Description: Nowadays poverty can be defined as a construct that can no longer be ascribed to the material scarcity of resources but to the lack of all available relational, social and cultural resources, that are an expression of a “suffering” territory. This fragility testifies to a problem of educational sustainability that requires an exit from the emergency logic of “buffer interventions” by activating social, training and professional networks, capable of responding to the educational needs expressed by the territory. For this reason, in the epistemic framework of Civil and Digital-Civil Pedagogy, the need emerges for new professional profiles capable of being “managers” of integrated territorial development, educators-planners of territorial educational services with a view to social sustainability and the educational human transition.

Description: The separative logic is not educational. The essay reviews the historical events that have generated an undervaluation of vocational training pathways compared to education pathways. This "minority" of perception and legislation stems from a logic of separation with many faces which, taken all together, with etiological spirit and historical-ordinamental contextualization, explain the "untenable" inferiority of vocational education: people (the 'inferiors') and political-bureaucratic elite (the 'superiors'), nature and culture, man and citizen, etc. These separations concerned the idea of labor (one among them, the opposition between 'manual labor' and 'intellectual labor') and did not allow for increasing the educational power of it. Only a logic of integration (embedded and embodied) can defuse the ideas of separation and provide an organic and holistic image of education.

Description: Sergio Caruso conceives citizenship not only as a set of rights and duties related to belonging to a political community but also as a bundle of social functions, in which next to the citizen-voter there is the citizen producer, consumer, taxpayer, user, and so on. And it proposes new forms of political participation linked to this plurality of citizenship declinations to complement political democracy.

Description: Sexual harassment is a complex behaviour, characterized by several dimensions and definitions, as shown by the literature. In an online context, it is important to fully understand its nature, characteristics and consequences as well as how it may affect adolescents. This work aims to systematize the information available in the literature, by describing the main characteristics of the phenomenon, and trying to provide a definition. The research, which was conducted on four databases in November 2021, led to the identification of 20958 works. After removing the duplicates, and analyzing the abstracts and full-texts, a final number of 65 works were included, which were read in full-text and analysed. As for the studies collected, the type of relationship between the aggressor and the victim is described, alongside a description of the behaviors classified as online sexual harassment. Online sexual harassment can manifest itself in three main typologies (verbal, visual, cybersexual). Within these typologies, it is possible to identify three prevalent behaviours: unwanted solicitation, non-consensual sexting, and sharing of intimate and/or private content with third parties without the victim’s consent.

Description: Within the context of a reflection on learning from a lifelong and lifewide perspective, this paper intends to highlight the pedagogical need to focus on the individual and her or his resources as a prerequisite for starting and maintaining a fruitful “learning career”. For this purpose, the construct of “learning identity” is explored in depth. Within the field of the “technologies of the self” it has been possibile to identify dedicated strategies and tools that can support the growth and evolution of this form of adult identity in support of a leaning that can nourish the different stages of life.

Description: This volume concerns the role of the Italian schools, the associations and their actors to counteract educational dispersion and encourage the inclusion of minors with a migratory background. The work is part of a collaboration project between Inapp (National Institute for Public Policy Analysis) and Aiig (Italian Association of Geography Teachers) aimed to map the “Analysis, training and territorial activities for preventing/countering the risks of educational dispersion of young people with a migratory background” (June 2022 - March 2023). This collaboration stems from a program agreement between Inapp and Ministry of Labor and Social Policies - General Directorate of Immigration, on “Citizen Integration Policies of Third Countries”. The first part, focused on theoretical aspects, develops the idea of a school as welcoming community, in which disciplines such as geography and tools such as digital teaching can be significant resources to draw on. Related to this, a specific focus on the socio-cultural development in the border and internal areas is underlined. The second part collects the empirical evidences emerging from some territorial laboratories and training courses organized by Inapp and Aiig in various Italian regions. These evidences represent the main results of a qualitative survey on risks of educational dropout of young people with a migratory background. A wealth of proposals together with successful and critical factors is unraveled. In the last section of the volume, these various and original practices are reported by teachers, school managers, and operators, representatives of voluntary organisations, associations and third sector. The idea was to carry out the research not on the actors of inclusion, but with them, giving voice to their experiences. It was a sort of an ideal journey from the north of Italy, where the presence of students with a migratory background is higher, to the south, considered the land of their arrival and transit.

