    Beschreibung: V razvitem svetu je depresija ena najpogostejših duševnih motenj. Prizadene lahko kogarkoli in močno ovira vsakodnevno delovanje. Depresija je ozdravljiva, mogoče jo je preprečiti, predvsem pa je mogoče doseči, da se ne ponovi. Bipolarna motnja razpoloženja je prav tako pogosta in mnogokrat jo zamenjamo za druge duševne motnje. Spada med resne duševne motnje, vendar jo je mogoče uspešno zdraviti, preprečevati ponovitve in človek lahko z njo živi povsem običajno in uspešno. O duševnih motnjah še vedno ne zmoremo v naši družbi odkrito in brezskrbno govoriti, saj jih spremljajo stigma, sram, nerazumevanje in močan strah. Ljudje zato pogosto odlašajo z iskanjem strokovne pomoči, si skušajo pomagati sami in se včasih zatekajo tudi k neustreznim rešitvam. Zato priročnik o prepoznavanju in obvladovanju depresije in bipolarne motnje razpoloženja, s pomočjo osebnih zgodb običajnih ljudi pojasnjuje, kako poteka prepoznavanje teh dveh motenj, kakšno je življenje z njima ter kakšne so možnosti za samopomoč in zdravljenje.

    Beschreibung: Title in English: Pronunciation in Learning German at Secondary Schools. This publication presents an empirical research of pronunciation mistakes of Czech students learning German as a second foreign language at elementary school. The aim of the research was to verify the extent of the students’ pronunciation difficulties with German pronunciation phenomena error-prone for Czech native speakers. The research determined in what way these errors manifest themselves in the transfer from the students’ previously acquired languages, i.e. their mother tongue (Czech) and the first foreign language learnt (English). Within the theoretical foundation, the focus is put on different concepts of pronunciation in terms of foreign language teaching objectives, definitions of language errors and their causes, the development of the German pronunciation standard and methodological approaches to error analysis.

    Beschreibung: When we talk about personality disorders, people usually have a very emotional reaction, with pain and unpleasant emotions being the most common. Those who have a relationship with a person who has a personality disorder, usually do not know what they are facing, but they do experience feelings of unease, despair, sadness, anger and depression, while doubting their own experience and perception of the world. Family and friends often feel like they are “caught in a relationship web”, which keeps getting more and more tangled, instead of untangling. Personality disorders cause everyone a lot of suffering, anger and disappointment, manifesting in every dimension of the human experience, but the behavior of a person with a personality disorder and the responses from the environment are actually a lot more predictable than you might imagine. In order to present this demanding and little-known topic to the widest range of readers, the handbook uses stories of everyday people to illustrate how their experiences of personality disorders intertwine with stress, mood disorders and problems with addiction. It also presents the process of identifying individual personality disorders and various options of self-help and recovery. The handbook is intended for anyone who is interested in the field of personality disorders, is personally facing mental health problems, or has a relative who is dealing with these issues.
    Beschreibung: Ko govorimo o osebnostnih motnjah, se ljudje navadno odzovejo zelo čustveno. Največkrat se pojavijo boleča in neprijetna čustva. Tisti, ki so vpeti v odnos z osebo z izkušnjo osebnostne motnje, praviloma ne vedo, s čim se soočajo, občutijo pa nelagodje, obup, žalost, jezo in depresijo in dvomijo o lastnem doživljanju in dojemanju sveta. Bližnje osebe se pogosto počutijo, kot da bi bile »ujete v klobčič odnosa«, ki se kar naprej zapleta, ne pa razpleta. Osebnostne motnje povzročajo vsem veliko trpljenja, jeze in razočaranja in se kažejo v vseh razsežnostih človekovega bivanja, vendar so vedenje osebe z izkušnjo osebnostne motnje in odzivi okolice bolj pričakovani in predvidljivi, kot bi si lahko predstavljali. Da bi to zahtevno in pri ljudeh premalo poznano tematiko čim bolj približali najširšemu krogu bralcev, je v priročniku z zgodbami običajnih ljudi prikazan preplet njihovih izkušenj osebnostnih motenj, stresa, motenj razpoloženja in težav zaradi zasvojenosti. Predstavljeno je tudi, kako poteka prepoznavanje posamezne osebnostne motnje in kakšne so možnosti samopomoči in okrevanja.

