    Description: A partire dalla descrizione del progetto Insegnare e apprendere nelle pluriclassi. Un percorso di ricerca-formazione che ha coinvolto il gruppo di ricerca del Dipartimento di Scienze Umanistiche Sociali e della Formazione (S.U.S.e F.) dell’Università degli Studi del Molise e l’Istituto Omnicomprensivo G. Spataro con sede a Gissi (CH) negli anni scolastici 2020-21 e 2021-2022, il volume si propone di riflettere, in chiave di sostenibilità, sui processi di insegnamento e apprendimento che avvengono nelle pluriclassi, sia come modello didattico, sia come sistema-ambiente dedicato allo sviluppo delle competenze. Il testo si organizza in due parti: la prima presenta uno sfondo teorico sul tema della didattica delle pluriclassi con una riflessione sulle prospettive future, nella seconda vengono restituite le proposte didattiche progettate e sperimentate dagli insegnanti della scuola primaria durante il percorso di formazione. Destinatari privilegiati del testo sono gli operatori della scuola e le studentesse e gli studenti di Scienze della Formazione Primaria interessati ad approcciarsi alla complessa e affascinante realtà delle pluriclassi.

    Description: La Grande Galleria dei duchi di Savoia, inaugurata da Carlo Emanuele I nel 1608, si configurava come un complesso dispositivo architettonico, simbolico ed encomiastico all’interno del quale erano raccolti e ordinati oggetti eterogenei secondo un modello di organizzazione totalizzante della conoscenza coeva. Le diverse prospettive di ricerca, nel corso degli anni, si sono occupate della Grande Galleria prendendone in esame gli elementi costitutivi, ora distribuiti nelle diverse tipologie di fonti documentarie ad essa riconducibili. Il volume presenta la complessa questione della Grande Galleria discutendo, attraverso una prospettiva interdisciplinare, gli esiti delle diverse linee di studio e di ricerca, e, in particolare, proponendo un processo di analisi che pone al centro il documento più rilevante: l’inventario redatto dal bibliotecario di corte Giulio Torrini, con l’aiuto del figlio Bartolomeo e di altri collaboratori, a partire dai primi mesi del 1659. Il libro propone dunque la successione delle circa 950 sequenze di segni correlati alle unità documentarie localizzate nella quarta guardarobba, cui erano affidate le opere e i volumi riconducibili all’ambito della Philosophia. Queste sequenze di segni sono state correlate ad altre sequenze di segni, desunte da strumenti bibliografici successivi, che insistono sugli stessi referenti, cioè i libri nella loro concreta materialità bibliografica. Il percorso di ricostruzione bibliografica proposto si snoda attraverso una precisa sequenza di passi procedurali che hanno consentito di identificare l’unità documentaria attraverso riscritture diverse, passando dal modello di rappresentazione originario ad altri, progressivamente più dettagliati e analitici.

    Description: I saggi raccolti in Dentro e fuori il testo rappresentano una sintetica summa degli studi di Alberto Cadioli, mettendo in risalto alcuni dei passaggi più rilevanti – dal punto di vista teorico-metodologico – di una lunga attività di ricerca. Pur nella varietà e nella dinamicità dei percorsi, queste pagine rivelano la fedeltà a un presupposto che, già individuabile nei primi lavori, è rimasto sempre presente: la vocazione a indagare i nessi che stringono chi crea il testo letterario, chi lo porta alla stampa, chi lo riceve. «Fuori» e «dentro» il testo, dunque, coltivando una critica letteraria che, nelle prime indagini, utilizza gli strumenti della sociologia della letteratura e della storia dell’editoria, e poi via via quelli della filologia, in particolare dei testi a stampa e della filologia d’autore. Dall’editoria alla filologia, dunque, con l’obiettivo di approfondire la storia dei testi e della loro trasmissione, la storia della loro genesi e della mediazione editoriale che li ha portati ai lettori nelle forme di un oggetto storicamente e materialmente definito. Le riflessioni teoriche e le indicazioni metodologiche dei saggi qui proposti hanno spinto Cadioli a percorrere sentieri scarsamente battuti, a suggerire indirizzi di ricerca nuovi sui quali sono cresciuti e consolidati nuovi orientamenti critici, ormai radicati nel panorama degli studi sull’Otto-Novecento letterario.