His deep and strong love for life expands to the way he fraternises, speaks or acts, with a relentless lucidity and moral demand. It is this attitude, this way of exercising citizenship and doing politics, that is recognisably unique and fascinating in him. Description: The evolution of the complex school system, from its origins to school autonomy, explains the reason for the connotation of complexity, which it has acquired over time. The school as organization and as institution therefore is a complex system where leaders and managers become a single person, identified in the School Manager who acts on the basis of continuous improvement. The characteristic features of the managerial function and of the school institution become: governance, leadership, manager, research, communication, organizational culture, and empowerment. The organizational culture understood as sharing assumptions, meanings, values and behaviors, becomes a useful means to achieve the institutional mandate, that is, to ensure student educational success.

Description: The essay discusses creativity as a guiding idea to be entrusted with the task of building a new organizational culture, through which the person can witness at once the recognition and appreciation of his or her powers and the renewal of the context whose development and success are increasingly inseparable from the practice of divergent intelligence of individuals and groups. Above all, the creative person is able to give quality to work and working life, survival and competitive strength, particularly, by virtue of his or her ability to respond with an attitude of confrontation towards complexity, approach problems originally, appropriately and realistically, strive not only to solve them but also to find new ones, to cultivate initiative and autonomy, to strive to go beyond the current, the "not-yet-being," the already given, the already accomplished, the already acquired, to be willing to tread unfamiliar and tested, even unknown routes and thus produce new and useful (creative, precisely) professional knowledge that is increasingly indispensable today to make the organization more competitive.

Description: The stimulating reflections in the field of the new cognitive sciences have added breath of life to studies on didactics towards an original reinterpretation of educational practices based on the valorization of the body as a founding pedagogical device of educational and training processes. The emergence of an embodied vision of cognition and the recognition of a dynamic dialogicality between the organism and the environment have prompted the construction of new research paths, creating the conditions for the recognition of the learning, communicative, simulative and vicarious potential of corporeity in teaching-learning processes. Teaching, as a science of human interaction, is enriched with verbal, iconic and bodily codes, manifesting teaching postures and corporeity that highlight its nature as a complex adaptive system.

Description: The text highlights the lines of the research crossed by Paolo Federighi in his forty-year professional career within the University of Florence and the European institutions. We take the opportunity of this perusal to problematize the discipline, Adult Education, through a semantic and lexicographic analysis which aims to bring to light the history and theory of Adult Education from its beginnings in Italian society and culture in the period after the Second World War to date. The pedagogical-educational knowledge forming the building blocks of the discipline cannot be separated from scientific research and methodological results. The second part of the essay sets out to understand which research methodology can be more appropriate to respond to the needs of a constantly evolving and rapidly changing civil society. The third and fourth parts reflect on a human and scientific itinerary always pointed towards the lodestar of educational innovation and educational transformation.

Description: This work identifies the most significant studies addressing frameworks of ‘competencies’ aimed to be used to sustain a sustainability transformation, for both educators and learners, irrespective of the learning environment (formal, non-formal, informal) and the education level (primary, secondary, tertiary and adult education). To achieve this aim a critical review has been carried out. There is a prevalence of studies focusing on learners, on the formal learning environment, and on higher education. Additionally, a synthesis of existing frameworks of competencies is provided, for both learners and educators, which represents a launch pad for a new phase of empirical validation and testing.

Description: Perception of mattering, defined as individual’s feeling of being important for others (Rosenberg and McCullogh 1981), is a construct which in the recent years has received an increasing amount of attention as a factor able to improve people well-being. Individual well-being has been defined in different ways: hedonic as satisfaction with life (Diener and Lucas 1999), eudaimonic that is the feeling of realization of the proper true self (Ryff 1995), and holistic, namely the satisfaction toward different life domains (Prilleltensky et al. 2015). Given the various definitions, it was necessary to systematize this literature in order to clarify if perceived mattering is linked to well-being independently of the perspective adopted by researchers to conceptualize this construct. Therefore, a systematic review, following the PRISMA statement, was conducted. The final number of included studies was 39 (22 hedonic, 9 eudaimonic and 9 holistic well-being). Almost all the studies reported a positive association between mattering and well-being except for some differences due to participants’ gender or cultural background. Results indicated the positive role of mattering in promoting well-being independently from the conceptualization adopted.

