The contributions examine the contrast between genre theory and practice, the interplay of genre interference and intertextuality, and the tension between convention and innovation. The focus is on the relationship of post-Augustan epic poetry to the earlier tradition, i.e. to authoritative predecessors such as Homer, Virgil and Ovid. The self-positioning of later poets in relation to the canon often goes hand in hand with an endeavour to reconfigure traditional elements: By omitting, varying or exaggerating aspects typical of the genre, their works enter into a dialogue with the earlier epics, permanently subverting the audience's horizons of expectation. The integration of non-genre discourses plays a central role here: modern literary concepts for analysing genre interference are critically evaluated in the anthology and incorporated into the interpretation in a reflective manner. The methodological range and innovative approaches in this volume make an important contribution to deepening and expanding the current state of research.

    Beschreibung: El análisis semiótico de la diégesis o historia relatada y la actorialización o distribución de los actores del discurso en Ilona llega con la lluvia permite dilucidar la desesperanza como el hilo conductor de la novela, el cual es develado por el relato que hacen los personajes de sus recuerdos. En mi lectura, daré cuenta del componente argumental como universo diégetico donde se desarrolla la trama, así como el componente actoral, donde se localizan los actores Maqroll, Ilona y Larissa, y las acciones que estos realizan y que los afectan. La actorialización definirá, además, cómo estos actores se relacionan con las isotopías semánticas de la nostalgia como sentimiento siempre presente de lo gozado en un pasado feliz, la muerte como experiencia propia y la conciencia de la propia destrucción como correlato necesario de la vida.

    Beschreibung: Die vorliegende Arbeit beschäftigt sich mit der Validierung eines neuen Tests zur Messung von Experimentierfähigkeit in Large-Scale-Assessments. Die Testaufgaben erfordern die Planung, Durchführung und Auswertung typischer physikalischer Schülerexperimente der Sekundarstufe I. Anstelle von Realexperimenten werden interaktive Simulationen zum Aufbau von Experimenten und zur Durchführung von Messungen eingesetzt. Die Bearbeitung der Testaufgaben erfolgt vollständig am Computerbildschirm. Diesen Bearbeitungen werden in der Auswertung Punkte (Testwerte) zugewiesen. In der heute gültigen Vorstellung ist Validierung im Wesentlichen als ein theorie- und evidenzbasierter Argumentationsprozess aufzufassen. Nach der Nennung und Begründung notwendiger Validierungsschritte erfolgt eine schlüssige Validitätsargumentation. Ein Validierungsschritt kann z. B. darin bestehen, zu überprüfen, in wieweit zur erfolgreichen Bearbeitung der Testaufgaben Experimentierfähigkeiten eingesetzt werden. Die Ergebnisse der Validierungsschritte lassen sich wie folgt zusammenfassen: die Aufgabeninhalte und -anforderungen des Tests passen zum Physikunterricht der Sekundarstufe I; die Schüler denken und handeln bei der Bearbeitung der Testaufgaben experimentell; der verwendete Bewertungsmaßstab misst Experimentierfähigkeit; die erreichten Testwerte korrelieren mit den Testwerten, die bei inhaltlich identischen Realexperimenten erreicht werden. Zusammenfassend ist festzuhalten, dass der computerbasierte Test das Spektrum der in Large-Scale Assessments erfassbaren Experimentierfähigkeiten erweitert.

    Beschreibung: The validation of the Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD) and Biochemical Oxygen Demand (BOD) was carried out. In the first, a potassium acid phthalate standard and a spectrophotometric detection method were used, and for the second, the reading of samples was implemented by membrane electrode, a standard glutamic acid-glucose solution and incubation for 5 days at 20 ± 1ºC. Parameters were determined as linearity, precision, accuracy, sensitivity, limit of detection and quantification. It was demonstrated through experimental design and statistical procedures that methods can be used with sensitivity and confidence. Detection and quantification limits of 46.2 and 100 mg/L for COD and 2.78 and 4.71 mg / L for BOD were reached. In both tests a coefficient of variation for repeatability and reproducibility between 0.001 - 0.055% and 0.001 - 0.022% was evidenced; in accuracy, error and recovery percentages were obtained between 0.04 - 3.39% and 95.0 and 103% respectively.

