    Description: The present work starts from the problem when investigating how the same penalty for the crime of Fraudulent Embezzlement affects the principle of proportionality, so it is necessary to refer to Article 387 of the Penal Code, which reads as follows: The public official or servant who appropriates or uses, in any form, for himself or for another, funds or effects whose collection, administration or custody are entrusted to him by reason of his position, shall be punished with deprivation of liberty for not less than two nor more than eight years. It is an aggravating circumstance if the funds or effects were destined for welfare purposes or social support programs. In these cases, the prison sentence shall be not less than four nor more than ten years. According to the Plenary Agreement No. 4-2005/CJ-116, Plenary Jurisdiction of the Permanent and Transitory Criminal Chambers of the Supreme Court of Justice, the elements of the criminal offense of embezzlement are (i) the existence of a functional relationship, (ii) the collection, administration or custody, (iii) appropriation or use, (iv) the recipient: for himself or for a third party, (v) funds and effects. The result was that when punishing with the same penalty in the crime of Fraudulent Misappropriation in its modality of appropriation and use, despite the differences if we appreciate them from a patrimonial perspective or from the perspective of safeguarding the right of property of the public entity, in the modality of use there is an excess in the penalization, affecting the principle of proportionality, reason for which it should have a different treatment.

    Description: El presente trabajo se inicia del problema cuando se investiga de qué manera al sancionar con una misma pena en el delito de Peculado Doloso afecta el principio de proporcionalidad, por lo que es necesario remitirnos al artículo 387 del Código Penal, cuyo tenor es como sigue: El funcionario o servidor público que se apropia o utiliza, en cualquier forma, para sí o para otro, caudales o efectos cuya percepción, administración o custodia le estén confiados por razón de su cargo, será reprimido con pena privativa de la libertad no menor de dos ni mayor de ocho años. Constituye circunstancia agravante si los caudales o efectos estuvieran destinados a fines asistenciales o a programas de apoyo social. En estos casos, la pena privativa de la libertad será no menor de cuatro ni mayor de diez años. Según lo establecido por el Acuerdo Plenario N.° 4-2005/CJ-116, Pleno jurisdiccional de las Salas Penales Permanentes y Transitoria de la Corte Suprema de Justicia, los elementos del tipo penal de peculado son (i) la existencia de una relación funcional, (ii) la percepción, administración o custodia, (iii) apropiación o utilización, (iv) el destinatario: para sí o para un tercero, (v) caudales y efectos. El resultado fue que al sancionar con una misma pena en el delito de Peculado Doloso en su modalidad de apropiación y utilización visten de igual contenido de ilicitud, pese a las diferencias si las apreciamos desde una perspectiva patrimonialista o de salvaguarda del derecho de propiedad del ente público, en la modalidad de utilizar existe un exceso en la penalización afectándose el principio de proporcionalidad, razón por la cual debe tener un tratamiento distinto.

Angelehnt an die grundlegenden Forschungen Dieter Langewiesches hinterfragen zehn Experten eine der wirkmächtigsten Meistererzählungen der Geschichtswissenschaft. Dabei gehen sie weit über den traditionellen mitteleuropäischen Forschungsrahmen hinaus und untersuchen Beispiele revolutionärer Erhebungen in Süd- und Osteuropa ebenso wie die Entwicklungen auf dem amerikanischen Kontinent.     Description: Kvotesystemet er det sentrale fiskeripolitiske virkemidlet for utnytting og fordeling av våre viltlevende marine fiskeressurser. Systemet består av flere deler eller reguleringssystemer som til sammen danner en rettslig ramme for tilgangen til å høste av og tjene på fellesskapets ressurser. Ved endringene av havressurslova og deltakerloven i 2021 har vi fått et nytt kvotesystem. I denne boken nøyer forfatteren seg ikke med å fremstille gjeldende fiskerilover og forskrifter i det nye kvotesystemet, men har en bredere tilnærming til temaet. Analysen gir blant annet leseren kunnskap om rettsfeltet slik dette er vokst frem over tid; status for endringer i virkemiddelbruken på rettsfeltet, særlig i kjølvannet av Stortingets behandling av kvotemeldingen, Meld. St. 32 (2018–2019), i 2020 og endring av kvotesystemet i 2021 ved lov 5. mars 2021 nr. 7; legitimitetsutfordringen på rettsfeltet med utgangspunkt i et rettferdighetskonsept; delegasjon av lovgivningsmyndighet; og rekkevidden av diskrimineringsforbud i norsk rett ved lukkinger av kystfiskeri.

    Description: Feminicide has become a problem of general interest due to its high impact on the Colombian population; in this sense, this phenomenon was studied to characterize it in the departments of Huila and Tolima, which is why for the researchers it is essential to make this problem visible, pointing out the conditions framing violence against women from this macho culture that prevails in the region and country. The topic is of special interest since a review of press articles, epidemiological reports, local statements, and research on femicide in the two departments was carried out, seeking to make this phenomenon more visible to show the country’s reality so that it can be reported on. The results show that there is no research on the subject, which makes it possible to initiate a database with studies on femicide. Similarly, the National Institute of Legal Medicine and Forensic Sciences (2016) considers that the data described on homicide in 2015 and in previous years have decreased in magnitude over the years. The analysis of the variables realizes that the risk factors triggering the violent events that determine homicide have not been neutralized, reduced, or controlled, considering that public policy on security and citizen coexistence has been insufficient.

    Description: El Feminicidio se ha convertido en un problema de interés general por su alta afectación a la población colombiana, en tal sentido se estudió este fenómeno para caracterizarlo en los departamentos del Huila y Tolima, es por esta razón que para las investigadoras resulta fundamental visibilizar esta problemática, señalando las condiciones que enmarcan la violencia contra la mujer desde esta cultura machista que impera en la región y en el país. El tema reviste especial interés toda vez que se realizó una revisión de artículos de prensa, informes epidemiológicos, pronunciamientos locales e investigaciones frente al feminicio en los dos departamentos, buscando visibilizar con mayor fuerza este fenómeno a fin de mostrar la realidad al país para que se informe sobre éste. Los resultados evidencian la no existencia de investigaciones al respecto, lo que permite iniciar una base de datos con estudios acerca del feminicidio. De igual forma, el Instituto Nacional de Medicina Legal (2016) considera que los datos descritos sobre el homicidio en el año 2015 y en años anteriores han disminuido en magnitud año tras año, el análisis de las variables da cuenta que los factores de riesgo que desencadenan los hechos violentos que determinan el homicidio no han sido neutralizados, reducidos o controlados, considerando que política pública de seguridad y convivencia ciudadana ha sido insuficiente.