From the reflections presented and through the examples given (Galilei, Darwin, Piaget) it emerges that, starting with the "scientific revolution," the renewal of science has also taken place with the contribution of scientific writing, which has become progressively more linear, more open, more disseminated, more dialectical, and more informative.

Description: Pedagogy is still searching for its own identity and epistemological status. Especially in Italy, where the task of pedagogy, despite the efforts of many and numerous pedagogical colleagues, still has a marginal role, particularly in its political and transformative value. This is why it is important to return to pedagogy in its foundational elements, but especially to pedagogy as a promoter of critical reflexivity and concrete actions for the present and future of society and new generations. The essay reviews the most recent history of pedagogy and its Scientific Societies and opens up to the challenges of the contemporary world with confidence and respect for the high mandate facing the pedagogical reflexivity.

Description: Restructuring personal and vocational training by means of the harbinger of a not merely economistic idea of employability represents a fundamental and ineradicable task of educational research and pedagogical reflection. The most obvious effect of such a re-understanding of employability in its function as a pedagogical principle and catalyst of formation, because of its dimension of connaturality with the subjective educational trajectory, is that of reinterpreting transition processes not from a discontinuous perspective, but from a process perspective. Hence the need to think and rethink ordinal architectures and understand the training process according to a logic of continuity and chain in which each individual educational and didactic proposal converges and makes the principle of employability transparent in a generative and transformative way.

Description: The essay highlights the vast inherent power of education and research on education in and for adulthood - making use of the presentation and discussion of a Case Study -. This Case Study deals with the educational needs that is for the quality of the services of an elderly home in a City in northern Italy. The Case Study was conducted consistently with the theoretical-methodological framework of Grounded Theory and Participatory Research-Action. It allows us to capture "in nuce" some of the processes of generative and human change that can be shaped by clarifying the need/willingness to make improvements at the level of In-Service Training, School Training, and the elderly home organization. In sum, it emerges an awareness of the transformative value intrinsic in the "caring" professions. Lastly, the limitations of the research - conducted in COVID-19 time - and also the multiplicity of factors that triggered this beginning of change are considered, as well as the difficult implications of this work, given the dramatic challenges of the current socio-historical and geopolitical context.

Description: Eco-territorialism is the mature definition of the long scientific research/action path that the Italian territorialist school started in the 1990s, putting the territory and its patrimonialisation at the centre of the alternatives to processes of deterritorialisation and homologising urbanisation of the planet enacted by the economic-financial globalisation. The founding in 2011 of the Territorialist Society has strengthened the multidisciplinary nature of the approach and its operational component with the ‘urban bioregion’ tool. The ‘eco’ prefix denotes the priority given to the ecological question, to the relationships between human and non-human, living and non-living, in the regeneration processes of the world’s places we are trying to activate.

This project's uniqueness is marked by its unfinished state, always requiring the impetus of renewed hope. The European Union has to be constantly updating and deepening itself in order to survive. In the conclusion we observe how Europe has been a utopian goal of progress for the countries that comprise it, as is the paradigmatic case of Portugal.

This chapter intends to continue and deepen such hybridisation of knowledge and reflection areas with reference to the evolutionary tendencies underway, both in geography and in territorialist theory and practice, in view of the transformations of the food system and the renewed public and scientific attention to food/territory relationship: a theme, intrinsically rebellious to disciplinary fences, which opens up the field of planning to a broad and multifaceted reading of the ecological relations structuring human settlements.

Description: Multi-ethnic societies have the potential to enrich societies culturally (Mok et al. 2007), but they can also foster intolerance and anti-immigrant movements, where minorities may be more likely to be discriminated (Baysu et al. 2014; Rutland and Killen 2015) and bullied if this behaviour is repeated over time. A socio-ecological perspective becomes fundamental because the context, together with specific individual characteristics, contributes to maintaining negative attitudes towards those who belong to a different ethnic group. In this regard, the general objective of this study is to further investigate the phenomenon of ethnic bullying in adolescence and to shed light on the role played by the context and specific individual factors that are associated with it.