    Beschreibung: Se realizó la validación de la Demanda Química de Oxígeno (DQO) y Demanda Bioquímica de Oxígeno (DBO). En la primera se utilizó estándar de ftalato ácido de potasio y un método de detección espectrofotométrico y para la segunda, se implementó la lectura de muestras por electrodo de membrana, una solución estándar de glucosa-ácido glutámico e incubación por cinco días a 20±1ºC. Se determinaron parámetros como linealidad, precisión, exactitud, sensibilidad, límite de detección y cuantificación. Se demostró mediante el diseño experimental y los procedimientos estadísticos que se pueden emplear los métodos con sensibilidad y confianza. Se alcanzaron límites de detección y cuantificación de 46.2 y 100 mg/L para DQO y 2.78 y 4.71 mg/L para DBO. En ambas pruebas se evidenció un coeficiente de variación para repetibilidad y reproducibilidad entre el 0.001 - 0.055% y 0.001 – 0.022%; en la exactitud se obtuvieron porcentajes de error y recuperación entre el 0.04 – 3.39% y 95.0 y 103% respectivamente.

In logischer Hinsicht wird nur der vertraute Umgang mit den Worten und, oder, wenn/dann vorausgesetzt. Logische Fachkenntnisse sind somit nicht nötig, eher hinderlich. Die Grundbegriffe Objekt, Bereich, Abbildung sind rein sprachlicher Natur: Ein Bereich erlaubt, von seinen Elementen (Objekte) zu reden, eine Abbildung α von dem "Bild" xα (ein Objekt) eines Objektes x. Und selbstverständlich sind Bereiche wie Abbildungen auch Objekte. Einhergehend mit Negation wird Existenz eingeführt, Gleichheit dann im Zusammenhang mit dem Begriff einer Klasse (Bereich plus Äquivalenzrelation), und schließlich wird die Klasse aller Mengen vorausgesetzt. Das Standard-Vorlesungsthema Aufbau des Zahlensystems wird vorweg auf althergebrachter Grundlage behandelt (Mengen und Abbildungen im Sinne Dedekinds), in dem vertrauten Rahmen der real existierenden Mathematik also, aber nicht auf altvertraute Weise. Der entsprechende, um einiges angereicherte Teil I des Buches ist daher von unabhängigem Interesse, wie auch Teil II mit historischen und mathematikphilosophischen Erörterungen.

    Beschreibung: Vor allem im Hinblick auf alternative und synthetische Kraftstoffe ist es notwendig, Brennverfahren zu entwickeln, die den jeweiligen Kraftstoff möglichst ressourcen- und umweltschonend umsetzen. Eine effiziente Entwicklungsumgebung ermöglicht es, dabei schneller zur optimalen Lösung zu gelangen. Das Ziel der Arbeit ist es, die Methode der Gestaltung des Ladungswechsels zu optimieren, indem iterative Schleifen von Ventilhubauslegung, Messungen am Motorenprüfstand und Auswertung reduziert werden. Kernbestandteil der Methode ist ein hochvariabler Ventiltrieb mit zwei synchron rotierenden Nockenwellen pro Ventil. Die individuelle Ansteuerung jedes Ventils erlaubt es, Einfluss auf die Ladungsbewegung zu nehmen. In der vorliegenden Arbeit wird am Forschungsmotor exemplarisch eine Brennverfahrensentwicklung für ein Brennverfahren mit einem frühen Einlass-Schließen durchgeführt. Hier kann insbesondere der Einfluss der Steigerung von Ladungsbewegung und turbulenter kinetischer Energie demonstriert werden. Die Ladungsbewegung kann gesteuert werden, ohne Einfluss auf Last, Restgasgehalt und Verbrennungsluftverhältnis nehmen zu müssen. Alle gezeigten Untersuchungen verwenden die Hubkurven, die der Ventiltrieb mit der gleichen Auslegung darstellen kann. Das Ziel, ein effizientes Werkzeug zur Gestaltung des Ladungswechsels im Rahmen der Brennverfahrensentwicklung zur Verfügung zu stellen, wird somit erreicht.

