri ou l’incendie de Rome en 64, et abordés des thèmes comme la présence visible des deux auteurs dans leur texte, celle de leurs sources, la question des motifs repris et développés ou encore le rapport à la tradition antérieure sur les Julio-Claudiens et les trois « empereurs éphémères » qui succédèrent à Néron. Une meilleure connaissance du rapport des Romains à l’écriture de l’histoire et au passé devient ainsi également possible.

    Beschreibung: The World Health Organization -WHO- (2016, p.1) notes that, "Annually, more than 800,000 people take their own lives and many more attempt suicide. Each suicide is a tragedy that affects families, communities, and countries and has lasting effects for those close to the suicidal person." Suicidal behavior ranges from ideation in its different expressions, through threats, gestures and attempts, to the suicide itself. The presence of any of these indicators (ideation, threats, gestures and attempts) should be considered as a sign of high risk in the individual presenting them. The relationship between suicide and mental disorders is quite close, however, it does not mean that those who do not suffer from a mental disorder are exempt from this suicidal behavior, since there have been cases that occur impulsively as a response to a crisis that affects the ability to cope with the difficulties of life, such as economic problems, the breakup of sentimental or family relationships, or chronic pain and illness.

El comportamiento suicida abarca desde la ideación en sus diferentes expresiones, pasando por las amenazas, los gestos y los intentos, hasta el suicidio propiamente dicho. La presencia de cualquiera de estos indicadores (ideas, amenazas, gestos e intentos) debe considerarse como un signo de alto riesgo en el individuo que los presenta. La relación entre el suicidio y los trastornos mentales es bastante estrecha, sin embargo, no significa que quienes no padecen un trastorno mental estén exentos de esta conducta suicida, ya que se han dado casos que se producen de forma impulsiva como respuesta a una crisis que afecta a la capacidad de afrontar las dificultades de la vida, como los problemas económicos, la ruptura de relaciones sentimentales o familiares, o los dolores y enfermedades crónicas.

    Beschreibung: The first components of developmental psychology can perhaps be traced back to the social recognition of infancy and childhood. Many historians agree that this recognition came late. The French historian Philippe Ariès argues that in medieval society there was no room for childhood or the child as theoretical constructs. They would emerge in the course of the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries. Thus, although a certain sensitivity towards childhood appeared between the 16th and 17th centuries, it would seem that it was only in the 18th century that the child became the object of concern for some thinkers, mostly philosophers and pedagogues. There are several authors who are referents and it is worthwhile to review them, even if only briefly. At the time, Rousseau (1712-1778), in his Emilium, proposes an education centered on the natural evolution of the child, in which he highlights his particularities and differences and places childhood as a necessary and fundamental stage for man. The pedagogue Johann Heinrich Pestalozzi (1746-1827), sympathizes with some of Rousseau's ideas on the education of children and keeps a diary of his son's first two years, which becomes one of the first systematic observations that is assumed to be a precursor of observational methodology in early development. In line with the above, this text can only be understood as a first attempt, unfinished and open, to be continued. It is what the Anglos call a "text in progress", and that the ebook edition will allow us to reopen it without major difficulties. It is also, of course, an incitement to readers to complement it, discuss it or even controvert it. This is intended to be a living text and discussed within the community. It is possible that certain hypotheses about the facts found will give rise to controversy. A colleague warned that lightning will surely strike it as it is a provocative text. Let's hope so: as long as they are illuminating, it will have partially fulfilled its purpose. In any case, there remains a taste for scrutinizing our past more closely with a view to the future and not only to what could not be.

    Beschreibung: Los primeros componentes de la psicología del desarrollo tal vez puedan situarse a partir del reconocimiento social de la infancia y de la niñez. Muchos historiadores coinciden en afirmar que ese reconocimiento fue tardío. El historiador francés Philippe Ariès sostiene que en la sociedad medieval no había espacio para la infancia ni para el niño como constructos teóricos. Ellos emergerían en el transcurrir de los siglos XVII y XVIII. Entonces, aunque entre los siglos XVI y XVII se asoma una cierta sensibilidad respecto de la infancia, parecería que es solo en el siglo XVIII que el niño es objeto de preocupación por parte de algunos pensadores, en su mayoría filósofos y pedagogos. Son varios los autores que se constituyen en referentes y vale la pena revisarlos así sea brevemente. En su momento, Rousseau (1712-1778), en el Emilio propone una educación centrada en la evolución natural del niño, en la que destaca sus particularidades y sus diferencias y sitúa la infancia como una etapa necesaria y fundamental para el hombre. El pedagogo Johann Heinrich Pestalozzi (1746-1827), simpatiza con algunas de las ideas de Rousseau sobre la educación de los niños y lleva un diario sobre los dos primeros años de su hijo que se convierte en una de las primeras observaciones sistemáticas que se asume como precursora de la metodología observacional en el desarrollo temprano. It begins its construction with a team of researchers from the Cognition and Representational Development Group of the Research Center of the Universidad del Valle, which articulates several groups such as the Research Group on Evaluation and Quality of Education (Giece); the Education Group, the Cognitive Development, Learning and Teaching Group, and the Cognition and Education Group. Likewise, the three doctoral programs in psychology in the region participate in its elaboration: Universidad del Valle, Universidad de San Buenaventura Cali and Pontificia Universidad Javeriana de Cali. In the first one, the authors were trained and learned that nonlinear dynamical systems can be a conceptual and methodological way to approach the study of cognitive development. The different works that make up the chapters of the book are ascribed to nonlinear dynamical systems, which offer an innovative conceptualization for thinking about developmental psychology in general and cognitive development in particular. This pioneering and committed task of the group materializes in significant advances in the use of methodologies more in line with the conceptual principles assumed.

Inicia su construcción con un equipo de investigadores del Grupo Cognición y Desarrollo Representacional, del Centro de Investigaciones de la Universidad del Valle, que articula diversos grupos tales como el Grupo de Investigación en Evaluación y Calidad de la Educación (Giece); el Grupo Educación, el Grupo Desarrollo Cognitivo, Aprendizaje y Enseñanza, y el Grupo Cognición y Educación. Así mismo, en su preparación involucra los tres programas de doctorado en psicología de la región: el de la Universidad del Valle, el de la Universidad de San Buenaventura Cali y el de la Pontificia Universidad Javeriana de Cali. En el primero de ellos se formaron los autores y aprendieron que los sistemas dinámicos no lineales pueden ser un camino conceptual y metodológico para abordar el estudio del desarrollo cognitivo. Los distintos trabajos que conforman los capítulos del libro se adscriben a los sistemas dinámicos no lineales, que ofrecen una conceptualización innovadora para pensar la psicología del desarrollo en general y el desarrollo cognitivo en particular. Esta tarea pionera y comprometida del grupo, se concreta en avances significativos en el uso de metodologías más acordes con los principios conceptuales asumidos.

    Beschreibung: De acuerdo a leyendas incaicas, a Inicios de los años 1400 hubo una batalla en las afueras del Cusco que cambió el curso de la historia sudamericana. Los chancas, un poderoso grupo étnico de la región de Andahuaytas, habían comenzado un agresivo plan de expansión. Habiendo ya conquistado pequeñas entidades políticas, su ejército habia penetrado profundamente en el territorio de sus tradicionales rivales, los incas. Mediante una serie de maniobras inusuales, los incas derrotaron a las fuerzas invasores chancas y llegaron a transformarse en el grupo más poderoso de los Andes. Muchos investigadores creen quo la derrota do los chancas representa un momento crítico en la histona de Sudamérica, ya que los incas luego continuaron su expansión, estableciendo el más extenso imperio do América. A pesar de la relevancia que habría tenido para la historia sudamericana, hasta hace unos años, el núcleo territorial Chanca había permanecido inexplorado. Consecuentemente, los procesos culturales conducentes al rápido desarrollo de este grupo y la posterior derrota de los mismos a manos de los incas tampoco habían sido investigados. Entre 2001 y 2004, Brian S. Bauer y su equipo de investigación realizaron una prospección arqueológica en la región de Andahuaylas. Este proyecto constituyó una oportunidad sin precedentes para examinar problemas teóricos relativos a la historia y al desarrollo cultural de las sociedades prehispánicas tardías de esta región de los Andes. El libro derivado de dichos trabajos presenta un análisis arqueológico sobre el desarrollo do los chancas y examina su derrota final frente a los incas.

Les différents textes sont extraits des communications présentées à Bordeaux du 29 au 31 octobre 2018 à l’occasion d’une manifestation commune organisée par le Comité Européen d’Histoire du Sport (CESH) et la Société Française d’Histoire du Sport (SFHS).