    Description: In Swiss administrative law, the nullity of (state) acts that have legal effects has so far been decided on the basis of the evidence theory. This work contrasts the theory of evidence with the constitutional concept of nullity, which dogmatically repositions the concept of nullity and anchors it constitutionally in the principle of legality. The concept of cognizance of nullity is introduced for the power of an authority applying the law to determine the nullity of a legal act. The work discusses the procedural channels in which the cognizance of nullity can be exercised. In addition to the new dogmatic foundation of nullity, it provides a review scheme that is intended to contribute to more predictable decisions and thus to legal certainty.
    Description: Über die Nichtigkeit von (Staats-)Akten, die auf Rechtswirkungen gerichtet sind, wurde im schweizerischen Verwaltungsrecht bislang anhand der Evidenztheorie entschieden. Diese Arbeit stellt der Evidenztheorie den verfassungsunmittelbaren Nichtigkeitsbegriff entgegen, der das Konzept der Nichtigkeit dogmatisch neu verortet und im Legalitätsprinzip verfassungsrechtlich verankert. Für die Befugnis einer rechtsanwendenden Behörde, die Nichtigkeit eines Rechtsakts festzustellen, wird der Begriff der Nichtigkeitskognition eingeführt. Die Arbeit bespricht die verfahrensrechtlichen Bahnen, in denen die Nichtigkeitskognition ausgeübt werden kann. Nebst dem neuen dogmatischen Fundament der Nichtigkeit stellt sie ein Prüfschema zur Verfügung, das zu voraussehbareren Entscheiden und damit zur Rechtssicherheit beitragen soll.

    Description: The Faculty of Philosophy and Letters in Madrid commissioned Marcelino Menéndez Pelayo and Nicolás Salmerón to write a report on the royal decrees that reduced university staffing levels, given by virtue of the authorisations granted by the Budget Law of 30 June 1892. The text of the opinion is reproduced together with some extracts from a well-known book by the professor from the Central University (Historia de los heterodoxos españoles) which help to understand the context of the message. It thus serves to document the extent of an opinion, which is not confined to a single group - the Krausist group - but is shared by other sectors that conceive of the university as something more than an administrative office. The key ideas are: the immobility of the teaching staff; an ideal of family life geared towards scientific research; the demand for autonomy - freedom of action - for the university body; the conception of the university as the representative of national culture; the promotion of scientific and not only professional faculties; the intervention of the university in the choice of its staff; the elimination of course exams... In short, it rejected "the trampling importation of the French centralist regime" and called for emancipation from excessive official tutelage.

    Description: La Facultad de Filosofía y Letras de Madrid comisionó a Marcelino Menéndez Pelayo y a Nicolás Salmerón para redactar un informe sobre los reales decretos que reducían las plantillas de las universidades, dados en virtud de las autorizaciones concedidas por la Ley de Presupuestos de 30 de junio de 1892. Se reproduce el texto del dictamen junto a unos fragmentos de un conocido libro del profesor de la Central (Historia de los heterodoxos españoles) que ayudan a comprender el contexto del mensaje. Sirve así para documentar la extensión de una opinión, que no se circunscribe a un solo grupo –el krausista– sino que es compartida por otros sectores que conciben la universidad como algo más que una oficina administrativa. Las ideas clave son: la inamovilidad profesoral; un ideal de vida familiar encaminada a la indagación científica; la exigencia de autonomía –libertad de acción– para el cuerpo universitario; la concepción de la universidad como representante de la cultura nacional; el fomento de las facultades científicas y no solo profesionales; la intervención de la universidad en la elección de su personal; la eliminación de los exámenes de curso... En definitiva, se rechaza “la atropellada importación del régimen centralista francés” y se reclama la emancipación de la excesiva tutela oficial.

    Description: Engativá is one of the 21 political-administrative divisions of the Capital District of Bogotá (Colombia), and is distinguished by its urban composition, a high population density and its soils dedicated mainly to residential, commercial and industrial use. However, this territory is also characterized by the presence of ecosystems rich in biodiversity that are threatened by factors associated with urbanization and the effects of climate change. In this locality there are three urban wetlands of RAMSAR category: Juan Amarillo, Jaboque and Santa María del Lago, in addition, in terms of water management, by the administrative jurisdiction of Engativá is a portion of land of the basins of the Bogotá River and the Salitre River. On the other hand, among the green areas that make up the urban fabric, such as neighborhood parks, complementary conservation areas such as the botanical garden and La Florida Regional Park stand out. In relation to these urban ecosystems, which are part of the Main Ecological Structure of the Capital District and its environmental region, this book contains an analysis of each of these components, highlighting elements of their historical trajectory, specialized legal regulations and a description of specific challenges. One of the purposes of the systematization of information collected here is to make evident the nuances of the environmental urban planning managed in the administrative jurisdiction of Engativá: a place where urban vitality and nature converge in a fragile balance, marked by a complex trajectory of environmental degradation and adoption of the inhabitants to the territory.

    Description: Engativá es una de las 21 divisiones político – administrativas del Distrito Capital de Bogotá (Colombia), y se distingue por su composición urbana, una alta densidad poblacional y sus suelos dedicados principalmente al uso residencial, comercial e industrial. No obstante, este territorio también es caracterizable por la presencia de ecosistemas ricos en biodiversidad que se encuentran amenazados por factores asociados a la urbanización y los efectos del cambio climático. En esta localidad se encuentran tres humedales urbanos de categoría RAMSAR: Juan Amarillo, Jaboque y Santa María del Lago, además, en materia de ordenamiento hídrico, por la jurisdicción administrativa de Engativá se encuentra una porción de terreno de las cuencas del río Bogotá y del río salitre. Por otra parte, entre las áreas verdes constitutivas del tejido urbano como los parques de carácter vecinal, sobresalen las áreas complementarias para la conservación como el jardín botánico y el Parque regional La Florida. En relación con estos ecosistemas urbanos, que hacen parte de la Estructura Ecológica Principal del Distrito Capital y su región ambiental, el presente libro contiene un análisis de cada uno de estos componentes, resaltando elementos de su trayectoria histórica, las regulaciones jurídicas especializadas y una descripción de los desafíos específicos. Uno de los propósitos de la sistematización de información aquí recogida es hacer evidentes los matices del ordenamiento urbano ambiental gestionado en la jurisdicción administrativa de Engativá: un lugar donde convergen la vitalidad urbana y la naturaleza en un equilibrio frágil, marcado por una trayectoria compleja de degradación ambiental y adoptación de los habitantes al territorio.

    Description: Despite the opposition of two parties - first the Whigs and the Tories, then the Liberals and the Conservatives - 19th century Britain was characterized by a political culture of moderation. The bearers of this political culture were a group of politicians who always sought the middle way between the extremes and were known as Liberal Tories or Liberal Conservatives. This book fills a research gap by examining the development of this British Liberal Conservatism in the period from 1750 to 1850, first looking at Edmund Burke's political philosophy and then showing how the Liberal Tories and Liberal Conservatives who followed him drew on his thinking. It shows how politicians such as George Canning and Sir Robert Peel, based on Burke and the political philosophy of the "Old Whigs", pursued a centrist policy that was always oriented towards the virtues of moderation and prudence. The book thus sheds light on the conservative variant of liberalism that characterized Great Britain throughout the 19th century.

