Es gingum diverse Themen wie die unterlassene deutsche Grenzschließungwährend der Flüchtlingskrise, die Zusammenarbeit mit Drittländern wie der Türkei oder Libyen, innerstaatliche Unterbringungsstandards, ein reformiertes Dublin-System und vieles mehr. Gemeinsam ist all diesen Themenfeldern, dass sie politische Grundsatzfragen mit rechtstechnischen Einzelheiten verbinden und hierbei eine Gesamtschau deutscher, europäischer und internationaler Rechtsregeln einfordern. Diese komplexe Gemengelage erschwert eine Standortbestimmung, die nach den strukturellen Problemlagen des Flüchtlingsrechts fragt und damit den sprichwörtlichen Wald vor lauter Bäumen sichtbar macht.

    Description: Quandt was the builder of a first Goethe memorial site, founder of the Saxon Kunstverein and pioneer for a modern art gallery in Dresden. He promoted contemporary artists and explored Old Masters. He wanted his fellow citizens to be educated by art and tirelessly contributed to it with talks, articles and exhibitions. This study highlights the bustling personality and its work in the early 19th century. Quandt's broad commitment left deep traces in German cultural life and gave the young art history significant impulses. Therefore it is worth taking a look at his biography, his written legacies, his private collection with works of such well-known names as Overbeck, Schnorr von Carolsfeld, Friedrich, Botticelli, Fra Angelico and Cranach.

    Description: Die von Cailleux begründete morphoskopische Sandanalyse wird in ihrer Grundlage hinsichtlich der Mattierung der Quarzkornoberfläche durch den Wind und der Polierung in marinem und fluviatilem Milieu bestätigt und durch die Trennung von Kornformung und Kornbearbeitung modifiziert. Die Auffassung Küenens (1961), daß allein „chemical frosting" als Ursache der Quarzkornmattierung anzusehen ist und die Walters (1951), daß sie entscheidend temperaturbedingt ist, wird durch den Nachweis mechanisch erzeugter Mattierung ergänzt.

    Description: Das Ziel der vorliegenden Arbeit war, das jahreszeitlich wechselnde Bild ausgewählter britischer Agrarlandschaften an Hand von sieben Repräsentativbetrieben zu untersuchen. Unter Berücksichtigung der statischen Komponenten wurde die jahreszeitliche Rhythmik der Agrarlandschaft durch ihre dynamische Komponente, die Arbeit in der Landwirtschaft, erfaßt. Die Untersuchung erfolgte mit Hilfe der Arbeitsmethode von G. JENSCH (1957) bei einer Weiterentwicklung derselben; die von Jensch benutzten „Arbeitsdiagramme“ wurden in der Weise differenziert, daß sowohl Arbeitsart wie Arbeit an bestimmten Feldfrüchten und Tieren auf ihnen abzulesen ist. Danach wurde versucht, den räumlichen Bezug von diesen Arbeitsdiagrammen zur Agrarlandschaft zu finden. Zu diesem Zweck wurden Flurkarten der einzelnen Betriebe entworfen, die in 15 Darstellungen für jedes Feld das jeweilige Erscheinungsbild im Verlaufe eines Jahres darstellen. Ein Vergleich der beiden Darstellungen zeigt für jedes Flurstück durch die Art der Arbeit und die damit verbundene, für jede Frucht typische Veränderung des Feldes das Ausmaß und «den Zeitpunkt der Veränderung der Flur an. Damit konnte eine direkte Aussage über den Zustand und die Zustandsänderung der gesamten Flur, die mit Hilfe der Diagramme allein nur indirekt möglich war, gemacht werden. Für jeden der sieben Betriebe, die etwa auf einer SE-NW-Achse von Kent bis Sutherland zu suchen sind, wurde sein Arbeitsrhythmus mit Hilfe des für ihn entworfenen Arbeitsdiagrammes erklärt, danach die hierdurch hervorgerufene Veränderung in der Flur erläutert und ein regionaler Vergleich der einzelnen Arbeitsarten, ihrer Einsatztermine und Arbeitsandauer gegeben. Nach einer vergleichenden Beschreibung des Arbeitsaufwandes und Arbeitsrhythmus im Verlaufe des Jahres wurde schließlich im Vergleich aller sieben Repräsentativbetriebe versucht, unter Zuhilfenahme der Ergebnisse aus Arbeitsdiagrammen und Flurkarten die für jeden Betrieb geltende Rhythmik seines Landschaftsbildes darzustellen und mit denen der anderen Betriebe zu vergleichen. Hierdurch wurde erstmalig auf dem durch G. JENSCH angeregten Wege die mit Hilfe der Arbeit in der Landwirtschaft exakt meßbare jahresrhythmische Zustandsänderung der Flur für einige Agrarlandschaften einzeln und vergleichend dargestellt.