Connu en Asie dès les premiers siècles de l'ère chrétienne, puis en Europe à partir du XIXe siècle, ce classique de la littérature bouddhique fut traduit plusieurs fois en chinois sous les dynasties Jin et Tang et inspira les artistes du Gandhāra (Pakistan) comme ceux de Borobudur (Indonésie). Basé sur la lecture du texte sanskrit et de ses traductions chinoises, le commentaire proposé dans ce volume permet de se familiariser avec cette œuvre unique issue de la doctrine nouvelle du mahāyāna, ou grand véhicule, tout en perpétuant des épisodes biographiques du Buddha des écoles anciennes. Sont ainsi abordés les différents genres littéraires, la structure du sūtra, les sources textuelles et mythologiques qui ont inspiré son auteur, ainsi que les thèmes de la souffrance, de l’impermanence, des jeux du Bodhisattva, etc. Ce parcours d’ensemble invite à mieux comprendre la manière dont la vie du Buddha a été écrite.

    Beschreibung: La République des castors : c’est ainsi que Montesquieu, d’après un témoignage de Pierre Daru, appelait Venise. Qu’entendait-il, au juste, par là ? La ténacité, certes, avec laquelle les habitants de la lagune avaient fait surgir de l’eau la « ville la plus triomphante » du monde, mais sa précarité aussi, qui pouvait à chaque instant la mettre en butte aux convoitises des hommes et à l’usure du temps. Ainsi, en un jour, le 12 mai 1797, la vague napoléonienne devait emporter la vieille République qui avait résisté pendant un millénaire à toutes les menaces, à tous les dangers. C’est autour de cet événement – situé comme « épisode » dans ses tenants et aboutissants immédiats, mais aussi dans une ligne de « tendance » séculaire –, et pour en commémorer l’anniversaire, que ce recueil est organisé. Il ne s’agit pas d’un livre, qui viendrait s’ajouter à l’immense bibliographie sur l’histoire de Venise, mais plutôt d’un guide pour ce qui, dans cette histoire, a fait et fait encore problème : le « mythe politique », le statut des « citoyens », les querelles théâtrales, les circonstances de la chute, les débats et controverses dont la République fut l’objet après 1797, et tout au long du XIXe siècle. Si deux légendes ont fleuri autour de Venise et de son histoire, une légende dorée et une légende noire, ce recueil, en déroulant un fil continu entre les deux, tente de montrer comment l’une ne fut que le reflet inversé de l’autre. C’est ce qui fait, au fond, la singularité de Venise dans l’histoire européenne.

Between the virtuous wife set up as a model and the adulterous woman who is a source of scandal, there are many nuances that encourage us to go beyond this reductive approach. Suspended time’ is precisely a window on the history of married women confronted with the long-term absence of a husband, considering them in their full agentivity and not as victims undergoing the throes of separation. The question of the autonomy and independence of wives in Western societies, which have long been patriarchal, is therefore at the heart of this book. Indeed, the departure of men, whether they are at war, at sea or elsewhere, offers the possibility of partially bypassing the “silences of history” with regard to women and of observing them, on a daily basis, in their confrontation with the absence of the other. This collection of essays is firmly rooted in the history of the family and the history of gender, and offers twenty-four contributions whose approaches alternate between individual trajectories – so many female experiences of absence – and more general perspectives, from Greek antiquity, through Renaissance Italy and revolutionary France, to contemporary Quebec.

    Beschreibung: Dieu au Collège de France, volume 6 of the « Passage des disciplines » series, includes texts that were presented during the symposium “Dieu at the Collège de France”, which was held in June 2021, after the delays caused by the pandemic, as part of “Passage des disciplines. Global history of the Collège de France, 19th-20th century”. This research program and the series associated with it examines the genesis of scientific and literary fields of knowledge, their mapping and their evolution during the 19th and 20th centuries, on both national and international levels, from the standpoint afforded by the history of the renewal of academic chairs at the Collège de France. “Dieu” is, to be sure, not a new 19th discipline, or a “founder of discursivity”, as Foucault called the scholars who had invented not only new discourses, but, more broadly, discursive continents, new “épistemes”. God is certainly an ancient “inventor of discursivity” and the discursive continent that he has launched is considerably more diffuse than those which come from Freud, Darwin, Einstein or Durkheim, which were the object of preceding symposia, and, for the first three ones, of the first three volumes of the series. Il s’agit plus précisément d’examiner les confraternités ou les affiliations spirituelles nées autour des monastères, couvents, chapitres canoniaux et commanderies hospitalières, de leur apparition en Occident au haut Moyen Âge jusqu’à leurs avatars actuels. À la lumière d’une documentation disséminée, inégalement conservée et rendue invisible par des classements archivistiques aléatoires, l’ouvrage s’attache à caractériser les sources, le vocabulaire et le contenu pastoral de cette formule consistant à partager les bienfaits salvifiques d’une communauté ecclésiastique avec des individus (ou groupes d’individus) extérieurs à celle-ci. Au prix d’un patient travail de contextualisation, les auteurs apportent des éléments nouveaux sur ses usages par les réguliers comme par leurs bienfaiteurs.     Beschreibung: Les 3 et 4 octobre 2013 se sont tenues à Caen les quatrièmes journées d'étude du programme Corps, gestes et vêtements dans les mondes anciens : une lecture historique et anthropologique (ANHiMA et CRBC), animé par Jean-Baptiste Bonnard (maître de conférences en histoire grecque à l’université de Caen, ANHIMA, HISTEMÉ), Florence Gherchanoc (professeure à l’université de Paris VII, ANHIMA) et Valérie Huet (professeure à l’université de Brest, ANHIMA, CRBC). Ce programme s’est fixé pour but d’étudier les valeurs et les symboliques des gestes et attitudes attachés au corps et aux mouvements du corps, les qualifications contextuelles et spatiales de gestes corporels et du corps en mouvement, les gestes et les identités, les normes corporelles et les transgressions. La thématique portait cette fois sur les manifestations du politique : il s’agissait de voir, à partir des textes littéraires et des images, comment s’articulent corps, gestes et vêtements avec un contexte ou une situation politiques donnés. Les auteurs du présent ouvrage se sont attachés à rechercher s’il existe, dans les sociétés antiques (Assyrie, Grèce, Rome) des physionomies, des attitudes corporelles, des postures, des manières de s’habiller ou de porter un vêtement qui signalent un droit ou une prérogative politique, une appartenance ou une orientation politiques.

    Beschreibung: The writing of this text is based on the interest in elucidating the place of the subject in the field of science. The first challenge it assumes consists in situating the way in which science and medicine are linked, progressively giving rise to a particular mode of the physician's clinical work. This task requires identifying the type of science alluded to, as well as the type of medicine referred to; namely, that science arising from positivism and that medicine related to its principles. Having said this, what about the medical clinic? From there, the reflection on observation as a technique found within scientific medical practice comes to the surface and configures a particular relationship between medical knowledge, the physician as agent of this discourse and the patient. The aim of this paper is to contribute to the elucidation of the place of the subject in this structure of relationships, to show the relevance and validity of a clinical practice refounded by Freud on principles decentered from positivism. It is a different framework of thought, the psychoanalytic one, which proposes a clinical practice guided by listening to this subjective discomfort not (yet) conquered by nosological language and which entails psychic suffering.

    Beschreibung: La escritura del presente texto se sostiene en el interés de dilucidar el lugar del sujeto en el campo de la ciencia. El primer desafío que asume es situar el modo en que ciencia y medicina se enlazan, dando lugar de manera progresiva a un modo particular del quehacer clínico del médico. Esta tarea requiere significar el tipo de ciencia a la cual se alude así como también el tipo de medicina a la cual se hace referencia; a saber, aquella ciencia que surge del positivismo y aquella medicina emparentada con sus principios. Dicho esto ¿qué ocurre con la clínica médica? A partir de allí, se pone sobre la superficie la reflexión sobre la observación en tanto técnica que se halla en el seno de la práctica médica científica y configura una particular relación entre el saber médico, el médico en tanto que agente de ese discurso y el paciente. Aportar a la dilucidación del lugar del sujeto en esa estructura de relaciones, es la apuesta del presente trabajo que tiene como fin mostrar la pertinencia y vigencia de una práctica clínica refundada por Freud sobre principios descentrados del positivismo. Se trata de un marco de pensamiento distinto, el psicoanalítico, que propone una práctica clínica guiada por la escucha de aquel malestar subjetivo no conquistado (aún) por el lenguaje nosológico y que trae consigo un sufrimiento psíquico.