It must be understood that in Latin America, where the countries are less developed, violence occurs against women and this does not have a real index, because most of them do not make it known that they are victims of violence. In the Ecuadorian State there are several types of violence that are known by the Public Prosecutor's Office, the cases of physical violence and psychological violence are the ones that are related to each other, that is to say, physical and psychological aggression. In Ecuador with the reform of the Organic Integral Penal Code in 2019 and its subsequent validity and application in June 2020, the implementation of new legal mechanisms to suspend the substantiation of the process in matters of violence against women or members of the family nucleus, as special procedures to solve the problems of this matter is given, considering that the constitutional norm establishes that the State will guarantee the victim the punishment of the aggressor through special procedures in relation to violence.

En el Ecuador con la reforma del Código Orgánico Integral Penal en el año 2019 y su posterior vigencia y aplicación en mes en el mes de junio del 2020, se da la implementación de nuevos mecanismos legales para suspender la sustanciación del proceso en materia de violencia contra la mujer o miembros del núcleo familiar, como procedimientos especiales para solucionar los problemas de esta materia considerando que la norma constitucional establece que el Estado garantizará a la víctima la sanción del agresor mediante procedimientos especiales en relación a la violencia.

The memoirs in which, throughout most of his life, he recorded these and other public and private events, remained unpublished as a whole until now. Beyond the editorial history of this code, to which they have contributed, their possibilities remained untapped for knowledge of the mechanics of access and promotion within the judicial machinery or of the social customs of his privileged estate, among other inquisitive aspects.

    Description: Valentín Ortigosa, born in 1784 in Arriate (Málaga), emigrated to Mexico in 1803, where he was ordained a priest. He returned to Spain in 1810. His biography will reflect the events that took place in those years of the 19th century in which he lived, especially the problems that arose in the relations between Rome and Madrid as the representative system was being established. Although he would never occupy a relevant public position, Ortigosa moved in the circle of Agustín Argüelles, or José María de Calatrava; he enjoyed the favor of the queen governor María Cristina and his political opinions, especially in relation to the independence of the American countries, found echo in the press. Presented by the Regent to be bishop of Malaga in 1836, being suspended in fact the relations between the crown of Spain and Rome, his designation was not confirmed, but he was named capitular vicar and this allowed him to rule the Diocese without having been consecrated bishop; he became one of the "intrusive bishops". Due to denunciations of the Chapter of Malaga, a case was opened against him before the Tribunal of the Archbishopric of Seville. Later the appeal of force that Ortigosa raised before the Audience of Seville, and its execution by the Supreme Court ended up giving rise to the rupture of the relationship with the Holy See with the closing of the Nunciature of Madrid in January of 1841. This case and its repercussions are studied in detail in this book, both from the juridical, civil and canonical point of view, as well as from the political point of view. The documentation collected from newspaper archives and from numerous archives, both Spanish and Roman, has made it possible to analyze the consequences of the question of the so-called "intruders" starting from the case of Valentín Ortigosa, a character whose notoriety in these years contrasts with the oblivion of his name after disappearing from public life in 1843.

Mas tarde el recurso de fuerza que Ortigosa planteó ante la Audiencia de Sevilla, y su ejecución por el Tribunal Supremo acabó dando lugar a la ruptura de la relación con la Santa Sede con el cierre de la Nunciatura de Madrid en enero de 1841. Esta causa y sus repercusiones son estudiadas con detenimiento en este libro, tanto desde el punto de vista jurídico, civil y canónico, como desde la óptica política. La documentación recogida de hemerotecas y de numerosos archivos, españoles y de Roma, ha permitido analizar las consecuencias de la cuestión de los llamados “intrusos” a partir del caso de Valentín Ortigosa, un personaje cuya notoriedad en estos años contrasta con el olvido de su nombre tras desaparecer de la vida pública en 1843.

    Description: At the end of the 19th century, Spain enjoyed a favorable climate for developing true freedom of the press, a right recognized in Article 13 of the Constitution of 1876 and developed through the Printing Police Law of 1883. However, throughout the period of the Bourbon Restoration (1883-1923), the Spanish government, represented by the conservative and liberal parties that peacefully took turns in power, adopted a series of measures that distorted the longed-for freedom of Spanish publications. The political and social events characteristic of this period (especially the terrorism of the end of the 19th century, the colonial conflicts in Cuba and Morocco or the influence of the regionalisms of the 20th century), had a notable influence on the actions of the public authorities. The latter used different legal instruments (the approval of different laws limiting freedom, the frequent declaration of the suspension of constitutional guarantees or the multiple sentences imposed through the ordinary courts), and other indirect mechanisms (the reptile funds or the sending of guidelines to newspapers under the threat of suspension or suppression of the newspapers), which served to establish a regime of information control, especially severe with the press that did not follow the guidelines of the liberal regime in place, and which left the liberal Printing Press Law practically without effect.

Sin embargo, a lo largo del período de la Restauración borbónica (1883-1923), el Gobierno español, representado por el partido conservador y el liberal que se turnaban pacíficamente en el poder, adoptó una serie de medidas que distorsionaron la ansiada libertad de las publicaciones españolas. Los acontecimientos políticos y sociales característicos de esta etapa (especialmente, el terrorismo de finales del siglo XIX, los conflictos coloniales en Cuba y Marruecos o la influencia de los regionalismos del siglo XX), influyeron de forma notable en la actuación del poder público. Este utilizó distintos instrumentos legales (la aprobación de distintas leyes que limitaban la libertad, la frecuente declaración de la suspensión de garantías constitucionales o las múltiples condenas impuestas a través de los tribunales ordinarios), y otros mecanismos indirectos (los fondos de reptiles o el envío de orientaciones a los periódicos bajo la amenaza de la suspensión o la supresión de los periódicos), que les sirvieron para establecer un régimen de control informativo, especialmente severo con la prensa que no seguía las directrices del régimen liberal instaurado, y que dejó prácticamente sin efecto la Ley de Imprenta liberal.

    Description: Castles and nobility in the Middle Ages are not only considered together in historical research. For the lower nobility in particular, the possession of castles was decisive for the social positioning of the respective noble family. In order to sharpen this connection, the dissertation looks at both together and examines the concrete significance of castles in the formation phase of the lower nobility between 1250 and 1400. The focus of the regional and interdisciplinary study is on noble families and their castles from the area around the Counts of Helfenstein in the region between Geislingen an der Steige and Blaubeuren in the Swabian Alb. It examines aristocratic strategies of homemaking, of positioning themselves in the world. The center of this positioning was the castle. It appears as a spatial and social point of reference, which was important in almost every area of aristocratic life: it was the hub and nucleus of (the exercise of) power, the center of social group affiliations as well as the stage and medium of cultural participation. Castle thus means far more than just the building stock that has possibly survived to this day, but the overall social and spatial phenomenon of a center with many functions. Access to this multifunctional 'castle' phenomenon opened up a wide range of possibilities for the lower nobility and thus opportunities to position themselves in all areas of aristocratic affiliation. In this way, castles can be described as a socio-cultural resource in the sense of the concept of the Collaborative Research Center 1070 RESOURCE CULTURES.