    Description: Alimentando un filone di ricerca inaugurato qualche anno fa nell’ambito dei Seminari Balmas, e che intende esplorare pratiche ed effetti della lettura dei testi letterari, i saggi presentati in questo volume scelgono di collocarsi nel campo d’azione dello scrittore, per osservare le strategie con cui egli attira il lettore in un legame di empatia assai più stringente di una semplice affinità intellettuale. Che sia il complice che sostiene e legittima un’impresa trasgressiva, lo spirito eletto che risponde all’appello di una comunità ideale, o l’essere sensibile che allevia la sofferenza d’un’anima che gli si offre senza reticenze, il lettore amico è il sogno segreto d’ogni scrittore, anche il più elitario e sprezzante, o il più disperatamente chiuso in sé. Incontrare lo sguardo di qualcuno che accoglie, comprende, condivide è fare l’esperienza del perfetto amore: ed è paradossalmente l’atto di lettura – il meno tangibile dei congiungimenti – che può realizzare quest’utopia. Per inseguirla gli autori utilizzano, ciascuno a suo modo – al mutare dei contesti storicoculturali, e dei sostrati biografici in cui la creazione prende forma – gli espedienti di cui è provvista la loro arte: dalle scintillanti seduzioni dello stile alle allusioni nascoste, agli enigmi, ai messaggi criptati; dalle più sofisticate formulazioni retoriche all’invettiva, al grido, all’impudica esposizione di sé stessi.

    Description: La celebre battuta di Gide che apre questo volume si propone di indagare il complesso rapporto fra etica, estetica e rappresentazione, ma riformulando l’aforisma in forma interrogativa: “Con i buoni sentimenti si fanno brutti libri?”. È proprio così? È ancora così? Ma è, in fin dei conti, davvero sempre stato così? Cercare di rispondere a questa domanda vuol dire riflettere non solo sul valore estetico delle opere, ma anche sulla liceità o sulla pericolosità delle rappresentazioni; significa chiedersi se la cosa di cui si parla conta e qual è il significato etico del come è condotta la rappresentazione, è organizzata la forma; significa anche riflettere su alcune complesse problematiche che sempre più spesso sono al centro dei dibattiti contemporanei: la relazione fra autorialità e opera, fra scrittura e mercato, il canone, la visibilità, il ruolo pedagogico della letteratura, la funzione delle istituzioni, della censura fino ai dibattiti sulla cancel culture, sul politicamente corretto, sulla cultura woke, sull’appropriazione culturale, su un certo moralismo di ritorno, sul ruolo ideologicamente orientato del culturalismo, le relazioni fra la voce letteraria di una soggettività subalterna e i criteri di attribuzione del valore estetico.

Favorendo l’attivazione di individui con un profilo più eterogeneo da quelli che sono soliti mettersi in gioco attorno a specifiche istanze, possono sollecitare la nascita di nuove realtà e di nuovi approcci per affrontare bisogni emergenti, aprendo ad opportunità inedite di innovazione sociale ed a possibili forme di ibridazione tra volontariato ed attivismo. Il volume restituisce gli esiti di una ricerca basata su numerose interviste a volontari impegnati a fornire supporto a migranti in diverse condizioni di bisogno in un arco di tempo delimitato da due crisi: la “crisi dei rifugiati” del 2015 e la crisi pandemica del 2020. Lo studio mostra che i volontari possono giocare un ruolo importante nel favorire traiettorie di avanzamento, autonomia ed inclusione. Attraverso relazioni che si affiancano e, al contempo, si distinguono da quelle professionali, contribuiscono ad animare diverse visioni e pratiche di cura, mediando l’accesso a risorse di particolare rilievo e contribuendo così a rinegoziare i confini della cittadinanza sociale. Queste forme di aiuto, solidarietà e sostegno rendono quello dell’impegno a favore dei – e con i – migranti un campo complesso, articolato e plurale, attraversato da molteplici trasformazioni, in cui le crisi hanno lasciato tracce persistenti.