    Beschreibung: Mito: relato explicativo, simbólico y dinámico, de uno o varios acontecimientos extraordinarios personales con referente trascendente, que carece en principio de testimonio histórico, se compone de una serie de elementos invariantes reducibles a temas y sometidos a crisis, que presenta un carácter conflictivo, emotivo, funcional, ritual y remite siempre a una cosmogonía o a una escatología absolutas, particulares o universales. Esta definición, general, fría e indeterminada, requiere un tiempo, un espacio, y sobre todo una conciencia que la viva. El mito no es un constructo mental ajeno a las vicisitudes socioculturales: lleva marcada en su piel y sus entrañas la huella de cada individuo y sociedad que lo vio nacer; pero también sabe adaptarse a las condiciones del nuevo tiempo que lo acoge. Mitos de hoy narra esa tensión del mito por mantenerse vivo en el terreno, aparentemente inhóspito, de un mundo desengañado. La Mitocrítica Cultural, aquí puesta en práctica, combina las herramientas tradicionales de la mitocrítica con factores no considerados sistemáticamente por la crítica precedente: la globalización, la inmanencia y el consumismo. Ofrece así una modesta contribución a la tarea de identificar, analizar y sintetizar la tipología de las manifestaciones del mito en la literatura, las artes y los medios de comunicación contemporáneos.     Beschreibung: In welcher Weise und in welchem Maß haben die Ergebnisse des Newtonschen Experiments der Farbbrechung Einfluss auf die Bildende Kunst des 18. und 19. Jahrhunderts genommen? Diese Fragen stehen im Zentrum der Beiträge, welche die Malpraxis, die Theoriebildung zur Farbe, die neuen graphischen Reproduktionstechniken, die steigende Sehkompetenz, die Materialität von Farbe, die Verfeinerung der Darstellungsdetails und die Rolle optischer Instrumente untersuchen. Die Irritation im 18. Jahrhundert entstand aus der nicht eindeutigen Trennung in Licht- und Pigmentfarben. Für die Künstler hatte die alte Farbtrias - Blau, Rot, Gelb - weiterhin Bestand. Nichtsdestotrotz ist eine Verfeinerung des Sehens zu konstatieren, wie zunehmende Differenzierungskompetenz, die nicht nur neue graphische Techniken hervorbrachte, die im 19. Jahrhundert zur Fotographie führen sollten, sondern auch die Ästhetisierung verstärkte. Existen diferentes tipos de este producto, como la leche evaporada y la leche azucarada, entre otros, que en esencia es la leche concentrada, con mayor contenido de sólidos lácteos o menor contenido del agua original.     Beschreibung: Was hat Rassismus mit weißen Personen zu tun? Der Autor erforscht anhand von biographischen Interviews mit weißen Menschen, welche Bedeutung Scham in der Auseinandersetzung mit dieser Frage haben kann. Scham kann entstehen, wenn sich weiße Personen über eigenes, ungewollt rassistisches Handeln bewusst werden, aber auch mit Blick auf die eigene Untätigkeit angesichts rassistischer Machtverhältnisse. Scham kann zudem aufkommen, wenn weiße Personen damit konfrontiert sind, dass sie - anders als ihr bisheriges Selbstkonzept -- von Schwarz oder of Color positionierten Menschen als weiß, privilegiert oder bedrohlich wahrgenommen werden. Die Verarbeitung der eigenen Scham kann einerseits Anlass für Bildungsprozesse sein, in denen sich Selbst- und Weltverhältnisse ändern. Andererseits können sich in Bildungsprozessen auch Aspekte des eigenen Schamerlebens wandeln. Zugleich sind Scham und Bildungsprozesse weißer Personen über die eigene Involviertheit in rassistische Verhältnisse unausweichlich widersprüchlich. Für (rassismus-)kritische politische Bildung ist interessant, wie Scham berücksichtigt werden kann, ohne selbst beschämend zu handeln. Ziel dieser Bildungsarbeit ist es, eine kritisch-reflexive Handlungsfähigkeit zu stärken, die zu einer Veränderung rassistischer Verhältnisse in der Gesellschaft beiträgt. Die Studie lotet Möglichkeiten, Grenzen und Widersprüche der Berücksichtigung von weißer Scham in der politischen Bildung aus und eröffnet neue Perspektiven für Theorie und Praxis.