Description: The currently prevailing development model and its effects in terms of settlement organization have negative implications especially in metropolitan contexts, where the effects of large agglomerations, speculative dynamics and neoliberal exploitation are stronger. The idea of urban bioregion tries to build an alternative to the dominant, heteronomous model of settlement organization aiming at ‘reterritorializing’ the ecological question within the processes of production of space with an integrated and multidimensional approach, careful to enhance the capacities and possibilities of local self-government. It therefore also calls into question a rethinking of the forms of politics. The essay illustrates possible paths in this direction, starting from suburban neighbourhoods and put in place through mutualism networks and civic hubs, describing a few experimentations in the Roman area.

Description: The history of the Cuban school is doubly intertwined with the history of the country’s social and economic evolution since the early days of the 1956 Revolution. Arguably, the escuela media superior has been the most subjected to experiments, reforms, successes, mistakes and difficulties, but it has been recognized as having a distinct degree of quality by international bodies, such as UNESCO. This ‘level’ of the Cuban educational system has assumed a fundamental role over the decades, after having resolved the shortcomings of the previous school system and having been adapted on several occasions to the changes in the socio-economic policies of the communist government. In fact, it trained qualified technicians essential to the economic development of Cuba and created a mass consciousness, whose unifying element resided in the collective commitment and not in that of the individual.

The sample consists of 161 pre-service teachers completing their education at the University of Florence, who were asked to indicate strengths and weaknesses in the implementation of their own inclusive teaching practices (TEIP). This study focuses on a few specific areas according to the existing literature that sees teaching practices, collaboration between school staff and families, and behavior management as related elements for defining inclusive environments and attitudes. The integration of quantitative and qualitative data collected and analyzed separately explains all the elements that may contribute to self-efficacy toward school inclusion, such as the subject-specific support teacher preparation and the quality of collaboration within the working group for inclusion whose impact relates to the level of engagements achieved by students that can increase chances of success of the educational project.

Indeed in some poems she goes as far as to represent herself as such, highlighting these terms in both titles and content, notably, in two sonnets. Our intention here is to analyze these representations first as something recurrent in European literature and then by examining the way Florbela takes them up, deploying two very characteristic angles of her poetics, namely her values. However, we will first review the historical context in which the poetess lived, more specifically in Vila Viçosa, with its palaces and castles, which housed the last of Portugal’s kings.

This study started with a literacy review about Service-Learning, in both national and international framework. The Italian way of Service-Learning has been further investigated, using the work of Don Milani as a cultural reference. The research continued with an analysis of the normative and national literature about this approach. It is followed by a systematic review concerning the research questions, making use of Prisma statement. Four different databases were used for the investigation. As result of using a list of inclusion/exclusion criteria, 60 studies were eligible for full text analysis. The results underlined a lack of studies focusing on the Italian context, and a strong unbalance between studies concerning in-service teachers and pre-teachers. Results will orient the empiric part of the research for future steps.

Description: The essay seeks to emphasize how post-World War II Italian pedagogy was renewed by opening it up to considering the educational potential of social contexts, thereby managing to connect with the most vital currents in the international debate, which were interested in deepening the school/society nexus. It grasps in Vico an extraordinary precursor of themes explored and clarified in recent times. With this choice it wants to indicate the existence of a carsic current in national reflection of great importance, to be studied, deepened and claimed in order to escape the risks of foreignness that so many of today's pedagogical studies manifest. He points out in the research of the so-called "School of Florence" the design of some very fruitful trajectories in the field of social and community pedagogy, grasping in this its specific contribution to the renewal of Italian pedagogy.

Description: According to the Maastricht Treaty, the responsibility for the organisation and content of education and training systems lies with the Member States. However, the Community contributes to the development of quality education and the European dimension of teaching by encouraging cooperation between Member States. Europeanisation of national education systems in the European Union is both the effect of a top-down political process, with different levels of governance, and the result of a bottom-up movement. The main agents are the teachers themselves: European mobility, both physical and virtual, improves their professional practice and helps to develop their sense of belonging to a European teaching and learning community. Despite the central role played by teachers in the integration of national education systems into the European Education Area, the profile and the key competencies of the ‘European teacher’ have not been defined in European Union policy documents.