    Description: Il poeta veneziano Girolamo Molin (1500 – 1569) rappresenta una delle voci più signi ficative della scena lagunare di pieno Cinquecento. Particolarmente vicino a Domenico Venier e in contatto con pressoché tutti i principali esponenti della scena culturale veneta del periodo, Molin è autore di una poesia in cui la solida assimilazione dei modelli lirici, soprattutto Bembo e Trissino, convive con un sapiente recupero della tradizione classica. In un raffi nato equilibrio tra sostenuta compostezza stilistica e sperimentalismo delle forme, le sue Rime (1573), pubblicate postume e scandite per blocchi tematici e metrici, danno voce a un discorso lirico capace di spaziare oltre le misure più consuete del petrarchismo cinquecentesco. La malinconica rifl essione esistenziale, l’intenzione di assaporare appieno le gioie amorose nonché il forte impegno civile sono solo alcuni dei temi più ricorrenti della poesia moliniana, da leggere in costante dialogo con le coeve proposte liriche dei suoi sodali. L’edizione, corredata di un’ampia introduzione, intende approfondire l’esperienza poetica di Molin in relazione alla vivace cornice della Venezia cinquecentesca, vero e proprio mosaico di cenacoli, tipografi e e accademie, e interpretarla alla luce delle principali trame di infl uenza che, da Pietro Bembo a Torquato Tasso, ne hanno contraddistinto il panorama letterario.

    Description: Tragedia fra le più fortunate del Seicento italiano, caduta in oblio dopo la condanna arcadica alla letteratura barocca, recuperata nel secondo dopo guerra da Benedetto Croce e incensata da Giovanni Getto, che la considerava il «capolavoro del barocco», l’Aristodemo del padovano Carlo de’ Dottori è un testo che merita indubbiamente un’aggiornata messa a fuoco dal punto di vista critico e filologico. La presente edizione si propone di gettare nuova luce sulla complessa vicenda editoriale che caratterizza la stesura di questa tragedia, pubblicando per la prima volta integralmente la versione del testo riportata nel manoscritto padovano (Biblioteca del Seminario di Padova, codice 668), offrendo in un apparato evolutivo le numerose varianti della princeps del 1657 e della stampa del 1670. Nell’introduzione e nel commento si propone inoltre una nuova interpretazione del testo, che sottolinea la rilevanza dei modelli moderni di Tasso e Marino accanto a quelli classici dichiarati dall’autore, decifra alcune allusioni alla situazione politica contemporanea della repubblica di Venezia, ed enfatizza una certa prossimità dell’Aristodemo, nella versione del manoscritto padovano, con la teologia giansenista.

    Description: Il volume intende seguire lo sviluppo degli studi dedicati al tema della topografia dell’aldilà dantesco dal XIV al XX secolo. Dopo una fase iniziale, in cui l’argomento non interessò gli antichi esegeti nella Commedia, fu Piero Bonaccorsi a interrogarsi per primo sull’assetto degli spazi infernali (e purgatoriali), seguito poi – fra Quattro e Cinquecento – da intellettuali di rilievo, da Antonio Manetti a Galileo Galilei. Nei due secoli successivi il dibattito subì una significativa contrazione, ma non si interruppe del tutto, come dimostrano – finora inediti – i contributi minori di Alfonso Gioia e Benedetto Buonmattei. Col secondo Ottocento il tema divenne oggetto d’indagine solo entro più ristretti circuiti di amatori. In questa nuova primavera del dibattito, l’apertura della discussione a specialisti di altri settori (geografi, ,economisti, orientalisti) e il trattamento del tema in una prospettiva non strettamente filologica hanno determinato il moltiplicarsi di ricostruzioni opinabili, con le quali la diatriba topografica si è presto inevitabilmente estinta.

