    Description: Projet en partage, partage sans projet ou partage comme projet　: quelle est la dimension sociale du projet　? Comment pense-t-on le partage avant le projet, quels acteurs sociaux y participent, quand en sont-ils absents　? C’est sur ces éléments que se penche cet ouvrage qui traite de projets urbains, de catégories d’acteurs, d’implications participatives et d’effets sociaux localisés. Et quels effets ? Effets de sens, effets de pouvoir, effets sociaux et décalages effectifs entre objectifs affichés et réalités sociales parfois tenaces. Au nord comme au sud, pour mettre en œuvre le projet les moyens sont variés, les outils sont divers, de la suggestion à la contrainte, des « bonnes pratiques » aux processus autoritaires. Aucun projet présenté dans les textes de cet ouvrage n’inclut parfaitement la participation à la totalité du processus. Certains l’intègrent à leur méthodologie, avec des résultats plus ou moins effectifs mais des intentions claires, des acteurs identifiés et une temporalité bien définie. D’autres projets qui se présentent comme partagés sont bien moins formalisés, informels voire déguisés et font parfois l’objet de contestations et de contre-propositions. Dans tous les cas, c’est à l’issue du projet de territoire que l’on en mesure réellement la dimension sociale, l’objectif visé par ces projets n’étant pas nécessairement un espace partagé. En présentant des projets de natures différentes et à plusieurs échelles (requalification de l’espace public, amélioration de l’habitat, renouvellement urbain…), les sept chapitres de cet ouvrage abordent ainsi des enjeux variés de mixité sociale et de gentrification, de dé-paupérisation, de préservation de l’entre-soi et d’éviction brutale de certains segments de population.

    L’électricité et les pouvoirs locaux en France (1880–1980) (2021)

    Description: L’électricité, un service public jacobin ? À rebours des idées reçues, cet ouvrage montre le rôle joué par les pouvoirs locaux dans la construction de ce qui est devenu un pilier de l’État-Providence en France, au XXe siècle. Cette influence, peu abordée dans l’historiographie, doit être mise en regard avec les origines du secteur électrique : un système sociotechnique ancré et organisé au niveau communal. Jamais effacée, cette « matrice » a façonné de manière durable la gestion du service public. Elle explique le maintien de plusieurs prérogatives locales au moment de la nationalisation (concessions de distribution, régies municipales et départementales, etc.). Elle éclaire la prise de certaines décisions après la création d’Électricité de France, en matière de redistribution sociale (soutien aux usagers domestiques) ou d’aménagement du territoire (péréquation des prix, électrification rurale). En exhumant l’action des pouvoirs locaux et de leur principale organisation représentative, la FNCCR (Fédération nationale des collectivités concédantes et régies), cette autre histoire du service public, racontée « par le bas », nuance la vision d’un État hégémonique. Elle permet aussi de mieux appréhender les mutations actuelles du secteur électrique, à l’heure où les questions de décentralisation refont surface dans les débats politiques.

Le cas de la norme internationale des droits de l’homme sur la pratique du crime d’honneur retient l’attention car elle a un potentiel de dissémination mondiale et participe à la controverse sur la religiosité de la pratique du crime d’honneur au Pakistan.     Description: La Dordogne, anciennement Périgord, est située dans l’historiographie en périphérie de la zone des familles souches du Sud-Ouest. Le mode de transmission et de reproduction familiale permet de comprendre comment s’organise la famille et comment se nouent les liens en son sein. Outre les relations juridiques, économiques, patrimoniales, est-il possible d’approcher les relations d’ordre affectif? L’étude porte sur les familles ayant vécu dans le village de Saint-Léon-sur-l’Isle, entre 1780 et 1839. Une lecture très fine des sources, notamment des actes notariés, met en évidence les logiques de comportement et leur évolution pendant une période de bouleversements qui malmènent les équilibres familiaux. Elle livre également un aperçu de l’intimité familiale, celle du couple en particulier.