    Beschreibung: Razvijanje medkulturne zmožnosti pri učiteljih in učencih Priročnik prinaša 15 delavnic, ki obravnavajo kulturno, etnično in jezikovno raznolikost slovenske in italijanske družbe. Osredotoča se na razvijanje medkulturnega dialoga med večinskimi, priseljenskimi in manjšinskimi skupnosti ter na razvijanje medkulturne zmožnosti vseh prebivalcev. Vsaka delavnica je sestavljena iz dveh delov. Prvi del je namenjen učiteljem, zato so v njem izpostavljeni cilji, teoretična izhodišča, napotki za reševanje in literatura za nadaljnje delo. Drugi del delavnice je delovni list na dveh straneh, namenjen kopiranju in neposredni uporabi v razredu. Delavnice so izvedljive pri različnih šolskih predmetih (npr. slovenščina, italijanščina, zgodovina, geografija, državljanska in domovinska vzgoja ter etika, knjižnična informacijska znanja, sociologija, psihologija, antropologija itd.). Priporočamo medpredmetno povezovanje. Ciljna skupina za reševanje delavnic so predvsem osnovnošolci v zadnjem triletju osnovne šole in srednješolci v Sloveniji oz. učenci nižjih in višjih srednjih šol v Italiji.

    Beschreibung: Title in English: Methodological publication of work with inclusive classroom with the focus on pupils with physical disability: Methodical Manual Publication is one of the outputs of the project Quality Inclusive Education of Pupils with Special Education Needs at elementary and secondary school. This text focuses on teaching pupils with physical disabilities in an inclusive classroom. The text is divided into three chapters, the first one defines theoretical background. Described is physical disability with an emphasis on cerebral palsy together with the specifics of the target group of pupils. Part of the chapter also defines special pedagogical diagnostics. The second chapter focuses on the education of pupil with cerebral palsy in inclusive school. In the third chapter are presented results of the research part of the project with special education needs – with physical disabilities with the focus on cerebral palsy.

    Beschreibung: Stories, memories, relationships, traditional skills, dialects, and other tangible and intangible elements of cultural heritage provide opportunities and ways that can lead to compassionate, quality, authentic, and sustainable living in the present and in the future. The preservation and interpretation of unique cultural and natural artefacts from the past is not only in the hands of professionals from heritage institutions and research centres, but also in the hands of civil society of which children and youth are its integral part. Local people have become important participants in co-creating heritage, yet young people are still often not understood as equal bearers of culture or co-creators of heritage. How should we act to make youth’s bold ideas heard and realised in heritage projects and activities? The handbook ('Heritage in action: Ways and opportunities of integrating heritage practices into educational programs') presents approaches, methods, techniques, and examples of good practice that can address children and young people to actively participate in the exploration and interpretation of the past and (re)creation of cultural heritage in their local community. It is intended for the educators in kindergartens, schools, universities, youth centers, and local associations who want to encourage the younger generations to a deeper understanding of their ancestors’ lives.
    Beschreibung: V zgodbah, spominih, odnosih, tradicionalnih znanjih, narečjih in drugih elementih snovne in nesnovne dediščine lahko iščemo številne priložnosti in poti k sočutnemu, kakovostnejšemu, pristnejšemu in trajnostnemu življenju v sedanjosti in prihodnosti. Ohranjanje in interpretacija edinstvenih kulturnih in naravnih prvin iz preteklosti nista le v rokah strokovnjakov iz dediščinskih institucij ali raziskovalnih centrov, temveč tudi v rokah civilne družbe, med katere uvrščamo tudi otroke in mlade. Lokalno prebivalstvo je postalo pomemben akter soustvarjanja dediščine, vendar pri tem mladi pogosto niso zastopani kot enakovredni kulturni nosilci ali soustvarjalci. Kako torej najti načine in poti, da bi bile njihove drzne ideje slišane in uresničene v dediščinskih projektih in akcijah? V priročniku so predstavljeni pristopi, metode, tehnike in primeri dobrih praks, kako raziskovanje in interpretacijo preteklosti ter načine (po)ustvarjanja dediščine zasnovati na način, da bodo otroci in mladi aktivno sodelovali pri raziskovanju in poučnem odkrivanju kulturnih, zgodovinskih in naravnih posebnosti domačega kraja. Namenjen je osebju v vrtcih, šolah, univerzah, mladinskih centrih in društvih, ki želijo mlade generacije spodbuditi k poglobljenemu razumevanju življenja njihovih prednikov.