    Description: Come un Sommo Gourmet, William Shakespeare è attento ai temi dell’alimentazione e pronto a combinare gli ingredienti del pianto e del riso, della commedia e della tragedia con i sapori più piccanti dell’eros e delle sue molte tavole imbandite. Basti pensare alle allegre crapule di Falstaff, il grasso cinghiale divorato dai triumviri di Antony and Cleopatra, il ricco ma fugace banchetto che appena s’intravede in The Tempest, oltre alle numerose altre scene in cui il cibo è metafora importante e portante dei molteplici sensi del testo. Nella cucina del bardo si sono inoltre formati autori che in modo cannibalesco hanno attinto a piene mani a ingredienti e sapori per cucinare testi inediti, succulenti o rivoltanti. Dai lecca-lecca dei burlesque ottocenteschi, passando per il grano dei Coriolanus di Bertold Brecht e Günter Grass, gli ingredienti shakespeariani lievitano misteriosamente e in modi sorprendenti nella dieta mediterranea di Franco Zeffirelli e Kenneth Branagh oltre che negli allegri brindisi del Falstaff verdiano.

L’impiego dell’IA e degli altri strumenti in ambito medico deve sempre essere a supporto di obiettivi ed esigenze personali per ciascun paziente. Un approccio frenetico e privo di bilanciamenti ad un tema così delicato non può che trasformare in una barriera i preziosi mezzi di cui disponiamo. Etica, responsabilità e consapevolezza, ora più che mai, giocano un ruolo centrale in questa costante e delicata evoluzione.

    Description: «Caro amico, ti scrivo questa lettera di mia mano»: così affermano gli autori medievali le cui testimonianze sono qui raccolte e analizzate. In un mondo in cui la maggioranza degli intellettuali non scriveva di proprio pugno ma componeva dettando a un segretario, l’ambito epistolare rappresenta uno dei contesti in cui la pratica dell’autografia e la sua rinnovata valorizzazione si svilupparono, anticipando la loro diffusione in età moderna. Le lettere contengono spesso informazioni sulle circostanze e le motivazioni della scrittura, offrendosi dunque come una fonte particolarmente indicata per indagarle. L’analisi dei riferimenti a casi di autografia epistolare all’interno di lettere latine scritte tra l’inizio dell’XI secolo e la metà del XIII consente di esplorare la consapevolezza che gli autori stessi avevano dei possibili usi e vantaggi dell’autografia, da inquadrarsi più in generale nella loro concezione della scrittura.

    Description: Il contributo propone l’edizione critica del prosimetro di Giovanni Maria Parente Gloriosissimi Geminiani Vita corredato da undici silografie: il testo è contenuto in un incunabolo uscito a Modena l’11 marzo 1495 presso lo stampatore Domenico Rococciola. L’incunabolo, che si conserva presso la Biblioteca Estense di Modena con segnatura α. J. 7. 9 (1), rappresenta uno dei rari esemplari superstiti della tiratura del 1495. L’opera si configura come la più ampia attestazione narrativa in volgare di un interesse verso la storia e il culto di san Geminiano, vescovo di Modena nel IV secolo. Analizzandone il contesto storico-letterio, culturale e linguistico, si riconosce nella Gloriosissimi Geminiani Vita del Parente un testo di produzione locale a carattere popolare, che attinge alle forme e ai generi letterari della tradizione del Trecento e del Quattrocento, uno strumento di devozione rivolto in particolare agli illitterati, anche per l’alternarsi delle immagini alla prosa e ai versi.

