    Ingenieurgeologische Untersuchung einer Rutschung in Essenheim/Rheinhessen (2016)

    Description: In verschiedenen Hanglagen der Ortsgemeinde Essenheim in Rheinhessen (Rheinland-Pfalz) ist der Untergrund rutschgefährdet oder es sind fossile Rutschungen vorhanden. In einer dieser Hanglagen wurde die Erweiterung des Baugebietes „Domherrngärten" geplant. In der Folge dessen war zu klären, unter welchen Randbedingungen die Bebauung realisiert werden kann. Hierzu wurden in mehreren Kampagnen der geologische Untergrund mit Kernbohrungen untersucht und Inklinometermessstellen zur Beobachtung von Hangbewegungen eingerichtet. Die Untersuchungsergebnisse wurden im Rahmen einer Bachelorarbeit zur Durchführung von Standsicherheitsberechnungen genutzt. Auf der Basis aller Untersuchungsergebnisse werden Vorsorgemaßnahmen für die Bebauung in einem rutschgefährdetem Hang aufgezeigt.
    Description: Abstract: Various slopes in the village Essenheim in Rhinehessen/ Rhineland-Pala- tinate are prone to landslides. The planed extension of the building area „Domherrngärten II" is part of such an area. In succession it had to be discussed under which circumstances construction is possible. To analyze the geological features core drillings with rock sampling were executed as well as inclinometers (measurements to detect motion of the slope). The taken data was used in a Bachelor thesis to evaluate the slope stability. On the base of all results references for building on instable slopes are given.

    Description: Quandt was the builder of a first Goethe memorial site, founder of the Saxon Kunstverein and pioneer for a modern art gallery in Dresden. He promoted contemporary artists and explored Old Masters. He wanted his fellow citizens to be educated by art and tirelessly contributed to it with talks, articles and exhibitions. This study highlights the bustling personality and its work in the early 19th century. Quandt's broad commitment left deep traces in German cultural life and gave the young art history significant impulses. Therefore it is worth taking a look at his biography, his written legacies, his private collection with works of such well-known names as Overbeck, Schnorr von Carolsfeld, Friedrich, Botticelli, Fra Angelico and Cranach.

    Description: Die DIN 19700:2004-07 "Stauanlagen fordert für Hochwasserrückhaltebecken und Talsperren die Prüfung der Einwirkung von Erdbeben. Ausgehend von der Erdbebengefahr am Standort müssen Nachweise hinsichtlich der Zuverlässigkeit der Stauanlage im Erdbebenfall geführt werden. Für die Betreiber und die Wasserbehörden gibt das vorliegende Kompendium einen zusammenfassenden Überblick über die Grundlagen der Erdbebennachweisführung entsprechend den DIN-Vorgaben. Die Anforderungen an die Nachweisführung sowie eine Leistungsbeschreibung für die zu beauftragenden Fachbüros werden gegeben. Ferner werden Hinweise zum Betrieb der Stauanlage erläutert. Es wird dargestellt, wie die Stauanlagen in Hinsicht auf eine Erdbebeneinwirkung zu überwachen sind.

    Description: Le cuivre est utilisé pour contrôler diverses maladies fongiques ou bactériennes, principalement sur vigne, en productions fruitières et en cultures légumières. Il constitue la seule substance active à effet fongicide fort et gamme d'action large homologuée en agriculture biologique. Or la mise en évidence d'effets environnementaux négatifs du cuivre, notamment sur les organismes du sol, a conduit à des restrictions réglementaires d'usage (plafonnement des doses autorisées), et même à son interdiction comme pesticide dans certains pays d'Europe du Nord. De ces restrictions croissantes à l'emploi du cuivre, qui posent des difficultés notamment aux producteurs qui ne peuvent recourir à des fongicides de synthèse, découle une demande récurrente d'« alternatives ». De nombreux travaux expérimentaux ont ainsi été menés pour identifier et tester d'autres techniques : l'emploi de variétés résistantes aux maladies, l'application de substances d'origine naturelle à effet biocide et/ou stimulant les défenses naturelles des plantes, l'utilisation d'agents microbiologiques de lutte, l'adoption de conduites des peuplements cultivés à visée prophylactique, l'installation de protections physiques. Les résultats restent toutefois dispersés et ces méthodes de lutte peu mises en Å“uvre sur le terrain. Issu d'une expertise scientifique collective, cet ouvrage est une synthèse pluridisciplinaire et critique des connaissances disponibles sur le sujet. Il présente et étudie les différentes techniques potentiellement efficaces contre les agents pathogènes contrôlés par les traitements cupriques, et la nécessité de les combiner dans des systèmes intégrés de protection des cultures.

    Description: Les bananes à cuire et plantain sont des productionscruciales des pays des zones tropicales humides. Très énergétiques (110 à 120cal/100 g), riches en éléments minéraux et en vitamines, ces aliments répondentaux enjeux de sécurité alimentaire et nutritionnels.