    Description: Zusammenfassung und Ergebnisse: Meine Kartierungen bestätigen im Prinzip die von SCHULZ (1926) beobachtete Rumpftreppe. Sie wird jedoch oberhalb der Basisrumpffläche (710—740 m) durch weitere sechs Niveaus bis zum Rachelniveau (1350 In) ergänzend untergliedert. Im Übergangsbereich zum Vorland und im Vorland treten zwei Randterrassen und zwei Fußflächen auf. Es wurde versucht, die sieben pleistozänen Donauterrassen im Ilzgebiet weiter zu verfolgen. Die im Ilzgebiet erstmals kartierten glazialen Ablagerungen erlauben die Rekonstruktion der würmeiszeitlichen Schneegrenze auf einen Wert von etwa 1000 m Höhe. Beobachtungen über die Formung des Tallängsprofiles durch schreitende und rückschreitende Erosion waren der Anlaß zu einigen Überlegungen über die Formung der Rumpftreppe.
    Description: Summary: In 1926 SCHULZ was the first to interpret the piedmont stairway in the “Bayerischer Wald“. The result of a recent geomorphological mapping of the “Ilz“-river basin was the classification of the piedmont stairway into 9 levels between 600 and 1350 m, which means 4 more piedmont levels then SCHULZ described. The lowest levels are no peneplains but “Gebirgsrandterrassen“ in the sense of PHILIPPSON. They are particularly spread in the area of transition between foreland and mountain. The highest levels in the foreland are interpreted as rests of two pediments. The lower pediment correlates with the uppermost deposits of the freshwatermolasse in the latest pliocene and the transition to pleistocene. The secondary valleys of the Danube are cut into this plain. I tried to find the seven pleistocene terrasses of the Danube (STADLER, 1926) also as stages of relief development in the Ilz basin. The investigations concerning the formation of the longitudinal profiles by progressing and regressing erosion led to some thoughts about the formation of the piedmont stairway. The lowest glacial deposits were found in the Ilz basin above 750 m. In consequence we can suppose that the wurmian snowline was in a height of 1000 m. The morphogenetic map of the Ilz basin shows a classification of the relief into families of forms of erosion.

    Description: Nach Mitteilung einiger Beobachtungen über die Niederschläge des Tibestigebirges und das Abkommen des Enneri Bardague-Araye wird aufgrund eines exakt vermessenen Nivellements das Längsprofil des Flußbettes mit den unterschiedlichen Gefälleverhältnissen diskutiert.     Description: Die bisherige Topographische Karte im Maßstab 1 : 25 000 ist unter rein militärischem und geodätischem Einfluß entstanden. Alle Versuche, von der Geographie her Einfluß auf eine geographische Aussageerweiterung der Karte zu gewinnen, scheiterten an den Einwänden verantwortlicher Kartenhersteller amtlicher Kartenwerke. Hauptziel der vorliegenden Arbeit war es, an einem praktischen Beispiel konkret die Möglichkeiten einer geographischen Aussageerweiterung zu verdeutlichen. Dafür mußten neue Darstellungsmethoden entwickelt und in die Praxis der Kartenherstellung umgesetzt werden. Die so entstandene Karte in Form einer Mehrfarbenkopie zeigt m. E.‚ daß die Erwartungen hinsichtlich der Möglichkeiten einer komplexen geographischen Aussageerweiterung voll erfüllt werden können, ohne die Aussagen der alten Topographischen Karte zu beeinträchtigen. Damit soll die von mir hergestellte Karte einen Beitrag liefern zur vermehrten geographischen Inhaltsgestaltung der Topographischen Karte 1 : 25 000.