    Description: Come Adolfo Venturi e Corrado Ricci, Alessandro Baudi di Vesme (1854-1923) appartenne all’ultima generazione di studiosi e funzionari autodidatti che lavorò, tra Otto e Novecento, al delicato processo di affermazione della disciplina storico-artistica in Italia. Storico direttore della Regia Pinacoteca di Torino e primo soprintendente alle gallerie e agli ggetti d’arte del Piemonte e della Liguria, Vesme affiancò ai propri impegni istituzionali un’intensa attività di studio della cultura figurativa locale con uno sguardo privilegiato sulle vicende della pittura del Quattro e Cinquecento, in pieno allineamento agli indirizzi del dibattito storiografico europeo di quegli anni. Sottese da una prospettiva di riabilitazione culturale volta a riscattare la regione subalpina dal novero delle periferie dell’arte, quelle indagini diedero vita a un progetto di edizione filologica delle fonti che ancora oggi è considerato il riferimento documentario per eccellenza nell’ambito della storia delle arti in Piemonte: le Schede Vesme, pubblicate postume tra il 1963 e il 1982. Il volume ripercorre il profilo critico e professionale del loro estensore attraverso il filo dell’interazione reciproca tra i piani di ricerca e le iniziative di tutela da lui promosse, rapportando e legittimando le sue esperienze individuali alla luce del confronto con gli interlocutori italiani e stranieri e le istanze, i metodi e le peculiarità del contesto piemontese.

    Description: In un frammento pubblicato il 10 dicembre 1810 nei suoi «Berliner Abendblätter», Heinrich von Kleist sosteneva che “gli uomini si potrebbero dividere in due categorie: quelli che si intendono di metafore e quelli che si intendono di formule”. A due secoli di distanza, questo volume prende a prestito la coppia kleistiana “formula e metafora” per indagare le sorti dello scienziato come personaggio nelle letterature e culture di una contemporaneità intesa nel senso più ampio possibile. Lo scienziato – benefattore o criminale, saggio o irresponsabile, opportunista o pazzo, freddo calcolatore o debole strumento del potere, personaggio comico o tragico, drammatico o grottesco – è uno dei protagonisti della cultura contemporanea. Che si tratti di personalità storiche o di figure d’invenzione, alimentate da prototipi letterari e da stereotipi di varia matrice, uomini di scienza popolano le più varie opere di finzione da fine Ottocento a oggi: il volume ne indaga ventisei esempi, spaziando fra letteratura, teatro e cinema nei mondi di lingua francese, inglese, italiana, polacca, russa, spagnola, svedese e tedesca. Le molteplici declinazioni del personaggio-scienziato sono lo specchio più o meno deformato di eventi e problemi che hanno alimentato l’inesausto interrogarsi dell’intellettuale moderno sul rapporto fra scienza, arte e società. Al contempo, esse rivelano nelle loro radici il perdurare di antiche e moderne figurazioni mitologico-letterarie, trasformate da scrittori e artisti per interpretare consapevolmente il passato e il presente.

    Description: Gli anni ’90 del XX secolo hanno segnato un punto di non ritorno per la società e le lettere spagnole: la piena integrazione alla contemporaneità ha portato con sé l’asservimento alle leggi di mercato e l’affermarsi di un narrare aperto all’ibridazione tra linguaggi, insofferente alle distinzioni tra alta cultura e spettacolo popolare. In questo volume si prova a tracciare un bilancio ragionato di questo passaggio, smontando fenomeni generazionali discutibili e facendo dialogare tradizione e pop, in un confronto che coinvolge le traiettorie letterarie di Ray Loriga, Juan Bonilla e Juan Manuel de Prada, emblematiche per il loro snodarsi tra questi due estremi alla ricerca di una prosa laconica come un verso di canzone rock o esuberante di metafore, nel segno di una metaletteratura ludica o raffinata, tra cinema, musica, televisione e barocchismo.

    Description: Se si domanda a una persona di buon senso «a chi appartiene la scienza?», la risposta più probabile è: «a tutti!». Dietro il velo di una risposta istintiva e (apparentemente) superficiale si nasconde la storia dell’eterno conflitto tra apertura e chiusura della conoscenza, tra pubblicità e segretezza. Un conflitto che assume connotati peculiari nell’era digitale. All’alba dell’era di Internet una parte della comunità scientifica ha coltivato la speranza di potenziare il discorso scientifico e l’uso pubblico della ragione creando una Rete democratica delle menti. Questa speranza oggi appare minacciata dalla mercificazione della conoscenza e dalle forze che mirano ad accentrare il potere decisionale nelle mani di pochi. La scienza sembra sempre più in crisi. L’apertura può curare la crisi in cui versa la scienza? Cosa significa “scienza aperta”? Le risposte contenute nel libro sono parziali e attengono al dilemma evocato nel suo titolo: diritto d’autore o proprietà intellettuale?

