    Description: Los avances de las llamadas ciencias duras, las ingenierías y las ciencias básicas son un hecho, al punto que son los motores de mayor fuerza en los avances científicos en las últimas décadas. También es un hecho que el sentido de utilidad del conocimiento, el papel de la innovación de las ciencias ha cobrado fuerza y valor situando a las Humanidades en niveles cada vez más distantes aparentemente, de los centros de toda de decisiones en los problemas de nuestro tiempo (Acevedo y Prada Dussán, 2017). En la actualidad la atención del pensamiento está centrado en “en un ‘enfoque orientado al mercado’, que favorece las ciencias biológicas, médicas y tecnológicas, y ha ayudado a reforzar una jerarquía disciplinaria en la que (…) [las] artes y Humanidades han luchado por llamar la atención” Hazelkorn (2015, p. 1).

    Description: The volume, dedicated to the 44th International Conference of the Italian Union for Drawing, investigates the theme of ‘Transitions’, which particularly effectively represents our time and the current condition of the discipline of Drawing. The term, beyond its generic meaning of an intermediate stage in a process in which a condition changes from one state to another, has always been used in various fields, from music to geophysics. In fact, the disciplines of drawing have always been confronted with themes and issues relating to transitions from one condition to another. The history of representation tells us of transformations, even epochal ones, relating to ‘drawing’, with all that such transitions entail: suffice it to think of the evolution of forms of representation, of instrumental apparatuses, of the mutability of supports, of the analogical-digital transition underway, of the new modes of communication on platforms, of the hypertrophic offer of images also on the net that confirms Guy Debord’s intuitions relating to the new spectacularisation of society. Similarly, representation triggers transitions in the prefiguration and communication of design, the anticipation and foreshadowing of future events.The challenges posed by the digital pose open questions whose scope can only be glimpsed, such as the relationship between drawing and the act of modelling, and the construction of new paradigms of visual language and communication. ‘Transitions’, almost implicitly, points to possible futures, the evolution of technique and the search for new modes of expression; at the same time, however, it can suggest silences and reflections in a process of connection between history, theory, criticism and construction.

    Description: Si lo titulado anteriormente debiera ubicarse dentro de lo que la metodología tradicional considera como un ‘Resumen’, a continuación va entonces lo que en clave podría referirse sobre las ‘Palabras Clave’: brotes porque es lo que surge de las tierras, enacción quizá en el mejor sentido inglés de ‘to enact’, y rizomas en razón de los nacientes tejidos. Anotando al respecto que, si bien Deleuze (2005) acuñó el término en Francia en medio de sus referentes biológicos, es aquí en nuestra denominada Latinoamérica donde los rizomas los hemos ‘platanizado’. Porque aquí los hemos vivenciado y encontrado, hurgando con los dedos entre la tierra. A veces árida y en espera de las gotas de lluvia.

El libro estudia las posiciones e intervenciones de un conjunto de catorce actores: Álvaro Alsogaray, Alberto Benegas Lynch, Germán Bidart Campos, Horacio García Belsunce, Jorge Luis García Venturini, Mariano Grondona, Juan Segundo Linares Quintana, Mario Justo López, José Alfredo Martínez de Hoz, Víctor Massuh, Jaime Perriaux, Ambrosio Romero Carranza, Carlos Sánchez Sañudo y Ricardo Zinn. La elección de estos nombres implica considerar un abanico amplio de trayectorias que componen figuras intelectuales de diversidad, unidas sin embargo por muchos más vínculos que la adscripción política. La obra se interna en la historia político-intelectual de un espacio ideológico aún poco explorado desde los estudios sobre la intelectualidad, las derechas y la propia dictadura, reponiendo los diversos espacios ocupados por estos hombres, sus proyectos, coincidencias, polémicas y desencantos en un momento clave de la historia argentina.

    Description: El territorio tiene cada día mayor importancia, tanto en su componente físico como en su dimensión sociocultural. La gestión de los recursos naturales, el problema del acceso a la tierra, la gobernabilidad, las cadenas productivas, las políticas de infraestructura, la cosmovisión campesina, la construcción de identidades y otros son temas relacionados con el espacio y el territorio. El espacio y el territorio han sido investigados desde diversas disciplinas, como la geografía, la economía y la sociología. Sin embargo, todavfa carecemos de propuestas metodológicas intégrales. Por eso, revisando los caminos transitados por la geografía moderna y centrando su preocupación en los conceptos de espacio y territorio, este libro propone una lectura multidimensional y multidisciplinaria del tema, ofreciendo un panorama de los diferentes enfoques, métodos e instrumentas para estudios empiricos, como los métodos estadísticos, cartográficos y, como dice Erwin Galoppo, "ese producto génial de la geografía francesa contemporanea: los coremas".

    Description: El concepto de bien común en los modelos de enseñanza implica un ámbito comunitario que se ha perdido en las instituciones de educación, derivado de la desvinculación del entorno, los actores y el contexto; sin embargo, las Escuelas Normales Rurales han sido resilientes al incorporar características del bien común. Esta investigación realiza una valoración desde los postulados de Jutta Bluert y Fuentes (2011) y Christian Felber (2012) para verificar la viabilidad de la incorporación del concepto de bien común a los modelos de enseñanza a través del fortalecimiento del sentido de pertenencia, la conciencia y perspectiva de la generación y uso de los recursos, la salvaguarda de las tradiciones y los saberes colectivos; así como el cuidado de la naturaleza poniendo en el centro de la toma de decisiones a la comunidad y su entorno. Con ello, fomentar modelos de enseñanza comunitarios como políticas públicas, implica incorporar las características de bien común.

    Description: el texto que se presenta aquí sistematiza las experiencias del proyecto “Diplomatura virtual en prevención de problemáticas psicosociales en el ámbito universitario con énfasis en adicciones”, auspiciado por el Centro Coordinador de la Investigación de la Federación Internacional de Universidades Católicas –FIUC-, en el que participaron las Universidades: Universidad Católica Luis Amigó (Colombia) a partir del reconocimiento como universidad que otorgó el Ministerio de Educación Nacional a la institución, el 10 de noviembre de 2016; Católica de Honduras Nuestra Señora Reina de la Paz; Católica de Costa Rica y Católica de Chile Cardenal Silva Henríquez. En la primera parte del texto se da cuenta del proyecto, sus antecedentes, objetivos, metodología y actividades; una reseña sobre las instituciones participantes y una reflexión sobre los problemas psicosociales de los universitarios hoy. En la segunda parte, se presentan los resultados de las pesquisas desarrolladas por cada una de la Universidades participantes, para dar cuenta de las problemáticas psicosociales que más afectan a sus propias comunidades educativas y del programa de prevención diseñado para intervenir dichos problemas.