    Beschreibung: The book is based on the experience of the implementation of the proposal for the exercise of citizenship of people with hearing disabilities as a form of social inclusion, selected at national level in the framework of the second call of the Social Service Program in Higher Education, carried out by the Ministry of National Education and the Colombian Association of Universities (Ascun). This work, carried out jointly by the Faculty of Psychology of the Universidad de San Buenaventura, Cali, and the Asociación de Sordos del Valle (Asorval), between August and December 2010, had the participation of fifteen sixth semester students, three seventh semester students, four ninth semester students and one tenth semester psychology student; and twenty-six young people from Asorval. The purpose of this text is to sensitize listeners about the implications of living in a city when one is deaf, which implies the problems of those who face this situation in their daily lives, but also the strengths and actions they develop to change it. For this purpose, the voices of the young participants of this project are rescued, taking as a reference what they wanted to show to the hearing community.

    Beschreibung: El libro se basa en la experiencia de la implementación de la propuesta para el ejercicio de la ciudadanía de personas con discapacidad auditiva como forma de inclusión social, seleccionada a nivel nacional en el marco de la segunda convocatoria del Programa de Servicio Social en Educación Superior, realizada por el Ministerio de Educación Nacional y la Asociación Colombiana de Universidades (Ascun). Este trabajo, realizado conjuntamente por la Facultad de Psicología de la Universidad de San Buenaventura, sede Cali, y la Asociación de Sordos del Valle (Asorval), entre agosto y diciembre de 2010, contó con la participación de quince estudiantes de sexto semestre, tres de séptimo, cuatro de noveno y uno de décimo semestre de psicología; y veintiséis jóvenes de Asorval. El propósito de este texto es sensibilizar a los oyentes sobre las implicaciones de vivir en una ciudad cuando se es sordo, lo que implica los problemas de quienes enfrentan esta situación en su vida cotidiana, pero también las fortalezas y acciones que desarrollan para cambiarla. Para ello, se rescatan las voces de los jóvenes participantes de este proyecto, tomando como referencia lo que ellos quisieron mostrar a la comunidad oyente.

    Beschreibung: This book analyses the social relations between the Malvezzi lineage and the College of Spain in Bologna. The apparently strange symbiosis between a family of the urban oligarchy and a secular university college can be explained in the context of the creation of factions favourable to the Houses of Austria and Valois, which polarised Italian political life. Thus, the college, which participated in the administrative structures of the monarchy, became part of a Hispanophile circuit created in Bologna and led by the Malvezzi family. The aim of these affinity networks was the social promotion of their male leaders through political and military service to the Spanish monarchs. From the precedents in the kingdom of Naples, we move on to the articulation of a philo-Habsburg party in Bologna that extended its influence beyond the city, and which counted on the College of Spain and several of its collegiates throughout the 16th century. In this way, the foundations of the Malvezzi's local power are integrated into the Italian philo-Spanish networks, combining the urban, regional and international scales. A study that relies on Network Analysis in order to properly interpret the involvement of the college and the personal interests of each of the Italian leaders involved. Finally, it addresses questions related to symbolic capital, attempting to unravel the fundamental points of the hispanophilic narrative elaborated by the Malvezzi family and the collaboration of the College of Spain in this ideological enterprise. This contribution not only broadens our knowledge of the phenomenon of philo-Spanish factions in Renaissance Italy, but also allows us to interpret the role played by a university college in a city where, unlike Rome, Naples or Milan, there were no centres of reference for the Spanish Monarchy.

    Beschreibung: En este libro se analizan las relaciones sociales entre el linaje Malvezzi y el Colegio de España en Bolonia. La aparentemente extraña simbiosis entre una familia de la oligarquía urbana y un colegio secular universitario se explica en el contexto de creación de facciones favorables a las Casas de Austria y de Valois, que polarizaron la vida política italiana. Así, el colegio, partícipe de las estructuras administrativas de la monarquía, se incorporó a un circuito hispanófilo creado en Bolonia y liderado precisamente por la familia Malvezzi. El objetivo de estas redes de afinidad era la promoción social de sus líderes masculinos a través del servicio político y militar a los monarcas españoles. Desde los precedentes en el reino de Nápoles, se avanza hacia la articulación de un partido filo-Habsburgo en Bolonia que extendió su influencia más allá de la ciudad, y que contó con el Colegio de España y con varios de sus colegiales a lo largo del siglo XVI. De esta forma, se integran los fundamentos del poder local de los Malvezzi dentro de las redes filoespañolas italianas, combinando las escalas urbana, regional e internacional. Un estudio que se apoya en el Análisis de Redes para poder interpretar adecuadamente la participación del colegio y los intereses personales de cada uno de los líderes italianos involucrados. Por último, se abordan las cuestiones relativas al capital simbólico, tratando de desgranar los puntos fundamentales del relato hispanófilo elaborado por la familia Malvezzi y la colaboración del Colegio de España en dicha empresa ideológica. Esta contribución no solo amplía el conocimiento del fenómeno de las facciones filoespañolas en la Italia del Renacimiento, sino que también permite interpretar el rol que jugó un colegio universitario en una ciudad en la que, a diferencia de Roma, Nápoles o Milán, no había centros de referencia de la Monarquía Hispánica.

    Beschreibung: El Partido Socialista Popular ha sido poco explorado en contraste con su relevancia en la historia del socialismo en la Argentina en las últimas décadas. Este libro reconstruye su trayectoria desde su fundación en 1972 hasta las vísperas del retorno a la democracia en 1982 atendiendo diferentes aspectos y nudos problemáticos. El libro se centra, tras presentar las disputas historiográficas en torno a la historia del socialismo argentino y su repercusión en las querellas políticas, en tres cuestiones fundamentales: los orígenes del PSP y las características de los cuatro agrupamientos que confluyeron en esta formación política (el Partido Socialista Argentino, el Movimiento de Acción Popular Argentino, Militancia Popular y el Grupo Evolución); el modelo organizativo que adoptó y las especificidades de la puesta en práctica del centralismo democrático; y, por último, las peculiaridades identitarias del socialismo popular, de qué manera se distinguió de otras organizaciones con las que guardaba cierta afinidad y el modo específico en que articuló tres tradiciones políticas de las que abrevaba. El PSP fue un heredero legítimo de la tradición socialista argentina y sus expresiones partidarias, pero implicó una serie de discontinuidades significativas en sus elencos dirigentes, su funcionamiento y su configuración identitaria. Es por eso que, entre cambios y continuidades, el PSP fue un nuevo partido para el viejo socialismo.

    Beschreibung: Un temps oubliée, décriée, ridiculisée, la révolution est aujourd’hui à nouveau un problème politique clé. Outre le Printemps arabe, Occupy Wall Street, Nuit debout, ainsi que les commémorations d’Octobre 17 et de Mai 68 qui en ont réactivé l’imaginaire (voire le désir), un nombre croissant de romans, de récits, de pièces de théâtre et de recueils de poésie contemporains ont pour thème l’insurrection, le soulèvement et la révolte. Une bibliographie comprenant une cinquantaine de titres permet d’en mesurer l’importance. Cette présence de la révolution dans le champ culturel contemporain nous enjoint à reprendre une question posée il y a près d’un siècle par Léon Trotsky, à savoir : comment penser les rapports entre littérature et révolution ? De Jack London au Comité invisible, en passant entre autres par Alfred Döblin, Louis Aragon, Jean Genet et Pierre Michon, cet ouvrage interroge la manière dont les révolutions politiques (réelles ou imaginées, passées ou projetées) ont suscité des configurations et des questionnements esthétiques depuis le début du xxe siècle. Quelles relations entretiennent, dans ces textes, le poétique et le politique ? L’écrivain et le révolutionnaire ? La fiction et l’action ? Aux différentes contributions qui esquissent des réponses à ces interrogations s’ajoutent trois entretiens avec des écrivains (Arno Bertina, Leslie Kaplan, Nathalie Quintane) dont l’œuvre littéraire trame à nouveaux frais la question politique.

    Beschreibung: Este libro es el resultado de investigaciones individuales pero colectivamente coordinadas con el propósito de analizar los vínculos entre las distintas formas de ejercicio de la autoridad institucional existentes en el ámbito rural rioplatense, el proceso de equipamiento político de los territorios y la construcción de liderazgos locales en los bordes territoriales de Buenos Aires y Santa Fe. Esta frontera se presenta en este libro como una problemática de doble entrada: por una parte, frontera con el indio; por la otra, frontera entre territorios en construcción que disputan recursos y preminencias de gobierno sobre poblaciones móviles. El estudio se plantea desde el inicio de las primeras reformas borbónicas con la militarización del territorio e incluye los años clave de 1815 y 1820, durante los cuales ambos territorios se definen como provincias autónomas.