    Description: A jewel of Renaissance short fiction, the progenitor of the Moorish tale and one of the greatest examples of literary "maurophilia", El Abencerraje y la hermosa Xarifa is a novella with an Italianate style, set on the fifteenth-century frontier between the Christian kingdoms and that of Granada: it tells a story of high moral content, tinged with stoicism and senechism: The young Moor Abindarráez, a member of the noble and unhappy Granada family of the Abencerrajes, goes to visit his beloved Xarifa to join her in marriage, but on the way he is captured by the famous castellan Rodrigo de Narváez, who, however, having heard his story, leaves him temporarily free to go and marry, binding him to the promise to return immediately afterwards to give himself up. From military virtue to moral virtue, a contest of generosity and loyalty cements the friendship between the Christian knight and the pair of noble Moors, showing the way to mutual recognition based on high human values. In the fifties and sixties of the sixteenth century this story was rewritten three times (by different authors), whose philological relations are extremely complex: the book discusses the main theories on this subject, proposing a new vision, hopefully less hypothetical than the others, of the interweaving of tradition and accompanies the study with a new edition, closer to the original mises en page, of all the sixteenth-century texts involved.

    Description: Gioiello della narrativa breve rinascimentale, capostipite del racconto moresco e uno dei maggiori esempî di “maurofilia” letteraria, El Abencerraje y la hermosa Xarifa è una novella di stile italianeggiante, ambientata sulla frontiera quattrocentesca tra i regni cristiani e quello di Granada: si racconta una vicenda di elevato tenore morale, venata di stoicismo e di senechismo: il giovane moro Abindarráez, appartenente alla nobile e infelice famiglia granadina degli Abencerrajes, va a trovare l’amata Xarifa per unirsi a lei in matrimonio, ma nel viaggio è catturato dal famoso castellano Rodrigo de Narváez, il quale però, udita la sua storia, lo lascia temporaneamente libero d’andare a sposarsi, vincolandolo alla promessa di tornare subito dopo a consegnarsi. Dalla virtus militare alla virtú morale, una gara di generosità e lealtà cementa l’amicizia fra il cavaliere cristiano e la coppia di nobili mori, mostrando la via del reciproco riconoscimento fondato su alti valori umani. Negli anni Cinquanta-Sessanta del XVI secolo questa vicenda ha conosciuto tre riscritture (d’autori diversi), le cui relazioni filologiche sono estremamente complesse: il libro discute le principali teorie al riguardo, proponendo una nuova visione, si spera meno ipotetica delle altre, degl’intrecci della tradizione e accompagna lo studio con una nuova edizione, piú vicina alle mises en page originali, di tutti i testi cinquecenteschi coinvolti.

    Description: In Italia il secondo dopoguerra è stato segnato dal crollo irreversibile del sistema manicomiale pubblico e da una trasformazione radicale degli interventi assistenziali rivolti alle persone affette da minorazioni psichiche, fisiche e sensoriali. Le classi differenziali e speciali sono entrate progressivamente in crisi, così come gli istituti psicopedagogici, gli istituti d’istruzione per ciechi e per sordi e più in generale tutte le pratiche tendenti alla “separazione” tra individui sani e malati, tra “normali” e “subnormali”. Questo libro si orienta appunto all’analisi di quel grande cambiamento, delle sue conseguenze, delle ragioni culturali, sociali e politiche che lo hanno determinato, dei tempi e delle modalità con cui esso è avvenuto. L’indagine si concentra su un caso specifico – quello della psichiatria torinese tra gli anni Sessanta e Ottanta – ma non mancano incursioni in territori diversi – il mondo della scuola ad esempio – e in questioni e tematiche di più ampio respiro. Restringere il campo d’osservazione a una realtà particolare consente d’altro canto di affrontare nel concreto il dispiegarsi di quelle trasformazioni, scongiurando il rischio di discorsi troppo vaghi o generici. Senza dimenticare infine che l’implosione del manicomio ha avuto caratteristiche peculiari nei vari contesti locali in cui si è verificata, così come linee e tendenze diverse ha poi seguito il processo di costruzione di un’alternativa al vecchio modello assistenziale.