    Description: La société moderne a longtemps entretenu un rapport plus serein au passé qu’à l’avenir. Le récit du passé qui s’accumule dans les livres n’est-il pas cette chose inerte destinée à éclairer le présent ? Pourtant, litiges et controverses quant aux « vérités » que l’histoire prétend fonder ébranlent les certitudes. L’une des conséquences de l’impuissance de l’histoire à asseoir ce qui serait une certaine vérité du passé, c’est d’attirer à elle ceux qui voudraient s’y inscrire rétroactivement en invoquant les injustices mémorielles dont ils auraient été victimes. Si l’histoire s’ouvre ainsi à tout venant, c’est que la société elle-même n’est plus certaine de son identité non plus que du parcours qui l’a conduite jusqu’à elle-même. Dans les sociétés contemporaines où s’achève cet éclatement de la référence collective, on observe ainsi l’encombrement des acteurs se précipitant au cœur de l’histoire espérant y inscrire la mémoire de leur propre parcours.

    Description: Depuis son apparition à la fin du XIXe siècle sous la forme industrielle, la nouvelle énergie électrique s’est immiscée dans les paysages métropolitains, industriels ou ruraux. Mais cette immixtion, sous le signe de l’étrangeté de l’appareillage, du bâtiment, des configurations spatiales et des postures professionnelles, s’est progressivement, et parfois radicalement, transformée en genèse d’un paysage électrique spécifique. Ce nouveau système paysager, qui concentrait tous les signes ambivalents de la modernité avant d’être aujourd’hui en certains cas patrimonialisé, a produit des figures extrêmement diverses. Cet ouvrage dépasse largement la question des externalités économiques et sociales négatives, question toujours au demeurant centrale. Il pose un jalon dans une histoire culturelle du dialogue entre l’électricité et le paysage. Il confirme que ce dialogue déjà multiséculaire ne se réduit pas à la mesure extrêmement volatile du gradient technophile/technophobe, tradition/modernité et bien entendu nature/culture. Il insiste, surtout, sur la complexité de la trame historique de ces paysages de l’électricité, où les physionomies territoriales se reconstruisent sans cesse en brassant le quotidien et le sublime, la fabrique de la nature et les superstitions de la culture.

    Description: Jésabel Robin has been a lecturer in French for future primary-school teachers at the German-speaking Pädagogische Hochschule Bern (PH IVP) since 2007. She felt that most of her students were reluctant to their professional training in French, yet it is one of the subjects they are training to teach. Her research in language and culture pedagogy adopts social anthropological approaches with a view to study the attitude of the PH IVP students towards French. From mobility mapping to comprehensive interviews in self confrontation, she analyses diverse self-narratives and reveals a wide range of individual and collective representations of and about French. She also focuses on the pivotal effect of institutional experiences such as practical training in teaching French and mobility. These constraints trigger tensions between institutional thinking and individual experiences regarding French but also reveal gaps (so-called « interstices institutionnels ») within the institution itself. The author eventually suggests redesigning a few curricular aspects.
    Description: À travers ses expériences d’enseignante de français à la Haute École Pédagogique de Berne (PHBern), l’auteure constate que de nombreux étudiants, futurs enseignants du primaire, présentent des résistances à l’encontre de cette langue qu’ils vont pourtant devoir enseigner. S’inscrivant dans le champ de la didactique des langues et des cultures et adoptant une approche socio-anthropologique, la chercheuse s’intéresse aux raisons de ce rapport au français des étudiants en formation initiale. Grâce à l’analyse qualitative de leurs récits d’expériences, elle parvient à identifier un éventail de représentations du français et à en repérer les lieux-pivots. En outre, son analyse des stratégies individuelles et collectives élaborées par ces futurs enseignants pour tenter de gérer les tensions liées au caractère contraint de l’enseignement/apprentissage de la langue donne finalement à voir les « interstices institutionnels » qui permettent aux divers acteurs de l’institution de s’accommoder ou de contourner la situation. Les résultats de sa recherche l’incitent à souligner la nécessité de penser, voire de repenser, les articulations institutionnelles et à proposer des pistes didactiques.

