El presente trabajo, que muy bien puede ser considerado a manera de manual (en tanto se ocupa de temas relacionados a la compresión o introducción al estudio de la argumentación jurídica y de los derechos fundamentales en la actualidad), partiendo de la premisa de que la argumentación jurídica es muy importante en los diferentes ámbitos o contexto jurídicos en que esta se da, y, precisamente, revisando la argumentación doctrinaria, jurisprudencial y normativa, aborda la problemática de la titularidad de los derechos fundamentales por las personas jurídicas.
