    Beschreibung / Inhaltsverzeichnis: This volume - the first of six - launches the first comprehensive English-language flora of the Russian Arctic. Flora of the Russian Arctic translates Arkticheskaya Flora SSSR, the authoritative work of botanists of the Komarov Botanical Institute prepared under the editorship of A. I. Trolmachev and B. A. Yurtsev. This unexcerpted translation was prepared by distinguished systematist G. C. D: Griffiths under the editorship of J. G. Packer, Professor Emeritus of Botany at the University of Alberta. It represents the first time this work has been made available in a language other than Russian. This first volue of Flora of the Russian Arctic describes the thirteen families here listed. Together, the six volumes will treat some 360 genera, 1650 species and 220 infraspecific taxa, including many new combinations and previously undescribed species and subspecies. Detailed keys to genera and species and the original distribution maps complement the species discussions. The Russian Arctic spans 145 degrees of longitude, from the Barents Sea to the Bering Strait. The comprehensive content and accomplished scholarship of this work, along with the size of the area covered, make Flora of the Russian Arctic an essential part of every botanical library.

Flora of the Russian Arctic translates Arkticheskaya Flora SSSR, the authoritative work of botanists of the komarov Botanical Institute prepared under the editorship of A. I. Tolmachev and B. A. Yurtsev. This unexcerpted translation was prepared by distinguished systematist G. C. D. Griffiths under the editorship of J. G. Packer, Professor Emeritus of Botany at the University of Alberta. It represents the first time this work has been made available in a language other than Russian. This third volume of Flora of the Russian Arctic describes the nine families here listed.     Beschreibung / Inhaltsverzeichnis: The authors completed collecting and arranging plates of photomicrographs for common pollen and spores in Quaternary strata. Given China's vast territory, complex vegetation types, a variety of plants, and polen grains with similar morphology probably produced by different plant species in different regions. We have organized this book's photomicrographs of pollen grains and spores in the division of China into five regions, i.e. northwest,northern, southeast, south and southwest China. Photomicrographs of pollen grains and spores in each region are arranged by plant classification system i.e. in order of algae, bryophyte, pteridophyte, gymnosperm, and angiosperm. All 409 plates of color photomicrographs for pollen grains and spores are finally illustrated and described.

    Beschreibung: El análisis semiótico de la diégesis o historia relatada y la actorialización o distribución de los actores del discurso en Ilona llega con la lluvia permite dilucidar la desesperanza como el hilo conductor de la novela, el cual es develado por el relato que hacen los personajes de sus recuerdos. En mi lectura, daré cuenta del componente argumental como universo diégetico donde se desarrolla la trama, así como el componente actoral, donde se localizan los actores Maqroll, Ilona y Larissa, y las acciones que estos realizan y que los afectan. La actorialización definirá, además, cómo estos actores se relacionan con las isotopías semánticas de la nostalgia como sentimiento siempre presente de lo gozado en un pasado feliz, la muerte como experiencia propia y la conciencia de la propia destrucción como correlato necesario de la vida.

    Beschreibung: The surge in public debt during the recent pandemic crisis has made high debt a prominent policy issue. Italy is an interesting case study since it has experienced high levels of debt for a significant part of its history. This article revisits the history of Italian public debts in the inter-war period. Italy emerged from WWI with public debt that peaked around 160 percent of GDP. In the mid-1920s a significant reduction of public debt occurred, in concomitance with a regime of fiscal austerity and two restructuring agreements that wiped more than 80 percent of Italian foreign debts. By the early 1930s, the US reaction to the Great Depression that opposed any form of international cooperation, led to an Italian default on war debts in 1934 and a move toward autarky.

After a meeting with him in Cortona, Helle Busacca, a poet and writer from Messina, began drafting an epistolary diary dedicated to Corrado Pavolini, a well-known intellectual and film director of Tuscan origins with whom she had been in love for over twenty years. Through the so far unpublished pages she dedicated to “una storia senza storia” (“a story without history"), the writer brings to life an incandescent theatre of the self, in which the dramatization of personal experience, the self-representative elaboration and the expression of a living and restless inner self combine in a mixture of strongly hybrid characters, which is conveyed by a disruptive communicative force. As the desperately pursued interlocutor becomes increasingly evanescent and unreachable, the voice of a modern tragic heroine emerges unmistakably between claim and confession.

A strategic project that plans to reactivate the covered section of the Naviglio Martesana and the Cerchia Interna, reuniting Adda and Ticino rivers, and give new life to the great Renaissance project that Leonardo himself had worked on. In its methodological approach and in the specific outcome achieved, we can recognize elements of continuity with Leonardo’s thinking and contribute to a territorialist reflection on its current relevance.

    Beschreibung: En 1983 Pere Gimferrer publicó su primera novela, Fortuny. Según Octavio Paz, con este unicum literario, el poeta barcelonés reinventa el género novelesco 
con pinturas verbales que capturan fragmentos de un mundo artístico perdido. En este estudio se reconstruye por primera vez la génesis y la recepción de esta novela singular, teniendo en cuenta el (doble) impacto (y algunas polémicas) que causó en las letras hispánicas (catalana y castellana). Proponiendo un análisis narratológico, se desvelan las referencias literarias y cinematográficas del imaginario complejo de toda la producción gimferriana.

    Beschreibung: The validation of the Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD) and Biochemical Oxygen Demand (BOD) was carried out. In the first, a potassium acid phthalate standard and a spectrophotometric detection method were used, and for the second, the reading of samples was implemented by membrane electrode, a standard glutamic acid-glucose solution and incubation for 5 days at 20 ± 1ºC. Parameters were determined as linearity, precision, accuracy, sensitivity, limit of detection and quantification. It was demonstrated through experimental design and statistical procedures that methods can be used with sensitivity and confidence. Detection and quantification limits of 46.2 and 100 mg/L for COD and 2.78 and 4.71 mg / L for BOD were reached. In both tests a coefficient of variation for repeatability and reproducibility between 0.001 - 0.055% and 0.001 - 0.022% was evidenced; in accuracy, error and recovery percentages were obtained between 0.04 - 3.39% and 95.0 and 103% respectively.