    Beschreibung: Clinical understandings. An approach from psychodynamics and post-rationalism aims to address different typical themes such as bonding relationships, guilt, identity and narrative through a permanent dialogue between theory and casuistry. The book is composed of two parts: in the first part, psychodynamic theories are the frame of reference for the thematic and clinical approach; on the other hand, in the second part, understanding and discussion are constructed from a post-rationalist perspective. In turn, attachment theory is interwoven between the different chapters as a guideline for clinical understanding. Today, the clinician is in need of constant updating and of including a panoramic view in his or her gaze, since diagnostic accuracy not only requires uncovering what underlies, but also needs to see what clouds the obvious. This text seeks to broaden the understanding and reasoning of the different human manifestations in order to favor the diagnostic and integral process in the psychotherapeutic context, which, in addition, we hope will have an impact on the patient-therapist relationship and thus become study and consultation material for professional psychotherapists and psychotherapists in training.

Un acercamiento desde la psicodinámica y el posracionalismo tiene como objetivo realizar un acercamiento a diferentes típicos como las relaciones vinculares, el sentimiento de culpa, la identidad y la narrativa a través de un diálogo permanente entre la teoría y la casuística. El libro se compone de dos partes: en la primera, las teorías psicodinámicas son el marco de referencia para el abordaje temático y clínico; por su parte, en la segunda, la comprensión y el debate se construyen desde una perspectiva posracionalista. A su vez, la teoría del apego se entreteje entre diferentes capítulos como un orientador de la comprensión clínica. En el presente, el clínico se ve instado a la actualización constante y a incluir en su mirada una visión panorámica, pues la precisión diagnóstica no solo demanda el develamiento de lo que subyace, también precisa ver aquello que nubla por lo flagrante. Este texto busca ampliar la comprensión y razonamiento de diferentes manifestaciones humanas con el fin de favorecer el proceso diagnóstico y comprensivo en el contexto psicoterapéutico, el cual, además, esperamos tenga impacto en la relación paciente terapeuta y se convierta así en material de estudio y consulta para psicoterapeutas profesionales y en formación.

Militantes obreros de base toman la palabra y ejercen la democracia, más allá de los límites de la representación. Una vertiente de la “izquierda tradicional” y su dificultad para dar respuestas en una coyuntura que desafía sus parámetros políticos. Imágenes de una Argentina que pareció tener otro futuro posible y que sin embargo terminaría sumergida en la vorágine del terrorismo de Estado. Este libro es el fruto de la investigación y debate sobre el tercer gobierno peronista (1973-1976), llevado adelante por docentes-investigadores de las universidades nacionales de La Plata, General Sarmiento, La Pampa y Buenos Aires, aunados en la discusión horizontal. Nos propusimos ampliar el conocimiento sobre este período escasamente abordado y revisitar la política como dimensión central para entender ese intenso pasado y devolverle su carácter histórico, necesariamente relacional, situado y dinámico.

    Beschreibung: La emergencia y consolidación del movimiento de derechos humanos es un tema que, si bien ha sido abordado por múltiples memorias, no ha sido explorado con igual intensidad por la investigación histórica y mucho menos a nivel local-regional. Restan innumerables preguntas por responder porque la narrativa general sobre estos temas de la historia reciente de nuestro país aún está fuertemente sesgada por la lectura del contexto nacional en clave de la experiencia capitalina. En este trabajo se analiza el movimiento de derechos humanos en Rosario y su zona de influencia durante la última dictadura militar (1976-1983) y los primeros años de la democracia, a la vez que se buscan antecedentes en las experiencias de movilización social y las comisiones de solidaridad y defensa de los presos políticos que se formaron entre fines de los años sesenta y la antesala del golpe de Estado de 1976. El libro propone construir una genealogía de los repertorios de acción, estrategias de movilización y adquisición de recursos (humanos, organizativos, materiales) que llevaron adelante sus actores y organizaciones en todo el período analizado indagando sus particularidades regionales como sujeto colectivo y poniendo en diálogo su trayectoria sociohistórica con las experiencias pasadas y contemporáneas de otros espacios locales y provinciales; así, se identifican antecedentes, rupturas y continuidades.

    Beschreibung: The plurality of languages is a reality that has left its mark on many societies, and which is expressed particularly strongly when different cultures come into contact. Situations of bilingualism or multilingualism are very common in the ancient worlds, provoked in particular by the Greek movements throughout the Mediterranean – in Egypt, Italy, France, Spain – and later by the spread of Latin throughout the provinces of the Roman Empire. This volume brings together articles prepared following a research program of the MSH of Montpellier and a congress held in November 2015. From the Eastern Mediterranean to the West, those papers discuss Egyptian, Phoenician, Greek, Gaulish, Iberian and Latin languages and scripts. The political and economic situations of the different regions studied here – Egypt, Greece, Africa, Italy, Gaul, Spain – are very distinct, and the numerous examples presented show how, through the prisms of multilingualism and onomastics, we can perceive and define the mutual influences of communities in contact.

In short, how to get out of the labyrinth that imprisons Theseus, how to melt the thanatic aporia. Today a new jus-gentium based on the inalienable rights of the dignity of the person is being vigorously born under all the banners of the world. This global right of protection of the fundamental rights protected, the conventions and norms of the United Nations and of all the national and international courts, together with a new International Humanitarian Law, point the way back home, and from there all the prisoners of Circe are freed, from there they return home, which are none other than the bloody despotisms for which the last century and the beginning of this one will be known and repudiated, together with the genocide of entire populations, as attested by the cases of our International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia and Rwanda and other international and regional human rights forums. This new language exists. This task is also incumbent upon legal language, since the norm in its logical context of normative imputation refers to intersubjective conduct, as Giorgio Del Vecchio, the great Italian philosopher, had expressed decades ago. The inscription of the norm, the discrimination between what is permitted and what is forbidden, and its consequent legal metaphor, -in the author's expression following Legendre-, constructs human subjectivity, which can only be thought of as intersubjectivity Amelia has already started vigorously in that direction!

En suma, cómo salir del laberinto que aprisiona a Teseo, cómo fundir la aporía tanática. Hoy está naciendo vigorosamente un nuevo jus-gentium fundado en los derechos inalienables de la dignidad de la persona bajo todas las banderas del orbe. Ese derecho global de protección de los derechos fundamentales amparados, las convenciones y normas de las Naciones Unidas y de todos los tribunales nacionales e internacionales, junto a un nuevo Derecho Internacional Humanitario, señalan el camino de retorno al hogar, y desde allí se liberan, desde allí retornan a su hogar todos los prisioneros de Circe, que no son otra cosa que los despotismos sangrientos por los que la centuria pasada y los comienzos de esta, serán conocidos y repudiados, junto al genocidio de poblaciones enteras, como lo atestiguan los casos de nuestro Tribunal Penal Internacional para la ex-Yugoslavia y de Ruanda y demás foros internacionales y regionales de derechos humanos. Ese nuevo leguaje existe. Esta tarea también compete al lenguaje jurídico ya que la norma en su contexto lógico de imputación normativa refiere a la conducta intersubjetiva, como Giorgio Del Vecchio, el gran filósofo italiano, lo había expresado desde hace décadas. La inscripción de la norma, la discriminación entre lo permitido y lo prohibido, y su consecuente metáfora jurídica, –en expresión de la autora siguiendo a Legendre–, construye la subjetividad humana, que sólo se puede pensar como intersubjetividad ¡Amelia ya ha comenzado vigorosamente en esa dirección!

Ésta es aquí la gloria terrena y en el más allá la apoteosis. Lo que en el proemio es objeto de una deducción lógica se convierte en el Somnium en la revelación de una verdad eterna. La afirmación ciceroniana de que el hombre tiene un lugar eminente apunta necesariamente a la divina fundamentación del mundo. Y toda la actividad humana que le da un lugar eminente es una actividad de mediación. El Somnium pertenece al tipo de sueño oracular y admonitorio en el cual Cicerón preanuncia la gloria celestial para el gobernante virtuoso, pero las circunstancias en las que se desarrolla este sueño son particulares y no pertenece al ámbito de la adivinación.

