    Description: I presented the first study of the SFH of LSB galaxies by using integrated spectra. The analyzed sample was derived during a search for LSBs in the HDFS. The selection was done using a new method based on the locations of the galaxies in the colorcolor diagrams. As shown by Haberzettl (1999), the LSB galaxies in the colorcolor diagrams do not follow the redshift tracks built by the HSB galaxies.     Description: Bei der Suche nach AGN im Optischen/UV werden kaum staubgerötete Objekte gefunden. Jedoch ist vom Radio/Röntgen-Bereich die Existenz solcher AGN bekannt. Da der obskurierende Staub die absorbierte Energie im Infraroten re-emittiert, wird der ISOCAM Parallel Survey bei 6.7 Mikrometern mit dem Two Micron All Sky Survey kombiniert. Anhand geeigneter Vergleichsquellen konnten 77 AGN Kandidaten selektiert werden. Mittels optischer Spektroskopie werden verschiedene AGN Typen, einschl. staubverhüllter Objekte gefunden. Die optisch bestimmte Anzahldichte von AGN muss wegen der Population roter Quasare revidiert werden. Im rötesten ISO-2MASS Quasar ist das AGN Kontinuum durch einen kompakten Absorber beeinflusst. Die Typ 2 AGN weisen eine grosse Vielfalt auf und sind aufgrund von Obskuration um einen Faktor drei unterrepräsentiert. Der ISO-2MASS AGN Survey ist eine effiziente Methode AGN unabhängig von ihrem Typ oder dem Grad der Obskuration zu finden.