    Beschreibung: Title in English: Motivation Support in Teaching German as a Foreign Language (and Beyond) With regard to the proven significant impact of motivation on learning processes and their success, promoting learner’s motivation can be described as an important part of pedagogical activity. The current book presents research investigations into learners’ motivation in learning German as a foreign language. A qualitative research design conducted as a multi-case study was chosen in order to gain a deeper insight into the issue of motivation. The results obtained showed the wide scope of teachers’ motivating influence on their learners. Many of the existing findings on motivation could be verified. Moreover, the specifics of motivation towards German as a second foreign language as well as the culturally conditioned specifics concerning Czech learners’ attitudes towards the German language have been highlighted.

    Beschreibung: Na stresne okoliščine se vsi odzivamo podobno. Stres je normalno odzivanje na spremenjene okoliščine in sam po sebi ni duševna ali telesna motnja, pogosto pa je sprožilni dejavnik za vrsto duševnih in telesnih motenj. Krepitev duševnega zdravja in preprečevanje nastanka duševnih motenj temelji predvsem na povečevanju odpornosti na stres in reševanju vsakodnevnih težav na način, da se stres zmanjšuje. O duševnih motnjah vemo bistveno manj kot o prehladu, sladkorni bolezni ali drugih zdravstvenih težavah, poleg tega jih še vedno spremljajo stigma, sram, nerazumevanje in močan strah. Številni zato odlašajo z iskanjem pomoči, si skušajo pomagati sami ali se zatekajo k neustreznim rešitvam. V priročniku je posvečena posebna pozornost prepletenosti stresa in motenj razpoloženja ter pojasnilom, kaj se dogaja v našem telesu, ko je v stresu in kakšne so lahko dolgoročne posledice. S pomočjo osebnih zgodb običajnih ljudi je predstavljeno, kako poteka prepoznavanje anksioznih motenj, kakšne so razlike med različnimi vrstami anksioznih motenj ter kakšne možnosti so na voljo za samopomoč in zdravljenje.

    Beschreibung: The monograph (Between Self-Fulfillment and Social Expectations: The Attitude of the University-Educated Towards Fertility) considers a wider social background of reproductive decisions in university-educated people stemming from the evidence about the lowest birth rates among the university-educated population. This is a sociological study despite the examination of two established approaches in studying the relationship between education and fertility within the economic theories of fertility behaviour. The monograph considers some major results of sociological, anthropological and other qualitative studies which have importantly upgraded conclusions of extensive demographic surveys on this relationship.
    Beschreibung: Monografija obravnava celovito družbeno ozadje sprejemanja reproduktivnih odločitev pri univerzitetno izobraženih saj vrsta statističnih evidenc kaže, da so rodnostne stopnje najnižje ravno med njimi. Delo sodi na področje sociologije, čeprav presoja dva najbolj uveljavljena pristopa preučevanja odnosa med izobrazbo in rodnostjo, ki izhajata iz ekonomskih teorij rodnosti.