    Description: This book promotes a new understanding of the regional monograph. It investigates its research topic – the Carpathian Mountains – through the prism of institutions and organizations that have objectified it and have interacted in its governance over the past ten years. As such, the Carpathian Mountains never constitute an object per se in this book, but are rather understood as a region continuously objectified by discourses, inscriptions and practices. Four months of ethnographic field work under the direction of the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) at the interim secretariat of the Carpathian Convention have unveiled environmental institutions that remain largely unknown to both the general public and to researchers.
    Description: La signature le 22 mai 2003 à Kiev de la Convention cadre pour la protection et le développement durable des Carpates constitue l’acte fondateur de la construction d’un nouvel espace transnational visant la mise en application de politiques environnementales coordonnées à l’échelle du massif de montagne. Cet ouvrage réinvente l’exercice de la monographie régionale en appréhendant cette région des Carpates au prisme des institutions et des organisations qui l’ont objectivée et qui interagissent dans sa gouvernance depuis une dizaine d’années. Dans cette perspective, les Carpates ne figurent jamais dans cette étude comme un objet en soi, mais comme une région objectivée par des discours, des inscriptions et des pratiques d’acteurs. Grâce à une enquête ethnographique menée au secrétariat de la Convention des Carpates administré ad intérim par le Programme des Nations-Unies pour l’Environnement, cette étude ouvre la boîte noire d’institutions environnementales qui restent largement méconnues du grand public et des chercheurs eux-mêmes. Elle retrace les étapes par lesquelles la région des Carpates prend forme, souvent de manière contestée, et se trouve progressivement institutionnalisée.

    Description: Cet ouvrage propose une exploration de l’aventure doctorale dans le regard de celles et ceux qui la vivent, les doctorant·e·s, au travers du prisme des émotions. Il aborde, dans une perspective psychopédagogique, les défi s inhérents à cette formation exigeante dont l’une des fi nalités est la construction individuelle et sociale des connaissances. À partir de deux constats préoccupants – le taux d’abandon élevé et l’état de santé critique des doctorant·e·s – l’ouvrage questionne les conditions individuelles et situationnelles qui soutiennent ou entravent le processus d’apprentissage et d’appropriation créative, en présumant que le bien-être constitue la pierre angulaire de la (trans)formation. Après quelques balises théoriques, des éclairages sur l’expérience doctorale sont amenés en deux volets complémentaires. Le premier dresse un panorama international de sept tendances issues de 70 recherches réalisées au cours des vingt dernières années. Le deuxième présente les résultats de l’étude longitudinale menée par l’autrice entre 2016 et 2017 auprès de 26 doctorant·e·s d’une université suisse. Les leviers et les freins du quotidien sont décrits à partir de 256 évènements signifi catifs. Puis, 26 vignettes d’évènements particulièrement (dé)mobilisateurs illustrent comment ces doctorant-e-s se (trans)forment durant leurs activités au contact de leur environnement. L’ouvrage se termine par une réfl exion critique sur l’accompagnement du doctorat et la culture pédagogique dans laquelle il s’inscrit. Des recommandations sont proposées à l’usage des actrices et acteurs de la formation doctorale, pouvant inspirer plus largement celles et ceux de la formation post-obligatoire.