Die Untersuchung beginnt beim Augsburger Reichstag von 1555, um die grundlegende Bedeutung der dort unter maßgeblicher Beeinflussung durch Ferdinand erzielten Ergebnisse für seine künftige Haltung und Politik als Kaiser darzutun. Sie behandelt in den folgenden Kapiteln neben seiner Reichspolitik und seiner "Außenpolitik", die auf Bewahrung des Friedens angelegt waren, seine Konzilspolitik, die in seinen Initiativen zur Einberufung und seiner kritischen Begleitung der dritten Periode des Trienter Konzils fassbar ist, und seine Auffassung vom Kaisertum.     Description: The life and miracles of St. Elisabeth of Thuringia are the subject of the 'Life of Elisabeth' by the Eisenach council scribe Johannes Rothe (ca. 1360-1434). Rothe, who had already written spiritual works and three extensive chronicles ('Eisenacher Stadtchronik', 'Thüringische Landeschronik' and 'Weltchronik'), offers a comprehensive rendition of the chronicle and legendary tradition in the rhyming verse legend of over 4,000 verses, whereby, in addition to the chronicles, he particularly exploits the Latin Vita of Dietrich von Apolda. In the formal connection to the legends of the saints and the orientation towards chronicles in terms of content, Rothe adopts a cross-genre standpoint. Elisabeth's life is integrated into the genealogy of the landgrave's dynasty and thus becomes part of the landgrave's memorial culture. In the history of the text's reception, with numerous copies up to the 18th century, there is evidence of corresponding emphases: the work was used partly as a devotional book and partly as part of the dynastic memoria of the Thuringian dynasty.

    Description: Dieser Sammelband setzt sich mit den Deutschlandbildern in Belgien bis zum Beginn der deutschen Okkupation im Jahre 1940 auseinander. Betrachtet werden diese aus Sicht unterschiedlicher Geisteswissenschaften wie Philosophie, Literatur, Geschichte, Kunstgeschichte und Musikwissenschaft. Die traditionellen Topoi der deutschen Imagologie, die überall in Europa eine große Resonanz gefunden haben (das romantische Deutschland, das Land der Dichter und Denker, aber ab dem Krieg von 1870 auch das preußische Feindbild), werden dabei in Betracht gezogen. Konstitutiv für den Prozess der Identitätsbildung in Belgien bis zum Ersten Weltkrieg war die deutsch-germanische Komponente, die in der Metapher der sog. âme belge als Kultursynthese zum Ausdruck kam. Der Ausbruch des Ersten Weltkriegs hat hier besonders traumatisch gewirkt, was zur Folge hatte, dass diese partielle „Zugehörigkeit“ Belgiens zur deutschen Kultursphäre drastisch neuevaluiert wurde, unabhängig von der Schaffung eines deutschsprachigen Gebiets in Belgien durch den Versailler Vertrag.

    Description: The reading experience and the self-referential stories of children between five and six years of age presented in this booklet are the result of the work elaborated by the transition students of the Franciscan School of Pius XII, within the framework of the activities of the psychology professional practice project, whose purpose was to approach narratives and stories as an excuse to navigate through the subjective productions elaborated from the reading experience. The elaboration of the stories allowed the construction of a space to relate personal events considered significant for the children. Therefore, each story that the reader will encounter speaks of a small world that found a way to be transmitted to others through narrative. Beyond building a story, the idea was to allow a moment to think about those experiences that give meaning to existence, as they are loaded with imagination, emotions and sensations, which is an opportunity to develop the process of conceiving themselves as subjects with a story.

    Description: La experiencia de lectura y los relatos autorreferenciales de niños de entre cinco y seis años que se presentan en este cuadernillo son el resultado del trabajo elaborado por los alumnos de transición del Colegio Franciscano de Pío XII, en el marco de las actividades del proyecto de práctica profesional de psicología, cuyo propósito fue abordar las narrativas y los cuentos como excusa para navegar por las producciones subjetivas elaboradas a partir de la experiencia de lectura. La elaboración de los cuentos permitió la construcción de un espacio para relatar acontecimientos personales considerados significativos para los niños. Por lo tanto, cada historia que el lector encontrará habla de un pequeño mundo que encontró una forma de ser transmitido a otros a través de la narrativa. Más allá de construir una historia, la idea era permitir un momento para pensar en aquellas experiencias que dan sentido a la existencia, ya que están cargadas de imaginación, emociones y sensaciones, lo que constituye una oportunidad para desarrollar el proceso de concebirse como sujetos con una historia.

    Description: Neben der Biblia pauperum ist das Speculum humanae salvationis das wohl bekannteste typologische Werk des Mittelalters. Vom lateinischen Text sind 328 handschriftliche mittelalterliche Quellen überliefert. Von seiner Popularität zeugen überdies Übersetzungen ins Deutsche, Französische, Niederländische, Englische und Tschechische. Diese Arbeit stellt eine der beiden niederländischen Fassungen des Speculum, und zwar die Prosaübersetzung aus dem Jahre 1464, in den Mittelpunkt. Neben Struktur und Funktion des lateinischen Textes werden in einem chronologisch-thematisch organisierten status quaestionis die Accessusfragen nach Herkunft und Autorschaft des Speculum erörtert. Vom mittelniederländischen Prosa-Spieghel werden eine genaue kodikologische Beschreibung und eine breit angelegte Analyse der Sprache geboten. Auch der literaturhistorische Kontext und die Übersetzungs- und Bearbeitungstechnik werden eingehen behandelt. Die kritische Edition nach der Haarlemer Handschrift erfüllt ein altes Forschungsdesiderat, indem sie sowohl den Vergleich mit der bereits vor mehr als einem halben Jahrhundert herausgegebenen Versübertragung ermöglicht, als auch eine eminent wichtige Schnittstelle zwischen handschriftlicher und gedruckter Tradition in den Niederlanden für die Forschung zugänglich macht.