    Description: The reading experience and the self-referential stories of children between five and six years of age presented in this booklet are the result of the work elaborated by the transition students of the Franciscan School of Pius XII, within the framework of the activities of the psychology professional practice project, whose purpose was to approach narratives and stories as an excuse to navigate through the subjective productions elaborated from the reading experience. The elaboration of the stories allowed the construction of a space to relate personal events considered significant for the children. Therefore, each story that the reader will encounter speaks of a small world that found a way to be transmitted to others through narrative. Beyond building a story, the idea was to allow a moment to think about those experiences that give meaning to existence, as they are loaded with imagination, emotions and sensations, which is an opportunity to develop the process of conceiving themselves as subjects with a story.

    Description: Los conceptos de comunidad y territorio han sido muy relevantes para la compresión de los procesos sociales, pues dan cuenta de contextos particulares, de rasgos identitarios específicos, de diversas formas de participación y de usos y prácticas concretas. Por ello, el equipo interdisciplinario de estudios en desarrollo local de la Universidad del Rosario, desarrolló entre los años 2011 y 2012, una investigación que buscaba, por un lado, establecer las formas de construcción de comunidad entre los habitantes del sector El Codito y, por otro, determinar el rol del territorio en estos procesos. El presente texto es uno de los resultados de esta investigación y aborda en sus tres capítulos cuestiones como: la evolución del concepto de comunidad a la luz de diferentes teóricos, contrastándola con las percepciones y vivencias de los adultos mayores de El Codito, su consolidación como territorio significado, enmarcado en el proceso de urbanización de Bogotá, en general, y de la localidad de Usaquén, en particular, y la construcción de comunidad a través de variables como la cotidianidad, el sentido de pertenencia, el género y la participación.

    Description: La competencia digital es una temática que el contexto de pandemia a nivel mundial ha movilizado diferentes aspectos tanto sociales, culturales, educativos, salud, trabajo entre otros. Por lo que las personas en general se han visto obligados a adaptarse bruscamente a estos cambios. En ese sentido, en el ámbito educativo tanto docentes como estudiantes, hasta padres de familia se han visto inmersos en los entornos virtuales, desarrollando la competencia digital empíricamente o en algunos casos con apoyo. Por ello, el estudio estuvo orientado a determinar las diferencias existentes en la competencia digital de los estudiantes del primer al tercer grado de secundaria de cuatro instituciones educativas públicas, durante el periodo 2022. Es un estudio de carácter cuantitativo por que se recurrió al uso de la estadística descriptiva para el análisis de datos, de naturaleza empírica, según su finalidad fue una investigación básica con diseño no experimental y transversal, y de nivel descriptivo comparativo. Se utilizó la técnica de la encuesta que fue remitida vía on line a través de un cuestionario con opciones múltiples para la respuesta de los 256 participantes de la muestra. Uno de los principales resultados evidencia que dos grupos son diferentes en su competencia digital, el nivel predominante es intermedio. Se concluye que la competencia digital se desarrolla en niveles diferentes en dos grupos de estudio, resaltando que dichos grupos también guardan una marcada diferencia social, cultural y contextual.

    Description: Can we build peace? relaunches the question of peacebuilding as a commitment to research and reflection beyond established theoretical frameworks. Each chapter of this book reflects the search and the questions that mobilize different scholars from their own intellectual trajectories and life experiences. It is a book that harbors the richness of its content in the diversity of methodical approaches to the question of peace. Thus, it understands that to build, to recognize, to dissent, to transform, are verbs of solidarity with which the transition from a country in conflict to a possible peace is conveyed.     Description: Se cree que en el marco de un contexto de institucionalización y formalización de la política social, orientada a afianzar un sistema integral de protección social que garantizara una serie de derechos, se vuelve clave desentrañar las condiciones objetivas y los sentidos implicados en los procesos de implementación de tales políticas. A fin de comprender y dimensionar el alcance de tal escenario en términos de avances en la superación de la pobreza, de la vulnerabilidad y de la exclusión, en el logro de la equidad de género y de derechos de niños, adolescentes y adultos mayores de hogares pobres -excluidos normativamente de las lógicas reproductivas y productivas y por tanto subordinados y desigualados en distintos sentidos-, planteamos actualizar conocimientos sobre algunas problemáticas previamente indagadas e incorporar otras cuya novedad deriva de cambios legislativos que avanzaron en el reconocimiento de derechos. La obra contiene el análisis de las siguientes políticas sectoriales: trabajo, salud, educación y vivienda, dirigidas a grupo poblacionales con vulnerabilidades específicas: hogares pobres, niños y jóvenes que viven y/o trabajan en la calle, adultos mayores pobres, mujeres en edad reproductiva. Considerando las desigualdades sociales, étnicas, de género y etarias, se indagan los efectos de las mismas en las condiciones de vida, de trabajo, en las relaciones sociales, en la configuración de identidades, en la consecución de derechos económicos, sociales y culturales, meta de cualquier política social comprometida con el logro de igualdad, inclusión e integración social.

Así, unas cuestiones que el poder político prometió responder y solo lo hizo a medias (¿dónde están los desaparecidos?, ¿qué hicieron con los nietos apropiados?, ¿qué pasó con las Malvinas?, ¿qué sucedió con la deuda externa?) se volvieron cuestionamientos centrales al orden social que impuso la dictadura y que, con rupturas y continuidades, en sus lineamientos centrales siguió implementándose en las dos primeras décadas de la nueva democracia.

    Description: The volume, dedicated to the 44th International Conference of the Italian Union for Drawing, investigates the theme of ‘Transitions’, which particularly effectively represents our time and the current condition of the discipline of Drawing. The term, beyond its generic meaning of an intermediate stage in a process in which a condition changes from one state to another, has always been used in various fields, from music to geophysics. In fact, the disciplines of drawing have always been confronted with themes and issues relating to transitions from one condition to another. The history of representation tells us of transformations, even epochal ones, relating to ‘drawing’, with all that such transitions entail: suffice it to think of the evolution of forms of representation, of instrumental apparatuses, of the mutability of supports, of the analogical-digital transition underway, of the new modes of communication on platforms, of the hypertrophic offer of images also on the net that confirms Guy Debord’s intuitions relating to the new spectacularisation of society. Similarly, representation triggers transitions in the prefiguration and communication of design, the anticipation and foreshadowing of future events.The challenges posed by the digital pose open questions whose scope can only be glimpsed, such as the relationship between drawing and the act of modelling, and the construction of new paradigms of visual language and communication. ‘Transitions’, almost implicitly, points to possible futures, the evolution of technique and the search for new modes of expression; at the same time, however, it can suggest silences and reflections in a process of connection between history, theory, criticism and construction.