    Beschreibung: Quels sont les mécanismes qui ont conduit le rejeton d’une famille de financiers « moyens » du Languedoc à devenir, en 1726, le principal ministre du jeune Louis XV ? Les causes à l’origine de cette réussite sont de plusieurs ordres. D’abord, le mouvement d’ensemble de tout un lignage qui plonge ses racines dans la marchandise du Lodévois depuis au moins le xvie siècle. Puis, le passage à la finance – le maniement des deniers du roi – qui s’effectue avec le grand-père du cardinal dans les premières années du xviie et surtout son oncle Pierre-Moïse, trésorier de France au bureau des finances de Montpellier. Ce dernier favorise la montée à Paris du jeune André-Hercule qui embrasse dès lors la carrière ecclésiastique. Les moteurs de l’ascension sont ensuite individuels et reposent sur le jeu des clientèles, avec en particulier le cardinal de Bonsy puis le cardinal de Noailles qui obtient de Louis XIV l’évêché de Fréjus (1698) pour son protégé. Tirant profit de ses appuis à la cour et de son ferme soutien en faveur de la bulle Unigenitus, mais sans complaisance vis-à-vis des jésuites, Fleury est désigné par Louis XIV mourant précepteur du futur Louis XV. Sa proximité avec le petit roi le positionne dès lors en personnalité majeure. Les décès de Dubois puis de Philippe d’Orléans le laissent seul face au duc de Bourbon (1723). Trois ans seulement vont suffire à M. de Fréjus pour éliminer ce rival. Cette maestria curiale vient clore une ascension complexe, mélange de collectif et de structurel, d’individuel et de conjoncturel : historique, en somme.

    Beschreibung: El presente trabajo es la transcripción paleográfica de un documento de comienzos del siglo XV conservado en el Archivo de la Catedral de Salamanca. Se trata de una pesquisa realizada por el racionero Alfonso González que tiene por objeto dejar constancia escrita de los bienes y derechos que poseía el Cabildo al momento de su redacción. A través de la declaración de los testigos en los 118 lugares visitados es posible conocer la fisonomía y los contornos del dominio señorial, las modalidades de gestión del patrimonio, los mecanismos de acumulación y los procesos de diferenciación social, la estructura de la propiedad de la tierra, etc. Se constituye, por tanto, en una pieza clave para el conocimiento de la historia económico-social del espacio salmantino durante la Baja Edad Media.

Le croisement de leurs regards sur la Perse, en marge de l’Empire britannique, révèle une double marginalité : celle d’un pays et celle de la femme. Leurs récits de voyage, Persian Pictures (1894), Peeps into Persi (1913), Passenger to Tehran (1924), ouvrent la voie à des réflexions sur les études de genre, mais aussi à des révisions des récits coloniaux et postcoloniaux. Que voient-elles ? Comment parviennent-elles à faire entendre leur voix ? Comment le regard féminin s’inscrit-il dans une histoire écrite par les hommes ? Comment l’impérialisme britannique a-t-il utilisé les femmes dans sa politique d’expansion à travers un pays comme la Perse ? Autant de questions que soulèvent ces trois récits oubliés dans l’histoire britannique et coloniale, et qui aujourd’hui méritent d’être revisités et reconsidérés.

El presente libro intenta subsanar esa situación respecto de la vitivinicultura de Mendoza. Él recoge investigaciones inéditas y otras presentadas en reuniones científicas, publicadas en revistas especializadas o como capítulos de libros. El periodo elegido cubre el comienzo de la crisis del sector en 1913, la recuperación con el fin de la Gran Guerra, y los coletazos posteriores de la crisis hasta comienzos de 1923, cuando se derogó la legislación vitivinícola sancionada durante esos años.

    Beschreibung: The contemporary state of affairs, however, is way too complex to presuppose that a simple formula will be enough to synthesize all its multiple facets. The fact that both our institutions and our mental life are regulated by communication is more and more evident. It is also clear that human history should submit itself to a democratic consensus, and that contemporary societies have to proclaim themselves democratic, pretending many times they are following a consensus that must be the kernel of collective and of individual development. This consensus, however, is itself also being submitted to an all-encompassing social experiment. Such an experiment is permanently looking for new laws and new accomplishments, because in complying with the scientific model, it presupposes that laws previously valid, and previous social accomplishments no longer apply because social life is in need of being reinvented and people should live in harmony the new laws. The individuals are therefore entangled in this continuous reconfiguration of their institutions and of themselves. They are nolens volens obliged to judge this perpetual renewal of their social tissue in order to secure their own personal life. This book is an answer to the now globally widespread need of judgment by everyone of the results of this continuous reconfiguration, and although it does not claim any final conclusion, it sums up many important views about our time, coming from human and social that should be an important contribution to the construction a humanity worth living.

    Beschreibung: Los capítulos reunidos en esta compilación son producto de las sesiones de trabajo del Proyecto Promocional de Investigación y Desarrollo (SeCyT - UNLP) “Memoria y violencia en el siglo XX”. Inscripto en las perspectivas de historia reciente y estudios de la memoria, el proyecto busca ampliar los marcos temporales y de actores que han concentrado estos campos de investigación. Durante sus dos años de desarrollo, el equipo de investigación avanzó en una serie de lecturas de formación compartidas y en la elaboración y debate de artículos de producción propia de sus integrantes. Estos trabajos estuvieron orientados a problematizar diversas aristas de la memoria y la violencia en el siglo XX en diálogo con los temas específicos de la formación de posgrado de los investigadores participantes del Proyecto. Así, este libro recupera trayectorias de militancia, violencia y política de más larga data, y se propone analizar cómo una serie diversa de tópicos y actores han desplegado una serie de discursos, representaciones y prácticas en torno al siglo XX.

    Beschreibung: À la différence des comptabilités contemporaines, quelles qu’elles soient, secs alignements de chiffres que l’on a pu aisément informatiser, les documents comptables de la fin du Moyen Âge se limitent rarement à de simples « écritures » d’opérations mathématiques : si celles-ci sont bien présentes, elles se trouvent en fait insérées dans un cadre narratif aux vastes implications techniques, juridiques et politiques. L’objet de ce livre est d’analyser ce discours en posant les premiers jalons d’une typologie des formes comptables sur la longue durée. De nombreuses études de cas sont ici présentées, entre péninsules Ibérique et Italienne, Flandres, Royaume de France, Provence, Dauphiné et terres germaniques, qui mettent à l’épreuve le postulat énoncé en introduction par lequel on propose de considérer les profonds bouleversements de la pratique comptable observables au tournant du xiiie et du xive siècle comme l’une des premières manifestations de la « rupture de l’épistémè occidentale » chère à Michel Foucault.

It summarizes topics such as the approach to gender violence, a problem that has increased in recent years in the country, the recognition of human factors in the work environment of different work teams in companies and institutions of the aeronautical sector, as well as the analysis of risk and accident factors presented by a select group of aeronautical psychologists from Mexico, Argentina, Uruguay and Colombia. Likewise, there is research showing different types of mistreatment of the elderly, the contributions of neurosciences to explain the effectiveness of the strategies proposed by third generation therapies and the application of concepts and strategies of positive psychology to educational programs and the management of patients in critical health conditions. En él se resumen temas como el abordaje de las diferentes violencias de género, un problema que se ha venido incrementando en los últimos años en el país, el reconocimiento de los factores humanos en el ámbito laboral de los diferentes equipos de trabajo en las empresas e instituciones del sector aeronáutico, así como los análisis de los factores de riesgo y de accidentalidad presentados por un selecto grupo de psicólogos aeronáuticos de México, Argentina, Uruguay y Colombia.     Beschreibung: The city and Indigenous women: Buenos Aires (1744–1820). This book addresses the presence of Indigenous women in the city of Buenos Aires between 1744 and 1820, focusing on their forms of social interaction and incorporation into urban life. The main objective is to raise the visibility of this group of urban Indigenous women and their specific living conditions. To this end, the article is centered on the observation and problematization of their ways of performing in society, on the forms of subjection to which they were exposed and on the strategies they were able to implement in response to them. In this sense, the author proposes to analyze these women from the intersection of various identity categories and the definition of their specific conditions; to characterize their presence in the city, both in the urban space as a whole, as well as in domestic groups and institutions.

    Beschreibung: Este libro aborda la presencia de las indias en la ciudad de Buenos Aires entre 1744 y 1820, enfatizando en sus formas de interacción social y de incorporación a la vida urbana. El objetivo principal es dar visibilidad a este grupo de indias urbanas y sus condiciones específicas de vida. En este sentido, el trabajo se centra en la observación y problematización de sus modos de actuación en la sociedad, en las formas de sujeción a las que estuvieron expuestas y en las estrategias que fueron capaces de implementar como respuesta a ellas. En este sentido, la propuesta es analizar a las indias a partir del cruce de diversas categorías identitarias y la definición de sus condiciones específicas; caracterizar su presencia en la ciudad, tanto en el espacio urbano en su conjunto, como en los grupos domésticos y en las instituciones.