Each chapter of this book reflects the search and the questions that mobilize different scholars from their own intellectual trajectories and life experiences. It is a book that harbors the richness of its content in the diversity of methodical approaches to the question of peace. Thus, it understands that to build, to recognize, to dissent, to transform, are verbs of solidarity with which the transition from a country in conflict to a possible peace is conveyed. From the academic point of view, one of the great challenges is to consolidate the convergence of interests, knowledge and actions that allow a clear understanding of the complexity of the problems of the transition to peace. One of the premises that inspires the authors is to propose a decentered reading of established theories, without ignoring their value and without rejecting the necessary specificity required to elucidate and address specific issues such as psychological effects, legal discussions or media logics. Thus, the reader will find dissertations on cardinal issues of social, political and cultural life on which it is necessary to reflect in the processes of overcoming armed conflicts. Es un libro que aloja la riqueza de su contenido en la diversidad de aproximaciones metódicas a la pregunta por la paz. Así las cosas, entiende que construir, reconocer, disentir, transformar, son verbos solidarios con los que se vehiculiza la transición de un país en conflicto, hacia una paz posible. Es una apuesta por el trabajo con, en y desde las comunidades, lo que se relaciona con uno de los objetivos buscados, que es entender la interculturalidad desde las bases. Es una lectura amena y considero que puede ser un aporte tanto para continuar con las investigaciones presentadas como para generar metodologías mucho más participativas y colaborativas en el campo, rompiendo con las clásicas visiones eurocéntricas objeto-sujeto. Por otro lado, el grado de compromiso que se aprecia en varios capítulos puede servir de motivación para los científicos sociales que se inician en el campo (ELEDER PIÑEIRO).

    Description: The court and court society in the Hispanic world (16th-18th centuries): The courtly world has emerged as a propitious intellectual and historiographical space for thinking and writing the history of early modernity. Ever since the renewal of the so-called ‘political history,’ but also after the perspective of cultural studies, the courtly has become the privileged scenario for the study of the political society of the Modern Age, starting from the analysis of the formation of the different social actors’ different political identities in dispute, as well as the tracking of hidden interests in decision-making in order to understand power groups or networks. Similarly, the courtly cannot but be thought of as that singular scenario and/or space of conjunction and indistinction between the political (public) and the economic (private), as well as a locus of identity formation and dispute. In this sense, the study of the Ancien Régime societies cannot ignore the courtly, which is a key element for understanding and analyzing one of the articulating elements of the globality of the European monarchies, particularly the Hispanic monarchy. As this work describes, this global perspective allows us to understand the importance and imprint of the courtly in America. Therefore, the aim is to analyze and understand the court and the courtly world from multiple perspectives. The articles that make up this work problematize the courtly from different geographical spaces, but above all from different intellectual concerns and preoccupations: princely and courtly education, the problem of the King’s favorite, the religious, the nobiliary, the place of the feminine in the court or, also, the materiality of the courtly texts and the materiality of the government of the monarchy from the court.

    Description: El mundo cortesano se ha erigido como un espacio intelectual e historiográfico propicio para pensar y escribir la historia de la primera modernidad. Desde la renovación de la denominada ‘historia política’, pero también desde los estudios culturales, lo cortesano ha devenido en el escenario privilegiado de estudio de la sociedad política de la Edad Moderna, partiendo de análisis de la conformación de las diferentes identidades políticas en disputa de los distintos actores sociales, como también del rastreo de intereses ocultos en las tomas de decisiones para comprender redes o grupos de poder. Asimismo, lo cortesano no puede dejar de pensarse como ese escenario y/o espacio singular de conjunción e indistinción entre lo político (público) y lo económico (privado), así como un locus de conformación y disputa identitaria. En este sentido, el estudio de las sociedades del Antiguo Régimen no puede obviar lo cortesano, máxima para comprender y analizar uno de los elementos articuladores de la globalidad de las monarquías europeas, singularmente de la monarquía hispánica. Esta perspectiva global nos permite comprender, como se realiza en esta obra, la importancia e impronta de lo cortesano en América. Por lo tanto, esta obra busca analizar y comprender la corte y el mundo cortesano desde múltiples perspectivas. Los artículos que conforman esta obra problematizan lo cortesano desde diversos espacios geográficos, pero sobre todo desde distintas inquietudes y preocupaciones intelectuales: la educación principesca y cortesana, el problema del valimiento, lo religioso, lo nobiliario, el lugar de lo femenino en la corte o, también, la materialidad de los textos cortesanos y la materialidad del gobierno de la monarquía desde la corte.

    Description: If injured or wounded soldiers suffer permanent physical or psychological limitations, the question of social security arises after leaving active service. This problem has become particularly apparent again with the increasing military use of the Bundeswehr in missions abroad. Since then, the legislature has attempted to adapt the traditional pension system to the new circumstances on several occasions. The reorganization of the social compensation law once again provides an opportunity to fundamentally question the legal concept of the military pension system. Against this background, the study analyzes the constitutional framework of the law on military pensions. In particular, it shows that compensation for physical or psychological losses resulting from military service is not a voluntary benefit of the state, but on the one hand already results from the constitutionally anchored commitment of soldiers to their employer, and on the other hand can be based on fundamental legal considerations.

    Description: This study deals with aspectuality in Resian, a Slovene-based variety of north-eastern Italy, and the probable role of Romance influence on developments in this domain. In part, these findings are compared with the situation found with other non-Romance linguistic varieties spoken in Italy, especially Molise Slavic. The functional-semantic field of aspectuality is considered both in relation to its grammatical centre, viz. verbal aspect, and its lexical periphery. Language contact plays an important role in the almost complete transition of the Resian dual aspect system to a purely derivational opposition “imperfective : perfective”, also absorbing most of its prior morphosyntactic opposition “imperfect : aorist : perfect”. Furthermore, the special aspectual selection properties of phasal verbs and the role of aspect in the functions of modal verbs merit particular mention in this respect. In the case of lexical and periphrastic means of expression, a number of calqued progressive and prospective (imminent) periphrases, mostly calqued from Romance models, are discussed.

    Description: The World Health Organization -WHO- (2016, p.1) notes that, "Annually, more than 800,000 people take their own lives and many more attempt suicide. Each suicide is a tragedy that affects families, communities, and countries and has lasting effects for those close to the suicidal person." Suicidal behavior ranges from ideation in its different expressions, through threats, gestures and attempts, to the suicide itself. The presence of any of these indicators (ideation, threats, gestures and attempts) should be considered as a sign of high risk in the individual presenting them. The relationship between suicide and mental disorders is quite close, however, it does not mean that those who do not suffer from a mental disorder are exempt from this suicidal behavior, since there have been cases that occur impulsively as a response to a crisis that affects the ability to cope with the difficulties of life, such as economic problems, the breakup of sentimental or family relationships, or chronic pain and illness.

El comportamiento suicida abarca desde la ideación en sus diferentes expresiones, pasando por las amenazas, los gestos y los intentos, hasta el suicidio propiamente dicho. La presencia de cualquiera de estos indicadores (ideas, amenazas, gestos e intentos) debe considerarse como un signo de alto riesgo en el individuo que los presenta. La relación entre el suicidio y los trastornos mentales es bastante estrecha, sin embargo, no significa que quienes no padecen un trastorno mental estén exentos de esta conducta suicida, ya que se han dado casos que se producen de forma impulsiva como respuesta a una crisis que afecta a la capacidad de afrontar las dificultades de la vida, como los problemas económicos, la ruptura de relaciones sentimentales o familiares, o los dolores y enfermedades crónicas.