    Description: La educación universitaria es una de las etapas más importantes en la formación de los individuos, ya que proporciona los conocimientos y herramientas necesarios para desempeñarse en el mundo laboral y contribuir al desarrollo del país. En el Perú y América Latina, la calidad de la educación universitaria ha sido un tema de preocupación durante muchos años, y aunque se han realizado esfuerzos para mejorarla, aún existen muchos desafíos por enfrentar. En el presente texto, en el primer capítulo se esboza la reconfiguración de la actual responsabilidad social universitaria en el Perú que puede ser factible si se implantan políticas educativas humanísticas, con valores éticos, y en las que la investigación sea el factor principal para una mejor vida colectiva. Así también se presenta un capítulo con una propuesta pedagógica de innovación en tecnología que busca fortalecer las competencias digitales de docentes y estudiantes de una institución educativa superior. Por otra parte, se presenta un capítulo que aborda el tema de investigación dentro del modelo de acreditación universitaria del Perú, destacándose la importancia de seguir investigando y formando investigadores en las universidades, con el fin de lograr la calidad educativa, y finalmente se presenta el capítulo de paradigmas de la investigación en las ciencias sociales a través de una revisión bibliográfica, concluyendo que todo investigador debe conocer los elementos que fundamentan los paradigmas ya que, sirven de guía metodológica para realizar un estudio.

    Description: Este estudio se centró en analizar las competencias clave que los evaluadores deben poseer en la educación superior y en cómo pueden ser desarrolladas y mejoradas. En el contexto de un creciente interés en la educación orientada a las competencias, se planteó la pregunta de investigación: ¿Cuáles son las competencias clave que deben poseer los evaluadores en la educación superior y cómo pueden ser desarrolladas y mejoradas? El objetivo de este estudio es analizar las competencias del evaluador en el contexto de la educación superior, identificar áreas de mejora y proporcionar recomendaciones para mejorar estas competencias. Se utilizó una metodología basada en la revisión de la literatura y en el análisis de las competencias técnicas, interpersonales y pedagógicas. Los resultados mostraron que estas competencias son fundamentales para el desempeño eficaz del evaluador y que deben ser desarrolladas y mejoradas de manera continua. El estudio subrayó la importancia de la auto-reflexión crítica y la formación continua para los evaluadores. Además, destacó la necesidad de que las instituciones educativas proporcionen el apoyo necesario para el desarrollo de las mismas.

Esta compilación aparece frente al renovado interés de la disciplina histórica y las ciencias humanas, por interpretar las fuentes visuales como producciones intencionalmente elaboradas y difundidas tanto en momentos como en espacios particulares. Alejándose de la vista inocente y contemplativa, los autores del libro proponen desde sus contribuciones, situar la función social de las imágenes en el centro de sus análisis de caso, los cuales abarcan un amplio conjunto de procesos latinoamericanos ocurridos entre los siglos XIX y XXI en países como Chile, Brasil, Perú, Colombia y Argentina. De esta manera, cada capítulo invita al lector a “pensar visualmente” temas como la propaganda política, la construcción de la nación, el ensamblaje de identidades o de memorias colectivas, etc., partiendo del supuesto metodológico que sugiere rastrear las imágenes desde su producción hasta su recepción, donde adquieren múltiples sentidos en su respectivo presente, así como en su preservación actual.     Description: The present investigation entitled "Project method in the teaching of oratory" begins with the objective of knowing the degree of influence of the project method in the teaching of oratory to students in the sixth grade of primary school. The study was of a technological-applied type. The methods were used: Analytical-synthetic, which served to base and formulate the research problem. Descriptive method, to explain and develop the theoretical framework. Experimental method, to contrast the reactions between cause and effect in experimentation. Statistical method, to analyze and interpret the results obtained. After applying the experiment, it was obtained that Tc = 17.32 and t0.05 = 9.28, the following relationship is obtained: 9.28 〈 17.32, after the statistical analysis submitted, the application of the project method is concluded. a high degree of influence in the teaching of oratory to the students of the sixth grade of primary school of the State School No 30214 of Hualahoyo-Huancayo, also in the mentioned educational center the students overcame difficulties when expressing themselves before an auditorium.

    Description: La presente investigación titulada “Método de proyectos en la enseñanza de la oratoria” inicia con el objetivo de conocer el grado de influencia del método de proyectos en la enseñanza de la oratoria a los alumnos del sexto grado de primaria. El estudio fue de tipo tecnológica-aplicada. Se emplearon los métodos: Analítico-sintético, que sirvió para fundamentar y formular el problema de investigación. Método descriptivo, para explicar y elaborar el marco teórico. Método experimental, para contrastar las reacciones entre causa-efecto en la experimentación. Método estadístico, para analizar e interpretar los resultados obtenidos. Luego de aplicar el experimento se obtuvo que Tc = 17,32 y t0,05 = 9,28, se tiene la siguiente relación: 9,28 〈 17,32, luego del análisis estadístico sometido se concluye la aplicación del método de proyectos tiene un grado alto de influencia en la enseñanza de la oratoria a los alumnos del sexto grado de primaria de la Escuela Estatal No 30214 de Hualahoyo-Huancayo (Perú), además en el centro educativo en mención los alumnos superaron dificultades al expresarse ante un auditorium.

    Description: Este libro reúne trabajos sobre el pasado y el presente de las leyes, las justicias y las insituciones de seguridad de la provincia de Buenos Aires. For this reason, I believe that it may soon become an important international reference work (GUNTHER DIETZ). It is a very current and relevant work for the Latin American context. It is a commitment to work with, in and from the communities, which is related to one of the objectives sought, which is to understand interculturality from the grassroots. It is an enjoyable read and I consider that it can be a contribution both to continue with the research presented and to generate much more participatory and collaborative methodologies in the field, breaking with the classic Eurocentric object-subject visions. On the other hand, the degree of commitment that can be seen in several chapters can serve as motivation for social scientists who are beginning in the field (ELEDER PIÑEIRO).

Es una apuesta por el trabajo con, en y desde las comunidades, lo que se relaciona con uno de los objetivos buscados, que es entender la interculturalidad desde las bases. Es una lectura amena y considero que puede ser un aporte tanto para continuar con las investigaciones presentadas como para generar metodologías mucho más participativas y colaborativas en el campo, rompiendo con las clásicas visiones eurocéntricas objeto-sujeto. Por otro lado, el grado de compromiso que se aprecia en varios capítulos puede servir de motivación para los científicos sociales que se inician en el campo (ELEDER PIÑEIRO).