Description: The poster presented here collects data from the first year of a research aimed at investigating the models of thought that emerge from artistic performances from a point of view that is not only personal, but also social and cultural, in order to understand what art may tell us about the social and cultural contexts. A review of the literature has led to further investigate the concept of pedagogical model on the one hand and the potential of art from an educational point of view on the other. A pedagogical model is a model of thought that concerns attitudes and behaviors that guide the life of the individual and that is transmitted from generation to generation, from a personal, social and cultural point of view. These models are mainly manifested through symbolic language. Art gives life to a ‘potential space’ that allows the individual not only to become aware of his own representations of the world, but also to act concretely by transforming them. The study will then investigate the processes through which this happens, researching, through the words and narrations of the protagonists of the artistic experience, the models of thought emerging from the experience itself, and framing them within the social and cultural thought of reference. The methodology will be qualitative, with an eidetic approach and will adopt, as a strategy, the case study focused on the workshop of sound expression with natural objects called Orchestra della natura, managed by Daniele Delfino.

Starting with his involvement in the "Spinelli Group," it analyzes the relationship between work and knowledge conceived as an in-depth study of the Lisbon program from the perspective of labor and its transformations. The socio-economic program, which was supposed to become an essential part of the program of the European Socialists for the 2004 elections, on which Trentin works, is analyzed in relation to his coeval writings (La libertà viene prima (2004) and the Keynote Lecture given at Ca'Foscari in 2002). Description: Teachers’ assessment concepts and strategies play an important role, due to their effects on students’ learning outcomes and ability to learn independently. The literature gives ample space to ‘formative assessment’ as an approach that supports the teaching-learning process. However, within more recent docimological reflection, it is possible to identify approaches involving different degrees of student involvement in the assessment process, which have been less investigated, especially from an empirical point of view. This is the background for the present research, which attempts to focus on assessment concepts and strategies in relation to learners’ involvement. The study presents the first results of a survey currently involving more than 1,500 Italian primary and secondary school teachers, bringing out assessment concepts and implemented strategies.

Both refer to (and trigger) a return, the former to the social, the latter to the territory; and both presuppose an assumption of consciousness and responsibility, in the management of self-government dynamics, on the part of industrious and cooperating territorial communities, which in this establish themselves as communities of care. The contribution unfolds the intricate and rich yarn of relations between the two perspectives, in which correspondences and discordances, themes and variations interweave together to create a common vision and project.

Description: Adulthood, once defined as a goal, today, has increasingly blurred outlines. While many speak of "adultescenza" (adult-adolescent) to describe the situation of those who interpret their adulthood in adolescent terms, today, we have, in one way, less certainty, in another way, more possibilities. For example, social sciences assign adolescents the task of choosing, where reality confirms that the choices taken in adolescence are not "for life," but circumstantial. Adolescents, rather, discover; adults rediscover. Thus, in adulthood, a detachment from the family of origin can take place which in adolescence was thought inconceivable: freedom, autonomy and responsibility can finally be considered adult goals, because the family of origin sometimes still has to-be-thought-of.

Description: Can research today have a political and a transformative commitment? Can this become the engine of Welfare reforms at all levels and therefore a tool for social change? This collection addresses these and many other questions by collecting a wide variety of studies and research perspectives, while recounting the research paths of the Doctorate in Education and Psychology. The themes and configurations of this Program stands on one of the most promising tracks in the current transformation of Higher Education. Following the Ministerial Decree 226/2021, which has recognized the fundamental role played by PhD students in the building of an integrated Welfare, this volume shows how their work ties in with social needs and social concerns as well as it proposes efficient and effective solutions that are played out within different research fields.

Description: In view of the increasing number of social enterprises in recent years, the European Commission (2020) has undertaken a mapping study (2014-2020) of social ecosystems in order to understand their evolution, activities, and professional profiles. In Italy, workers in social enterprises account for 53% (ISTAT 2020) of the majority of which consist of/include workers in the social and care services. It is specifically within these services that the «value of knowledge and skills that are not only specifically technical-professional but also strategic and transversal, cognitive and metacognitive, reflective» (Epifani 2003, 23) is becoming increasingly important, in line with the current indications of the European Skills Agenda (European Commission 2021). This phenomenon concerns even more particularly the intermediate functions, i.e. those support positions, which in part hold management and coordination functions (Abhervé and Dubois 2009). In light of this framework, this study investigates the figure of the personal services coordinator, i.e. a second-level professional who, working both in the educational and in the managerial, combines his actions between very different areas of competence.