    Description: The first components of developmental psychology can perhaps be traced back to the social recognition of infancy and childhood. Many historians agree that this recognition came late. The French historian Philippe Ariès argues that in medieval society there was no room for childhood or the child as theoretical constructs. They would emerge in the course of the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries. Thus, although a certain sensitivity towards childhood appeared between the 16th and 17th centuries, it would seem that it was only in the 18th century that the child became the object of concern for some thinkers, mostly philosophers and pedagogues. There are several authors who are referents and it is worthwhile to review them, even if only briefly. At the time, Rousseau (1712-1778), in his Emilium, proposes an education centered on the natural evolution of the child, in which he highlights his particularities and differences and places childhood as a necessary and fundamental stage for man. The pedagogue Johann Heinrich Pestalozzi (1746-1827), sympathizes with some of Rousseau's ideas on the education of children and keeps a diary of his son's first two years, which becomes one of the first systematic observations that is assumed to be a precursor of observational methodology in early development. In line with the above, this text can only be understood as a first attempt, unfinished and open, to be continued. It is what the Anglos call a "text in progress", and that the ebook edition will allow us to reopen it without major difficulties. It is also, of course, an incitement to readers to complement it, discuss it or even controvert it. This is intended to be a living text and discussed within the community. It is possible that certain hypotheses about the facts found will give rise to controversy. A colleague warned that lightning will surely strike it as it is a provocative text.     Description: Los primeros componentes de la psicología del desarrollo tal vez puedan situarse a partir del reconocimiento social de la infancia y de la niñez. Muchos historiadores coinciden en afirmar que ese reconocimiento fue tardío. El historiador francés Philippe Ariès sostiene que en la sociedad medieval no había espacio para la infancia ni para el niño como constructos teóricos. Ellos emergerían en el transcurrir de los siglos XVII y XVIII. Entonces, aunque entre los siglos XVI y XVII se asoma una cierta sensibilidad respecto de la infancia, parecería que es solo en el siglo XVIII que el niño es objeto de preocupación por parte de algunos pensadores, en su mayoría filósofos y pedagogos. Son varios los autores que se constituyen en referentes y vale la pena revisarlos así sea brevemente. En su momento, Rousseau (1712-1778), en el Emilio propone una educación centrada en la evolución natural del niño, en la que destaca sus particularidades y sus diferencias y sitúa la infancia como una etapa necesaria y fundamental para el hombre. It begins its construction with a team of researchers from the Cognition and Representational Development Group of the Research Center of the Universidad del Valle, which articulates several groups such as the Research Group on Evaluation and Quality of Education (Giece); the Education Group, the Cognitive Development, Learning and Teaching Group, and the Cognition and Education Group. Likewise, the three doctoral programs in psychology in the region participate in its elaboration: Universidad del Valle, Universidad de San Buenaventura Cali and Pontificia Universidad Javeriana de Cali. In the first one, the authors were trained and learned that nonlinear dynamical systems can be a conceptual and methodological way to approach the study of cognitive development. The different works that make up the chapters of the book are ascribed to nonlinear dynamical systems, which offer an innovative conceptualization for thinking about developmental psychology in general and cognitive development in particular. This pioneering and committed task of the group materializes in significant advances in the use of methodologies more in line with the conceptual principles assumed.

    Description: De acuerdo a leyendas incaicas, a Inicios de los años 1400 hubo una batalla en las afueras del Cusco que cambió el curso de la historia sudamericana. Los chancas, un poderoso grupo étnico de la región de Andahuaytas, habían comenzado un agresivo plan de expansión. Habiendo ya conquistado pequeñas entidades políticas, su ejército habia penetrado profundamente en el territorio de sus tradicionales rivales, los incas. Mediante una serie de maniobras inusuales, los incas derrotaron a las fuerzas invasores chancas y llegaron a transformarse en el grupo más poderoso de los Andes. Muchos investigadores creen quo la derrota do los chancas representa un momento crítico en la histona de Sudamérica, ya que los incas luego continuaron su expansión, estableciendo el más extenso imperio do América. A pesar de la relevancia que habría tenido para la historia sudamericana, hasta hace unos años, el núcleo territorial Chanca había permanecido inexplorado. Consecuentemente, los procesos culturales conducentes al rápido desarrollo de este grupo y la posterior derrota de los mismos a manos de los incas tampoco habían sido investigados. Entre 2001 y 2004, Brian S. Bauer y su equipo de investigación realizaron una prospección arqueológica en la región de Andahuaylas. Este proyecto constituyó una oportunidad sin precedentes para examinar problemas teóricos relativos a la historia y al desarrollo cultural de las sociedades prehispánicas tardías de esta región de los Andes. El libro derivado de dichos trabajos presenta un análisis arqueológico sobre el desarrollo do los chancas y examina su derrota final frente a los incas.

    Description: This article shows that particle verbs in Burgenland Croatian – a notable morphosyntactic phenomenon of language contact – may form aspectual pairs in a typically Slavic manner. Particle-based pairs with an indigenous base verb are formed by means of suffixation, suffix opposition, suppletion or prefixation. In the case of spatial relations, by contrast, preverbs predominate over prefixes, leading to a reduction of the old inventory of verbal compounds. Nevertheless, preverbs are only rarely obligatory in the formation of aspectual pairs. In the case of borrowings, only prefixation is productive, which might be attributed to German (and Hungarian) influence. On a par with other aspectual pairs, particle-based formations may express taxis relations (sequence, simultaneity, incidence). Language contact possibly contributed to the preservation of the Contextually Conditioned Imperfective Past also in imperfective particle verbs.

    Description: In der zweiten Hälfte des 4. Jahrhunderts erfand ein unbekannter Autor einen Briefwechsel zwischen Seneca und Paulus. Die vierzehn kurzen Briefe, acht vom Philosophen, sechs vom Apostel, sind in sehr schlechtem spätantikem Latein geschrieben und weitgehend inhaltslos. Ihr Ziel ist es, mittels eines Austauschs von freundschaftlichen Billetts, wie er unter den Intellektuellen der Spätantike üblich war, Seneca zum Freund des Paulus zu machen und so das hohe Ansehen Senecas in der spätantiken lateinischen Theologie apostolisch zu sanktionieren. Diese Fiktion war sehr erfolgreich und regte im Laufe der Geschichte immer wieder zu Spekulationen über das Verhältnis zwischen Stoa und Christentum an. Dieser Band bietet eine neue Übersetzung des Briefwechsels auf der Basis der neuesten kritischen Edition, versehen mit einer Einleitung, Erläuterungen und Testimonien. Ferner werden zwei wenig bekannte Texte aus dem Umfeld des Briefwechsels abgedruckt, erstmals übersetzt und erläutert: ein angeblicher Brief des Mordechai an Alexander den Großen aus einer Fassung des Alexanderromans und ein Brief Senecas über Hochmut und Götterbilder, eine christliche Apologie aus dem 5. Jahrhundert. Die Essays behandeln zentrale Probleme des Verhältnisses zwischen Stoa und Christentum (Gottesbild und Ethik) sowie die Seneca-Rezeption vom Mittelalter bis in die frühe Neuzeit.