The term, beyond its generic meaning of an intermediate stage in a process in which a condition changes from one state to another, has always been used in various fields, from music to geophysics. In fact, the disciplines of drawing have always been confronted with themes and issues relating to transitions from one condition to another. The history of representation tells us of transformations, even epochal ones, relating to ‘drawing’, with all that such transitions entail: suffice it to think of the evolution of forms of representation, of instrumental apparatuses, of the mutability of supports, of the analogical-digital transition underway, of the new modes of communication on platforms, of the hypertrophic offer of images also on the net that confirms Guy Debord’s intuitions relating to the new spectacularisation of society. Similarly, representation triggers transitions in the prefiguration and communication of design, the anticipation and foreshadowing of future events.The challenges posed by the digital pose open questions whose scope can only be glimpsed, such as the relationship between drawing and the act of modelling, and the construction of new paradigms of visual language and communication. ‘Transitions’, almost implicitly, points to possible futures, the evolution of technique and the search for new modes of expression; at the same time, however, it can suggest silences and reflections in a process of connection between history, theory, criticism and construction.

    Description: The court and court society in the Hispanic world (16th-18th centuries): The courtly world has emerged as a propitious intellectual and historiographical space for thinking and writing the history of early modernity. Ever since the renewal of the so-called ‘political history,’ but also after the perspective of cultural studies, the courtly has become the privileged scenario for the study of the political society of the Modern Age, starting from the analysis of the formation of the different social actors’ different political identities in dispute, as well as the tracking of hidden interests in decision-making in order to understand power groups or networks. Similarly, the courtly cannot but be thought of as that singular scenario and/or space of conjunction and indistinction between the political (public) and the economic (private), as well as a locus of identity formation and dispute. In this sense, the study of the Ancien Régime societies cannot ignore the courtly, which is a key element for understanding and analyzing one of the articulating elements of the globality of the European monarchies, particularly the Hispanic monarchy. As this work describes, this global perspective allows us to understand the importance and imprint of the courtly in America. Therefore, the aim is to analyze and understand the court and the courtly world from multiple perspectives. The articles that make up this work problematize the courtly from different geographical spaces, but above all from different intellectual concerns and preoccupations: princely and courtly education, the problem of the King’s favorite, the religious, the nobiliary, the place of the feminine in the court or, also, the materiality of the courtly texts and the materiality of the government of the monarchy from the court.

    Description: El mundo cortesano se ha erigido como un espacio intelectual e historiográfico propicio para pensar y escribir la historia de la primera modernidad. Desde la renovación de la denominada ‘historia política’, pero también desde los estudios culturales, lo cortesano ha devenido en el escenario privilegiado de estudio de la sociedad política de la Edad Moderna, partiendo de análisis de la conformación de las diferentes identidades políticas en disputa de los distintos actores sociales, como también del rastreo de intereses ocultos en las tomas de decisiones para comprender redes o grupos de poder. Asimismo, lo cortesano no puede dejar de pensarse como ese escenario y/o espacio singular de conjunción e indistinción entre lo político (público) y lo económico (privado), así como un locus de conformación y disputa identitaria. En este sentido, el estudio de las sociedades del Antiguo Régimen no puede obviar lo cortesano, máxima para comprender y analizar uno de los elementos articuladores de la globalidad de las monarquías europeas, singularmente de la monarquía hispánica. Esta perspectiva global nos permite comprender, como se realiza en esta obra, la importancia e impronta de lo cortesano en América. Por lo tanto, esta obra busca analizar y comprender la corte y el mundo cortesano desde múltiples perspectivas. Los artículos que conforman esta obra problematizan lo cortesano desde diversos espacios geográficos, pero sobre todo desde distintas inquietudes y preocupaciones intelectuales: la educación principesca y cortesana, el problema del valimiento, lo religioso, lo nobiliario, el lugar de lo femenino en la corte o, también, la materialidad de los textos cortesanos y la materialidad del gobierno de la monarquía desde la corte.

The book holds eight articles focusing on historical phases which have been particularly influenced by social and political mobilization. Thus, the book traces an oppositional tradition across borders in time and space. Although the articles are based on limited studies, the authors write with ambition to include their research into this wider context. In Norway, the Constitution of 1814 marks the shift from autocratic rule to early democracy. 18th century peasant riots may be interpreted as expressions of impotence of the common people, but also as an opportunity for action with the potential to influence the authorities. The 19th century peasant opposition shows the potential for change through parliamentary representation. Around 1850 the first attempts at worker’s organizations were criminalized – around 1950, however, the Labour Party dominated Norwegian politics. These trending lines reflect an increasingly developed democracy. The political system is in principle opening for broad popular participation. However, democracy is still being challenged by opposition in ways and by means that occasionally raise concerns about the stability of our political culture. The book is divided into three parts.     Description: Feminicide has become a problem of general interest due to its high impact on the Colombian population; in this sense, this phenomenon was studied to characterize it in the departments of Huila and Tolima, which is why for the researchers it is essential to make this problem visible, pointing out the conditions framing violence against women from this macho culture that prevails in the region and country. The topic is of special interest since a review of press articles, epidemiological reports, local statements, and research on femicide in the two departments was carried out, seeking to make this phenomenon more visible to show the country’s reality so that it can be reported on. The results show that there is no research on the subject, which makes it possible to initiate a database with studies on femicide. Similarly, the National Institute of Legal Medicine and Forensic Sciences (2016) considers that the data described on homicide in 2015 and in previous years have decreased in magnitude over the years. The analysis of the variables realizes that the risk factors triggering the violent events that determine homicide have not been neutralized, reduced, or controlled, considering that public policy on security and citizen coexistence has been insufficient.

    Description: El Feminicidio se ha convertido en un problema de interés general por su alta afectación a la población colombiana, en tal sentido se estudió este fenómeno para caracterizarlo en los departamentos del Huila y Tolima, es por esta razón que para las investigadoras resulta fundamental visibilizar esta problemática, señalando las condiciones que enmarcan la violencia contra la mujer desde esta cultura machista que impera en la región y en el país. El tema reviste especial interés toda vez que se realizó una revisión de artículos de prensa, informes epidemiológicos, pronunciamientos locales e investigaciones frente al feminicio en los dos departamentos, buscando visibilizar con mayor fuerza este fenómeno a fin de mostrar la realidad al país para que se informe sobre éste. Los resultados evidencian la no existencia de investigaciones al respecto, lo que permite iniciar una base de datos con estudios acerca del feminicidio. De igual forma, el Instituto Nacional de Medicina Legal (2016) considera que los datos descritos sobre el homicidio en el año 2015 y en años anteriores han disminuido en magnitud año tras año, el análisis de las variables da cuenta que los factores de riesgo que desencadenan los hechos violentos que determinan el homicidio no han sido neutralizados, reducidos o controlados, considerando que política pública de seguridad y convivencia ciudadana ha sido insuficiente.

