The contributions examine the contrast between genre theory and practice, the interplay of genre interference and intertextuality, and the tension between convention and innovation. The focus is on the relationship of post-Augustan epic poetry to the earlier tradition, i.e. to authoritative predecessors such as Homer, Virgil and Ovid. The self-positioning of later poets in relation to the canon often goes hand in hand with an endeavour to reconfigure traditional elements: By omitting, varying or exaggerating aspects typical of the genre, their works enter into a dialogue with the earlier epics, permanently subverting the audience's horizons of expectation. The integration of non-genre discourses plays a central role here: modern literary concepts for analysing genre interference are critically evaluated in the anthology and incorporated into the interpretation in a reflective manner. The methodological range and innovative approaches in this volume make an important contribution to deepening and expanding the current state of research.

    Description: Die vorliegende Arbeit beschäftigt sich mit der Validierung eines neuen Tests zur Messung von Experimentierfähigkeit in Large-Scale-Assessments. Die Testaufgaben erfordern die Planung, Durchführung und Auswertung typischer physikalischer Schülerexperimente der Sekundarstufe I. Anstelle von Realexperimenten werden interaktive Simulationen zum Aufbau von Experimenten und zur Durchführung von Messungen eingesetzt. Die Bearbeitung der Testaufgaben erfolgt vollständig am Computerbildschirm. Diesen Bearbeitungen werden in der Auswertung Punkte (Testwerte) zugewiesen. In der heute gültigen Vorstellung ist Validierung im Wesentlichen als ein theorie- und evidenzbasierter Argumentationsprozess aufzufassen. Nach der Nennung und Begründung notwendiger Validierungsschritte erfolgt eine schlüssige Validitätsargumentation. Ein Validierungsschritt kann z. B. darin bestehen, zu überprüfen, in wieweit zur erfolgreichen Bearbeitung der Testaufgaben Experimentierfähigkeiten eingesetzt werden. Die Ergebnisse der Validierungsschritte lassen sich wie folgt zusammenfassen: die Aufgabeninhalte und -anforderungen des Tests passen zum Physikunterricht der Sekundarstufe I; die Schüler denken und handeln bei der Bearbeitung der Testaufgaben experimentell; der verwendete Bewertungsmaßstab misst Experimentierfähigkeit; die erreichten Testwerte korrelieren mit den Testwerten, die bei inhaltlich identischen Realexperimenten erreicht werden. Zusammenfassend ist festzuhalten, dass der computerbasierte Test das Spektrum der in Large-Scale Assessments erfassbaren Experimentierfähigkeiten erweitert.

Und selbstverständlich sind Bereiche wie Abbildungen auch Objekte. Einhergehend mit Negation wird Existenz eingeführt, Gleichheit dann im Zusammenhang mit dem Begriff einer Klasse (Bereich plus Äquivalenzrelation), und schließlich wird die Klasse aller Mengen vorausgesetzt. Das Standard-Vorlesungsthema Aufbau des Zahlensystems wird vorweg auf althergebrachter Grundlage behandelt (Mengen und Abbildungen im Sinne Dedekinds), in dem vertrauten Rahmen der real existierenden Mathematik also, aber nicht auf altvertraute Weise. Der entsprechende, um einiges angereicherte Teil I des Buches ist daher von unabhängigem Interesse, wie auch Teil II mit historischen und mathematikphilosophischen Erörterungen.

    Description: Vor allem im Hinblick auf alternative und synthetische Kraftstoffe ist es notwendig, Brennverfahren zu entwickeln, die den jeweiligen Kraftstoff möglichst ressourcen- und umweltschonend umsetzen. Eine effiziente Entwicklungsumgebung ermöglicht es, dabei schneller zur optimalen Lösung zu gelangen. Das Ziel der Arbeit ist es, die Methode der Gestaltung des Ladungswechsels zu optimieren, indem iterative Schleifen von Ventilhubauslegung, Messungen am Motorenprüfstand und Auswertung reduziert werden. Kernbestandteil der Methode ist ein hochvariabler Ventiltrieb mit zwei synchron rotierenden Nockenwellen pro Ventil. Die individuelle Ansteuerung jedes Ventils erlaubt es, Einfluss auf die Ladungsbewegung zu nehmen. In der vorliegenden Arbeit wird am Forschungsmotor exemplarisch eine Brennverfahrensentwicklung für ein Brennverfahren mit einem frühen Einlass-Schließen durchgeführt. Hier kann insbesondere der Einfluss der Steigerung von Ladungsbewegung und turbulenter kinetischer Energie demonstriert werden. Die Ladungsbewegung kann gesteuert werden, ohne Einfluss auf Last, Restgasgehalt und Verbrennungsluftverhältnis nehmen zu müssen. Alle gezeigten Untersuchungen verwenden die Hubkurven, die der Ventiltrieb mit der gleichen Auslegung darstellen kann. Das Ziel, ein effizientes Werkzeug zur Gestaltung des Ladungswechsels im Rahmen der Brennverfahrensentwicklung zur Verfügung zu stellen, wird somit erreicht.