    Beschreibung: Shaping the Geographical Imagination of Slovenian Landscapes in EducationThis volume focuses on Slovenian students’ geographical imaginations of Slovenian landscapes and the impact of curricula, syllabuses for selected subjects, and textbooks for them. It proceeds from the premise that photographs play an important role in shaping and maintaining individual and collective conceptions of landscapes. The introduction builds a theoretical framew`rk based on the concepts of landscape, geographical imaginations, and visuality. This is followed by a chapter presenting results of an analysis of twenty-five syllabuses for seventeen primary- and secondary-school subjects referring to shaping landscape imaginations. The third chapter brings results of an analysis of 949 photogrῡphs from fifty primary- and secondary-school textbooks. The fourth chapter presents the results of the analysis of questionnaires completed by 722 students and twenty-seven teachers from seventeen Slovenian primary schools and eight secondary schools. The fifth chapter synthesizes all of the findings.
    Beschreibung: V knjigi so povezana gledišča raziskovalcev in ustvarjalcev, da bi odkrili, kako oblikujejo in soustvarjajo rituale, tako teoretično kakor praktično. Obravnavani so naslednji problemi:stiki med raziskovalci in (po)ustvarjalci in njihovi pogledi, strategijepogajanja in prenos znanja med njimi,ustvarjalci kot domači raziskovalci in vez med uprizoritvami in raziskovalci,ustvarjalci, uprizoritve, raziskovalci in Unescova oznaka kulturne dediščine,kulturne ustanove, izobraževanje ustvarjalcev folklore.Monografija se osredotoča na geografsko zamišljanje učencev in dijakov slovenskih šol slovenskih pokrajin ter na vpliv učnih načrtov in katalogov znanja izbranih predmetov ter učbenikov nanj. Izhajamo iz predpostavke, da imajo fotografije pomembno vlogo pri oblikovanju in ohranjanju individualnih in kolektivnih predstav o pokrajini. Pokrajino razumemo ne le kot preplet dejanskega in videnega, ampak tudi kot rezultat dojemanja in interpretacije. Za oblikovanje predstav je obdobje šolanja z vsemi informacijami, ki jih posreduje, izjemno pomembno.

    Beschreibung: Title in English: Education of Students with Asperger Syndrome in the Inclusive Classroom. The methodological guide focuses on developing social, emotional, and communication skills of students with Asperger syndrome and their classmates, teachers, assistant teachers, and the school staff. We aim to extend knowledge on the specific approaches to students with AS in the inclusive classroom. We offer coping strategies in situations arising from the interaction between the school actors. A classroom adaptation and fostering positive relationships between classmates are the critical factors for positive school experiences of everybody. We present specific cases from the participatory classroom observation. Furthermore, we discuss the difficulties in the inclusive classroom and offer incentives to prevent these situations. We provide the readers with the specific activities for the groups with the students with AS.

    Beschreibung: Title in English: Pro-naturally focused teacher and his approach to (environmental) education The publication aims to cover the key factors which influenced the teacher´s biophile/pro-environmental orientation, and his approach to the education, and subsequently provide his life picture for which the term bioprofile is used. In order to fulfill the goal of the publication a qualitative approach was chosen. The group of respondents consisted of four teachers whose profiles corresponded with the set beforehand criteria. For data collecting and their analysis and interpretation the method of life history in combination with the narrative, phenomenological and hermeneutical approaches was used. The final bioprofile, which is mainly the result of the respondents´spontaneous narration, interlinks three related areas. These were detected within the process of the obtained data analysis and comparison. The submitted monography offers a more complex view of pro-environmentally oriented teacher. Exploring the life history of each respondent, enabled us not only to identify the essential factors which influenced the teacher´s biophile orientation, but also to understand deeper his personality and the way of his pedagogical thinking.

    Beschreibung: Title in English: Methodology of working with inclusive class collective with focus on pupils with impaired communication ability. The theoretical part describes the bases for the communication process and its disruption in a broader context, focusing on school age and reflection in the current and educational communication situation. The research part offers the results of the survey, which results from long-term cooperation with two primary schools of inclusive type, in which pupils with different forms of special educational needs are educated. In these schools, precisely, in these classrooms in which pupils with impaired communication ability were educated, the activities aimed at strengthening communicative competence and social ties were carried out at regular intervals during one school year.

