    Beschreibung: Vigília Lula Livre. Um movimento de resistência e solidariedade aborda múltiplas facetas de um coletivo social que construiu um poderoso modo de resistência política e cultural acompanhando o ex-presidente Luiz Inácio "Lula" da Silva da vizinhança imediata da prisão. A Vigília Lula Livre foi estabelecida espontaneamente em 7 de abril de 2018 em frente à sede da Polícia Federal em Curitiba. Naquela noite, militantes de esquerda, partidários e partidárias que apoiavam o ex-presidente foram reprimidos pela polícia. Em vez de se sentirem intimidados, estabeleceram um acampamento na rua por cem dias. Então, começaram a organizar manifestações culturais e políticas para expressar sua solidariedade e construir um processo de resistência política original. A Vigília Lula Libre durou 580 dias, desde o momento em que Lula foi preso até sua libertação em 8 de novembro de 2019, deixando centenas de ensinamentos e se inscrevendo na longa tradição de lutas populares no Brasil e na América Latina.

    Beschreibung: O presente livro, à semelhança do precedente, Comentários a uma sentença anunciada: o processo Lula, pretende deslindar mais uma dessas fases processuais de exceção e surge como reação ao julgamento do recurso do chamado “Caso Triplex" pelos três desembargadores da 8a Turma do Tribunal Regional Federal da 4a Região (TRF4), João Pedro Gebran Neto, Leandro Paulsen e Victor dos Santos Laus que, por unanimidade, confirmaram a sentença condenatória do juiz de primeiro grau, Sérgio Fernando Moro, aumentando a pena do réu Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva para 12 anos e 1 mês de prisão pelos crimes de corrupção passiva e lavagem de dinheiro. Após convocatória que privilegiou autores dedicados ao direito penal e ao processo penal, bem como professores e advogados que trabalham com direitos humanos, os organizadores da coletânea receberam 40 contribuições de 52 autores que debatem os meandros do acórdão do TRF4, considerado como decisão já anunciada no resultado condenatório, dado o caráter excepcional e anômalo que assume na manipulação de prazos e procedimentos.

Therefore, this work is an outline to reveal and analyze this legacy. Not only to show what was done in the past, but principally to reveal what can be done in the future, as well. We are convinced that if Brazil overcomes the coup, the destruction of the State and of the world of work by their extremely regressive measures, and promotes a new cycle of development, the basis for such improvement should be based on the legacy of the governments of the PT.