    Beschreibung: Si l’on peine à trouver chez les historiens une définition de la dignité car elle semble relever du domaine de la morale, voire du droit, l’honneur n’est devenu un concept que récemment. Pourtant ce sont deux notions qui font agir a priori les mêmes ressorts psychologiques, l’estime de soi et une forme d’orgueil. Les sciences sociales se sont emparées de la notion d’honneur et l’ont analysée au prisme des « sociétés méditerranéennes », lui donnant une définition anthropologique dont la compétition, l’obsession de la pureté sexuelle féminine et la violence vengeresse sont les principaux aspects. En réponse à l’injure, à la violence, à la séduction et au viol de la femme, ce modèle exigeant un acte réparateur est-il applicable au monde antique gréco-romain ? Y retrouve-t-on cette obsession du sang et du sexe qui est au cœur du « modèle anthropologique » ? L’ouvrage vise à resituer dans leur contexte historique les deux notions d’honneur et de dignité depuis l’époque archaïque jusqu’à celle de l’Antiquité tardive. Il les envisage selon quatre points de vue : le rapport entre l’individu et sa communauté politique, la nature de l’honneur familial et féminin en particulier, la violence, enfin, les formes du déshonneur.

    Beschreibung: In Colombia, as in other Latin American countries, educational reforms are being carried out with the aim of promoting quality education. Thus, current psychology programs undergo from time to time an evaluation and rethinking of their curricula, content, methods, assessment practices and other aspects in order to improve, redefine and contextualize psychology education. Thus, this book invites us to reflect on how, why and for what purpose to train psychologists today in Colombia and how research training provides spaces for reflection to think about new perspectives and approaches to the social challenges of our country. Moreover, the curriculum, as a reiterative school practice, ends up producing and reproducing unsuspected subjective forms according to the demands of a society, thus producing particular ways of acting and thinking that, among other aspects, are alienating. The proposal, then, is to identify this situation in order to transcend a merely technical curriculum and reproducer of social practices and bet on an emancipating curriculum, autonomizing the subjects and transforming the practices of a social group. Hence, questioning and debating the training in psychology is central both for the discipline and for the context.

    Beschreibung: En Colombia como otros países latinoamericanos, se llevan a cabo reformas educativas con el fin de apostarle a una educación de calidad. Así, los programas en psicología actuales cada tanto tiempo someten a evaluación y replanteamiento su currículo, contenidos, métodos, prácticas evaluativas y demás aspectos con el fin de mejorar, redefinir y contextualizar la formación en psicología. Así, el presente libro invita a reflexionar acerca de cómo, por qué y para qué formar psicólogos hoy en Colombia y de qué manera la formación en investigación propicia espacios de reflexión para pensar nuevas miradas y apuestas ante los desafíos sociales de nuestro país. Además, el currículo en cuanto práctica escolar reiterativa, termina produciendo y reproduciendo insospechadamente formas subjetivas acordes con las demandas de una sociedad, produciendo así formas particulares de actuar y de pensar que, entre otros aspectos, son alienantes. La propuesta estribaría, entonces, en identificar dicha situación para trascender un currículo meramente técnico y reproductor de prácticas sociales y apostar por un currículo emancipador, autonomizador de los sujetos y transformador de las prácticas de un grupo social. De ahí que preguntarse y debatir la formación en psicología resulta central tanto para la disciplina como para el contexto.

    Beschreibung: Of the four months he spent at that base, he remembers the first weapon he got his hands on, a 1936 rifle used during the civil war. It was one of the most exciting things he experienced, so at first he decided to become a gunner. Then he was transferred to Astorga where, already as a professional soldier, he began to be assigned missions. He didn't like the place very much, but it was there that he started his first combat without direct fire. He was in several bases during the next three years, and was sent to secret missions in Kosovo and Lebanon, where he came to know what it was like to cross fires and risk his life for the conviction of defending a country he already felt as his own.

    Beschreibung: De los cuatro meses que estuvo en esa base recuerda la primera arma que tomó en sus manos, un fusil del año 1936 utilizado durante la guerra civil. Fue de las cosas más emocionantes que vivió, por eso decidió inicialmente ser artillero. Luego fue trasladado a Astorga donde, ya como soldado profesional, le empezaron a asignar misiones. El lugar no le gustaba mucho, pero fue ahí donde inició sus primeros combates de fuego no directo. Estuvo en varias bases durante los siguientes tres años, y fue enviado a misiones secretas en Kosovo y el Líbano, donde conoció lo que era el fuego cruzado y arriesgar su vida por la convicción de defender un país el cual ya sentía como propio.

    Beschreibung: At the heart of a geographically ill-defined Phrygian space during Antiquity, the installation of military settlers, former soldiers and troupiers still in operation, met perfectly identified strategic objectives fromthe Achaemenids, the Hellenistic monarchs or the Romans. It was to control a space essential for terrestrial communications between the interior of the Anatolian plateau on the one hand and the Aegean on the other, but also between this same coast and Cilicia, and then beyond Syria. On a tactical level, this military presence was to protect Phrygian plateau and valleys from the lust of poorly controlled neighboring populations like Pisidians. Basedon numerous archaeological, numismatic and epigraphic sources, examining each community on a case-by-case basis, this work studies the consequences of the installation of these soldiers on the local reality, whether at the economic level, cultural, religious or social. Covering a long period from the 4th century BC to the end of the Severan Dynasty, he endeavours to weigh the evolutions related to the presence of these alien soldiers. Between the Achemenid Phrygia and the Hellenistic and then Roman one, the aspect of the region, essentially rural at the outset, has gradually evolved: from the Hellenistic era, we observe an important phenomenon of poliadization, making the communication network more dense and the control of local populations more complex.

    Beschreibung: El libro analiza el rol de las y los sobrevivientes de los centros clandestinos de detención (CCD) a partir de la denuncia de los crímenes de la última dictadura argentina. La propuesta consiste en trascender la asociación exclusiva entre este segmento de las víctimas de la represión y la figura del testigo para abordar el repertorio más amplio de prácticas que las y los sobrevivientes desplegaron como parte de su activismo en el campo de los derechos humanos. Para ello, el libro pone el foco en un caso particular, el de las personas que sobrevivieron al cautiverio en el CCD El Vesubio, un espacio de detención clandestina ubicado en el partido de La Matanza, en el oeste de la provincia de Buenos Aires. La investigación reconstruye la trayectoria de denuncia de este conjunto de sobrevivientes desde la última dictadura hasta el presente: el recorrido comienza con la primera causa judicial relacionada con los secuestros en El Vesubio, iniciada en tiempos de la Junta Militar, y tiene como punto de llegada el acto de señalización del predio del ex CCD, en vísperas del cuadragésimo aniversario del golpe de Estado.

    Beschreibung: Identifying discursive features of hate speech is a complex process which could be affected by digital practices. On the one hand, it is relatively easy to analyse what we have called “discours de haine directe” (direct hate speech) which relies on three concomitant conditions: the pathemic discursive dimension, the negation of otherness and judgement speech acts (provocation, offence, threat…). But the “discours de haine dissimulée” (covert hate speech) is to be viewed from the perspective of the role played by power relations and ideologies in determining hate speech through rhetorical figures such as argument ad hominem, indirect speech acts (blame, contempt, guilt…) and the concepts of preserved ethos and “discursive memory”. In this sense, data analyses also involve a critical argumentative and sociolinguistic approach to discourse. Hate speech resorts to numerous rhetorical features that need to be clarified. Based on current events, explored through argumentative or discursive analyses that illustrate the theoretical propositions developed, this book presents concepts linked to the diversity of hate speech. Among other notions, let us mention: performativity, the figure of the enemy, disqualification, gender-bias, the “fascist-sphere” or prevention. The papers, which are relatively short and echo each other, offer an insight into what is at work within hate or radicalization speech.