    Beschreibung: Title in English: Vladislav Vančura in the Literary Context of the 20th Century On June 23, 2021, it was the 130th anniversary of Vladislav Vančura’s birth, and June 1, 2022, was the 80th anniversary of his death. These anniversaries became the impetus for a collective volume entitled Vladislav Vančura in the Literary Context of the 20th Century. The editor Jiří Poláček approached researchers from various disciplines from literary studies to linguistics and to theatre studies with an appeal to think and rethink the literary and general cultural legacy of this important figure. The book volume by the team of researchers from six Czech universities is an attempt to reflect on the oeuvre by Vančura from the perspective of the current state of knowledge in literary studies and the broader context of the 20th century. The image of Vladislav Vančura within the context of the previous century arises from 15 texts by 15 authors, organized into four thematic blocks.

    Beschreibung: Title in English: The Education of Pupils with Special Needs in Czech Language and Literature: Focusing on students with specific learning disablities and health disadvantage. The aim of the text is supporting the inclusive education at the first stage of elementary school, a choice of suitable methods and strategies during the lessons of Czech language and literature. It deals with the topic of dyslexia, dysgraphia and dysorthography. The partial part is focused on Asperger syndrome. The main part of the text is consisted of the training lectures of all three parts of the Czech language. The text emphasizes the approaches in terms of which the educational goals are achieved together with the appropriate interaction between the participants of the educational process, the support of independence and creativity. The work describes activities focusing on the development of the key competences and accessing the subject overlap and application in terms of the cross-curricular topics.

    Beschreibung: Příručka Úvodní jazykový seminář: výklad a cvičení nabízí základní výklad ke čtyřem lingvistickým disciplínám (morfematika, slovotvorba, morfologie a syntax), jednotlivé části jsou vždy doprovázené řadou příkladů, a ke každé vykládané disciplíně je uvedeno několik cvičení (včetně klíče). Výklady nemají být komplexním popisem příslušné roviny českého jazyka, jsou zacíleny k tomu, aby na jejich základě čtenáři-studenti zdokonalili svou dovednost jazykového rozboru. Raziskovalno in pedagoško osebje naj bi spodbudil k premisleku, kako je spol relevanten za njihovo raziskovanje in kurikulum, tudi s primeri in praktičnimi nasveti. Priročnik temelji na Poročilih o prisotnosti dimenzije spola v raziskovanju in poučevanju, ki so jih partnerji v projektu GARCIA (Enakost spolov v akademski in raziskovalni sferi: boj proti karierni nestabilnosti in asimetriji) opravili pri dveh testnih raziskovalnih in visokošolskih ustanovah v državah, ki sodelujejo pri projektu (v Belgiji, na Islandiji, v Italiji, na Nizozemskem, v Sloveniji in v Švici). Boj proti spolnim stereotipom v akademskem okolju je tesno povezan z upoštevanjem pomena spola pri raziskovanju in poučevanju. S tem priročnikom želimo zapolniti to vrzel.

    Beschreibung: Obsahem příručky Morfologie je víceméně ucelený popis funkčního tvarosloví současné (zejména spisovné) češtiny; formální morfologii se věnuje jen obecně, neuvádí paradigmata jednotlivých ohýbacích typů ani popisy nepravidelností ve flexi. V oblasti morfologických kategorií volí spíše formální než sémantický přístup. Do značné míry vychází z obvyklého pojetí morfologie češtiny, tak jak je obsaženo v běžně dostupných mluvnicích a kompendiích (Mluvnice češtiny 2, Encyklopedický slovník češtiny, Příruční mluvnice češtiny a Čeština – řeč a jazyk). Tato příručka má charakter vysokoškolské učebnice; je určena posluchačům povinné přednášky z morfologie, která je součástí studijního plánu bakalářského oboru český jazyk a literatura na FF UK v Praze. This handbook, Morphology, presents a relatively comprehensive description of the functional morphology of contemporary (mainly standard) Czech. Formal morphology is covered only on a general level, without presenting paradigms of inflected types and descriptions of inflection irregularities. As concerns morphological categories, it favours a more formal approach as opposed to a semantic one. To a considerable extent, it is based on the common concept of the morphology of Czech as it is explained in available grammar books and compendia (Mluvnice češtiny 2 [Czech Grammar 2], Encyklopedický slovník češtiny [Encyclopaedia of Czech], Příruční mluvnice češtiny [Handbook of Czech Grammar] and Čeština – řeč a jazyk [Czech – the Speech and Language]). This handbook is a university course book; it is intended for the students of the mandatory morphology class which is included in the bachelor level Czech language and literature programme at the Faculty of Arts, Charles University in Prague.