    Description: Mito: relato explicativo, simbólico y dinámico, de uno o varios acontecimientos extraordinarios personales con referente trascendente, que carece en principio de testimonio histórico, se compone de una serie de elementos invariantes reducibles a temas y sometidos a crisis, que presenta un carácter conflictivo, emotivo, funcional, ritual y remite siempre a una cosmogonía o a una escatología absolutas, particulares o universales. Esta definición, general, fría e indeterminada, requiere un tiempo, un espacio, y sobre todo una conciencia que la viva. El mito no es un constructo mental ajeno a las vicisitudes socioculturales: lleva marcada en su piel y sus entrañas la huella de cada individuo y sociedad que lo vio nacer; pero también sabe adaptarse a las condiciones del nuevo tiempo que lo acoge. Mitos de hoy narra esa tensión del mito por mantenerse vivo en el terreno, aparentemente inhóspito, de un mundo desengañado. La Mitocrítica Cultural, aquí puesta en práctica, combina las herramientas tradicionales de la mitocrítica con factores no considerados sistemáticamente por la crítica precedente: la globalización, la inmanencia y el consumismo. Ofrece así una modesta contribución a la tarea de identificar, analizar y sintetizar la tipología de las manifestaciones del mito en la literatura, las artes y los medios de comunicación contemporáneos.     Description: In welcher Weise und in welchem Maß haben die Ergebnisse des Newtonschen Experiments der Farbbrechung Einfluss auf die Bildende Kunst des 18. und 19. Jahrhunderts genommen? Diese Fragen stehen im Zentrum der Beiträge, welche die Malpraxis, die Theoriebildung zur Farbe, die neuen graphischen Reproduktionstechniken, die steigende Sehkompetenz, die Materialität von Farbe, die Verfeinerung der Darstellungsdetails und die Rolle optischer Instrumente untersuchen. Die Irritation im 18. Jahrhundert entstand aus der nicht eindeutigen Trennung in Licht- und Pigmentfarben. Für die Künstler hatte die alte Farbtrias - Blau, Rot, Gelb - weiterhin Bestand. Nichtsdestotrotz ist eine Verfeinerung des Sehens zu konstatieren, wie zunehmende Differenzierungskompetenz, die nicht nur neue graphische Techniken hervorbrachte, die im 19. Jahrhundert zur Fotographie führen sollten, sondern auch die Ästhetisierung verstärkte.     Description: Was hat Rassismus mit weißen Personen zu tun? Der Autor erforscht anhand von biographischen Interviews mit weißen Menschen, welche Bedeutung Scham in der Auseinandersetzung mit dieser Frage haben kann. Scham kann entstehen, wenn sich weiße Personen über eigenes, ungewollt rassistisches Handeln bewusst werden, aber auch mit Blick auf die eigene Untätigkeit angesichts rassistischer Machtverhältnisse. Scham kann zudem aufkommen, wenn weiße Personen damit konfrontiert sind, dass sie - anders als ihr bisheriges Selbstkonzept -- von Schwarz oder of Color positionierten Menschen als weiß, privilegiert oder bedrohlich wahrgenommen werden. Die Verarbeitung der eigenen Scham kann einerseits Anlass für Bildungsprozesse sein, in denen sich Selbst- und Weltverhältnisse ändern. Andererseits können sich in Bildungsprozessen auch Aspekte des eigenen Schamerlebens wandeln. Zugleich sind Scham und Bildungsprozesse weißer Personen über die eigene Involviertheit in rassistische Verhältnisse unausweichlich widersprüchlich. Für (rassismus-)kritische politische Bildung ist interessant, wie Scham berücksichtigt werden kann, ohne selbst beschämend zu handeln. Ziel dieser Bildungsarbeit ist es, eine kritisch-reflexive Handlungsfähigkeit zu stärken, die zu einer Veränderung rassistischer Verhältnisse in der Gesellschaft beiträgt. Die Studie lotet Möglichkeiten, Grenzen und Widersprüche der Berücksichtigung von weißer Scham in der politischen Bildung aus und eröffnet neue Perspektiven für Theorie und Praxis.