    Description: The peasants' struggle to defend their dignity, achieve their freedom and shield their fundamental rights was arduous from the beginning; contradictorily, the marginalization suffered by the Spaniards in the colonial era was minor compared to the bloody exploitation of which they were victims in the republican era, a time where the flags of freedom and autonomy of the country were raised utopianly -ideally for the one who even came in a noble gesture to offer their lives, always first in the battle line of the liberation struggle-. In this context, a generation of Puno intellectuals arose, many of them knowledgeable in law, who from different fronts contributed to the feat of recognition of the rights that the man from the countryside always deserved for his own condition as a human being. This article focuses on the stage from 1821 to 1920, considering the political, legal and constitutional context; as well as in the indigenista movement both in its political, cultural and social sphere, given that its relevance is not exhausted in the temporal or historical aspect, especially if it continues to be part of the reflection on identity as a social group and of general shape as a nation and as a country

    Description: The article provides a survey of aspect-tense (AT) grams in (North) Slavic and Baltic, with some account of Finnic. More recently developed grams (bound morphology and constructions) are evaluated against a deeper diachronic and larger areal backdrop in order to assess the significance of contact as a factor contributing to convergence of Slavic and Baltic varieties in the AT domain. In fact, the amount of actually converging features related to grammatical oppositions in this area is quite small; these are: (i) Prominent parallels in the strict subject- vs. object-oriented division of perfects in Slavic (mainly Belarusian) rural varieties, which must have been supported by an ancient and very stable Baltic model. (ii) Suffixation patterns of stem derivation in Aukštaitian Lithuanian resembling Slavic secondary imperfectivisation. The reasons for a generally low level of mutual influence between Baltic and Slavic are subjected to some methodological discussion.

    Description: Die Teilung Schleswigs nach Volksabstimmungen im Jahre 1920 hatte langfristige Folgen nördlich und südlich der neuen Grenze. Viele wurden durch Agitation und Abstimmung tief beeindruckt, sogar die Archive des Gebiets mussten geteilt werden. Nordschleswig wurde als ein Teil des Königreichs Dänemarks einverleibt. Diese wurde von einem nordschleswigschen Ministerium vorbereitet und kam bei der Konstruktion der Grenze sowie in Schule und Kirche zum Ausdruck. Die deutsche Minderheit widersetzte sich der Integration und während der Krisenjahre entstanden extreme politische Bewegungen. Diese Folgen werden in diesem Buch thematisiert, das ein Ergebnis einer deutsch-dänischen Zusammenarbeit zwischen dem Landesarchiv Schleswig-Holstein und dem Rigsarkivet Aabenraa mit dem Studienzentrum für die Geschichte Schleswigs ist.

    Description: In the period from the middle of the 19th century until the outbreak of the First World War, a modern Norwegian literature developed in parallel with a modern Norwegian media society. New forms of transport and communication, sound and imaging techniques, changed the conditions for what man could see, hear, do, know and imagine. How was Norwegian literature affected by these media technological changes? This book examines how the relationship between man and his media was expressed in Norwegian literature written in the period from 1850 to the beginning of the 20th century. The book shows how the literary innovations of the late 19th century can be understood as responses to the same period's media development, and thus advocates that a media aesthetic perspective can actualize and renew our understanding of this central period in Norwegian literary history.

    Description: Throughout the history of our country there were different cultural developments, in this essay we are going to take into account only one, this is the Paracas culture, one of the oldest in Peru, also known as the dominators of the desert since they originated in the north of our country. The aim of this essay will be based mainly on demonstrating that the Paracas were not just a simple cultural development or a group of inhabitants of ancient Peru, on the contrary, we seek to highlight that each behaviourthroughout their period of development had a very important purpose that would demonstrate why the Paracas were a state that had a great administrative and sovereign power throughout the extension of its territory.In the course of the essay, first of all, general aspects of the Paracas state are mentioned, such as its period of development in ancient Peru, its discovery, its marvellous textile technique expressed mainly in its ceremonial and funerary mantles, as well as its architectural constructions. The fundamental aspects for a society to establish itself as a state are established, which according to García Toma and Porrúa Pérez are Population, Territory and Authority or Political Power, then each element is developed in relation to Paracas.In relation to the Paracas Territory, the territorial extension that they managed to dominate is mentioned and, of course, their capital is defined. Regarding the political power, which was considered as a theocratic government, we will explain the origin and the influences they had for this development to take place. Last but not least, we will talk about the population as the basis for the formation of a state, taking into account the importance of the economic activities they carried out. Finally, taking these three points into account, we will come to the conclusion that the Paracas were a highly organised population in various aspects, which would lead us to consider them as a very well-developed state of Ancient Peru.

El objetivo de este ensayo se basará principalmente en demostrar que los Paracas no solo fueron un simple desarrollo cultural o un grupo de habitantes del Perú antiguo, muy por el contrario, buscamos destacar que cada comportamiento en todo su periodo de desarrollo tenía un fin muy importante que demostraría por qué los Paracas fueron un Estado que contaba con un gran poder administrativo y soberano en toda la extensión de su territorio.En el transcurso del ensayo primeramente se mencionan aspectos generales del estado Paracas como su periodo de desarrollo del Perú antiguo, su descubrimiento, su maravillosa técnica textil expresados principalmente en sus mantos ceremoniales y funerarios, como también sus construcciones arquitectónicas. Se establecen los aspectos fundamentales para que una sociedad se establezca como estado el cual según García Toma y Porrúa Pérez son Población, Territorio y Autoridad o Poder Político, luego se desarrolla cada elemento en relación a Paracas.En base al Territorio Paracas se menciona la extensión territorial que lograron dominar y por su puesto definir cuál fuesu capital. Respecto al Poder político el cual era considerado como un gobierno teocrático, explicaremos el origen y las influencias que tuvieron para que se diera dicho desarrollo, por ultimo y no menos importante hablaremos sobre la población como base de la formación de un estado, teniendo en cuenta la importancia de las actividades económicas que estos realizaban. Finalmente tomando en cuenta estos tres puntos se llega a la conclusión de que los Paracas fueron una población sumamente organizada en diversos aspectos, lo que nos llevaría a considerarlo como un estado muy bien desarrollado del Perú Antiguo