    Beschreibung: Entre 1974 y 1976, Jesús Rafael Ranier, el Oso, estuvo infiltrado en el Partido Revolucionario de los Trabajadores-Ejército Revolucionario del Pueblo (PRT-ERP). Calificado como “traidor” o “doblado” por los sobrevivientes de esta organización y como “héroe” por los integrantes de los servicios de inteligencia para los que actuó durante catorce meses, Ranier fue el responsable directo por la delación del ataque al Batallón Domingo Viejo Bueno de Monte Chingolo el 23 de diciembre de 1975. ¿Cómo y por qué pudo permanecer durante tanto tiempo en una organización conspirativa, clandestina y conocida por su hermetismo? ¿De qué manera se diseñó y se sustanció el proyecto represivo que dio vida a las actividades del Oso dentro del PRT-ERP? ¿Cuáles fueron los sentidos asignados a sus prácticas por los sobrevivientes de la organización y por la historiografía interesada en el decurso del PRT-ERP? Estos son algunos de los interrogantes que este libro procura responder. Para ello, y en función del propósito perseguido, esta investigación ha recurrido a un acervo documental conformado por fuentes escritas que comprenden publicaciones partidarias, escritos biográficos e informes de los organismos represivos del Estado, confrontados con los testimonios de diversos ex compañeros de militancia de Ranier para poder acercarnos y comprender la tensión histórica que se manifiesta en las disputas por los sentidos, significados y olvidos de una trama del pasado reciente.

    Beschreibung: The family has been recognized in most societies as an important organizational form, due to the fact that it is attributed functions such as procreation, the socialization process, survival, physical and mental well-being, education, satisfaction of affective needs, initial configuration of personal identity, among others, all functions that influence individuals, Satir (2002) states that in the family elements are generated that will determine in the individual states of health and strength or states of psychic or emotional illness. The family has been transformed from the nuclear model to the emergence of various family forms which, according to Beck and Beck-Gernsheim (2003) "continue to play an important role, but at the same time, and this is what is new, autonomy, independence and personal space are valued much more than before" (p. 191). André’s Une prison pour mémoire is based on a wealth of archival documents, but it also draws on no less than fifty interviews with living subjects, all conducted by the author between 2012 to 2021, in France and in Algeria. The editors of ENS Éditions and the author believed it was important to give voice to these historical actors whose memories and testimonies dwell far beyond the archive walls, and are therefore unheard, or even silenced. Their testimonies, now made available to the public, allow us to relay a layered history, one that is tied not only to Montluc prison, but also to Algerian immigration and the Algerian War of Independence (1954-1962) as it unfolded in metropolitan France. The author has selected five interviews for this appendix. These form a chorus, each testimony resonating with another. We hear first from the FLN resistor, Salah Khalef, as he shares his memories of the war: the minutiae of his movements and life in France, the remarkable details of the attacks he carried out in the name of the FLN, his time on death row, and the relationship he forged with Claudie Duhamel, a young French student sentenced to ten years in Montluc prison for aiding the FLN. Khalef is followed by René Costechareire, a visitor to the prison. Third, we have Zohra Belghacem’s invaluable testimony, of herself as a young Algerian woman detained for her political activism. Khalef returns with his account of the conscientious objectors whom he encountered in Montluc, and finally, Didier Poiraudarrives with his testimony, adding even more depth to the evocations. The voices we hear in the present recount events of the past, but not only. These accounts take us into the historian's workshop. We hear the author confide in his interviewees his own story as he encourages the interlocutors to speak. At times, the discussions turn on questions about the writing of history rather than on those about actual events. What do we make of all of this? What is the role of the witness and that of the historian? Why do we tell each other stories? How do personal stories differ from the historical? Or do they? These are the questions that surface in this volume.

    Beschreibung: The field - or rather the multi-field - of organizational and work psychology is configured as a space for debate and disciplinary development due to the dual status it has historically acquired, and which requires permanent observation in terms of the knowledge produced, the forms of intervention and the impact not only in terms of the results and performance of people in labor organizations, but also in terms of what the world of work implies for people and the relationships and links they establish in the contexts in which they are immersed. This book, aimed at professionals, students and people from various social and labor fields interested not only in psychology but also in other disciplines and fields, seeks to expand their repertoire of readings regarding the current grammars of the world of work, of possible or alternative approaches to understanding the relationship of people with work and the organizations in which they develop it, after a decade of the 21st century, based on reflections on the "coordinates that organize the contemporary labor landscape", and the effects they have had on the configuration of this relationship. These are generic readings on specific and varied topics of interest, which as a whole will allow the reader a panoramic view of the object of study, or a particular approach in the focus of each chapter.

    Beschreibung: El campo –o mejor el multi-campo– de la psicología organizacional y del trabajo se configura como un espacio de debate y desarrollo disciplinar por el doble estatuto que históricamente ha ganado, y que requiere una observación permanente en términos de conocimiento producido, formas de intervención e impacto no solo en cuanto a los resultados y el desempeño de las personas en las organizaciones de trabajo, sino por lo que implica el mundo del trabajo para las personas y las relaciones y vínculos que ellas establecen en los contextos en que están inmersas. El presente libro, orientado a profesionales, estudiantes y personas de diversos ámbitos sociales y laborales interesados no solo en la psicología sino en otras disciplinas y campos, busca ampliar su repertorio de lectura respecto de las gramáticas actuales del mundo laboral, de acercamientos posibles o alternativos para comprender la relación de las personas con el trabajo y las organizaciones en que lo desarrollan, ya pasada una década del siglo XXI, a partir de reflexiones sobre las “coordenadas que organizan el paisaje laboral contemporáneo”, y de los efectos que han tenido en la configuración de dicha relación. Son lecturas genéricas sobre tópicos de interés específicos y variados, que en conjunto permitirán al lector una visión panorámica del tema de estudio, o una aproximación particular en el enfoque de cada capítulo.

    Beschreibung: La evaluación en letras del tiempo is the third publication in this format of the Grupo de Investigación en Evaluación y Calidad de la Educación-Giece on what the written press reports about the evaluation of learning carried out by the Colombian State through the ICFES by means of standardized tests of a sampling and census nature. What was published in the press shows that education is indeed a media issue and that, given its impact on imaginaries and social representations, evaluation is mobilizing, it is a device that makes others talk about education and makes education talk about what it says today in a different way about itself and with a language that was previously alien to it: indicators, quality, accreditation, measurement, competencies, internationalization, human capital, performance, among others.

    Beschreibung: La evaluación en letras del tiempo es la tercera publicación en este formato que hace el Grupo de Investigación en Evaluación y Calidad de la Educación-Giece sobre lo que divulga la prensa escrita de la evaluación del aprendizaje llevada a cabo el estado colombiano a través del ICFES por medio de pruebas estandarizadas de carácter muestral y censal. Lo publicado en prensa muestra que la educación Sí es un asunto de medios y que dado el impacto en materia de imaginarios y representaciones sociales la evaluación es movilizadora, es un dispositivo que pone a hablar a otros sobre la educación y pone a hablar a la educación sobre lo que ella hoy dice de manera distinta de sí misma y con un lenguaje que un día le fue ajeno: Indicadores, calidad, acreditación, medición, competencias, internacionalización, capital humano, rendimiento, entre otros.

Concentrant leurs regards sur l’Europe et les États-Unis, du xviiie à la fin du xxe siècle, les auteures se proposent d’offrir de nouvelles perspectives sur cette histoire, d’analyser sous différents angles les promesses d’une telle entreprise et d’en souligner les écueils. Visant à mieux faire connaître en France les recherches en histoire comparée des femmes, ce livre, initialement paru aux États-Unis en 2006, révèle l’importance de ce champ d’étude pour l’histoire comparative. Sur le plan méthodologique, il donne une plus ample connaissance des différentes historiographies et montre combien le dialogue peut se révéler fécond et stimuler d’autres formes d’écritures.

    Beschreibung: Mégare est la seule cité de Grèce antique à avoir essaimé des colonies aussi bien en Sicile que sur les rives de la Propontide et dans le Pont-Euxin. À partir des récits antiques, des inscriptions et des documents archéologiques, l’auteur se propose d’offrir une nouvelle interprétation d’un mouvement colonial unique en son genre. Étudiant les causes du départ des Mégariens, il révèle le rôle déterminant joué par les conflits qui opposaient les familles aristocratiques. Il montre aussi que les fondations mégariennes furent le résultat d’une sorte de synœcisme primitif, d’un rassemblement de plusieurs groupes de colons le plus souvent hétérogènes du point de vue ethnique. Les institutions restaient en revanche calquées sur celles de la métropole : les subdivisions civiques et plusieurs magistratures mégariennes furent ainsi reproduites à l’identique. En outre, l’étude des institutions permet de mettre en évidence le rapport étroit qui existe entre l’émergence de la cité et le début de la colonisation grecque, deux phénomènes simultanés du haut archaïsme, qui ont profondément et durablement marqué l’histoire des communautés helléniques.