    Beschreibung: V knjigi je predstavljen pomen izobraževanja o naravnih nesrečah za pripravljenost družbe nanje. Izobraževanje o naravnih nesrečah je sestavni del vsake izobraževalne strategije za trajnostno usmerjeno družbo. Poleg formalnega izobraževanja knjiga namenja pozornost tudi neformalnemu izobraževanju in sproža vrsto vprašanj, povezanih s pomenom tovrstnega izobraževanja. Posebej je opozorjeno na pomen znanja, ki ga ima krajevno prebivalstvo o svoji pokrajini, saj je ta vidik izobraževanja pomemben tako v tradicionalnih kot tudi v sodobnih družbah. Z vidika izobraževanja o naravnih nesrečah je večina (srednješolskih) izobraževalnih sistemov v Evropi slabo razvitih. Preglednih je bilo blizu 190 učbenikov iz 35 evropskih držav. Največjo pozornost naravnim nesrečam namenjajo učbeniki v zahodni Evropi (3,8 % strani z opisi naravnih nesreč), najmanjšo pa v vzhodni Evropi (0,7 %).

    Beschreibung: Příručka Úvod do lingvistiky a lingvistické bohemistiky je primárně určen pro studenty prvního ročníku bakalářského studia oboru český jazyk a literatura a představuje doprovodný materiál ke stejnojmenné přednášce. Jejím cílem je zprostředkovat znalost alespoň některých důležitých lingvistických pojmů-termínů, se kterými se studenti budou setkávat i v průběhu dalšího studia bohemistiky, a podat přehled vybraných koncepcí jazyka a principů jeho zkoumání. V centru výkladu stojí především obecné otázky lingvistiky. Zřetel k bohemistice se projevuje hlavně v tom, že tyto otázky jsou – tam, kde je to možné – dokládány a rozvíjeny na českém jazykovém materiálu a na výsledcích, k nimž dospěla česká lingvistika. The presented textbook is intended primarily for the students in the first year of study of the Bachelor’s programme in Czech Language and Literature as supplementary material to the lecture series of the same name. It aims to present at least some of the most important linguistic terms and notions, those that the students will encounter throughout their study of Czech studies, and outline selected conceptions of the language and the principles of its research. The exposition primarily focuses on general issues in linguistics. The emphasis on Czech studies is manifested mainly in documenting and developing these issues using Czech language material and the results that Czech linguistics have achieved.

    Beschreibung: Title in English: Folk Song in Music Education at Primary and Secondary Schools in the Czech Republic The monograph presents and reflects the results of a specific research project of the same name (MUNI/A/1423/2018) carried out by a team of academic staff and students of the doctoral program of the Department of Music at the Faculty of Education, Masaryk University. The folklore song scope represents an important didactic basis, permeates music education at elementary, partly also secondary schools and specialized instrumental or singing education at elementary art schools. Due to the influence of multilayered cultural expressions and the influence of multimedia means, however, the question of how to present the musical and folklore heritage to school youth is more prominent. The object of investigation was the application of folk music to school education.