Esta diversidad también se refleja en las escuelas, por lo que es preciso que los docentes sean capaces de integrar y aprovechar esta diversidad en sus aulas con la intención de fomentar el desarrollo de la competencia intercultural en el alumnado. Para ello la formación del profesorado deberá promover la formación de futuros maestros en la adquisición de las competencias que les permitan implementar situaciones de aprendizaje según el modelo de educación intercultural, atendiendo a los principios de una educación inclusiva para todos/as, en términos de equidad. El presente capítulo consiste en una reflexión teórica acerca de la diversidad cultural y el desarrollo de la competencia intercultural en la educación obligatoria, a partir de un análisis documental centrado en: analizar el concepto de diversidad cultural en la sociedad y la educación; el desarrollo de la competencia intercultural en el aula y el modo en que la formación inicial aborda el rol del profesorado y las estrategias a desempeñar en las aulas. Los resultados aluden a la necesidad de una concienciación de este fenómeno desde las universidades, la pertinencia de la competencia intercultural, así como las estrategias y prácticas de éxito que pueden servir de orientación para generalizar su implementación. La principal conclusión es que la inclusión de la diversidad cultural en los centros educativos es uno de los mayores retos de la sociedad y la educación del siglo XXI.

    Description: Este artículo tiene por objetivo analizar la literatura existente sobre la acreditación universitaria y calidad en la Educación superior en América Latina durante el periodo de 2019 a 2023. Se empleó el método de revisión sistemática PRISMA para sintetizarla evidencia disponible en la literatura académica y proporcionar una visión actualizada de las prácticas más efectivas.Los criterios de inclusión se focalizaron en estudios publicados en el idioma inglés debido a la extensión de los trabajos existentes en plataformas indizadas, las mismas que abordaron explícitamente la acreditación universitaria y su repercusión en la calidad dentro del marco de la Educación superior. Se excluyeron los estudios que no se centraban en la Educación superior, calidad o queno abordaban la acreditación universitaria como su principal objetivo.La búsqueda se realizó en tres bases de datos académicas: ERIC, Scopus y Web of Science (WoS). Estas fueron elegidas debido al ofrecimiento de métricas bibliométricas confiables que facilitan la evaluación del impacto de la investigación. Se utilizó una combinación de términos clave relacionados con la acreditación universitaria, calidad y la Educación superior. Todos los estudios seleccionados se evaluaron en términos de su calidad metodológica y se extrajeron datos relevantes.Los resultados de la revisión sistemática permitieron identificar patrones y tendencias que se obtienen de la acreditación universitaria en la calidad de la Educación superior. La revisión aporta una visión general de las prácticas más destacadas y efectivas en este ámbito, subrayando la importancia del campo de la acreditación como reconocimiento que otorga el Sistema Nacional de Evaluación, Acreditación y Certificación de la Calidad Educativa (Sineace) a partir de una evaluación de la calidad en Educación superior, así como de su relevancia en la valoración de resultados y los avances generados. Esta investigación tiene la intención de contribuir al avance de la investigación en acreditación universitaria y su aplicación en la calidad de la Educación superior. incidirá positivamente en la acreditación universitaria, ya que demuestra el compromiso de la institución con la excelencia académica y la generación de conocimiento.

    Description: The volume, dedicated to the 44th International Conference of the Italian Union for Drawing, investigates the theme of ‘Transitions’, which particularly effectively represents our time and the current condition of the discipline of Drawing. The term, beyond its generic meaning of an intermediate stage in a process in which a condition changes from one state to another, has always been used in various fields, from music to geophysics. In fact, the disciplines of drawing have always been confronted with themes and issues relating to transitions from one condition to another. The history of representation tells us of transformations, even epochal ones, relating to ‘drawing’, with all that such transitions entail: suffice it to think of the evolution of forms of representation, of instrumental apparatuses, of the mutability of supports, of the analogical-digital transition underway, of the new modes of communication on platforms, of the hypertrophic offer of images also on the net that confirms Guy Debord’s intuitions relating to the new spectacularisation of society. Similarly, representation triggers transitions in the prefiguration and communication of design, the anticipation and foreshadowing of future events.The challenges posed by the digital pose open questions whose scope can only be glimpsed, such as the relationship between drawing and the act of modelling, and the construction of new paradigms of visual language and communication. ‘Transitions’, almost implicitly, points to possible futures, the evolution of technique and the search for new modes of expression; at the same time, however, it can suggest silences and reflections in a process of connection between history, theory, criticism and construction.

    Description: Las migraciones internacionales constituyen un fenómeno trasnacional cuya gestión ha sido tradicional mente asumida por los Estados de destino en el ejercicio de su soberanía. Con ocasión de la globalización, el panorama migratorio se ha ido transformando y la cuestión migratoria ha ido ocupando un lugar cada vez más Importante en las agendas de los Estados y las organizaciones con vocación regional y universal, las cuales han comprendido que la gestión migratoria requiere de su cooperación y de su acción coordinada. La gobernanza de las migraciones implica todo un conjunto de desafíos para la comunidad Internacional en su conjunto, especialmente a la hora de superar las tensiones entre las necesidades de controlar la llegada de los migrantes y la obligación de respetar sus derechos y ofrecer una protección a quienes lo requieren. En la búsqueda de un marco ideal para la gobernanza de las migraciones, la presente obra explora cinco hipótesis de estudio y analiza la gestión migratoria en todo el mundo y en las regiones, así como las necesidades de protección de los derechos de los migrantes; subraya los logros, las dificultades y los grandes desafíos para alcanzar un modelo de gobernanza migratoria que resulte coherente con las obligaciones de los Estados en materia de derechos humanos.

    Description: The World Health Organization -WHO- (2016, p.1) notes that, "Annually, more than 800,000 people take their own lives and many more attempt suicide. Each suicide is a tragedy that affects families, communities, and countries and has lasting effects for those close to the suicidal person." Suicidal behavior ranges from ideation in its different expressions, through threats, gestures and attempts, to the suicide itself. The presence of any of these indicators (ideation, threats, gestures and attempts) should be considered as a sign of high risk in the individual presenting them. The relationship between suicide and mental disorders is quite close, however, it does not mean that those who do not suffer from a mental disorder are exempt from this suicidal behavior, since there have been cases that occur impulsively as a response to a crisis that affects the ability to cope with the difficulties of life, such as economic problems, the breakup of sentimental or family relationships, or chronic pain and illness.