    Description: Cet ouvrage retrace la sociogenèse de l’internationalisme éducatif durant le premier 20e siècle à partir de l’une de ses matrices, le Bureau international d’éducation (BIE). Créé à Genève par l’Institut Rousseau, en 1925, pour construire la paix par la science et l’éducation, ce Bureau se conçoit d’abord comme caisse de résonance des mouvements réformistes　; dès 1929, sous la direction de Jean Piaget, le BIE devient la première institution intergouvernementale en éducation puis lie ses destinées à celles de l’Unesco en 1952, dont il constitue un organe précurseur. L’ouvrage s’attache à montrer comment le BIE tente de rallier tous les États de la planète, pour construire une charte des aspirations mondiales de l’instruction publique. Il témoigne des causes promues et négociées, non sans résistances　: droit des populations juvéniles –　même les plus vulnérables　– à une pédagogie adaptée et à une large culture　; justice scolaire, corolaire de la justice sociale　; éducation à la paix　et à l’esprit critique　; amélioration des conditions de travail et de formation des enseignants. Tout en élargissant l’empan de ses partenaires et de son audience, le BIE bute sur de substantielles contradictions. Comment asseoir sa légitimité sans renforcer les rivalités avec les organisations investissant elles aussi l’enfance d’une puissance rédemptrice ? Comment appliquer à l’éducation les méthodes de la coopération internationale, alors que l’école demeure la chasse gardée des nations　? Comment courtiser simultanément des gouvernements qui incarnent la démocratie et des États-nations aux régimes autoritaires, sans déroger aux principes de neutralité et pacifisme　? Quel mode opératoire instituer pour préserver les Conférences du BIE des interférences politiques qui s’exacerbent en ces décennies de tous les excès　?     Description: L’humaniste et juriste milanais André Alciat (1492-1550) est connu pour être le créateur de ce qui deviendra, au cours du XVIe siècle, le genre de l’emblème, caractérisé par sa structure tripartite (inscriptio, pictura, subscriptio). L’Emblematum liber, publié pour la première fois en 1531, réédité à de nombreuses reprises, augmenté de poèmes supplémentaires et de nouvelles illustrations durant le XVIe siècle, contient plus de 200 emblèmes. Le présent commentaire étudie un choix de 75 emblèmes consacrés aux animaux. L’introduction aborde les différentes problématiques en lien avec les emblèmes et offre une synthèse des principales observations tirées de l’analyse du corpus. Le commentaire adopte une forme adaptée à ce genre hybride : pour chaque poème, il présente un choix de gravures issues des principales éditions, afin de mesurer l’évolution des motifs et leur adéquation au texte, puis une traduction française en prose des épigrammes latines, suivie d’un commentaire mettant en évidence la structure de la subscriptio, ses procédés stylistiques, ses sources d’inspiration et son interprétation symbolique.

An der Festschrift hat sich eine große Zahl von Freunden, ehemaligen SchülerInnen, MitarbeiterInnen und KollegInnen mit Beiträgen beteiligt, deren Bandbreite von einzelphilologischen, sprach- wie literaturwissenschaftlichen Aspekten der Slavistik bis hin zu übergreifenden, interdisziplinär ausgerichteten kultur- und geisteswissenschaftlichen Fragestellungen im gesamteuropäischen Kontext bestens geeignet ist, das vielschichtige Schaffen von Prof. em.     Description: Les lettres de Charles Gounod à la duchesse Colonna, sculptrice de renom sous le pseudonyme de Marcello, sont d’un immense intérêt. De caractère intime, elles offrent également des informations sur les projets du compositeur (dont un opéra inachevé d’après l’histoire de Francesca da Rimini), les détails matériels de son activité, son manque d’inspiration, ainsi que sur ses conceptions esthétiques et philosophiques. Entre la création de Roméo et Juliette en 1867 et la fuite de Gounod en Angleterre en 1870, les deux amis partagent leurs joies et leurs préoccupations tant artistiques que personnelles. Cet échange épistolaire enrichit considérablement la compréhension de la personnalité humaine et créatrice de Gounod, ainsi que de son milieu culturel.

He is one of the few who remained in Germany after fleeing from the Soviet Union in World War II until his death.     Description: 〈P〉The purpose of th is study is to describe certain features of Tsvetaeva's intermediate world and to demonstrate its relation to several peculiarities of Tsvetaeva's poetics, specifically, her predilection for oxymoron and the ambiguous nature and behavior of her lyrical personae. Furthermore, these important structural elements are viewed as inherent in Tsvetaeva's dichotomous poetic vision. Two thematic cores, "love" and "poetry", are analyzed with particular attention given to the investigation of the nature of their opposition. An analysis of the "love"/"poetry" pair specifically serves as a vehicle for obtaining information about the intermediate world. 〈/P〉