Men religion og religiøse aktører spilte sentrale roller i norsk nasjonsbygging, noe som kommer spesielt tydelig fram sett i et transnasjonalt perspektiv. Ved å forfølge ulike protestantiske impulser, aktører og transnasjonale nettverk ønsker forfatterne å bidra til ny kunnskap om forholdet mellom religion, sekularisering og modernisering i norsk historie fra 1840-tallet fram til 1980-tallet. Religionen som utforskes, er ulike former for protestantisk kristendom, men ikke bare fra et norsk statskirkelig ståsted. Tre av kapitlene analyserer ulike norske minoritetskristne perspektiv på forhandlinger om det religiøse og det sekulære blant annet vis-a-vis den lutherske statsreligionen. De resterende kapitlene indikerer hvordan norsk statsreligion i praksis var mer heterogen enn man gjerne antar, på bakgrunn av organisasjoner og aktørers tilknytning til det statskirkelige lutherske. Boken analyserer hvordan mange norske kvinner og menn, uavhengig av klasse- og geografisk bakgrunn, ble påvirket av internasjonale, protestantiske strømninger. I framveksten av det moderne Norge både utfordret og fornyet disse strømningene statskirken, samtidig som de førte til opphevingen av statskirkens formelle livssynsmonopol. Strømningene inspirerte også til modernisering og profesjonalisering av helse- og sosialarbeid i nasjonens senter så vel som i periferien. Flere av kapitlene omhandler ulike aspekt av forholdet mellom kristen aktivisme og det som kan oppfattes som sekulær velferdspraksis i sosialhistorisk sammenheng. Med forfattere fra fagfeltene teologi, religionsvitenskap, kirkehistorie og historie er denne boken et bidrag til dypere og mer nyanserte forståelser av det norske samfunnet i tidsperioden 1846–1986.

Aber weder die Beziehungen noch sein Belgien- und Niederlandebild sind bis heute erschöpfend erforscht worden. Diese Untersuchung will Hoffmanns Beziehungen zu den Niederlanden und zum nachmaligen Belgien sowie das Netzwerk, das er dort aufbaute, anhand seiner Korrespondenz und der Akten zu seiner Person rekonstruieren. Hoffmann schildert ein diffuses Bild der Nachbarn, das von einer deutsch-nationalen Einstellung geprägt ist. Zu fragen ist, ob sein positives Verhalten und seine negativen Äußerungen lediglich ideologisch motiviert waren und vorwiegend daher rührten, daß er, wie viele deutsche Intellektuelle im 19. Jahrhundert, versuchte, die Niederlande und Belgien einem deutschen Staatsgefüge einzugliedern, oder ob er vielmehr als Kulturvermittler zu gelten hat. Hoffmanns Briefwechsel umfaßt, soweit sich jetzt feststellen läßt, über 7000 Briefe, die hier erstmals in einem Verzeichnis erfaßt sind. Daneben werden unveröffentlichte Materialien aus deutschen, belgischen und niederländischen Archiven, die bisher in der Forschung nicht berücksichtigt wurden, vorgestellt.

    Description: This paper deals with the Upper Sorbian aspect categories. While the traditional inflectional opposition imperfect vs. aorist is still widely used in the standard variety, it has almost disappeared from the colloquial variety used in the Catholic area of Upper Lusatia in Eastern Germany. By contrast, the derivational opposition of perfectivity formally persists in this area but has undergone some changes which are very specific to this variety. In particular, this aspect opposition, expressed by means of prefixes and suffixes has been radically restructured, such that its functional domain has shifted from grammatical aspect to grammatical telicity. It is argued that the starting point of this change is to be sought in an identification of the Sorbian aspect-sensitive grammatical prefixes with the German prefixes which mainly express telicity in processes of word formation. Special usages dealt with in this study are, on the one hand, the expression of habituality through (formally) imperfective verbs and, surprisingly, the expression of ongoing telic processes, but also of the analytical future, by means of their perfective correlates, on the other.

    Description: This book gathers works derived from research carried out by some of the members of the Red de Investigaciones en Subjetividad y Lazo Social (Subjectivity and Social Bond Research Network). It consists of six academic writings, five of Colombian origin and one of Mexican origin, which converge in their interest to give rise to conversation and encourage reflection on the categories of subjectivity and social bond, and how they can be thought from the psychoanalytic discipline. The lieutenants had died and several of their comrades had fallen with them. Jenny and Maritza ran as they had never run before. They didn't care about anything. "But this image will never be erased from my mind: in the middle of the run we made, Yuli, one of our youngest comrades, only eight years old, was coming up with her arm shattered and begging not to be left to die. But she didn't even finish these words when one of those guerrilla sons of bitches shot her in the back. Maritza and I were paralyzed; there was nothing left of the race we had been running, only the mere agitation of breathing. I thought, then, that my moment had come. Those were the longest seconds of my life.     Description: In the present research work, it has the objective of demonstrating and arguing that the organization and characteristics of Chavín correspond properly to that of a State, such as government, territory and nation. As for its sociopolitical organization, itwas established under a theocratic system as one of the first forms of institutionalization, for which it was headed by the priests, followed by the warrior nobility and the people. Establishing ideological legitimacy, severely in religion and mythology; on the other hand, Chavín was constituted by a coercive force that contributed to the good organization that it possessed inside and outside its territory, therefore, it is implied that it was a great State, likewise, they have demonstrated their abilitiessuch as: the use of stone for the construction of public and private temples, which benefit from the good development of their society within their territory, in relation to the sovereignty that they had over political, social, cultural and economic activities. Another characteristic is that it possessed production surpluses, which manifested it through the distribution of wealth; and investigating a little more in the activities carried out by the inhabitants of Chavín, it is shown that they had a fairly developed agriculture. So, based on all the information collected and the analysis of each of the characteristics, we can conclude that Chavín meets the conditions and requirements to be considered a State.

    Description: El presente ensayo tiene el objetivode argumentarque la organización y las características de Chavín corresponden propiamente a la de un Estado,tales comogobierno, territorio y nación. En cuanto a su organización sociopolítica, se constituyó bajo un sistema teocrático como una de las primeras formas de institucionalización, por lo cual, estaba encabezada por los sacerdotes, seguido de la nobleza guerrera yel pueblo, estableciendo la legitimación ideológica, basándose en la religión y mitología; por otra parte, Chavín estaba constituida por una fuerza coactiva que contribuía a la buena organización que poseía dentro y fuera de su territorio, por ende, se daentender que fue un gran Estado,así mismo, han demostrado sus habilidades como el uso de la piedra para la construcción de templos de carácter público y privado que beneficiaban al buen desarrollo de su sociedad dentro de su territorio, en relación con la soberanía que esta tenía para con las actividades políticas, sociales, culturales y económicas. Otra característica es que poseía los excedentes de producción, que lo manifestaban a través del reparto de la riqueza; e indagando un poco más en las actividades que realizaban los pobladores de Chavín, se muestra que poseían una agricultura bastante desarrollada. Entonces, en base a toda la información recopilada y el análisis de cada una de las características, se concluye que Chavín cumple con las condiciones y requisitos para ser considerada como un Estado.