    Description: The first components of developmental psychology can perhaps be traced back to the social recognition of infancy and childhood. Many historians agree that this recognition came late. The French historian Philippe Ariès argues that in medieval society there was no room for childhood or the child as theoretical constructs. They would emerge in the course of the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries. Thus, although a certain sensitivity towards childhood appeared between the 16th and 17th centuries, it would seem that it was only in the 18th century that the child became the object of concern for some thinkers, mostly philosophers and pedagogues. There are several authors who are referents and it is worthwhile to review them, even if only briefly. At the time, Rousseau (1712-1778), in his Emilium, proposes an education centered on the natural evolution of the child, in which he highlights his particularities and differences and places childhood as a necessary and fundamental stage for man. The pedagogue Johann Heinrich Pestalozzi (1746-1827), sympathizes with some of Rousseau's ideas on the education of children and keeps a diary of his son's first two years, which becomes one of the first systematic observations that is assumed to be a precursor of observational methodology in early development. In line with the above, this text can only be understood as a first attempt, unfinished and open, to be continued. It is what the Anglos call a "text in progress", and that the ebook edition will allow us to reopen it without major difficulties. It is also, of course, an incitement to readers to complement it, discuss it or even controvert it. This is intended to be a living text and discussed within the community. It is possible that certain hypotheses about the facts found will give rise to controversy. A colleague warned that lightning will surely strike it as it is a provocative text. Let's hope so: as long as they are illuminating, it will have partially fulfilled its purpose. In any case, there remains a taste for scrutinizing our past more closely with a view to the future and not only to what could not be.

    Description: Los primeros componentes de la psicología del desarrollo tal vez puedan situarse a partir del reconocimiento social de la infancia y de la niñez. Muchos historiadores coinciden en afirmar que ese reconocimiento fue tardío. El historiador francés Philippe Ariès sostiene que en la sociedad medieval no había espacio para la infancia ni para el niño como constructos teóricos. Ellos emergerían en el transcurrir de los siglos XVII y XVIII. Entonces, aunque entre los siglos XVI y XVII se asoma una cierta sensibilidad respecto de la infancia, parecería que es solo en el siglo XVIII que el niño es objeto de preocupación por parte de algunos pensadores, en su mayoría filósofos y pedagogos. Son varios los autores que se constituyen en referentes y vale la pena revisarlos así sea brevemente. En su momento, Rousseau (1712-1778), en el Emilio propone una educación centrada en la evolución natural del niño, en la que destaca sus particularidades y sus diferencias y sitúa la infancia como una etapa necesaria y fundamental para el hombre. El pedagogo Johann Heinrich Pestalozzi (1746-1827), simpatiza con algunas de las ideas de Rousseau sobre la educación de los niños y lleva un diario sobre los dos primeros años de su hijo que se convierte en una de las primeras observaciones sistemáticas que se asume como precursora de la metodología observacional en el desarrollo temprano.     Description: En este capítulo se presenta una investigación que determina la relación que existe entre la satisfacción económica y la motivación personal de docentes titulados al estudiar Educación Básica Alternativa (EBA) en un programa de Segunda Especialidad de una facultad, de una universidad peruana. El fenómeno muestra el crecimiento de participantes en el programa durante los años 2020 y 2021, una gran mayoría son docentes que laboran en la modalidad EBA y que realizan actividades de tipo económica o laboral durante el día, dedicando el tiempo que les resta a la educación de adultos. La investigación se desarrolló bajo el enfoque cuantitativo, de corte transversal y diseño correlacional, en una muestra aleatoria simple, aplicada a la totalidad de la población sin distinción de estratos, a quienes se utilizó un instrumento validado a través del criterio de tres expertos y una prueba de confiabilidad con psicometría de Cronbach igual a 0,860, el instrumento posee 60 ítems que recogen datos de las variables satisfacción económica y motivación personal. Los resultados exponen que el 61,8% de encuestados se siente medianamente satisfecho en su economía y el 38,2% altamente satisfecho. Se concluye y demuestra que existe una correlación positiva a moderada entre las variables, satisfacción económica y motivación personal, con coeficiente Rho de Spearman igual a 0,519, además se infiere que existe dependencia directa entre las variables, es decir, a mayor crecimiento de la variable satisfacción económica, mayor motivación personal.

    Description: This book has a series of characteristics that are worth highlighting. It begins its construction with a team of researchers from the Cognition and Representational Development Group of the Research Center of the Universidad del Valle, which articulates several groups such as the Research Group on Evaluation and Quality of Education (Giece); the Education Group, the Cognitive Development, Learning and Teaching Group, and the Cognition and Education Group. Likewise, the three doctoral programs in psychology in the region participate in its elaboration: Universidad del Valle, Universidad de San Buenaventura Cali and Pontificia Universidad Javeriana de Cali. In the first one, the authors were trained and learned that nonlinear dynamical systems can be a conceptual and methodological way to approach the study of cognitive development. The different works that make up the chapters of the book are ascribed to nonlinear dynamical systems, which offer an innovative conceptualization for thinking about developmental psychology in general and cognitive development in particular. This pioneering and committed task of the group materializes in significant advances in the use of methodologies more in line with the conceptual principles assumed.

Así mismo, en su preparación involucra los tres programas de doctorado en psicología de la región: el de la Universidad del Valle, el de la Universidad de San Buenaventura Cali y el de la Pontificia Universidad Javeriana de Cali. En el primero de ellos se formaron los autores y aprendieron que los sistemas dinámicos no lineales pueden ser un camino conceptual y metodológico para abordar el estudio del desarrollo cognitivo. Los distintos trabajos que conforman los capítulos del libro se adscriben a los sistemas dinámicos no lineales, que ofrecen una conceptualización innovadora para pensar la psicología del desarrollo en general y el desarrollo cognitivo en particular. Esta tarea pionera y comprometida del grupo, se concreta en avances significativos en el uso de metodologías más acordes con los principios conceptuales asumidos.