    Beschreibung: Vymezení pojmu pragmatika, lingvistická pragmatika či pragmalingvistika je ve svých základech poněkud rozporné: existuje množství rozmanitých definic. Nicméně jevy, které bývají pod tyto termíny zahrnovány, patří k zásadním otázkám, tématům a problémům spojeným s komunikací a s užíváním jazyka a zájem o jejich zkoumání v lingvistice stále narůstá. Jako uživatelé jazyka máme s jevy zkoumanými v rámci pragmatiky každodenní zkušenost, jejich dobré zvládnutí nám usnadňuje komunikaci, naopak potíže v dané oblasti mohou snadno vést k nedorozumění či konfliktům. Ovládnutí pragmatiky bývá jednou z nejobtížnějších oblastí při učení se cizímu jazyku a též bývá náročné tuto problematiku někoho prakticky učit. Pochopení pragmatických témat tak může být přínosné nejen z hlediska teoretického, ale může mít i výrazně pozitivní praktické důsledky. The delimitation of the notion of pragmatics, linguistic pragmatics or pragmalinguistics is rather contradictory in its basis: there are many different definitions. However, the phenomena that are normally included in this term constitute fundamental questions, themes and issues related to communication and the use of language; interest in their examination in linguistics has been growing. Being language users, we have everyday experience with the phenomena examined by pragmatics, their mastery facilitates communication, while difficulties in this area may easily lead to misunderstandings or conflicts. Mastering pragmatics is one of the most difficult areas when learning a foreign language and it is also very difficult to teach this practically. Understanding pragmatic topics can be beneficial not only theoretically, but it can have very positive practical consequences.

Andrea Kytlicová examines spoken expressions in the paper entitled “Větná stavba mluvených projevů žáků 2. stupně ZŠ při komunikaci ve výuce [Sentence Structure of Spoken Expressions of 2nd-grade Elementary School Students in Communication in Teaching]”. The paper by Radim Ošmera “Metodologie foneticko-fonologického výzkumu a jeho využití v praxi: Výslovnost hlásky „j“ vietnamskými mluvčími [The Methodology of Phonetic-Phonological Research and Its Use in Practice: The Pronunciation of the sound `j' by Vietnamese speakers]”, as well as the paper by Lucie Křižková “Pracovní listy k moravským reáliím [Worksheets on Moravian Realities]” are concerned with the problem of teaching students with different mother tongues. Miroslav Jindra's paper “Cestou za zrcadlem: k výzkumu dětského čtenářství žáků třetí třídy základní školy [Through the Looking Glass: Research into the Reading of Third-Grade Primary School Pupils]” is focused on children's reading. The paper by Ondřej Zabloudil Pechník “Tematika přírodních národů v české literatuře devadesátých let dvacátého století [The Themes of Indigenous Peoples in Czech Literature in the 1990s]” concludes the proceedings.

    Beschreibung: Title in English: Research in foreign language didactics V This publication presents an empirical research of pronunciation mistakes of Czech students learning German as a second foreign language at elementary school. The aim of the research was to verify the extent of the students’ pronunciation difficulties with German pronunciation phenomena error-prone for Czech native speakers. The research determined in what way these errors manifest themselves in the transfer from the students’ previously acquired languages, i.e. their mother tongue (Czech) and the first foreign language learnt (English). Within the theoretical foundation, the focus is put on different concepts of pronunciation in terms of foreign language teaching objectives, definitions of language errors and their causes, the development of the German pronunciation standard and methodological approaches to error analysis.

V deseti kapitolách nabízí nejen praktickou příručku metodiky a nástrojů pro sestavování a vyhodnocování vlastních testů, ale předkládá i fundovaný a obsáhlý teoretický základ a příklady z různých oborů i úrovní. Autoři chápou hodnocení znalostí jako formu komunikace mezi učitelem a studenty a jako nedílnou součást informované výuky. Začátečníci, ale i pokročilí v problematice testování získají povědomí o standardizaci, reliabilitě či validitě testu, o zabezpečení nebo i o novějších a rychle se rozvíjejících přístupech – např. testování s otevřenou knihou.

    Beschreibung: Tento text slouží primárně jako základní studijní materiál k předmětu Práce s empirickými daty, vyučovanému v rámci odborného modulu bakalářského studia oboru Český jazyk a literatura na Filozofické fakultě Univerzity Karlovy v Praze. Příručka pokrývá základní oblasti (především kvantitativně orientovaného) empirického bádání zaměřeného na jazyk a jeho užívání a mohou ji tak využít i další zájemci o tento výzkumný směr. Základem textu je výklad o jednotlivých pojmech a přístupech empirického výzkumu. Rozsah příručky je relativně omezený a některé otázky tak budou zpracovány pouze obecně. V takových případech však budou čtenáři odkázáni na další, doplňkovou literaturu, z níž se o tématu budou moci dozvědět více.