La experiencia histórica y administrativa de tres siglos, había generado importantes lazos culturales, pero hasta entonces la lealtad a la Corona y la religión eran las fuentes principales de unión. Al romperse las ligas con España hubo que trasladar la lealtad del Rey al gobierno independiente, y como en otros casos, se recurrió a los rituales cívicos y a la educación pública y, dentro de ella, a la enseñanza de la historia patria. Este libro se ocupa precisamente de las modalidades que ha asumido ese intento a lo largo de siglo y medio. La investigación emprendió el análisis de los programas y libros de texto de historia, tanto oficiales como particulares, y los situó dentro del contexto del acontecer del Estado mexicano y de la educación pública. Por tanto es una obra de interés para educadores, estudiosos de la historia de México y del público en general.

El periodo durante el cual gobernó al Archiduque rubio y barbado ha sido interpretado como ajeno, como un paréntesis en el desarrollo histórico nacional, producto exclusivamente de las ambiciones del emperador de los franceses y del Habsburgo segundón. El Imperio se pinta como una aventura espuria en la que a excepción de unos cuantos conservadores despechados, los mexicanos tuvieron muy poco que ver: antes bien el país entero olvidó sus antiguas disensiones para seguir las banderas de Patria y República que empuñaba Benito Juárez. Sin embargo, esta página romántica de la Historia Patria cuadra mal con la realidad de un régimen que si bien es cierto fue impuesto por las bayonetas francesa, también fue deseado, organizado y administrado por mexicanos. ¿Quiénes fueron estos? ¿Por qué colaboraron con el usurpador, adhiriéndose a un proyecto político que a posteriori parece absurdo? Al intentar dar respuesta a estas preguntas, esta obra intenta revalorar el episodio imperial como parte integral de la historia mexicana.

    Description: Experimentieren kann nicht nur dazu beitragen, fachinhaltliche Erkenntnisse zu gewinnen, sondern auch selbst Lerngegenstand sein. Wenig geklärt ist bisher, wie beim Experimentieren gelernt wird, worauf zu achten ist. Unklar ist auch, welche fachmethodischen Vorstellungen Lernende beim Planen, Durchführen und Auswerten aktivieren. Diesen Fragen wurde mithilfe einer schriftlichen Instruktion nachgegangen, die Lernende (Jg. 11) anregt, nicht nur Experimente durchzuführen, sondern auch über fachmethodische Grundlagen nachzudenken. Die Arbeitsphasen wurden für 42 Schülergruppen videografiert und kategorienbasiert ausgewertet, um Aussagen über Aktivitätsprofile, Vorstellungen und Kompetenzveränderungen zu generieren. Die Ergebnisse belegen die Komplexität von Lernprozessen und zeigen die Schwierigkeit, individuelle Kompetenzzuwächse auf bestimmte Prozesse zurückzuführen. Zum Beispiel konnten hohe Kompetenzzuwächse sowohl für Lernende mit häufigen fachmethodischen Beiträgen als auch für solche mit nur geringen fachmethodischen Aktivitäten festgestellt werden. Des Weiteren gehen experimentell angemessene Aktivitäten in erkennbaren Anteilen mit fachmethodisch unpassenden Vorstellungen einher, wie z. ,B. bei einer korrekt vorgenommenen, aber falsch begründeten Trennung zwischen einer Beobachtung und einer Deutung. Die Arbeit liefert damit Hinweise, dass Lernende neben fachinhaltlichen auch fachmethodische Vorstellungen in den Unterricht mitbringen. Diese gilt es z. ,B. durch explizite und wiederholte Thematisierung zu adressieren.

Mohammed ben Abdelkrim el Khattabi alias Abdelkrim schaffte es, die zerstrittenen Rifkabylen zu vereinen und aus der Widerstandsbewegung gegen die spanischen Invasoren die 1923 proklamierte "Rif-Republik" erwachsen zu lassen. Dirk Sasse geht den deutschen, britischen und französischen Helfern Abdelkrims nach – Ärzten, Technikern usw. –, die zu einer schleichenden Verlängerung des Krieges beitrugen, aber auch bei der vorgesehenen Modernisierung des Landes mithelfen sollten. Sein Buch ist ein Beitrag zur Geschichte der Dekolonisation und zur Geschichte der Vernetzung zwischen der außereuropäischen Bevölkerung und antikolonial eingestellten Sympathisanten in Europa.