    Description: De acuerdo a leyendas incaicas, a Inicios de los años 1400 hubo una batalla en las afueras del Cusco que cambió el curso de la historia sudamericana. Los chancas, un poderoso grupo étnico de la región de Andahuaytas, habían comenzado un agresivo plan de expansión. Habiendo ya conquistado pequeñas entidades políticas, su ejército habia penetrado profundamente en el territorio de sus tradicionales rivales, los incas. Mediante una serie de maniobras inusuales, los incas derrotaron a las fuerzas invasores chancas y llegaron a transformarse en el grupo más poderoso de los Andes. Muchos investigadores creen quo la derrota do los chancas representa un momento crítico en la histona de Sudamérica, ya que los incas luego continuaron su expansión, estableciendo el más extenso imperio do América. A pesar de la relevancia que habría tenido para la historia sudamericana, hasta hace unos años, el núcleo territorial Chanca había permanecido inexplorado. Consecuentemente, los procesos culturales conducentes al rápido desarrollo de este grupo y la posterior derrota de los mismos a manos de los incas tampoco habían sido investigados. Entre 2001 y 2004, Brian S. Bauer y su equipo de investigación realizaron una prospección arqueológica en la región de Andahuaylas. Este proyecto constituyó una oportunidad sin precedentes para examinar problemas teóricos relativos a la historia y al desarrollo cultural de las sociedades prehispánicas tardías de esta región de los Andes. El libro derivado de dichos trabajos presenta un análisis arqueológico sobre el desarrollo do los chancas y examina su derrota final frente a los incas.

The history of representation tells us of transformations, even epochal ones, relating to ‘drawing’, with all that such transitions entail: suffice it to think of the evolution of forms of representation, of instrumental apparatuses, of the mutability of supports, of the analogical-digital transition underway, of the new modes of communication on platforms, of the hypertrophic offer of images also on the net that confirms Guy Debord’s intuitions relating to the new spectacularisation of society. Similarly, representation triggers transitions in the prefiguration and communication of design, the anticipation and foreshadowing of future events.The challenges posed by the digital pose open questions whose scope can only be glimpsed, such as the relationship between drawing and the act of modelling, and the construction of new paradigms of visual language and communication. ‘Transitions’, almost implicitly, points to possible futures, the evolution of technique and the search for new modes of expression; at the same time, however, it can suggest silences and reflections in a process of connection between history, theory, criticism and construction.

    Description: The analysis experience starts from the fact that the symptom is presented as something in the body that demands an interpretation. There it is inevitable to lead to a judgment about the most intimate thing that lives in each of us; the unveiling of what consciousness would have preferred to reject. At this point, the body, ethics, and tragedy coincide. It is, then, a journey that starts from the question about the points of encounter and disagreement between philosophy and psychoanalysis concerning ethics, tragedy, and the body as a third party that knots said reflection. The relationship between authors such as Aristotle, Nietzsche, Freud, and Lacan is proposed to reach the specifics of the theoretical elaboration of psychoanalysis, finding there the body as an effect of language and, therefore, with a structure marked by the ineffable that is the cause of the symptom.

Es en este punto donde el cuerpo, la ética y la tragedia coinciden.     Description: The volume, dedicated to the 44th International Conference of the Italian Union for Drawing, investigates the theme of ‘Transitions’, which particularly effectively represents our time and the current condition of the discipline of Drawing. The term, beyond its generic meaning of an intermediate stage in a process in which a condition changes from one state to another, has always been used in various fields, from music to geophysics. In fact, the disciplines of drawing have always been confronted with themes and issues relating to transitions from one condition to another. The history of representation tells us of transformations, even epochal ones, relating to ‘drawing’, with all that such transitions entail: suffice it to think of the evolution of forms of representation, of instrumental apparatuses, of the mutability of supports, of the analogical-digital transition underway, of the new modes of communication on platforms, of the hypertrophic offer of images also on the net that confirms Guy Debord’s intuitions relating to the new spectacularisation of society. Similarly, representation triggers transitions in the prefiguration and communication of design, the anticipation and foreshadowing of future events.The challenges posed by the digital pose open questions whose scope can only be glimpsed, such as the relationship between drawing and the act of modelling, and the construction of new paradigms of visual language and communication. ‘Transitions’, almost implicitly, points to possible futures, the evolution of technique and the search for new modes of expression; at the same time, however, it can suggest silences and reflections in a process of connection between history, theory, criticism and construction.

    Description: El actual panorama socio-económico y político de la humanidad, donde la crisis de desigualdad se presenta en todas partes, invita a la sociedad a reflexionar sobre su papel en el mundo. Así, el presente trabajo tiene por objetivo realizar un análisis crítico del contexto desde la filosofía pedagógica ética y solidaria para mejorar la competencia socioafectiva de las personas desde las escuelas y, con ello, de la sociedad. Se plantea como tesis rediseñar el sistema educativo, principalmente peruano, desde un enfoque humanístico, donde los problemas “ajenos” sean entendidos como responsabilidades propias y la pedagogía actúe como agente reivindicativo del ser desde la ética solidaria. La metodología empleada para el presente trabajo fue el enfoque cualitativo de tipo hermenéutico-crítico. Se propone en consecuencia, desde el análisis crítico, la construcción de un nuevo aparato sistémico donde el bienestar colectivo destierre a la individualidad enraizada producto de la globalización, convirtiéndose así la pedagogía solidaria y ética en el aparato reflexivo del ser que busca su emancipación para alcanzar la anhelada equidad social. Se concluye que, ante la necesidad de cambio global, la pedagogía solidaria y ética se perfila como el camino a seguir para el bien común, donde la reflexión interna del ser pase a convertirse en una acción política-colectiva inculcada desde las aulas.

    Description: La educación universitaria se sostiene en tres pilares fundamentales, la enseñanza, la responsabilidad y la investigación, siendo este último uno de los más importantes, ya que la humanidad a través del tiempo ha descubierto muchos conocimientos gracias a la curiosidad del hombre y su interacción con la inteligencia han producido el conocimiento y avance científico y tecnológico a través de la investigación. Por tanto, queda claro la importancia de seguir investigando y formando investigadores, sobre todo en las universidades, y las políticas educativas en el Perú así también lo apuntan a través de la Política de aseguramiento de la Calidad de la Educación Superior Universitaria y el Modelo de Acreditación para Programas de Estudios de Educación Superior Universitaria que consideran a la investigación como un factor clave para alcanzar la calidad. Por ese motivo el presente ensayo tiene por objetivo analizar el factor 7 (investigación, desarrollo tecnológico e innovación) del modelo de acreditación y a la vez proponer actividades que coadyuben al logro de los estándares que lo componen. Los resultados de este análisis señalan la alta responsabilidad que tiene la universidad de dotar recursos suficientes para desarrollar las capacidades investigativas de docentes y estudiantes con el afán de desarrollar proyectos investigación de calidad que respondan a las necesidades del contexto donde se desarrollan. En conclusión, el modelo de acreditación en su factor 7 promueve el desarrollo de la investigación, desarrollo tecnológico e innovación [I+D+i] a través de las investigaciones de docentes, participación de estudiantes y difusión de resultados con el afán no sólo de proporcionar soluciones a los problemas que aqueja a la sociedad sino mejorar la calidad de enseñanza y aprendizaje en las universidades.