    Beschreibung: In this article, the experience of approaching the characterization of afro-descendant, indigenous and functional diversity early childhood, attended by twenty (20) institutions of initial education in Santiago de Cali, is presented. In this action-participation research, the voices of families, teachers, support staff, boys and girls on differential attention and attention to diversity are recognized, through the implementation of participant observations, workshops with teachers and educational agents, family referents and semi-structured interviews with the children benefiting from the centers responsible for initial education in the city. Additionally, a documentary analysis of the Operational Plans for Comprehensive Care (POAI) was made. By way of problematization and contribution to the discussion about inclusion in childhood educational contexts, research results are raised, as well as some issues to work for the strengthening of initial education with a differential approach, where it is considered vital for child development, address as a transversal axis the theme of identity and respect for diversity.

    Beschreibung: En este artículo, se plantea la experiencia de acercamiento a la caracterización de la primera infancia afrodescendiente, indígena y con diversidad funcional, atendida en 20 instituciones de Educación Inicial de Santiago de Cali. En esta investigación tipo acción-participación, se reconocen las voces de las familias, maestras, personal de apoyo, niños y niñas, sobre atención diferencial y atención a la diversidad, mediante la implementación de observaciones participantes, talleres con maestras, maestros y agentes educativos, referentes familiares y entrevistas semiestructuradas con los niños y las niñas beneficiarios de los centros encargados de la Educación Inicial en la ciudad. Adicionalmente, se hizo un análisis documental de los Planes Operativos para la Atención Integral (POAI). A modo de problematización y aporte a la discusión sobre la inclusión en contextos educativos de infancia, se plantean los resultados de investigación, así como algunos temas a trabajar para el fortalecimiento de la Educación Inicial con enfoque diferencial, donde se considera vital para el desarrollo infantil, abordar como eje transversal la temática de la identidad y el respeto a la diversidad.

    Beschreibung: Como investigadora, Carmiña ha realizado una permanente labor por develar el aporte de las mujeres en la literatura lo cual lo ha logrado en obras como “La mujer protagonista en la narrativa colombiana”, 1992 “Guerra y paz en Colombia. Las mujeres escriben, premio Casa de las Américas, en el 2004 y “la Narrativa femenina en Colombia” en el 2006. Parte de su creación y de la vida que da a las mujeres es el libro Escritoras latinoamericanas: Razón y locura. Él está conformado por dos ensayos: el primero es una presentación general de algunas pensadoras latinoamericanas. El segundo es un recorrido por la narrativa femenina en Colombia y otros países, particularmente la narrativa focalizada en La locura. Como ella lo dice, “este libro es producto de sus investigaciones permanentes alrededor de la expresión y discursividad femenina en América latina y en Colombia” (Navia, 2012, p. 10).

Llamaremos así a toda convicción que haya llegado a ser para quien la posee -o la padece una referencia de su propia identidad; algo que por lo tanto no puede ser perdido -por ejemplo superado- sin que se abra inmediatamente la cuestión esencial de la angustia: ¿Quién soy yo ahora que no pienso así, ahora que no creo en esto? Tal vez convenga dejar de lado momentáneamente el carácter mismo de esta convicción, su grado de elaboración y coherencia, las condiciones de su formación, para destacar solamente ese rasgo decisivo: que ha llegado a ser un referente de identidad. Esto nos permite indicar, para comenzar, que en un sentido fundamental todos somos dogma-ticos, que no es posible tomar una alegre distancia sobre el dogmatismo, sin hacernos toda clase de ilusiones sobre la economía de nuestro pensamiento. Dogmático fue ya nuestro ingreso en el mundo: una palabra incuestionable designó, valoró y configuró la imagen primera de la realidad y de nosotros mismos; la palabra de un ser supremo objeto de todo, de la identificación, de la necesidad, del amor, del deseo, de la demanda, de la hostilidad. Cuando más tarde, los monstruos sagrados de la infancia se diferencian y relativizan y, finalmente, ya no puede negarse del todo que son en cierto modo, señores comunes y corrientes, la nostalgia de una palabra fundadora sigue operando y puede buscarse y encontrarse en el mundo alguien a quien adjudicársela; o, lo que es más peligroso, tratar de negar que estamos privados de ella por medio de una autonomización maníaca e intentar producirla nosotros mismos. Y por desgracia no siempre sin éxito, puesto que hay muchos que la buscan.