Este acontecimiento fue sumamente controvertido tanto en el seno de la organización como al interior de nuestro país. La OCDE no había aceptado el ingreso de otros candidatos por más de veinte años y había concentrado sus actividades solamente entre sus miembros tradicionales. Asimismo, México se sumaba a lo que hasta entonces se consideraba como un "club exclusivo" que integraba a los países capitalistas más desarrollados del planeta ¿Cómo se desenvolvió el inicio de la participación de México en la OCDE y en qué momento ambos actores internacionales se hicieron convergentes? ¿De qué manera fue posible que una organización hermética, y que hallaba su identidad en una tajante división del mundo según los niveles de desarrollo de cada Estado, aceptase la membresía de un país de menor desarrollo relativo? ¿Bajo qué restricciones México se alineó a los objetivos y valores de la OCDE y qué consecuencias se fueron derivando de lo anterior? Finalmente, ¿cuáles han sido a lo largo del tiempo los costos y beneficios reales de la participación de un país como México en una organización como la OCDE, así como la posición e influencia que cada uno ha manejado con respecto al otro? La autora responde a estas preguntas a partir de una evaluación sobre la incidencia que de 1994 a 2002 ambos actores tuvieron tanto hacia su contraparte como hacia el contexto internacional en su conjunto.

Außerdem müssen sie die Anforderungen von Aufgaben mit Blick auf deren Passung zu den Lernprozessen der Schülerinnen und Schüler analysieren können. Eine derart verstandene "diagnostische Kompetenz" wird als zentrales Professionalisierungsziel von Lehrkräften angesehen. Vor diesem Hintergrund wurden die diagnostischen Prozesse von acht Studierenden mit den Fächern Physik und Mathematik in zwei aufeinander folgenden Lehrveranstaltungen zur Diagnostik untersucht, um Potentiale und Lernhindernisse im Kompetenzaufbau zu identifizieren. In beiden Veranstaltungen bildeten Vignetten von Lernprozessen den Ausgangspunkt für studentische Diagnosen. Forschungsgegenstand waren u.a. schriftliche Diagnosen der Studierenden im Prä-Post-Vergleich sowie auf Video aufgezeichnete studentische Diskurse bei der Diagnose von Lernprozessen der Schülerinnen und Schüler. Die Analysen erfassen u.a., auf welche Komponenten eines Diagnoseprozesses die Studierenden in welcher Weise Bezug nehmen und welche (fach-) didaktischen überlegungen bzw. Theoriebezüge sie in ihren Diagnosen als Referenzpunkte nutzen. Die Ergebnisse zeigen, dass auf struktureller Ebene zwar alle Komponenten thematisiert, aber inhaltlich nicht entlang einer typischen Abfolge miteinander verbunden werden. Trotz inhaltlicher Prompts wird nur selten explizit auf Theoriebezüge zurückgegriffen.

    Description: Das Kottbusser Tor in Berlin-Kreuzberg wird sowohl wegen seiner Vielfalt und seines Community-Aktivismus gefeiert als auch wegen Schmutz, Drogen und Gefahr gemieden. Wie die Bewohner*innen ihren Kiez sehen, wird oft in Anekdoten und politischen Statements dargestellt, aber kaum systematisch untersucht. Deshalb hat ein Forschungsteam des Georg-Simmel-Zentrums für Metropolenforschung an der Humboldt-Universität im Auftrag des Bezirksamtes Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg an Haustüren geklingelt und nachgefragt: Wodurch fühlen sich die Menschen in ihrem Wohngebiet unsicher? Würden sie denken, dass mehr Polizeipräsenz die Un-/Sicherheit erhöhen würde? Was erwarten sie von anderen Anwohner*innen, und inwiefern tragen solche Erwartungen zum Gefühl der Sicherheit bei? Trägt die alltägliche Nutzung der Nachbarschaft zum Sicherheitsgefühl bei? Dieses kleine Buch stellt die Ergebnisse der Studie vor. Es engagiert sich kritisch mit der berühmten These, dass "Augen auf der Straße" soziale Kontrolle und damit mehr subjektive Sicherheit erzeugen, und untersucht die Relevanz von Dunkelheit, Dreck und Drogen sowie von Achtsamkeit, Gemeinsamkeit und Zugehörigkeit. Die Studie zeigt, dass das Sicherheitsempfinden in einer städtischen Nachbarschaft von vertrauter Öffentlichkeit abhängt. Sie zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass Menschen einschätzen können, was sie um sich herum sehen (eine Fähigkeit, die bei wiederholter Nutzung von Orten zunimmt) und darauf vertrauen, dass andere Bewohner*innen ihnen den Rücken freihalten. Dabei muss den Menschen nicht immer alles gefallen, was sie an ihrem Wohnort erfahren. Aber in dichten Stadtgebieten mit hoher Diversität profitieren die Bewohner*innen von gegenseitigem Wiedererkennen, wenn es um das Sicherheitsempfinden geht.