    Description: La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la influencia del uso de las Tecnologías de Información y Comunicación (TIC) en la comprensión y producción de textos en los estudiantes del quinto grado de la IEP N°70045 “Chanu Chanu”, Puno. En cuanto a la metodología, la investigación fue de enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo experimental y de diseño cuasiexperimental. La muestra de estudio estuvo conformada por 41 estudiantes de quinto grado. La sección “A” formó parte del grupo experimental, con 19 estudiantes; la sección “B” formó parte del grupo control, con 22 estudiantes. Para el recojo de los datos se utilizó la prueba de entrada y salida. El contraste de la hipótesis se ha realizado mediante la aplicación de la prueba estadística t de Student. La cual se ha estimado mediante el software estadístico Stata 16. Los resultados reportaron que existe una diferencia significativa entre el promedio de las notas del grupo control y experimental en la posprueba, a un nivel de 95% de confianza, ya que el P-valor (0.000) resultó menor que el nivel de significancia (0.05) y el valor de la prueba t calculada (10.7266) resultó mayor que el valor de la prueba t tabulada (1.685) donde existe diferencia significativa entre el promedio de notas del grupo control y experimental en la pos prueba. Por lo tanto, se concluye que el uso de las TIC mejora significativamente el nivel de comprensión y producción de textos en los estudiantes del quinto grado de la IEP N°70045 “Chanu Chanu” de la ciudad de Puno, 2021. Lo cual evidenció que el promedio de las notas de grupo experimental incrementó en comparación al promedio del grupo control.

    Description: Esta obra se concentra en cuatro temas cruciales de la formación de docentes, tanto antes como durante el servicio y en la enseñanza en diferentes áreas y niveles educativos. En primer lugar, se aborda el asunto de las creencias que los docentes tienen sobre el proceso educativo, las cuales parecen influir en la práctica profesional que estos desarrollan y, por lo tanto, deberían recibir la atención explícita de los procesos de formación de docentes que deseen promover prácticas específicas. El segundo tema de la obra es la relación entre la formación de docentes y la política pública que la rige. En particular, se analizan las reformas curriculares implementadas por varias licenciaturas en universidades privadas colombianas, en respuesta a reformas a la normatividad sobre las condiciones de calidad que a las que deben ajustarse todas las licenciaturas del país. El tercer tema analizado es en qué medida los docentes en educación superior van más allá del dominio de su saber disciplinar atribuyendo importancia a la pedagogía, la didáctica y la práctica reflexiva en su propia práctica docente. Finalmente, se discuten aspectos de la formación de docentes relacionados con los procesos vividos y los retos encontrados por los docentes al entrar en la profesión, su socialización en la comunidad docente, sus identidades como maestros y su motivación para ser docentes. Vale la pena señalar que las contribuciones a este libro comparten el uso de metodologías cualitativas y presentan los resultados de historias de vida, entrevistas, observaciones, y análisis documentales, entre otros.

    Description: “Las TIC constituyen un punto de partida y en muchas ocasiones supondrán la diferencia entre la exclusión y la inclusión. Desde esta perspectiva, si no utilizamos tecnologías inclusivas en las aulas, es probable que estemos contribuyendo a dicha exclusión” (Soto, 2013, p. 14). El presente texto ofrece a la comunidad educativa varias experiencias relacionadas al uso de las tecnologías de información y comunicación como recurso de apoyo en la educación de estudiantes con discapacidad, experiencias que surgen como, resultado del proyecto de investigación denominado “Estudio de la Aplicabilidad del Enfoque Ecológico Funcional en la Educación de Estudiantes con Discapacidad en el Ecuador”, ejecutado por el Grupo de Investigación de Educación Inclusiva (GEI) de la Universidad Politécnica Salesiana del Ecuador entre enero de 2016 y junio de 2017. El mencionado proyecto se desarrolló en el marco del curso de formación continua de “Diseño Curricular desde una perspectiva ecológica funcional”, auspiciado por CBM Internacional en el que participaron docentes y directivos de instituciones educativas de todo el país que brindaron su aporte al proyecto como informantes directos y recogiendo información que permitió el análisis del estado de la situación educativa de los estudiantes con discapacidad en el país.

    Description: Las muchas preguntas en torno a la cognición estética, sus potencialidades hermenéuticas, didácticas y pedagógicas, así como sus despliegues creativos en los ámbitos de la educación superior, movilizaron mi interés como investigador-docente y devinieron en provocación que me alentó a vincularme a realizar, conjuntamente con algunos de los integrantes del grupo de investigación Educación y Cultura, de la Facultad de Educación de la Universidad de San Buenaventura Cali, la investigación, a partir de la cual he elaborado esta ponencia. Parto de reconocer que en una gran cantidad de IES los espacios que suelen abrirse para la exploración creadora a través de la cognición estética suelen restringirse a los lenguajes de diferentes disciplinas artísticas y en la práctica se caracterizan por ser espacios fragmentados; habilitados para el despliegue expresivo de los estudiantes y orientados hacia el sano esparcimiento, desconociendo el potencial humanizador, generativo y transdisciplinar de la cognición estética, expresados en la práctica a través de los procesos de la educación por el arte que permean y enriquecen todas las áreas del saber, involucrando activamente el pensar y el sentir como fuente generativa de saberes.

    Description: The volume, dedicated to the 44th International Conference of the Italian Union for Drawing, investigates the theme of ‘Transitions’, which particularly effectively represents our time and the current condition of the discipline of Drawing. The term, beyond its generic meaning of an intermediate stage in a process in which a condition changes from one state to another, has always been used in various fields, from music to geophysics. In fact, the disciplines of drawing have always been confronted with themes and issues relating to transitions from one condition to another. The history of representation tells us of transformations, even epochal ones, relating to ‘drawing’, with all that such transitions entail: suffice it to think of the evolution of forms of representation, of instrumental apparatuses, of the mutability of supports, of the analogical-digital transition underway, of the new modes of communication on platforms, of the hypertrophic offer of images also on the net that confirms Guy Debord’s intuitions relating to the new spectacularisation of society. Similarly, representation triggers transitions in the prefiguration and communication of design, the anticipation and foreshadowing of future events.The challenges posed by the digital pose open questions whose scope can only be glimpsed, such as the relationship between drawing and the act of modelling, and the construction of new paradigms of visual language and communication. ‘Transitions’, almost implicitly, points to possible futures, the evolution of technique and the search for new modes of expression; at the same time, however, it can suggest silences and reflections in a process of connection between history, theory, criticism and construction.