Kernstück der Reformen sollte die Aufhebung der Leibeigenschaft sein.     Description: Two outstanding representatives of Russian modernism - Andrei Belyy for the movement of symbolism, Osip Mandel'tam for acmeism - chose the Caucasus as a tourist destination for their travels in the last decade of their lives within the borders of the Soviet Union. For both, the cultural-historical context was crucial in several ways in this choice. It concerns, on the one hand, the poet's own person and his cultural awareness, which refers to his integration into traditional contexts both in Russian and in world culture. On the other hand, Belyj and Mandel'štam in the Caucasus are looking for an encounter with a cultural space which, through its rich history, during which it has been exposed to a variety of foreign influences and yet retains its specific character, is able to provide these two factors in a unique way ,
    Description: Zwei der herausragenden Vertreter der russischen Moderne - Andrej Belyj für die Strömung des Symbolismus, Osip Mandel'štam für die des Akmeismus - wählten für ihre Reisen, die sie jeweils im letzten Jahrzehnt ihres Lebens innerhalb der Grenzen der Sowjetunion unternahmen, den Kaukasus als Reiseziel. Für beide war bei dieser Wahl der kulturgeschichtliche Kontext in mehrerer Hinsicht entscheidend. Er betrifft zum einen die eigene Person des Dichters und dessen Kulturbewußtsein, das sich auf seine Einbindung in Traditionszusammenhänge sowohl innerhalb der russischen als auch der Weltkultur bezieht. Diesen nach außen sehr abrupten Wechsel zwischen den Gattungen nahmen ihm die einen sehr übel, die wenigen anderen feierten ihn als ernstzunehmenden Prosaiker. Unter diesem literarischen Aspekt stellt Okud žava eine der umstrittensten Persönlichkeiten der sowjetischen Gegenwartsliteratur dar, wobei auch oft politische Hintergründe eine Rolle spielten.

Band des Münchener Nachdrucks des "SpravoÄ nyj i objasnitel'nyj slovar' Novomu Zavetu" berichtet worden. Wie Gil'tebrandt andeutet, unterscheidet sich der vorliegende "Slovar' Psaltiri" vom "Slovar' Novomu Zavetu" vor allem dadurch, daß bei jedem kirchenslavischen Wort vermerkt ist, ob sein griechisches Äquivalent im Psalter auch noch anders Übertragen worden ist, und dass ein griechisch-slavischer Index alle diese evtl. konkurrierenden Wiedergabemöglichkeiten übersichtlich zusammenfasst.〈/P〉

    Description: In dem vorliegenden Band wird in zwei auch inhaltlich verknüpften Beiträgen das Problem der Quantifizierungen im medizinischen Fachwortschatz untersucht: 1) S. 7ff.: Quantifizierungen im medizinischen Fachwortschätz. Probleme der Konfrontation und Translation (Russisch, Polnisch, Lateinisch, Deutsch); 2) S. 71ff.: Die Realisierungstypen der Quantifizierungen im serbokroatischen und bulgarischen medizinischen Fachwortschatz. Die Zielsetzung der beiden Beiträge ist trotz ihrer thematischen Übereinstimmung nicht genau identisch: während der erste Beitrag die theoretischen Voraussetzungen in die Diskussion mit einbezieht und die Frage der Translation dem Strukturtypenvergleich anschließt, ist das Ziel des zweiten Beitrages die deskriptive Erfassung aller Strukturtypen, die im Serbokroatischen und Bulgarischen zur Realisierung der Quantifizierungen bestehen.

    Description: La didactique du français ne peut faire l’économie de penser les effets des nouvelles technologies sur le français et sur son enseignement, au risque soit de perdre son adéquation au réel, soit de manquer d’un recul critique nécessaire pour se prémunir d’éventuels effets dommageables. L’enjeu de cet ouvrage est d’explorer, de part et d’autre de la frontière scolaire, traditionnellement étanche, les jeux de circulation et d’innovation qui en marquent la rénovation. Dans un premier temps sont regroupés les articles qui mettent au jour le renouvellement des pratiques enseignantes traditionnelles, la redéfinition de certains savoirs scolaires, la promotion du travail collaboratif, l’usage inédit des hyperliens et l’exploration de la multimodalité. Dans un second temps, plusieurs articles étudient les pratiques communicationnelles sur les réseaux sociaux et les plateformes de sociabilité numérique, ainsi que le possible usage de celles-ci pour établir des liens plus serrés entre l’école et la vie des élèves, voire d’imaginer de nouvelles voies d’actualisation du savoir et de la culture, à même de garantir la transmission, au cœur des ruptures induites par ces nouveaux medias eux-mêmes.