    Beschreibung: Varias son las vetas desde donde se han abordado la expresión “lenguaje cinematográfico”. No obstante, como introducción para después abordar tal expresión con mayor profundidad desde lo que nos interesa, podemos destacar dos. La primera tiene relación con el deslumbramiento y asombro que el cine mudo, a principios del siglo XX, ocasionaba en algunos artistas y estetas, así como las posibilidades que éstos últimos veían en aquel. El cine, como una nueva forma de expresión, surgió y fue aceptado por las mayorías y por algunas minorías. Esto implicaba necesariamente una innovadora manera de abordar y vivir la experiencia estética, hasta ese momento anclada y validada socialmente en la cultura élite, cuyo medio de expresión más sobresaliente era el lenguaje verbal y escrito.

    Beschreibung: Experimentieren kann nicht nur dazu beitragen, fachinhaltliche Erkenntnisse zu gewinnen, sondern auch selbst Lerngegenstand sein. Wenig geklärt ist bisher, wie beim Experimentieren gelernt wird, worauf zu achten ist. Unklar ist auch, welche fachmethodischen Vorstellungen Lernende beim Planen, Durchführen und Auswerten aktivieren. Diesen Fragen wurde mithilfe einer schriftlichen Instruktion nachgegangen, die Lernende (Jg. 11) anregt, nicht nur Experimente durchzuführen, sondern auch über fachmethodische Grundlagen nachzudenken. Die Arbeitsphasen wurden für 42 Schülergruppen videografiert und kategorienbasiert ausgewertet, um Aussagen über Aktivitätsprofile, Vorstellungen und Kompetenzveränderungen zu generieren. Die Ergebnisse belegen die Komplexität von Lernprozessen und zeigen die Schwierigkeit, individuelle Kompetenzzuwächse auf bestimmte Prozesse zurückzuführen. Zum Beispiel konnten hohe Kompetenzzuwächse sowohl für Lernende mit häufigen fachmethodischen Beiträgen als auch für solche mit nur geringen fachmethodischen Aktivitäten festgestellt werden. Des Weiteren gehen experimentell angemessene Aktivitäten in erkennbaren Anteilen mit fachmethodisch unpassenden Vorstellungen einher, wie z. ,B. bei einer korrekt vorgenommenen, aber falsch begründeten Trennung zwischen einer Beobachtung und einer Deutung. Die Arbeit liefert damit Hinweise, dass Lernende neben fachinhaltlichen auch fachmethodische Vorstellungen in den Unterricht mitbringen. Diese gilt es z. ,B. durch explizite und wiederholte Thematisierung zu adressieren.

    Beschreibung: Der Rifkrieg (1921-1926) in Nordmarokko ist von der deutschen Geschichtsschreibung nur wenig beachtet worden, und dies obwohl Deutschland in vielfältiger Weise an den Geschehnissen beteiligt war. Mohammed ben Abdelkrim el Khattabi alias Abdelkrim schaffte es, die zerstrittenen Rifkabylen zu vereinen und aus der Widerstandsbewegung gegen die spanischen Invasoren die 1923 proklamierte "Rif-Republik" erwachsen zu lassen. Dirk Sasse geht den deutschen, britischen und französischen Helfern Abdelkrims nach – Ärzten, Technikern usw. –, die zu einer schleichenden Verlängerung des Krieges beitrugen, aber auch bei der vorgesehenen Modernisierung des Landes mithelfen sollten. Sein Buch ist ein Beitrag zur Geschichte der Dekolonisation und zur Geschichte der Vernetzung zwischen der außereuropäischen Bevölkerung und antikolonial eingestellten Sympathisanten in Europa.

    Beschreibung: Entre los estudiosos de la historia colonial y aún de la republicana es común que la sola mención de la palabra resguardo se asocie con las tierras comunales de cultivo asignadas a las comunidades indígenas de la Nueva Granada durante el período colonial. El concepto de resguardo es incluso atípico dentro de la terminología colonial que se utilizó en el resto de Hispanoamérica, aunque no la asignación de tierras a las comunidades indígenas sometidas. En México, por ejemplo, existió este ordenamiento con el nombre de fundo legal. Esta era el área que rodeaba el caserío indígena, pertenecía a los barrios del respectivo pueblo y se dividía en parcelas individuales, que no eran de propiedad del comunero al que quedaban asignadas, pero que podían continuar en posesión de sus descendientes.