    Beschreibung: Beacons and swamps is a proposal for dialogue with the historiography of Argentine prisons, which saw provincial prisons as "swamps": immobile, grey, unchanging spaces. Although it is true that the pace of change in the provinces differed enormously from that of the capital, the work of the local prison reformers was to build "beacons" of modernity, in the style of the one installed in Buenos Aires: the famous National Penitentiary. Much has been discussed about the "panopticon", that institutional model of the society of control, but little is known about those "swamps" that constituted "the grey punishment of the majority". The aim of this book is to explore what is hidden in those provincial confinement spaces, where most of the national prison population was punished. It is based on the hypothesis that it is precisely there, under those swamps, that the original Argentine prison is hidden, because it was forged in those grey places of transition rather than in the "modernising beacons" of Buenos Aires or Ushuaia. Far from the "model", and from the punitive "should be", the embryos of the contemporary prison are hidden in the marshes. Delving into the mud and unearthing these vestiges, investigating the logic of the functioning of provincial prisons, will allow a better understanding of the emergence and consolidation of the punitive devices that characterise Argentine prisons today.

    Beschreibung: Faros y pantanos, es una propuesta de diálogo con la historiografía de las prisiones argentinas que vio en las cárceles provinciales, “pantanos”: espacios inmóviles, grises y sin cambios. Si bien es cierto que los ritmos de cambio provinciales diferían enormemente con el de la capital, el trabajo de los reformistas penitenciarios locales fue el de construir “faros” de modernidad, al estilo del instalado en Buenos Aires: la célebre Penitenciaría Nacional. Se ha discutido mucho sobre el “panóptico”, aquel modelo institucional de la sociedad de control, sin embargo, poco se conoce de aquellos “pantanos” que constituyeron “el gris castigo de la mayoría”. La apuesta de este libro es explorar lo que esconden aquellos espacios de reclusión provinciales, donde se castigaba a la mayor parte de la población carcelaria nacional. Se parte de la hipótesis de que, precisamente allí, debajo de aquellos pantanos se esconde la prisión argentina primigenia, porque se fraguó en esos grises lugares de transición más que en los “faros modernizadores” de Buenos Aires o Ushuaia. Apartadas del “modelo”, y del “deber ser” punitivo, se esconden en la marisma los embriones de la prisión contemporánea. Adentrarse en el barro y desenterrar esos vestigios, investigar acerca de la lógica de funcionamiento de las cárceles provinciales, permitirá comprender mejor el surgimiento y la consolidación de los dispositivos punitivos que caracterizan a las cárceles argentinas hoy.

    Beschreibung: Este libro es una contribución al estudio de la izquierda no armada durante la última dictadura argentina (1976-1983). El análisis del Partido Socialista de los Trabajadores-Movimiento al Socialismo (PST-MAS) permite reconocer los discursos y las formas organizativas del partido frente a tres ejes centrales: la instauración de la dictadura y la posterior prohibición y disolución de la izquierda peronista y marxista, las consecuencias de la represión basada en el dispositivo de los Centros Clandestinos de Detención y el proceso de apertura política que prosiguió a la derrota en las Islas Malvinas. Las páginas de este trabajo analizan las formas organizativas adoptadas por gran parte de la izquierda setentista basadas en un repertorio de prácticas que oscilaban entre la “legalidad” y la “clandestinidad”. De este modo, se abordan las transformaciones de las percepciones y las iniciativas del PST-MAS frente al problema de la represión, dando cuenta del pasaje del “paradigma revolucionario” al marco ético-político de los Derechos Humanos. Por último, el libro da cuenta de los cambios que se produjeron en las prácticas políticas de la organización en el contexto del anuncio de la apertura electoral (1982-1983) y analiza la novedosa propuesta política del Movimiento al Socialismo.

    Beschreibung: In the Middle Ages, the Iberian Peninsula and the Maghreb constituted a frontier zone where Christianity and Islam lived side by side and met, ignored each other and interacted, clashed and agreed. In addition to their own distinctive characteristics, the Christian and Muslim worlds were themselves largely composite entities. Political fragmentation, social heterogeneity and denominational plurality multiply the opportunities and reasons for tension and discord. These dissensions sometimes lead to confrontation, but can also be resolved or smoothed out by the search for common ground and compromise. It is these negotiations and accommodations, in all their variety, that are the focus of this dossier. Over a long period of time and across a vast geographical area considered on a variety of scales, the contributions brought together here aim to provide a better understanding of the modalities and functions of these negotiations and conciliations in the search for middle ground, in the diplomatic, political or economic spheres, while highlighting the difficulties and resistance that hinder their development or limit their effectiveness.

    Beschreibung: Este libro procura realizar un aporte al estudio de la cultura política del Río de la Plata en el tránsito entre el Antiguo Régimen y la República, presentando una lectura crítica de la relación entre el liberalismo hispánico y los grupos dirigentes del proceso revolucionario rioplatense. Busca indagar en la recepción, apropiación, recorte y selección del pensamiento reformista ilustrado y, posteriormente, de la matriz liberal peninsular al calor de la crisis política imperial abierta con las abdicaciones de Bayona y la guerra contra la ocupación francesa. El estudio hace foco en la dinámica política de las elites de Buenos Aires, y en menor medida de Montevideo. La investigación se centra en el lapso comprendido entre los años 1801-1814, durante el cual se puede observar no solo el contacto de la elite letrada rioplatense con el reformismo ilustrado hispánico, sino también el proceso de politización y radicalización que se irá operando en ella, hasta llegar al período revolucionario propiamente dicho (1808-1814), en el que será verificable la articulación de la intelectualidad revolucionaria criolla en redes asociativas y una intensa actividad política a través de la prensa, el catecismo político y la movilización.

    Beschreibung: The raison d'être of this specialized work focuses on two areas: on the one hand, total visual impairment and visual weakness; and on the other hand, students with this differentiated ability at the higher education level. The literature in book format on educational inclusion has grown in recent years. In these works we can find topics on the explanation of educational inclusion, universal design, specific disabilities, classroom experiences at basic levels, among others. On visual impairment we find those related to socioemotional aspects, visual rehabilitation, orientation for parents, among others.

    Beschreibung: La razón de ser de esta obra especializada se centra en dos ámbitos: por una parte, la discapacidad visual total y debilidad visual; y por la otra, a los estudiantes con dicha capacidad diferenciada en el nivel superior. La literatura en formato de libros sobre la inclusión educativa ha crecido en los últimos años. En estas obras podemos encontrar temas sobre la explicación de la inclusión educativa, el diseño universal, sobre discapacidades específicas, experiencias en el aula en niveles básicos, entre otros.     Beschreibung: The most significant results of this research allowed us to understand that there are interesting transformations in the way young people assume religion, sex, the future and university life, which shows the important role played by globalization in the formation of identities that are now more flexible, liquid and far from the moralistic logic of modernist times. It also showed that although these young people are obliged to comply with the mandate to be university students in the eyes of their family and friends, this does not mean that they know how to achieve it, nor that they have a university institution that facilitates this process. For this reason, the university, in many cases, is assumed as a "temporary escape route" that extends the social moratorium of the subjects, thus creating an illusory halo of expectation of social mobility that will probably never occur through professionalization.

    Beschreibung: Los resultados más significativos de esta investigación permitieron comprender que hay interesantes transformaciones en la forma como los jóvenes asumen la religión, el sexo, el futuro y la vida universitaria, lo que muestra el papel importante que juega la globalización en la formación de identidades que son ahora más flexibles, líquidas y lejanas a la lógica moralista de los tiempos modernistas. Igualmente, permitió constatar que si bien estos jóvenes se encuentran obligados a cumplir con el mandato de ser universitarios ante sus familiares y amigos, esto no significa que sepan cómo lograrlo ni que cuenten con una institución universitaria que facilite este proceso. Por esto, la universidad, en muchos casos, es asumida como un “escampadero provisional” que amplía la moratoria social de los sujetos, creando así un halo ilusorio de expectativa de movilidad social que probablemente jamás ocurrirá por la vía de la profesionalización.

    Beschreibung: Los avances de las llamadas ciencias duras, las ingenierías y las ciencias básicas son un hecho, al punto que son los motores de mayor fuerza en los avances científicos en las últimas décadas. También es un hecho que el sentido de utilidad del conocimiento, el papel de la innovación de las ciencias ha cobrado fuerza y valor situando a las Humanidades en niveles cada vez más distantes aparentemente, de los centros de toda de decisiones en los problemas de nuestro tiempo (Acevedo y Prada Dussán, 2017). En la actualidad la atención del pensamiento está centrado en “en un ‘enfoque orientado al mercado’, que favorece las ciencias biológicas, médicas y tecnológicas, y ha ayudado a reforzar una jerarquía disciplinaria en la que (…) [las] artes y Humanidades han luchado por llamar la atención” Hazelkorn (2015, p. 1).