Rassmatrivajutsja nekotorye obščie voprosy logičeskogo analiza estestvennogo jazyka.     Description: 〈P〉n 1975 a group of Leningrad poets sought official permission to hold a memorial meeting commemorating the ninetieth anniversary of the birth of Nikolaj Stepanovič Gumilev (1886 -1921) the following year, as well as issuing a collection of their poetry. On April 16. 1976 the poet Oleg Oxapkin and the historian Vladimir Poreš initiated the first memorial meeting devoted to the founder of Acmeism. Since that time there have been three additional "unofficial conferences" held (1978, 1979 and 1980). At these yearly private meetings, literary historians, poets and poetry lovers converge and pay homage to Gumilev. The section containing material relating to Gumilev in this volume is significant and illuminating. 〈/P〉

    Description: В эпоху корпусных исследований и создания цифровых информационных ресурсов, содержащих большие объемы текстов, применение количественных методов анализа языковых единиц становится неотъемлемой частью лингвистических описаний. В книге представлены результаты сопоставительного исследования коннекторов с использованием количественных методов анализа, выполненного в рамках совместного российско-швейцарского проекта «Контрастивное корпусное исследование коннекторов русского языка». Исследование коннекторов проводилось с использованием нового уникального лингвистического ресурса – Надкорпусной базы данных (НБД) коннекторов. В первой главе монографии описаны структура НБД и возможности, которые она дает лингвистам для применения количественных и контрастивных методов исследования. Во второй и третьей главе монографии представлены результаты применения этих методов для исследования коннекторов как показателей логико-семантических отношений сопутствования и переформулирования в русском и французском языках. В четвертой, заключительной, главе монографии количественные методы применены к анализу результатов машинного перевода, одного из перспективных направлений в области компьютерной лингвистики. A l’époque du développement de la linguistique de corpus, de l’élaboration de corpus de textes annotés qui contiennent un volume important de données, l’application des méthodes quantitatives d’analyse devient une partie inhérente de toute étude linguistique. Le livre contient les résultats de l’étude contrastive (russe-français) des connecteurs avec l’utilisation des méthodes quantitatives qui a été menée dans le cadre du projet de recherche conjoint (Suisse-Russie) soutenu par le FNS et par la Fondation pour la recherche fondamentale de la Fédération de Russie (RFBR). Les données statistiques pour l’étude contrastive des connecteurs ont été obtenus grâce à une nouvelle ressource informatique : une base de données des connecteurs qui contient des textes parallèles en russe et en français. Le premier chapitre décrit la base de données, ses fonctionnalités et les possibilités qu’elle offre aux linguistes pour l’analyse contrastive, qualitative et quantitative, des connecteurs. Le deuxième et le troisième chapitres présentent les résultats de l’application de ce type d’analyse des connecteurs russes et français en tant que marqueurs des relations discursives de concomitance et de reformulation. Dans le quatrième chapitre ces méthodes sont appliquées à l’analyse des résultats de traduction automatique, un domaine de recherche qui se trouve actuellement au centre des intérêts de la linguistique de corpus et de la linguistique computationnelle.

    Description: Die vorliegende Arbeit hat das Ziel, Prinzipien des Aufbaus des Gramatično izkazanje herauszuarbeiten und diese mit den Prinzipien des Aufbaus der kirchenslavischen Grammatik von Meletij Smotryckyj zu vergleichen. Die Zielsetzung bedingt weiterhin, daß zunächst der Versuch unternommen wird zu klären, welche der zwei in Frage kommenden Ausgaben der Grammatik Smotryćkyjs, nämlich entweder die Erstausgabe von Jevje oder die Ausgabe von Moskau, die sich in einigen Punkten von der Jevjeer Ausgabe unterscheidet, Križanić in Sibirien zur Verfügung hatte. Die anschließende Analyse des Aufbaus des Gramatično izkazanje erfolgt in zwei Teilen. Zunächst wird die Anordnung der verschiedenen Teile der Grammatik (Phonetik, Syntax, Redeteile) bei Križanić betrachtet und anschließend der Aufbau der Teile selbst analysiert.