En la historia de la literatura el poder recordarlo está restringido a pocas obras, aquellas que se consideran clásicas y monumentos culturales. En el caso de Amadís de Gaula hay un detalle más que hace notable la permanencia en el tiempo, pues también hay que tomar en cuenta que esta obra fue el paradigma de libros tildados de ociosos cuando no de locos o dañinos.

    Description: Die Frage nach dem Leid angesichts des Glaubens an den einen Gott, der im Christentum üblicherweise als allmächtig, gütig und allwissend gedacht wird, ist eine der zentralen Fragen der Menschheitsgeschichte, die auch heute noch regelmäßig und intensiv reflektiert und diskutiert wird. Durch die Erfahrung der Shoah stellt sich diese Frage, die als Theodizeefrage bezeichnet wird, für das Judentum, aber auch für das Christentum noch drängender, als dies zuvor ohnehin schon der Fall war. In der vorliegenden Studie werden die Antwortansätze, welche der jüdische Philosoph Hans Jonas, die christliche Theologin Dorothee Sölle und der jüdische Theologe Abraham Joshua Heschel angesichts der Shoah im Hinblick auf die Theodizeefrage entwickelt haben, dargestellt sowie aus christlich-theologischer Perspektive kritisch beleuchtet und weitergedacht. Von besonderer Bedeutung ist hierbei, ob und wie angesichts der Shoah die (All-)Macht, das Handeln und das Leiden Gottes gedacht werden können. Im Hinblick auf die Menschen steht die Frage im Fokus, worin die menschliche Verantwortung für und angesichts von Leid besteht. Raphael Döhn, geb. 1989, ist ein evangelischer Theologe mit dem Fachgebiet Systematische Theologie. Von 2015 bis 2020 war er Wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter im Institut für Evangelische Theologie an der Universität Kassel, seit 2020 Wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter im Fachbereich Evangelische Theologie an der Universität Marburg. Er promovierte mit einer Studie zur Theodizeefrage in christlichen und jüdischen Entwürfen des 20. Jahrhunderts, insbesondere im Hinblick auf die Gesamtwerke von Hans Jonas, Dorothee Sölle und Abraham Joshua Heschel. Sonstige Schwerpunkte in Forschung und Lehre sind u.a. das Verhältnis von Krieg und Frieden im Denken von Hans Jonas, Schöpfungstheologie sowie Jugendtheologie.

    Description: Im Physikunterricht spielen sprachbezogene Anforderungen oft eine Rolle. Zugleich setzen viele Physiklehrkräfte es als selbstverständlich voraus, dass sich Lernende sprachlich versiert ausdrücken können. Eine naheliegende Vermutung ist, dass sich diese Erwartungshaltung auch auf die Korrektur von Klassenarbeiten niederschlägt. Darüber, wie Physiklehrkräfte bei der Feststellung und Beurteilung von Schülerleistungen in einer Klassenarbeit tatsächlich vorgehen, liegt allerdings bislang kaum belastbare empirische Evidenz vor (Forschungsfrage 1). Es stellt sich auch die Frage, inwieweit Physiklehrkräfte bei der Korrektur einer Klassenarbeit fachlich-konzeptuelle und sprachliche Schülerleistungen miteinander konfundieren (Forschungsfrage 2). Die vorliegende Arbeit exploriert diese beiden Fragen im Rahmen einer Laut-Denk-Studie mit 21 im Schuldienst aktiven Physiklehrkräften. Bezüglich Forschungsfrage 1 zeigte sich -- neben weiteren Befunden --, dass die befragten Lehrkräfte sprachliche Schülerleistungen in einer tendenziell defizitorientierten Art und Weise feststellen und beurteilen. Die Feststellung und Beurteilung fachlich-konzeptueller Schülerleistungen erfolgt hingegen zum Teil defizitorientiert, aber auch fähigkeitsorientiert. Hinsichtlich Forschungsfrage 2 konnten zahlreiche komplementäre Teilbefunde gewonnen werden. Sie sprechen in ihrer Gesamtheit dafür, dass die befragten Lehrkräfte fachlich-konzeptuelle und sprachliche Schülerleistungen auf einem moderaten Niveau miteinander konfundieren.