    Beschreibung: Eine lernendenorientierte und adaptive Gestaltung von Unterricht erfordert von den Lehrkräften, dass sie vorhandene Kompetenzen und Lernprozesse der Schülerinnen und Schüler diagnostizieren. Außerdem müssen sie die Anforderungen von Aufgaben mit Blick auf deren Passung zu den Lernprozessen der Schülerinnen und Schüler analysieren können. Eine derart verstandene "diagnostische Kompetenz" wird als zentrales Professionalisierungsziel von Lehrkräften angesehen. Vor diesem Hintergrund wurden die diagnostischen Prozesse von acht Studierenden mit den Fächern Physik und Mathematik in zwei aufeinander folgenden Lehrveranstaltungen zur Diagnostik untersucht, um Potentiale und Lernhindernisse im Kompetenzaufbau zu identifizieren. In beiden Veranstaltungen bildeten Vignetten von Lernprozessen den Ausgangspunkt für studentische Diagnosen. Forschungsgegenstand waren u.a. schriftliche Diagnosen der Studierenden im Prä-Post-Vergleich sowie auf Video aufgezeichnete studentische Diskurse bei der Diagnose von Lernprozessen der Schülerinnen und Schüler. Die Analysen erfassen u.a., auf welche Komponenten eines Diagnoseprozesses die Studierenden in welcher Weise Bezug nehmen und welche (fach-) didaktischen überlegungen bzw. Theoriebezüge sie in ihren Diagnosen als Referenzpunkte nutzen. Die Ergebnisse zeigen, dass auf struktureller Ebene zwar alle Komponenten thematisiert, aber inhaltlich nicht entlang einer typischen Abfolge miteinander verbunden werden. Trotz inhaltlicher Prompts wird nur selten explizit auf Theoriebezüge zurückgegriffen.

    Beschreibung: Históricamente, educación es fundamento y apropiación cultural del mundo, como también, tiempo vivido en el porvenir de la naturaleza humana. Con ella, se forman y se diferencian las relaciones interpersonales y las condiciones en las que es expresado el lenguaje en comunidad. Desde esta perspectiva, se puede considerar el concepto de educación concebido etimológicamente por los griegos bajo el vocablo phyo derivado de verbo physis que significa llegar a ser, producir engendrar o hacer crecer. Asimismo, bajo este rótulo, se hace evidente la afinidad establecida entre physis y paideia, devenidas educación y saber, y en tanto, saber es condición que se hace humanidad y educación, institución se vuelve pedagogía en torno al fundamento del ser que, en sí misma, se puede implementar como criterio para el deber ser. En estas relaciones, se expone además el logos como dispositivo de pensamiento en el sistema educativo, con el que, también se puede determinar el discurso que se halla vinculado tanto al fundamento intersubjetivo como a la forma de representación en los adolescentes que, con frecuencia, se hace impronta lingüística capaz de ocasionar formas de representación y percepción simbólica, las cuales constituyen mediante el propio discurso el sistema de significación que le confieren a través de su propio comportamiento las diferentes actividades y escenarios de la realidad

    Beschreibung: Das Kottbusser Tor in Berlin-Kreuzberg wird sowohl wegen seiner Vielfalt und seines Community-Aktivismus gefeiert als auch wegen Schmutz, Drogen und Gefahr gemieden. Wie die Bewohner*innen ihren Kiez sehen, wird oft in Anekdoten und politischen Statements dargestellt, aber kaum systematisch untersucht. Deshalb hat ein Forschungsteam des Georg-Simmel-Zentrums für Metropolenforschung an der Humboldt-Universität im Auftrag des Bezirksamtes Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg an Haustüren geklingelt und nachgefragt: Wodurch fühlen sich die Menschen in ihrem Wohngebiet unsicher? Würden sie denken, dass mehr Polizeipräsenz die Un-/Sicherheit erhöhen würde? Was erwarten sie von anderen Anwohner*innen, und inwiefern tragen solche Erwartungen zum Gefühl der Sicherheit bei? Trägt die alltägliche Nutzung der Nachbarschaft zum Sicherheitsgefühl bei? Dieses kleine Buch stellt die Ergebnisse der Studie vor. Es engagiert sich kritisch mit der berühmten These, dass "Augen auf der Straße" soziale Kontrolle und damit mehr subjektive Sicherheit erzeugen, und untersucht die Relevanz von Dunkelheit, Dreck und Drogen sowie von Achtsamkeit, Gemeinsamkeit und Zugehörigkeit. Die Studie zeigt, dass das Sicherheitsempfinden in einer städtischen Nachbarschaft von vertrauter Öffentlichkeit abhängt.     Beschreibung: Tuberculosis is a chronic infectious disease, caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis, a bacterium identified by Robert Koch in 1882 and that after a little more than a century, is recognized as the leading cause of death due to an infectious disease. TB usually affects the lungs, but it can also affect other organs. Because its transmission is from person to person by inhalation of droplet-containing-bacteria suspended in the air, this disease is a public health concern. Daily, health workers are exposed to numerous hazards, including close contact with infectious patients and their potentially contaminated environment. It is estimated that about 1,000 health workers contract HIV,for reasons of their work and it is presumed that cases of tuberculosis, exceeds this number. Among the factors that explain the risk of infection with the consequent development of active TB are: the number of patients with TB treated, the function or occupation, the workplace, the delay in the diagnosis of patients and most importantly the lack of biosafety policies and measures in work environments, which facilitates direct exposure. We present here a current review of the status of occupational TB in the city of Cali during 2015 to 2017. This work was supported by the city’s municipal health secretariat and the TB program. We emphasize the importance of continuing the evaluation of this disease in vulnerable populations such as health workers and evaluate the preventive measures suggested by international agencies (Pan American Health Organization and Center for Disease Control) to mitigate the impact of TB in the city.