    Description: Mettendo in rilievo le contiguità disciplinari esistenti fra studi territoriali e studi letterari, il volume esamina le rappresentazioni dell’Antartide in una serie di narrazioni in lingua inglese che costituiscono un ricco repertorio di linguaggi dell’immaginario geografico. Il continente di ghiaccio si è infatti configurato come uno spazio vuoto che, nel corso del tempo, ha coinciso con il desiderio di pervenire alla conoscenza del mondo naturale, prestandosi a un’appropriazione ‘coloniale’ non tanto in senso fisico e materiale quanto in termini verbali e iconografici. Nella cultura inglese lo spazio dell’estremo Sud ha ispirato una molteplicità di racconti, dalle cronache degli esploratori nei primi decenni del Novecento alle narrazioni femminili e distopiche contemporanee. Dal capitano Scott a Beryl Bainbridge, da Cherry-Garrard alla fantascienza, si è creata una ‘psicotopografia’ antartica in cui si riflettono il fascino e il mistero di un luogo anomalo, profondamente ancorato alla dimensione immaginativa.

    Description: Si raccolgono in questo volume gli Atti del Convegno Internazionale «E nadi contra suberna». Essere “trovatori” oggi, Università di Ferrara, 20-21 novembre 2018. Insolitamente per la Filologia romanza coltivata in Italia, i contributi vertono sulla letteratura occitanica contemporanea. Gli autori presi in esame sono Frédéric Mistral, Joseph d’Arbaud, Max-Philippe Delavouët, Max Rouquette, Marcela Delpastre, Joan-Luc Sauvaigo, i poeti occitani Sergio Arneodo, Antonio Bodrero, Piero Raina, Claudio Salvagno, e infine Joan Ganhaire. I generi letterari cui le rispettive opere afferiscono interessano la poesia come la prosa. Alcune tematiche comuni a più di un autore, in particolare quelle legate al paesaggio mediterraneo (il Rodano, la Camargue o il mondo rurale limosino), sfuggono ai consunti stereotipi del pittoresco, attingendo piuttosto ai misteri degli elementi e allo spirito panico che anima la natura. L’altra questione che si pone è quella della lingua e della cultura occitanica novecentesca che reclama, attraverso la sua letteratura, un’identità maiuscola che la storia ha sacrificato. Ne denunciano lo smarrimento, o la ricusazione di una posticcia, gli scrittori, tra cui Joan-Luc Sauvaigo, nizzardo, che elegge nel ‘confine’ il non-luogo in cui il mondo occitano vive esiliato. Rispetto al retaggio trobadorico, cui restano fatalmente ancorati, la scelta di questi autori intende dimostrare la versatilità di tale letteratura, che si esprime da ultimo anche in un genere popolare quale il poliziesco (Joan Ganhaire). Insomma, quella che è stata definita L’ombre de l’occitan (Gardy), dopo i contributi fondamentali di Fausta Garavini, con questo volume tende a venire alla luce.