Description: The design of Higher Education courses requires a systemic and integrated vision and an approach that starts with the research practice. This contribution aims to show how, in the history of Higher Education, some suggestions are hidden to activate design looks that have at heart the integral training of doctoral students, understood as practitioner-scholars. The case study of the PhD in Education and Psychology of the University of Florence aims to bring out the many challenges that national and international transformations offer to and in the Third Level of HE.

Description: The historical phase we are living, which is characterized by change management and the continuous redefinition of skills (Fiore et al. 2021), invites the university to question itself on the central role it plays for the formation of current and future. The work of the European Commission to address the improvement and adaptation of the skills of European citizens provides clear guidelines on which Higher Education is also called to commit. Among them, this paper focuses on the development of entrepreneurial skills, i.e. the ability to act on opportunities and ideas and to transform them into value for others. The Commission calls for the development of these competences at all levels of education, giving rise to entrepreneurial education training offers (Lackéus 2015). For this reason, and in order to respond to this need, since 2013 the Italian Ministry of University has established the Contamination Labs, places of contamination between students, teachers and local stakeholders aimed at developing interdisciplinary entrepreneurial education, which is also the subject of this research.

Description: The use of digital devices in education is increasing. The literature, however, reveals a disadvantage of digital compared to paper in performing specific learning tasks, in particular text comprehension, which is probably sustained by a different cognitive load and a tendency to use digital for superficial and fast reading. The present study investigates possible differences between paper and digital text comprehension in children of school-age by analysing the role of Executive Functions (EF) as mediating factors in performance. 175 children in 3rd, 4th and 5th grade were assessed for text comprehension in the two modes and assessed with EF tests. The results show that there are no differences between digital and paper text comprehension. However, dividing the sample into children with low and children with high levels of text comprehension, the former group is seen to benefit from digital compared to the latter group, which shows an opposite trend. Furthermore, the low performers score worse than high performers in the EF measures which show a mediating role between performance level and differences between paper and digital modes in text comprehension. The present study has important educational implications for the use of digital devices in education.

Description: This essay traces Paolo Federighi's research trajectories in Learning and Education for Adults through interviews with the scholar himself conducted over the years. What emerges is a multidisciplinary and international epistemological framework within which are situated the different declinations of counseling as collaborative research, capable of integrating scientific and practical knowledge. The proposed reflection legitimizes the adoption of emergent and multi-methodological approaches, just as it supports the demand for Collaborative Educational Research, capable of holding together communities of diverse stakeholders, such as universities, businesses, and institutional actors.

Description: Nowadays, scientific literacy is a key aspect for active citizenship and for making informed decisions regarding scientific issues of everyday life. However, the PISA 2018 data highlight the low scientific competence of the upper secondary school students, underlining the need to foster STEM teaching. In particular, the use of the so-called X-Reality for acquiring scientific skills and to increase interest in the discipline seem promising. During the first year of my PhD, I carried out a scoping review on STEM teaching with X-Reality in the context of secondary school. The main purpose was to draw a state-of-the-art regarding X-Reality use, focusing on potential, critical aspects and challenges. After the search and selection process, 10 articles were included in the analysis. The results showed the effectiveness of X-Reality in promoting the achievement of learning objectives, the interest in the discipline and the long-term retention of knowledge. These results will be the starting point for setting up the empirical part of the PhD project.

Description: The contribution reconstructs the work of innovation carried out by Cosimo Ridolfi in the Agricultural Institute of Meleto in Val d'Elsa, as a paradigmatic example of the relationship between theory and practice and a model example of school-work alternation. Through a historical perspective, we want to highlight the educational aspects of practical and conceptual activity in practical and operational contexts, especially in agriculture, a tradition inaugurated by Ridolfi and continued by Lambruschini, which initiated a true Tuscan school of innovation in the formal learning setting of education and training that has become a European model.

Description: The essay outlines the features of an eco-territorialist and patrimonial approach to energy transition, a process that is not taking place with the necessary urgency nor with the desirable consistency with respect to the principles of ecologic-environmental and landscape sustainability. Energy resources, one of the founding components of the urban bioregion, are available in every territory with specific peculiarities; rethinking the energy system in a non-predatory perspective means protecting the reproducibility of such resources and establishing virtuous dynamics creating territorial value added. Energy communities can represent effective tools for the enhancement of local energy heritages still not properly employed, towards a horizon of progressive energy sovereignty of territories.