    Beschreibung: La tuberculosis es una enfermedad infecciosa crónica, producida por Mycobacterium tuberculosis, una bacteria identificada por Robert Koch en 1882 y que posterior a un poco más de un siglo, es reconocida como la causa líder de muertes debidas a una enfermedad infecciosa. Por lo general, tiene afectación pulmonar, pero también puede afectar otros órganos. Debido a que su transmisión es de persona a persona por inhalación de partículas contaminados con el microorganismo que están suspendidos en el ambiente, esta enfermedad en un problema de salud pública. A diario, los trabajadores de la salud se encuentran expuestos a numerosos peligros, siendo los contaminantes biológicos uno de los principales riesgos. A nivel mundial, se estima que cerca de 1.000 trabajadores de la salud contraen VIH en el mundo y se presume que los casos de tuberculosis ocupacional supera esta cifra. Entre los factores que explican el riesgo de infección con el consecuente desarrollo de TB activa se destacan: la cantidad de pacientes con TB atendidos, la función u ocupación, el sitio de trabajo, el retraso en el diagnóstico de los pacientes y lo más importante la falta de políticas y medidas de bioseguridad en los entornos laborales, que facilita la exposición sea directa. Presentamos aquí una revisión actual del estado de la TB ocupacional en la ciudad de Cali entre 2015 y 2017. Este trabajo fue apoyado por la Secretaría Municipal de Salud de la ciudad y el programa de TB. Resaltamos la importancia de continuar la evaluación de esta enfermedad en población vulnerable como son los trabajadores de la salud y evaluar las medidas preventivas sugeridas por instancias internacionales (Organización Panamericana de la Salud y el Center for Disease Control) para mitigar el impacto de la TB en la ciudad.

El tema es cómo mediar el conocimiento y las nuevas formas de comunicarnos en un mundo globalizado y que apunta a la individualidad, como hacer de eso un plus para mejorar y dotarlo de una visión holística y compleja para la armonía de los seres vivos que habitamos este planeta por ahora.

    Beschreibung: En los últimos años en Colombia, las instituciones educativas han emprendido una ardua carrera para implementar en su interior los sistemas de gestión de calidad. Lograr la Certificación de Calidad y mantenerla, es uno de los principales objetivos educativos en nuestra sociedad. La presente ponencia propone indagar por los impactos que tienen los principios de los sistemas de gestión de Calidad en la subjetividad de los niños y adolescentes en las instituciones educativas. Se trata de una crítica desde una perspectiva psicoanalítica, que cuestiona los efectos de poner al ser humano en el lugar del producto, del objeto de una empresa. Esta ponencia plantea que los sistemas de gestión de calidad corresponden al discurso capitalista actual, que son implementados en los colegios con el fin de garantizar la sostenibilidad de la institución, desconociendo que sus ideales están en contra de la constitución de la subjetividad del ser humano. Planteo que el discurso capitalista ha puesto en auge una fascinación generalizada por el discurso psiquiátrico en los colegios, se trata de una manera de taponar al sujeto, y niega la posibilidad de que la educación se constituya en un escenario simbólico donde el sujeto pueda emerger.