Così nel 1977, conversando con Bengt Jangfeldt, Roman Jakobson racconta i suoi anni studenteschi trascorsi in un’«epoca di cataclismi» da cui sono travolti con gli assetti dell’Europa e del mondo intero tutti i campi della conoscenza. […] La Bildung esistenziale e scientifica di Roman Jakobson trova in questa humus di tumultuoso scardinamento e propulsiva trasformazione di contenuti e confini dell’episteme la sua attiva e partecipata finalità. Nel corso della sua lunga operosissima vita attraverso il secolo ventesimo, Roman Osipovič non rinuncerà mai ad affiancare al rigore della ricerca specialistica l’esplorazione curiosa degli orizzonti limitrofi nel campo delle scienze e delle arti nel costante perseguimento di un «fronte unico» di intenti dalle radici comuni. Da qui ha preso giovane le mosse e da qui prosegue nella maturità e nella vecchiaia. […] La riflessione sulla lingua si genera dunque in Jakobson grazie al commercio ravvicinato con l’attività dei poeti e degli artisti suoi contemporanei e alla coinvolta attenzione verso ciò che accade nel campo delle scienze; in tale feconda osmosi tra pratiche e discussioni teoriche attinenti a campi del sapere molteplici i confini tra Geisteswissenschaften e Naturwissenschaften risultano visibili sì ma al contempo elastici e porosi. Si tratta per lo studioso russo non soltanto di una convinta consapevolezza bensì di una scelta di vita, di un habitus a cui egli è rimasto sempre fedele in tutte le tappe della sua vita intellettuale. Tale habitus si traduce nel lungo e paziente lavoro di tessitura di reti di relazioni fra ambienti e persone di origine disciplinare diversa, nella sua partecipazione alacre a iniziative e progetti di ricerca promossi in seno a innumerevoli svariate istituzioni culturali.     Description: Perché l'Italia repubblicana non ha avuto un partito socialdemocratico paragonabile a quelli degli altri paesi europei? E cos'è stata, invece, la socialdemocrazia italiana? Che cultura politica ha espresso? Chi ne sono stati i portatori? A queste e altre domande cerca di rispondere questo libro, analizzando le origini del Partito Socialdemocratico Italiano e la sua storia nel primo periodo repubblicano (1947–1953). Muovendosi sul duplice binario della storia politica e della storia delle culture politiche, esso ricostruisce sia le convulse vicende dell'area socialista a destra del PSI sia l'evoluzione degli orizzonti dottrinari, delle strutture interpretative della realtà e dei modi di intendere l'agire politico che tale area espresse, focalizzando l'attenzione sulla molteplicità di attori, sensibilità e mentalità che in essa, per un breve periodo, si incontrarono. Sullo sfondo, stanno la guerra fredda e il brutale impatto che essa ebbe sul sistema politico italiano.

    Description: Non solo pandemia: anche in questi due anni di emergenza sanitaria lo scenario internazionale ha continuato a evolvere, nel segno di una “grande transizione” che prosegue o, addirittura, accelera. Oltre alle tradizionali dinamiche del potere internazionale, in bilico tra il bipolarismo Usa-Cina e le ambizioni di vecchie e nuove potenze regionali, questo Report esplora le altre grandi transizioni in corso. Quella economica, con un mondo sempre più indebitato e che osserva il ritorno dello Stato. Quella delle democrazie e del diritto internazionale, o meglio della loro duplice “crisi” di fronte a modelli molto diversi. E poi quelle ambientale e digitale, che ci accompagneranno nei prossimi decenni. Tutte queste transizioni si intrecciano tra loro, influenzando i grandi trend politici regionali, ma venendo da essi anche certamente condizionate. Ecco perché di fronte all’Italia e all’Europa si stagliano sfide epocali che il Rapporto ISPI 2022 cerca di tratteggiare, per offrire ai lettori una bussola per un mondo che cambia.

    Description: Negli ultimi anni il settore logistico è stato attraversato da un lato da una significativa serie di scioperi, mobilitazioni e vertenze che hanno portato in luce i soggetti e i luoghi attraverso i quali quotidianamente vengono fatte circolare le merci; dall’altro, è emerso un importante corpus di studi che attraverso numerose discipline ha adottato la logistica come lente analitica cruciale per comprendere i processi di globalizzazione e le trasformazioni dei territori, i rapporti geopolitici e geoeconomici, le trasformazioni dei modi di produzione e le nuove frontiere del lavoro e del consumo. Il presente volume adotta la prospettiva logistica evidenziando il suo carattere prismatico, cercando di spingere l’analisi verso direzioni ancora parzialmente inesplorate.