En la primera se utilizó estándar de ftalato ácido de potasio y un método de detección espectrofotométrico y para la segunda, se implementó la lectura de muestras por electrodo de membrana, una solución estándar de glucosa-ácido glutámico e incubación por cinco días a 20±1ºC. Se determinaron parámetros como linealidad, precisión, exactitud, sensibilidad, límite de detección y cuantificación. Se demostró mediante el diseño experimental y los procedimientos estadísticos que se pueden emplear los métodos con sensibilidad y confianza. Se alcanzaron límites de detección y cuantificación de 46.2 y 100 mg/L para DQO y 2.78 y 4.71 mg/L para DBO. En ambas pruebas se evidenció un coeficiente de variación para repetibilidad y reproducibilidad entre el 0.001 - 0.055% y 0.001 – 0.022%; en la exactitud se obtuvieron porcentajes de error y recuperación entre el 0.04 – 3.39% y 95.0 y 103% respectivamente.

El diseño fue cuasi-experimental; la población fueron 32 niños, considerando como muestra a 29 de acuerdo con los criterios de selección; las variables estudiadas fueron: conocimiento, higiene bucal, lesiones cariosas activas, potencial cariogénico. Se aplicó un programa sobre higiene bucal, asesoría dietética e intervención con fluoruro diamino de plata (38%) y flúor barniz (5%) con controles a los 60 días. Se halló en el pre test que el 69.0% de la muestra tenía un conocimiento malo, el 44,8% tenía una higiene bucal, el 100% tenía un potencial cariogénico moderado, una frecuencia de 45,7% de lesiones cariosas en dentina y 24, 1% de lesiones cariosas activas en esmalte; mientras que en el post-test el 69,0% de los niños tuvieron un conocimiento bueno, el 65,5% una higiene bucal buena, el 100% tuvo un potencial cariogénico leve y una frecuencia de 16,4% y 3,9% de lesiones cariosas activas en dentina y esmalte respectivamente. Se concluye que el programa tuvo un efecto favorable sobre la salud oral de los niños de una Aldea Infantil del ámbito rural.

    Beschreibung: The 43rd UID conference, held in Genova, takes up the theme of ‘Dialogues’ as practice and debate on many fundamental topics in our social life, especially in these complex and not yet resolved times. The city of Genova offers the opportunity to ponder on the value of comparison and on the possibilities for the community, naturally focused on the aspects that concern us, as professors, researchers, disseminators of knowledge, or on all the possibile meanings of the discipline of representation and its dialogue with ‘others’, which we have broadly catalogued in three macro areas: History, Semiotics, Science / Technology. Therefore, “dialogue” as a profitable exchange based on a common language, without which it is impossible to comprehend and understand one another; and the graphic sign that connotes the conference is the precise transcription of this concept: the title ‘translated’ into signs, derived from the visual alphabet designed for the visual identity of the UID since 2017. There are many topics which refer to three macro sessions: - Witnessing (signs and history) - Communicating (signs and semiotics) - Experimenting (signs and sciences) Thanks to the different points of view, an exceptional resource of our disciplinary area, we want to try to outline the prevailing theoretical-operational synergies, the collaborative lines of an instrumental nature, the recent updates of the repertoires of images that attest and nourish the relations among representation, history, semiotics, sciences.

En el curso a la par simpático y acucioso de este ensayo impecable de historia oral, pautado por las preguntas hechas por los investigadores, va reconstruyéndose el itinerario, los años de formación y de aprendizaje, las ideas rectoras y la génesis de este eminente historiador, investigador, escritor, maestro y creador de instituciones, "caudillo y empresario cultural" (para aludir a las expresiones acuñadas por su biógrafo Enrique Krauze), que fue don Daniel Cosío Villegas.

    Beschreibung: A partir del regreso definitivo de Juan D. Perón a la Argentina, el 20 de junio de 1973, el nivel de violencia política y represión fue progresivamente en aumento hasta alcanzar niveles inéditos en los meses cercanos al golpe de Estado de 1976. Esta investigación se aboca al estudio de ese proceso destinado a “depurar” la “infiltración” marxista en el interior del Movimiento Peronista. Para ello, realiza un acercamiento al problema desde un estudio de caso local. Se trata del abogado y militante peronista José Antonio Pastor Deleroni, que en la actualidad es considerado, oficialmente, la primera víctima de la Triple A en el ex partido de General Sarmiento (provincia de Buenos Aires). Tito Deleroni fue asesinado junto con su esposa, Nélida Arana, el 27 de noviembre de 1973. Este doble crimen fue señalado para dar cuenta del clima previo al golpe de Estado: la existencia a nivel local de una fuerte activación política y la acción represiva ejercida contra ella desde los sectores más reaccionarios del peronismo.

También es un hecho que el sentido de utilidad del conocimiento, el papel de la innovación de las ciencias ha cobrado fuerza y valor situando a las Humanidades en niveles cada vez más distantes aparentemente, de los centros de toda de decisiones en los problemas de nuestro tiempo (Acevedo y Prada Dussán, 2017). En la actualidad la atención del pensamiento está centrado en “en un ‘enfoque orientado al mercado’, que favorece las ciencias biológicas, médicas y tecnológicas, y ha ayudado a reforzar una jerarquía disciplinaria en la que (…) [las] artes y Humanidades han luchado por llamar la atención” Hazelkorn (2015, p. 1).
